Very Nice Hotel, rooms are a great size, beds very comfortable and exceptionally clean. Highly recommended. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

I found it unusual that you had no milk for the coffee or tea in the room.

The location

The breakfast was bare bones Consider the price of the breakfast and the room charge. The dryer in the unit didn’t dry the clothes properly. The clothes came out damp after one hour of drying. I only had 3 summer outfits in the dryer. The dryer smelled a little moldy. I think there was not too lint. The dryer and washer was the number one reason when traveling with a family for more than a week. There was no paper towel in the kitchen.

Number of things did not work in the room. Dishwasher was misaligned. Toilet seat was not warming up. The rug in the living area was dirty. Furniture in living area was also not good. When we arrived we pointed out all these things but the staff took no action

have been there many times before but not for two years. CONCIERGE services are very important for me. Always excellent in the past. Now non-Japanese staff answered my questions . They were very confident , and Wrong. Wasted time

Location was excellent, right above Tokyo Station and access to many shops and restaurants. The room was quite large with a sizeable and quiet 1 bedroom, bathroom with shower, small living room, and kitchen with eat around counter. All the amenities you could possibly need were provided. The kitchen was well stocked and having the in room washer/dryer definitely helped keep our clothes fresh and clean. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Sho was exceptional in making sure our transfer shuttle to Haneda picked us up in the right area of the hotel and he gave us a lot of helpful information for the next time we stay there. This hotel is highly recommended for staff, location and rooms.

Can't go wrong with the location of Oakwood located about Tokyo Station with access to many train lines, shinkansen, shops and restaurants. The (studio) room was spacious, quiet and very comfortable. The kitchen, washer/dryer, desk, tv and closet were along the length of one side of the room and the bed and small sofa and table were on the opposite side. The layout was well thought out leaving a lot of room to move. The large bathroom with the shower/tub was also spacious with the provided amenities (toothbrush, vanity kit, etc.). The staff here are excellent! We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay, great location to Tokyo train station & Ginza. The nicest suite we stayed in during our 2 weeks in Tokyo. Great facilities.

Room was very comfy, clean. Hot water was good even at 17th floor. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Location great for train station.

Good location - right beside Tokyo station. Lawson right outside the service apartment. Friendly staff. Kitchen was fully equipped including washing machine and dryer. Bathroom had a heater as well which helped for drying clothes / towels.

This was a great place to spend the first 4 days of our Japanese travels. The apartment was very well appointed and extremely comfortable. The location is great: right next to Tokyo Station and easy access to all of the shops, cafes, restaurants and bars of the area. There is a Lawson convenience store within the building itself, so everything is accessible without even leaving it. The staff were very helpful and spoke English. Highly recommended.

Our apartment was at the rear of the building, facing another high-rise, so if that's an issue for you, I'd recommend requesting facing the main street.

Staff where friendly and helpful, ideal location close to Tokyo Station, and a Lawson's on the ground floor. Room had a full kitchen which was great for eating in. Good amount of room in shower and bathroom.

Room felt narrow, little room to move past the beds. First time staying in Tokyo however, compared to Kyoto and Osaka accommodations, Oakwood was significantly more expensive. Toilet felt quite small. Hotel breakfast offered a good range of food and drink however was quite expensive, so we only ate there to save time on a few busy mornings.

The location is superb and the room is so big and neat! The kitchen facilities especially fit us as we come with kids and elders, allowing more flexibility through out the day. Staffs are all very helpful and friendly!

We stayed here for five nights with my daughter and had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean and well laid out with very comfortable beds and excellent bathroom amenities. The staff were lovely and extremely helpful, especially when they organised a taxi for us very early one morning to the airport. The fact that this is a 24-hour hotel was also greatly appreciated and made everything feel easy and stress free. The location is excellent, close to the station, a Lawson’s convenience store downstairs and only about a 10-minute walk to Ginza. Overall, a great base in Tokyo and a place we would happily stay again.

The only small downside was that the room felt a little stuffy at times. Despite adjusting the air conditioning, we struggled to keep the room cool enough. There was a vent near the window that could be opened for fresh air, but using it seemed to affect the air conditioning slightly.

This is our 4th time staying here. But a minor issue is the gym opening hours. Closed Saturday morning until 10am and closed all day Sunday.

Right next to Tokyo Station entrance for Shinkansen, the location was perfect for our stay. Beautifully clean with friendly and attentive staff. The extra bed was set ready to go for our late arrival as we had requested. We would definitely stay here again.

The location is perfect for people looking to travel frequently via train, taxi or bus. There is a convenience store right at the entrance. The staff is very helpful and attentive. Rooms are modern and well equipped. House keeping even does your small dishes, thank you.

Buffet had rather limited options but that’s okay. We did not choose this hotel for dining options.

Me and my friend’s family stayed together in separate rooms and this hotel is perfect for traveling as a group. It’s close to train station, bus stop and convenience stores. Plus staff are very friendly and helpful. There is a well equipped gym and getting access is very easy, just ask the front desk (they even give you a towel and water)

I booked a trip to Tokyo rather last minute for work and there were not a ton of choices given high December season. So while I am not sure I would have chosen this property to begin with, it met my needs well. First, the location is amazing. I like to stay in Ginza and prefer this north side location. My room was silent and comfortable. I didn't use anything in the hotel in terms of facilities or eat breakfast or interact with the staff, so no comment there. I also did not use the kitchen or the washing machine since I only stayed 4 nights.

The room is super cluttered. The size is a large studio apartment but all of the furniture was quite overstuffed and oversized, so it felt very cramped. My room was not cleaned one day. This could be a policy where they don't clean every day, I didn't read the fine print. Overall it was very good for me and happy I chose it, albeit it's nondescript and not super memorable, I had a good experience.
