I was apprehensive about this hotel as had read the poor reviews but went with an open mind. Unfortunately the poor reviews proved to be pretty accurate in most areas. Yes the location is great however the food was terrible and very repetitive. Next to no entertainment the whole 10 days we were there and only one bar open at a time. The pool bar claims to be open until 23.00 but closed at 19.00. Staff were lovely but hotel definitely needs work. Our air conditioning machine dripped constantly and noone came to repair it despite my daughters bed being directly underneath and reporting it on more than one occasion. Rooms are adequate but walls are very thin so can be extremely noisy. Was also woken numerous times during our stay by an alarm going off in the hotel. We made the best of our stay but definitely wouldn't return to this hotel. We were all inclusive but ended up having to eat out alot more than we intended

My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing, and I would not recommend it to anyone. Food Quality and Variety: We were charged far too much for old food which was stale and circulating leftover,despite being promised fresh meals and a wider variety of options that we ultimately never received. Amenities and Towels: We were given only one towel for a three-day stay. Furthermore, sun umbrellas were taken away from guests early by workers who wanted to leave early, which felt dishonest and unaccommodating. Internet Access: Wi-Fi is completely unavailable in the rooms, and to make matters worse, they charge an unreasonable £20 for just 5GB of internet access. Early Closures: The facilities shut down far too early; the pool closes at 7:00 PM and the bar closes at 11:00 PM, leaving very little time to relax in the evening. Unprofessional Management: When I attempted to file a complaint at the reception desk, the manager simply stood nearby eavesdropping without attempting to communicate or resolve the issue with us. Overall, this hotel lacks basic hospitality and basic management where we are offered to eat plain spaghetti for the third day in a row after paying a large sum of money £1600

Shocking booked paid for 2 rooms given one that had no air con was falling to bits food was practically non existent drinks watered down filthy horrible place to stay one member of staff was nice never again will I book to stay here Avoid avoid avoid!!!

Don’t even know where to start and that is coming from a very laid back family who are not fussy at all as long as we have a clean bed to sleep in!! Arrived at the hotel at around 4am to be told via Google translate (2 staff on reception didn’t speak any English) that we would have to stay in a family room despite me booking and paying for 2 rooms so my husband and my mam didn’t have to share a room. Complained to the rep the next day and was told they had overbooked but we could move rooms 2 days later. They gave us free wifi as way of an apology but none of us used it as it was rubbish! When we moved rooms, the rooms we were put in had sea views and were lovely however, one of the rooms had no balcony which is something else I had booked and paid for. At this point I couldn’t be bothered to fight anymore and we tried to make the best of a bad situation. The food wasn’t great, we ate out a number of times. There is a man who goes around the pool clearing the water but also clears your flip flops which is not ideal for children getting out of the pool and having to walk across the red hot tiles to retrieve their footwear! I went to the pool bar toilet one day and there was no toilet roll or hand towels, I went to the bar to ask if this could be replenished and was told I would have to go to reception and ask them to do it! I was soaking wet from the pool!! Most of the staff look fed up and don’t know how to smile! I must say though Elvis from the spa is lovely and always made an effort to come and chat to us. There was also an older man who worked the restaurant and bars who was always happy and friendly, sadly didn’t get his name. The entertainment is poor and certainly not on every night. The hotel has a lot of potential as the location is perfect but I think there would have to be a massive staff overhaul and a rethought out menu to improve this hotel in the long term. Alanya is beautiful and we would return but we would not stay in this hotel again.

Location is fantastic, but don’t believe everything you read. The food was shocking and was pretty much the same every day. None of the dishes were labelled, so you didn’t even know what you were eating. There was also no allergen information anywhere, making every meal a guessing game. This could be a serious issue for anyone with allergies or dietary requirements. There’s no kids’ club, no gym, and during our stay there was virtually no daytime entertainment apart from the barman’s playlist. The only evening entertainment we saw was a belly dancer every other night. Our room was nice enough and cleaned daily, but others in our party weren’t so lucky. We were initially given a room for 2 adults and 2 children with just one double bed and nothing else, although this was eventually sorted out. Other members of our party had issues including no hot water and rooms that weren’t cleaned properly. If you do decide to stay here, make sure you budget for eating out most nights. The beach is literally just across the road, and for us the location is what saved the holiday. Please do your research before booking.

ABSOLUTE RIP OFF Was told it was fresh seafood and Turkish style menu different food everyday supposedly. We had one piece of fish served and it was an unseasoned whole mackerel and then the same thing for 6 days straight, also got horrible food poisoning that absolutely ruined the trip. We booked an activity (cost over £100) that we couldn’t attend because of how sick we were and they refused to give any refund. As if it could possibly be made worse, we were constantly harassed by the staff. We thought we were talking to a holiday rep 3 seperate times, got dragged into a taxi and pushed to get tattoos we didn’t want at all when we tried to refuse they insisted on hundreds of pounds for deposit for a tattoo we did not want, again we thought we were talking to our guide that we had been told we had to meet at 10 am and by 12 we were still being persuaded to buy things we were told we needed thinking this was our guide and how persistent they were we booked a massage and “ coffee scrub” the whole experience was uncomfortable and underwhelming they then insisted we needed 3x more treatments each and booked us in for every other day we were away. We did not want this and we said that. We were then harassed every single day by the same guide saying we must come pay for these massages we DID NOT WANT. It was extremely uncomfortable to the point we stopped using the pool and facilities even stopped getting coffee in the morning which frankly was the only nice part of the all inclusive just to avoid this creepy guy and avoided the hotel in general when we could,he waited in the lobby, outside the front of the hotel and shouted at us in the street when we walked past, he came and sat at our table pulling up a chair while we were eating and then when we had already told him we were not going to pay for something we didn’t want he said we must speak to his boss, we went out for dinner and on our way home he and 2 other men physically stopped us in the street hand out infront of them and blocked the road it was terrifying to say the least, my partner got visibly irritated and said again we were not going to pay for something we did not want and for them to stop harassing us the “ boss” then told him to calm down and said to his friend who had been stalking us that is was okay and not to worry about it. The whole experience was nasty and the destination of the hotel is also a lie, it says 1 hr from airport it was a 3 hour drive, the water stopped working completely in our hotel room for a day and there was a foul odour constantly you couldn’t figure out where to get away from. Our toilet filled up with sewage several times during the week. Absolutely disgusting. Antalya itself it gorgeous cannot fault the view or beach but felt very unsafe

A 4-star hotel that doesn't even deserve 2. The food is terrible, there are salads and fruit, but the meat is only pieces of chicken mixed in some paprika and so on every day. The elevator is more broken than it works, the beer is watered down, the air conditioning is only in the rooms. It's hellishly hot in the corridors, lobby and restaurant. The pool, restaurant, cups, plates, everything is dirty.All inclusive which has nothing to do with all inclusive. Poor food, watered down drinks, ice cream from 15:00 to 16:00 and you wait in line like a refugee and sometimes you get 3 balls and sometimes only 2 per guest, misery. Paid €3500 for 12 days with air transport, not even worth €2000 for two. I would not recommend it to anyone and I will never come here again, not only here but in Turkey at all.

Overall not a bad if your looking for a cheap budget holiday the rooms and block at reception is far better than the other block near pool bar.the rooms are good and air con works fine they have their own private beach bar but limited drinks witch was a great shame.the food was good you always found something but we did eat out a lot in the 2 weeks we was there also the drinks are not too bad I stuck to beer Efes but found it slightly watered down the location is right at the front perfect for evening drinks.the staff I ISA Alexander and Fatima are a real credit to this hotel proper go out of the way to sort any issues out.i would recommend if your on a budget and want some sun pool etc

Overall good value. Positives- great location, right on the beach front, loads of bars and restaurants very close. Immaculately clean, cleaners in ever day who changed all towels and replaced water bottles in the fridge. Great pool, first holiday in a while that the water wasn't too freezing cold for me. Plenty of sunbeds Food was hit and miss but always found something to eat and we ate out a few nights. Fresh made pancakes and omelettes every morning at breakfast and the desserts were lovely. Snack bar at the pool had a great selection too. Negatives- unless you drink beer, you'll struggle. The wine was vile and warm (who doesn't keep white wine in the fridge?) The spirits were the usual cheap local stuff which doesn't normally bother me but the mixer was the problem. None of the fizzy drinks tasted right and I tried them all out of the machine. The 'lounge bar' at the front of the hotel had 7up in a coke bottle and coke in a 7up bottle so who knows what that was about but it didn't taste any better. Walls were thin and room could be noisy at night and I was on the 5th floor. Lift broken down several times over the week. Restaurant staff while very friendly were slow to clear and clean tables after guests had left and we often had to dust down the crumbs and get cutlery ourselves. Tips- a room on the 1st floor would be the most convenient given the dodgy lift. Buy your own drinks if you want something decent. Do a boat trip and take the cable car up to the castle. Lastly get a second key card for your room so you can keep the air con on when you're not in. Staff were reluctant to do this for us but I said my husband was going out to watch the football and needed a separate key (true) and they eventually agreed.

The Hotel is a good recommendation for people who like relaxing holidays and nice food. The variety of food and activities is great and a good selection for everyone. The hotel staff was absolutely kind, helpful and friendly. Especially when I met Fatma, the receptionist, she was able to solve problems and could handle anything without forgetting a smile. Also the bar staff friendly in any way. I can’t complain about the hotel and in conclusion, it was a great all inclusive vacation. I’ll return next summer ✨

Very nice hotel, staff very friendly, essentially the reception staff so helpful also made our stay enjoyable. They where able to tell us about activities or places to go in the surrounding area, which was super helpful and convenient.

This hotel is really the best me and my wife giving 5 stars to foods, location , personál specally the reception . And Fatima is so helpful and make people special. We definnitly thinking about come again and recomonding for everyone.

This hotel is so good . The meals always delicious and fresh we just loved it. Also beach is so near by this hotel. Location is so good so close the city center . The staff are so helpful and receotion staff are the best speaclly Fatima we'll really miss this hotel and the staff . We definitly coming again . Thank you for everything. ☺️

We went all inclusive. The bar closed at stupid times. The staff behind the bar leaving people waiting while they smoked or sat on their phones. Or being told to wait an hour for an alcoholic beverage. Food was the same every single night and what didn’t get eaten the night before was served the day after. Having to eat out most nights it was that bad. Staff were arrogant constantly. Charged £40 for WiFi and then charged for air conditioning. Key cards constantly stopped working only then for us to be charged €5 for new cards. 10 day stay and one night of entertainment which was in the main dining hall for half an hour. Worst place I’ve ever stayed in

This has got to be the worst hotel i have ever stayed in. The food is terrible not much choice. The staff are all sad/miserable except for the reception staff who go above and beyond for you. The lift kept constantly breaking down. My husband is disabled and had to walk up and down 6 flights of stairs which was a massive strain on his heart. The bar was located on the 1st floor at the pool so not really ideal. The rooms are clean and small with tea/coffee making facilities but the shower was cold for the entire week. You can hire towels for the pool but have to walk down the street to the Spa to get them. There is a bar in the evening but again you have to go out of the hotel and walk a short distance round to get to it. I have stayed in numerous hotels in Turkey 🇹🇷 but this was not a nice experience. Overall the area was beautiful with bars and restaurants close by but this hotel seriously needs a massive upgrade.

Very good hotel for a happy holiday . Food was great and the location of the hotel also the best . Because you can go everywhere from Mesut otel about 5 minutes. The staff so helpful and friendly specially the reception staff are always helpful and smiling we loved this hotel and we definitely will come again. And we recommend to everyone . 😊🥰🙏

We spent a wonderful week at Mesut Hotel and came back very satisfied! 😊 The hotel has a perfect location — practically right next to the beach, while also being close to everything, making it easy to walk around and enjoy Alanya. A huge plus for the entire staff. The reception team was very kind and helpful, and the waiters, bartenders, and cleaning staff were always smiling and friendly. You can truly feel a pleasant holiday atmosphere there. The food was very tasty and varied — everyone can find something they like. The atmosphere around the pool was also great, making it a perfect place to relax and enjoy the time both during the day and in the evening. We definitely recommend this hotel for a holiday in Turkey and would gladly come back again! ☀️🌴

The staff are great, all very helpful and friendly. Nothing is to much and all do their job very well 10/10 for hospitality (in true Turkish style) Location is fantastic, on beach front and in a main shopping area (I recommend to go to harbour area which is 300 lira taxi ride (10 mins) away or catch the bust which stops outside hotel for 15 lira (prices tend to be higher near hotel area (less competitors) The food is ok, plenty of different variety is it the best? No. But you get what you pay for and the same can be said for the drinks selection - Beer, vodka, gin and raki only. Cocktails are available at audition cost in the evening 21:00-23:00 they cost 7 euros each but are big glasses, and made correctly They have a private beach area with sun loungers and cushions/parasol and also a soft drink bar section for you to use on the beach (juices etc) - the beach is 30 seconds over the road from hotel If you're looking for a budget friendly escape to the Mediterranean this place is fantastic value for money If you want to indulge more in your all-inclusive package (more drink variety and food) then you might want to look elsewhere

Only suitable for adults no play area and got the smallest bit of pool can not fault hotel the staff are all polite the reception is so helpful and friendly Fatima is very helpful we would recommend but not with children

Staff were lovely and very attentive, Rooms were clean other than the floors they were dirty and left black marks on your feet, the only problem was the food it was the same 5 dishes every night and it wasn’t that good I’d definitely recommend going into one of the many restaurants near by as the only thing worth eating was bread and some tiziki

Very good location 1 line, sea near 50 metres, friendly staff help with any questions, food is full pension quality and taste, numbers have all you need to stay comfortable

Cleaning wasn't the best. They don't have transfer to the airport that can be a plus. Stay away from the pool tombola, I don't know why they agreed to do it... It's a cheap trick to make you buy things you probably don't need to.

We recently stayed at Mesut Hotel as two 20-year-old women and overall had a mixed experience. The food was generally good, though it would have been much easier if it had proper labels, especially for pickier eaters or those with dietary restrictions. Drinks were served in very small glasses, which was a bit frustrating at times. One standout was the housekeeping team – they were absolutely amazing and kept everything spotless. We also want to mention a particular young man who worked mainly at the pool bar – he was incredibly helpful and kind, a real credit to the hotel. However, we did have a few uncomfortable experiences with some staff who behaved slightly inappropriately towards us, which left us feeling uneasy at times. The hotel is in a lovely area with fantastic bars, coffee shops, and shops nearby, and the beach is right across the road – which is a major plus. The pool area was great too, with snacks conveniently located just across from it. Evening entertainment was enjoyable when it was on – not every night, but we didn’t expect it to be. Overall, while there were highlights, we wouldn’t personally return. That said, it’s likely a great choice for families or older guests looking for a quieter, more relaxed stay.

The rooms were very clean, maids friendly. They always make the effort to sort your room daily. Comfortable beds, only thing is it can be a bit noisy due to being near the main road. I was apprehensive about the food but it was actually really good, only thing is you’re very limited due to times. Only get ice cream between 3-4, diluting juice available all the time. However you need to ask for fizzy juice which is very limiting as you get a small glass and need to continuously ask if you want more, which is frustrating. Cocktails and certain alcohol not included, I’m not a big drinker but you would expect there to be 1 or 2 cocktails considering the price. Also down by the beach you can only get diluting juice or hot drink, I did buy a cocktail by the beach and the men were very abrupt demanding I ‘PAY’ as if I couldn’t afford it, which was abit insulting however had my cocktail anyway and it was good. Beach also needs a good cleaning, a lot of rubbish left by guests. :( There is also constantly loud music by the pool, I don’t mind music but I mean blasting, week later and there’s still ringing in my ears. I did ask the guy to turn it down for a abit, which he did so no issues. Some of music had racial slurs, which wasn’t really appropriate as there was a lot of kids in attendance. Speaking of kids there’s little entertainment for them apart from the pool. So if you have small children I would keep this in mind before booking. I will say the staff were very friendly and I actually really enjoyed socialising with them, Witnessed them take a fair amount of abuse from guests which was sad cause it was evident they do work very hard. Speaking of had 1 or 2 disputes with Russian guests who think they owned the pool, they were also loud at 1am having full blown conversations in the hall and domestics so not so great. Also speaking of which, dinner time is a trick because it’s a fight to get food as no one waits for a turn and people get their dinner and desert at the same time. Alot of guests overload their plates with the desserts and fruit and just don’t eat it and leave it to waste. As you can imagine a lot of the food isn’t replenished, so if you’re not fast your last. The location of the Mesut is good, you can go into town, there’s a pharmacy nearby and a migros, also several shops and a nice wee bar with music. It’s also out the way apart from the main road which is nice if you like the choice to have some quiet time. Also you need to pay for the wifi, sauna, room safe, fresh orange juice and more. Overall the stay actually was quite good, if it wasn’t for the unbelievable heat and the 2 hour travel from the airport I’d definitely be back.

The rooms are in poor condition, not like in the photo, the water in the shower is salty. As for an all-inclusive hotel, clean, drinking water should be given to the room every day, but unfortunately they don't give it and you have to pay for all the good alcohol!!!! This hotel does not deserve ****!!!!!!!!!!

The location of the hotel is very nice. The pool was very big and beautiful. The patisserie section was great. We were able to buy many sweet foods. I think everything was good in general. The rooms were good

Upon booking this hotel and reading the reviews I was very skeptical and thought I had made a mistake,arriving at the hotel around 11pm the receptionist was very friendly and helpful they offered for the porter to take our luggage to the room! The room was clean had a few minor imperfections due to normal wear and tear we had a balcony over looking the strip and a sea view! The hotel was very quiet even on a busy strip!!! The food was ok was a good variety but repetitive !! The staff were very helpful and polite and went out of there way to keep guests happy the staff within the pool bar and the restaurant manager especially! Overall we had a great stay and its clear that everyone has a different experience and things that bother some dont bother others!!

I had a fantastic time as always when i go mesut hotel i am always welcome there I've got to know everyone I've been going for a long time now i don't go anywhere else,the staff are always helpful food is good the rooms are very clean the beach is so close i will be back soon 😘

Shocking hotel avoid at all costs food not edible no running water on top floor at peak times fridge goes off when you leave the room and stinks 😷 so when you arrive back you have warm drinks we got chucked out of our room for another family because they had double booked it demanded that they gave me another room if I hadn’t they just would of said sorry we can’t do anything had bits of the pool tiles in my hand that had all chipped off and was sharp all chewing gum on the carpets along the corridors absolutely vile place never again cats in the restaurant at hotel also

Worst hotel food I have ever experienced, rude staff, poor hygene generally and no 'all-inclusive' service! The buffet food at Mesut hotel was the worst I have ever experienced! They served old moldy tesco value food - Spaghetti, chicken nuggets, fake meat, old dried up desserts and every day it was the same crap food with nothing fresh apart from bread and fruit. If you don't make it to dinner by the start time at 6pm, you will be left with a dirty table to eat at which the waitors never cleaned and the terrible food became even colder and worse. There were stray cats walking around everywhere at the dining room and were on the tables too. Drinks machine were old and disgusting with fake watery juice, and fizzy drinks were served in dirty small warm glasses which we had to ask the rude waitor to provide. There was no ice available, and the bar man was often nowhere to be seen so we ended up eating out most days for breakfast, lunch and dinner - To top things off, our child had food poisoning from the 1/2 times we ate dinner here (we stayed for 6 nights in total)! PLEASE NOTE THAT I AM NOT A FUSSY EATER OR HOTEL GUEST! But this was an unbelievably bad hotel and no idea how it was given 4 stars, it is not even a 2 star standard! The reception asked us to pay 8 Euros per device for wifi in our rooms (for 5 days), and only reception area wifi was free! Room was small, dirty and not big enough for 3 people like advertised on the holiday apps! The hotel in general is outdated and needs a complete revamp. It also smelt like sewage around the hotel, and it became unbarable to the point where we avoided the hotel lobby completely to avoid the smell. Water in the rooms was never hot, just warm and the bathroom was falling apart! Toilet was so dirty that we bought bleech to clean it daily. Toilet had a constant leek, and shower holder was falling apart. There was no entertainment at all apart from a 'fashion show' which ended in the hotel trying to sell us cheap/fake items of clothing. No all inclusive service - drinks stopped being served at 10pm each day, and no food on tap apart from some old moldy local sweets. Alcohol was cheap brands with a weird taste (vodka, whiskey, brandy etc) and we were asked to pay for branded drinks frok the fridge (i.e. bottles of Corona, Coca Cola, Sprite etc) Waitors were all men, anti social and uninformative! Always impolite, for example, when dinner finished at 8pm, they turned the lights off in the dining room rather than asking us to finish up our food and leave. I would avoid staying at this hotel, and advise on spending a little bit extra money to stay at an actual 4 star hotel which are closer to the Antalya/Side areas! Avoid at all costs!!

Definitely not a 4 star These stars must have been awarded under a previous management as I don’t see how this rating has been awarded Disgusting hotel lobby area has the main sewage drain hole which makes the place smell of urine. Lobby area is seating which you are not to take any porcelain to as the staff will shout at guests like they are children to go and eat in the restaurant which is dirty Booked 2 double rooms with single beds and got one double and 2 single and had to complain to get the booking right. Then had 3 very old sets of bedding which is long over due for being thrown out. Rooms are in serious need of work mould and damp in shower The cats are everywhere even in the dinning room. Food was mainly cold restaurant manager where’s crop tops and leggings which are not appropriate but given her communication with the staff who are not in uniform of sorts not a single name badge. It seemed common knowledge the restaurant manager boyfriend is one of the table servers They shout across the rooms and seem to terminate staff on the spot again not good management. Hotel manager seems to have the same management style and shouts at guests too. We witness the receptionist tell a guest to get out the hotel as they had a complaint. This is a family run hotel so corrective actions don’t seem to happen On clearing the tables in the restaurant trolleys with dirty stacked plates are left in the dinner area. Table cloths are stained and not changed.the napkins on the tables are of the lowest quality in dinner style dispensers. Cutlery For all courses are not placed on the tables or located where they easily found. The bars are closed as the staff choose. They closed the Terence bar for a staff Christmas dinner leaving guests with not much space to sit in the smelly lobby. Tour reps area constantly bombarding guest for bookings and over charging double what tours go for don’t use them is my advise as I witness several guests requesting cancellations and being told they don’t get a refund The chef housekeeping staff seem to be trying to do there best with what they have Hotels from hell sums it up Save your money and book elsewhere

1 star hotel, wouldn’t recommend this hotel to my worst enemy. Staff aren’t friendly. Food gives you bad belly. Only serves vodka and gin yet seems to run out of the only drinks they have. No free WiFi you have to pay. Very dirty/unhygienic, this hotel will make you very sick.

Currently sat in the lobby writing this review. Worst hotel ever! Never in all my life would I ever come back here or recommend this place to anyone. On arrival there was a family at reception complaining that they had no hot water in their room for 3 days, that was the 1st red flag. Our room was situated on the 1st floor right next to the door for the pool, a door which slams open and closed all night on its own, I went to put the key in the slot to turn the electric on & the box fell off the wall! All week I've had to practically hold it on everytime I take the key card in and out. The bedding hasn't been changed all week & the covers are hard & crusty. This is most definitely Not an all inclusive, the food is nasty & cold, the dining hall is filthy! The bar is situated inside the dining hall with a shockingly bad choice of drinks. Luckily my kids are grown, but I feel sorry for the guests here with small children, absolutely nothing for them to do. The entertainment consisted of a fashion show & belly dancer, all of which took place in the dining hall, I don't know about you, but I'd rather not like to see someone parading around in different ugly coats & someone shaking about whilst trying to eat the nastiest food of your life which you feel like you have to Try & eat as you've spent enough to come to this s**t box hotel. Never in all my life have I been to a hotel where there have been people complaining at reception all day everyday. Please people, do not spend your hard earned money on this place!

Cats everywhere even in the restaurant walking on tables, mould in bathroom, unpleasent smell , extra charge for heating, no hot water and disrespect everywhere when we asked about anything in the reception. We got laughed at at ignored slagging off in their own language.

Olabilecek en kötü oda da kaldık. Sözde 3 kişilik oda ama 2 kişiden bozma oda belli. 3 kişi ayrı yatakta olmamıza rağmen sanki aynı yatakta uyuduk. Bir yerden bir yere giderken sürekli merdiven inip çıkmak sinir bozucu. Sürekli bileklik sormaları da ayrı bir sorunsal. Yemekler fena değil

Fiyat performansına göre iyi bir otel, bu fiyata her şey dahil olarak uygun. Otoparkı yok, yol üstüne park etmeniz lazım bir yer bulursanız ilerlerde veya yakında park edebiliyorsunuz. Bu biraz sıkıntı. Yemekleri genel olarak idare eder. Deniz kenarında da plajda içecek alacağınız yeri var, şezlongları var. Dediğim gibi 2 kişi sadece kahvaltı olan bir yerde kalsanız dışarıdan yiecekleriniz daha fazla tutar.

I like stay in Mesut hotel cause of in the center of the city.Walking distance a few minute to go sea ,shopping,restaurants.There are menu contain tasty food and fresh fruites already Resturant,beach and swiming pool area.Could. be beter improve their sweets menu..Front side rooms are sea view and clean.

Very happy with this hotel, I was skeptical because it was so cheap, but I loved my stay! The location, food, room was perfect!

De hadde ingen kontroll på innsjekk av gjester, fant ikke booking, når de endelig fant det sende de oss rundt til en annen del av hotellet, men det var feil så vi ble sendt tilbake igjen og måtte vente enda lenger på å få rommet. Rommene bærer preg av slitasje og dårlig vasket. Maten var ok, men ingen variasjon hele uken. Bassenget er ok, men spilte høy musikk fra tidlig morgen til sent på kveld.

Overall it was a nice and short vacation. Especially Front Office and other staff were very kind.

The beach is a bit stony

It was very dirty all over. We accepted then 5 room then offered .they needed to do some claeaning before we were kinda happy. Big issue. The WIFI was note included. Even it said so in hotels.com

Stedet ser veldig fint ut på bilder, men hotellet bar preg av slitasje. Renholdet var dårlig og bestikk og glass var alltid møkkete.

Wir haben extra (Geburtstag meiner Frau) ein Standartzimmer mit Meerblick gebucht für 3 Nächte, und bekamen ein Ekonomisches Hinterzimmer im 1 Geschoss. Das Rauch des Grills und der Küche kam direkt hoch auf unser Zimmer. Das Personal in der Rezeption sagte uns, dass der Manager alles organisiert hat, und dass er telefonisch nicht zu erreichen wäre. Wir am nächsten Morgen ggf. in ein anderes Zimmer kommen würden, was wir auch gebucht hatten. Doch am nächsten Tag ging das so weiter, dass die sehr unfreundlich wurden und behaupteten das wir kein Zimmer mit Meerblick gebucht haben, dass es das Problem des Reiseveranatalters sei und nicht des Hotels. Der Reiseveranstalter hätte uns somit belogen, und uns ein Zimmer verkauft was es nicht zur Verfügung geben würde. Das gesamte Geschirr war jeden Tag dreckig, aus den Gläsern etwas zu trinken hat Überwindung gekostet. Das Essen, das Hotel insgesamt hat es niemals 4 Sterne verdient. Nur die Lage ist schön Zentrumsnah, wir haben die 3 Nächte wirklich nur zum Übernachten benutzt, weil anders war es in dem Zimmer und im Hotel nicht auszuhalten. Sehr viele Gäste haben sich aufgeregt, das war nicht zu überhören. Wir empfehlen dieses Hotel nicht weiter. Pure Enttäuschung! Nie wieder !

Location is good, rooms are decent. The gym was just two dusty machines on a balcony and two dumbells. The poolbar was very good with snacks all day and the restaurant was okay. The toilet in the room didn't flush properly, so the room smelt a bit like sewer.

Customerservice could be more professional, level of languageskills especially among the staff is necessity

Jeg hadde en god opplevelse av hotellet, vennlig personale, god mat og komfortable rom. det eneste jeg ikke likte var rengjøring på rommet ... rengjøring var dårlig ...

OK Hotel. Dog problemer ved ankomst, hotellet kunne ikke finde vores bookning, selvom de fik alle de dokumenter jeg fik da jeg bookede opholdet. Da vi fik vores værelse, var værelset beskidt og køleskabet var i stykker så det ikke kunne lukkes. Derudover havde jeg bestilt "Sea View". Vores altan pegede direkte ud til en væg på modsatte side, og da jeg spurgte efter vores havudsigt, blev jeg bedt om at læne mig udover altanen og derved kunne jeg se havet. Dog efter jeg brokkede mig i receptionen, fik jeg et andet rent værelse med havudsigt. Ellers ok hotel, med fint ophold. Hotellet var åbnet 2 dage før vi ankom grundet COVID-19 nedlukning. Vær OBS på at ikke mange af hotellets ansatte taler Engelsk, og selvom man beder om engelsk, vil man blive svaret på hhv. Tysk eller Russisk.

Forventningene ble skuffet,allerede ved innsjekk så var alt vanskelig! Holdt ikke med å vise app med bestillingsnr.Resepsjonisten måtte ringe sjefen,da gikk det i orden! Aircon kom og gikk under hele oppholdet.Den virket ikke,til tider.Siste kveld og natt virket den ikke i det hele.Vi klaget etter ett par dager og en ung mann som skulle sjekke fjernkontrollen tullet seg.Vi fikk en ny forholdsvis hygglig servicemann,det ble bare observasjon,åpnet og så bak deksel. Full av støv, men ikke noe ble fjernet. Strømmen kom og gikk.Internettet var ustabilt og dårlig,henger nok sammen med strøm.Maten var ikke noe særlig og det skulle så lite til for å få det mer delikat.Vi valgte å spise andre steder.Siste kvelden så kom det uttalelse fra resepsjonisten som var den samme ved innsjekk: «Har dere drukket vodka» og stønnet og vred seg...når vi kom i skranken.Har aldri vært med på maken av frekkhet og opptreden som viste lite kunde tillit! Vaske damen klaget på lite tips, ettersom vi kom fra Norge og hadde mer penger enn tyrkere.Hun spurte om jeg viste hva ett brød koster,og hvor mange hun fikk...jeg tenkte mitt.Hun snakker ikke engelsk, men jeg snakker tyrkisk! Meget dårlig service og dannelse ovenfor sine gjester! Min sønn og kjæreste hadde samme opplevelsen på sitt rom.Vaskedamen etterspør tips,hun hadde flere barn hjemme! Til og med å ta en dusj ble en dårlig opplevelse, ofte var det bare kokende varmt vann,skulle tro det ble bare kaldt,men livsfarlig for små og store.
