Vicinity to airport. Excellent rooms and room/concierge services. Peaceful and hasel-free stay.

Charging for airport transfer. It should be complimentary if per night stay is in excess of INR10K. I was shocked when during checkout, front desk advised me that they would be adding INR540 to my bill for transfer after having paid INR13K+ for one night stay. Its petty. It dampens the experience because that is the last thing you remember when you are leaving, undos the good experience had and unbecoming of a 5-star hotel to levy a change for a 5 minute journey.

The dinner service at the Chinese restaurant started off well and then there was a complete lull. Seemed as if we were forgotten. Also when we checked into the room at 11pm we called guest services as we were having an issue with the TV and the AC. The staff answered the call and promised to send someone but nobody came. Not what I would expect from the TAJ.

Noisy at night. Fire detector installed on top of bed, keeps flashing light. Hard to get good sleep.

Todo esta muy limpio y cuidado. Estas literalmente al lado del aeropuerto, puedes ir andando a la T1. La comida estaba muy rica. El personal en general muy amable.

Me mancharon un pantalon blanco que envie a limpiar, me pidieron disculpas y me compensaron con un taxi que costaba 500 inr (5€ aprox…) Pedimos desayuno para llevar, dado que cogiamoa el vuelo muy temprano y no podiamos desayunar en el hotel. Nos cobraron 2500 inr (unos 25€) por 2 sandwhich sencillos vegetales con queso. Nos parecio un abuso el precio por lo que nos ofrecieron.

Location is outstanding, as is the meet and greet at the baggage carousel. It was clean and comfortable

Communication - had curtains open to enjoy view while resting in bed and next minute the window cleaners are cleaning the outside - quite a shock !! Guests need to be advised accordingly. I mentioned to the young man on reception but he didn’t care less - at all. Appalling considering how much I paid.

Its not truly 5 star. Just exceptionally convenient

Ease of access from the airport, check-in, check-out. The quality of the room, ambience, comfort, attention to detail, welcome fruits! I loved all of this. Wish I had a reason to stay more. I recommend this to all people who want to stay near the airport.

Only one thing was bothersome and did not sound right -- the cost of taxi from the hotel to the city was about 8 times more expensive than Uber premium. The cost of taxi from airport to hotel was high - but I can understand that as short distance transport is not profitable. However, going to the city cost an arm and a leg for Bangalore standards.

The location is unbeatable for transits. The staff are exceptional. The beds and the linen were perfect.

Our room’s house keeping was not upto standard. There were scratches on all counter tops and splash marks near the coffee station. Not the standard expected of Taj.

Superb location if you are catching a flight next day . Walkable from Terminal 1 and take a free shuttle from Terminal 2 which is the international terminal. We had a domestic flight to catch next day and wanted to avoid Bangalore’s traffic . Saved us a lot of hassle and time. It was expensive but we saved on transportation and time as well as stress of missing the next flight.

All good . Cost of stay for 1 night was quite expensive we felt .

I requested for a hospitality room to change work clothes . And they asked me to use the restroom. I have travelled all around the world and in mumbai, but never been refused a hospitality room for 10-15 min.

Breakfast and dinner were excellent.

1. Front desk was super responsive and prompt. They had allocated East wing room and that room 437 was having a full view to Terminal 1, Runway and Partial View of T2. 2. Room was beautifully decorated, yet very soberly tuned. Bed was great to maintain good sleep quality. Big Glass Window was main attraction for us to view so much activities happening around airport. 3. Food was tasty. They had variety in cuisines. We enjoyed almost all the different dishes starting from Kebab, North Indian, Chinese, Italian to South. Restaurant persons were always ready to go extra mile to cater our need. 4. Staffs are great in response. Everyone in every department and every corner was super attentive towards us.
