The Fern Residency Udaipur has a lovely spacious and well lit banquet hall... I had arranged for my son's birthday party over there..All the arrangements made by the Fern team were really good...Starting from the welcome drinks, starters , main course n the dessert,everything was just perfect....I specially thank Mr Ankitji, the banquet manager and Nareshji and Jaiprakashji for taking care of everything so nicely....not just me and my son but all my guests and their kids too had lovely time enjoying the party there....Thank you for all the help the entire banquet managing team...!!!

We had a wonderful stay at The Fern Residency Udaipur. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. The food was delicious and the hospitality from the staff was excellent throughout our stay. One of the best parts was the live music during dinner, which created a lovely and relaxing atmosphere. We also celebrated a birthday during our stay, and the team made it really special for us. Mr. Jaiprakash Rohit ji organized everything beautifully, including arranging the birthday cake and surprising us with balloon decorations on dinner table. It was a very thoughtful gesture and made the celebration even more memorable. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and we truly appreciated the warm hospitality.

Jai prakash and Mr Ankit ji helped me through every thing, really well maintained, and amazing hospitality. We attended a grand party at their banquet hall it was a wholesome experience. Must visit.

Friendly and helpful staff. Hotel itself a little tired and some way from the main sights. However, it has an excellent rooftop vegetarian restaurant. Overall a comfortable but not outstanding hotel.

We also want to sincerely thank Ankit Kadhyan, his boss, for overseeing everything so efficiently and ensuring the event was executed perfectly. Both the bride’s and groom’s families absolutely loved the experience, service, and warmth shown by the entire team. We couldn’t have asked for a better venue to celebrate such an important milestone in our lives. Highly recommended for weddings and special occasions!

The experience of the stay was good. Yashpreet was very kind and helpful and always greeted with a wonderful smile. She was very polite and courteous.

We recently stayed in The Fern Residancy Undaypur. The food at is very good. The staff is very professional and friendly specially Jay Prakash and Yashpreet, Rahul and Raju.

Had nice experience on Christmas day with delicious (mouth craving) food (approx. >65 items) and music in open garden. Again had on following day that too was awesome buffet, the staff (jai prakash raju rahul yashpreet and roshani ji) were very jovial in nature.

We stayed at The Fern Residency Udaipur for 3 nights. The hotel offers the perfect blend of local culture with contemporary comforts. They have 55 well designed & fully furnished rooms. Our room was spacious, clean with all amenities to make our stay comfortable. We opted for in room dining for lunch. Food was well packed, served hot & portion size was sufficient for two. They have two outdoor pools , one for kids and one for adults. Their in house restaurant Prism Offers cozy indoor seating serving Rajasthani , Indian & continental cuisine. They use Authentic spices and ingredients and bring out a burst of flavors with every bite. Live music was thoroughly enjoyable. Post sunset the property lights up beautifully and dine at Notomoro Cafe Bar which offers open outdoor seating, bar bites, refreshing mocktails & signature cocktails with mesmerising panoramic view of Udaipur city which shouldn’t be missed. All in all the Fern Residency, Udaipur offers yummy food, spacious rooms & friendly staff which made our stay enjoyable.

I recently stayed at The Fern Residency, Udaipur, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The staff was professional and helpful, with special mention to Mr. Jai (Front Desk Manager) and Chef Mr. Jai, who were particularly courteous and efficient in ensuring guests were well taken care of. During my stay, there was a get-together arranged at high tea, with interactive activities and fun games that made the evening even more engaging. I had a very disappointing experience at The Fern Residency, Udaipur. Despite the reputation and price, the stay was far below expectations: Room Issues: The room we were given had no window at all – it felt claustrophobic and suffocating. When we requested a change, we were asked to pay extra just for a basic facility like a window, which even the cheapest hotels usually provide. Extra Bed Delay: We had requested an extra bed, and it took an unreasonably long time to deliver. There was no sense of urgency or courtesy. No Toiletries Provided: Basic toiletries were missing entirely from the room. We had to call and follow up, which again took time. Poor Bedding: The mattress was completely worn out and uncomfortable. You could feel the springs, and sleeping on it was a nightmare. Terrible Food Quality: We ordered paneer sabzi, and it was extremely sweet, almost like a dessert. It clearly wasn’t made with standard or local tastes in mind. Unethical Review Practice: When we were checking out, the staff shamelessly asked for my phone so they could write a positive TripAdvisor review on my behalf, which I found highly unethical and dishonest. Overall, it was a terrible experience. Would not recommend this place to anyone who values basic comfort, service, and integrity. Avoid.

Booked it through app, but unlike few other site experiences, we were offered the same as promised. Welcome drink was a nice gesture. Staff right from the desk(Ravi, Naveen, Vidhi, Tina ) to room service to restaurant was very friendly and professional. Rooms were very spacious and nicely prepared for the guests, natural light in the room was a positive point of our stay. Bathrooms were fine with accessories. Room service and people serving here was very good. we were at third floor and motivation writing/poster about climbing stairs made us to walk all the three days we stayed there!!!! Restaurant was managed by very professionally and the Jai Parkash team leader of the hospitability staff there along with all members(Jaspreet Navneet, Roshni, Supriyo) were very friendly too. Overall nice place to stay. Only one suggestion I want to make is that they must have some person for Car wash to as I drove there and it became very dirty, but no such facility in hotel and near by

However, the breakfast was average and lacked variety. I also had lunch at the hotel restaurant, but it didn’t live up to expectations. The food was average, and the service was disappointing — it took a long time for the food to arrive. Despite these issues, the overall experience was good.
