E aproape de mijloacele de transport , sunt restaurante în jur , paturi confortabile, curățenia în fiecare zi , parcare asigurată .

Faptul ca era miros urat în cameră de la canalizarea din baie dar ulterior s-a rezolvat .

Gazda foarte amabilă, Micul dejun gustos, Curățenie, schimbat prosoape în fiecare zi, Aproape de mijloacele de transport,

Atentie mai multa la curatenie....baia lasa de dorit!

Bir kilodan fazla yeşil erik almıştım ve poşetin içinde buzdolabının üzerinde duruyordu. Poşet sağlam olup hiç bir delik veya defosu yoktu. Öğleden sonra odayı bırakıp dışarıya çıktım. Geldiğimde oda temizlenmişti. Eriklerin poşetinde delik ve eriklerden alındığını farkettim. Alan benim farketmeyeceğimi zannetmişti ama benim odada ne yapıp neyi nasıl bıraktığımı çok iyi bilirim. Bu sizin otelinizin ünü için hiç uygun bir davranış değil. Erik veyahut meyve sonunda çok da değerli olmasa da kişiye özel bir eşya olup böyle davranışların tekrar olmaması için buraya bunu yazıyorum. Ayriyeten de odamın kilit ve anahtarı sorunluydu. Düzgünce açılıp kapanmıyordu.

Чисто, уютно, отзывчивый персонал, по просьбе сразу дали эл.чайник, дополнительное покрывало. Отлично охлаждал кондиционер, чистая ванна, ежедневно свежие полотенца и бельё.

Было бы супер, если бы завтраки были более разнообразными. Хотелось молочного, мясного, десертов. В целом норм.

Personalul este de nota 10,sunt foarte primitori ,micul dejun este excelent. Deși este un hotel de doua stele merita toată stima .Parcarea care care a fost în fața hotelului și gratuita ,locația aproape de centru și de principalul mijloc de transport (Tramvaiul T1) cu care poți ajunge în mai toate locațiile importante. Cu tot respectul pentru toată echipa de la Grand Umit Hotel ,cu siguranță vom reveni.

Mici imperfecțiuni poți găsi dacă vrei dar nu este cazul ,aici ne-am simțit ca acasă mulțumim

Μου άρεσε πολύ το άψογο προσωπικό πάντα έτοιμο να σε βοηθήσει και να σου δώσει ό,τι πληροφορία χρειάζεσαι. Πάντα με χαμόγελο όσο αργά το βράδυ ή νωρίς το πρωί ήταν.

Όσο αφορά το ξενοδοχείο και τους υπαλλήλους όλα ήταν άψογα.

الفندق مقبول جدا، بالنسبة للسعر مقابل النوعية المكان قريب من المواصلات، وفريق الفندق طيبون، وكذلك الإفطار جيد

La possibilité de prendre un petit déjeuner soigné chaque matin, l'hôtel est isolé des bruits de la ville et nous offre un confort pour le repos, une mosquée était également située a proximité.

Ospitalitate, camere curate si mari, micul dejun diversificat, cafea turcească si ceai la dispozitie, personal foarte amabil si prietenos. Locatie aproape de mijloace in comun de transport si poti merge si pe jos la atractii precum moschei, portul galata, turnul galata, bazar… Am revenit de fiicare data cu placere si am sa mai revin!

Diversificat și apetisant, micul dejun, iar locația foarte curată!

Totul a fost excelent, pornind de la amplasarea hotelului, la amabilitatea personalului, curatenia din camera si dotarile existente. Micul dejun este variat si gustos. Personalul hotelului este gata sa ajute in orice situatie. Per total, a fost un sejur reusit, iar daca revenim in Istambul, vom alege acelasi hotel!

Nothing i dislike about it There was nothing I disliked about the hotel. Everything was excellent, and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

The staff were friendly and very kind. We as a family felt safe and comfortable over there. The ladies in the kitchen were all kind and respectful specifically a Turkmen lady made us feel at home. Hotel management was respectful and very friendly. They were very helpful in the case of need and were trying to solve any possible problem asap. Rooms are safe, so we could leave all our belongings in the room without any hesitation.

Camera de la etajul 5 a fost foarte luminoasa si încăpătoare, dar terasa face totul.

In prima zi a fost un miros neplăcut la baie, de la canalizare banuiesc, insa mirosul a dispărut a doua zi.

The location of the hotel is perfect,for those tourists who want to see how locals live. There are many streets nearby with cafes,restaurants. Even a shopping mall is close to the hotel.The staff during breakfasts was lovely,all ladies were nice. The receptionist (middle age man) was amazing during our check in. The breakfast was plenty, delicious with variaty of local meals. Our room was spacious,clean and comfortable.

One younger receptionist male on the other day didn't like my children where praying in the lobby. I guess it's prohibited in there. He asked them to seat quietly and don't move.Wi-fi disappeared from time to time.

Отличное месторасположение, в 5 минутах трамвай, метро, автобус. В номере прибирались каждый день, постельное чистое, меняли регулярно. Завтраки отличные и разнообразные, но с местным уклоном: суп из чечевицы, турецкие салаты, вареные яйца, жареные баклажаны. Номер чистый, ванная чистая без плесени и запаха. В общем очень хороший вариант за свои деньги.

Берите с собой беруши, прямо в 10 метрах напротив мечеть, так что в 5 утра будьте готовы просыпаться.

Все очень понравилось, отдыхали с семьёй, несмотря на то что прибыли раньше времени, нас разместили и предоставили завтрак за счёт отеля! Отель очень удобно расположен не далеко от центра, пара станций на трамвае, трамвайная и автобусная остановка в 2 ух минутах. Персонал очень отзывчив, каждый день проводилась уборка номера. Благодарен за тёплый приём. Рекомендую 100%

Hotel je čist i uredan. Osoblje je vrlo ljubazno (pozdrav za Ferhata). Doručak je raznovrstan, ukusan i obilan. Parking za auto je besplatan. 450 metara od hotela je tramvajska stanica, tako da ste u roku 10-15 u centru Istanbula. Sve preporuke

Amabilitatea personalului. Foarte drăguțe doamnele de la micul dejun.

Micul dejun poate fi îmbunătățit. Nu exista fructe, iar cafeaua este nes cu apa fierbinte.

Locatia este foarte aproape de mijloacele de transport in comun, curatenie peste tot, mic dejun inclus in tariful camerei, am beneficiat si de upgrade gratuit.

Mirosul de la canalizarea din toaleta ar putea fi combatut cu ceva solutii sanitare.

L'accueil était exceptionnel le personnel disponible souriant et agréable, la chambre était très propre et nettoyé chaque jour. Le petit déjeuner turc était assez varié. Nous étions 2 adultes et 2 enfants pour une famille c'était parfait. Le tram T1 était juste à côté qui amène directement sur les lieux touristiques (3 arrêts). Je recommande à 10000%..ce que j'ai le plus apprécié c'est la propreté de l'hôtel et surtout de la chambre. Merci à toute l'équipe de l'hôtel Umit.

Raport calitate preț bun. Se face curățenie zilnic în camera. Micul dejun mai poate fi îmbunătățit. Este o moschee vis-a-vis de hotel și trezirea e dis de dimineață. Per total a fost o experiență plăcută.

Posizione ottima vicino alla stazione del tranvía di Aksaray che permette di spostarsi con facilità. É situato nel quartiere di Fatih in cui si respira la frenetica vita locale non esasperata dal turismo. Abbiamo dato il voto massimo perché appena entrati nella hall si viene avvolti dalla premura e dalla gentilezza genuina dello staff che a qualsiasi ora invita a degustare il thé. Colazione fresca e variegata che propone anche specialità turche.

Very good located hotel and the staff was really nice.

The walls are very thin and you can hear even the TV from the other room. If someone is farting, you can hear it. The prayer that they have every day in the morning at 5:50 AM can be heard very loud from the street. It’s like being with you in the room. Very annoying because it woke me up.

Хотела се намира в непосредствена близост до автобусни линии. Района е много комуникативен във всякакво отношение. Хотела е чист и приятен, на втория ден от нашия престой ни смениха бельото. Закуската е добра и персонала е много мил и отзивчив.

Предлагания от хотела Wi-Fi е много некачествен. Ако има прекъсва на всяка минута. На четвъртия ден от нашия престой нямаше топла вода, климатика спря да духа топло, това беше и причината да си тръгнем по-рано.

Las habitaciones, acogedora y espaciosa. El desayuno, a falta de fruta, que es lo que podrían mejorar, y café.

No habia fruta en el desayuno. Por lo demás está muy bien y el personal muy amable, unas mujeres encantadoras.

In camera 501/502 la baie era un miros închis, toată perioada am stat cu ventilația pornită și am avut furnici in camera.

Friendly staff and clean rooms

The staff I liked almost everything. The staff were kind and helpful. The room was clean. The hotel’s location is very good. The breakfast buffet was sufficient and delicious. I wish I had known about the hotel earlier — I would have booked a longer stay. I will definitely stay here again

There were no thick blankets. They asked us to change rooms after one night due to a misunderstanding between the room I had booked and the one we were given. However, after a brief discussion, they agreed not to move us

The location made it easy to access the main road for transportation, food, and shopping. Taxi's knew the area.

The room was small, lights were not working and staff did not respond to fix. The water one day became brown. The breakfast has very poor selections. The rooms did not have kettle, or irons, I had to ask. The TV selections had no english channels. Although I was on a no smoking floor it didn't matter as other guests were smoking and there is a one inch gap at the bottom of the door so it came through.

Много ни хареса хотела. Отлична локация, много близо до трамвай и метро. Персонала е много дружелюбен. Всичко беше страхотно. Бих се върнала там при следващо пътуване до Истанбул.

Малък, но много спретнат и чист хотел! На удобно място е, в непосредствена близост има трамвайна спирка. Персоналът е изключително любезен и усмихнат. Едно от момчетата на рецепцията ни помогна с паркирането на автомобила. Предложиха ни чай и кафе на влизане в хотела. Стаите се почистваха всеки ден.

Срещу хотела има джамия, от която се будиш около 07:00 ч.

Nagyon szuper,tisztaság minden nap takarítanak, finom a reggeli bőséges van miből választani, kedves a személyzet, segítőkész. A szobákba nagyon jó meleg volt lekelett húzzuk a kalorifert mert sültünk meg..

Egy kicsit zajos mert mi pont a főútra kaptuk a szobát és velünk szembe egy templom volt minden reggel énekeltek 7 órakor de amúgy jó volt

Totul a fost foarte ok. Inițial am avut rezervare pe o cameră mai mare cu 2 paturi duble, dar am avut o surpriză plăcută a ni se oferi apartament cu: living cu balcon, 2 dormitoare, baie proprie și cichineta. Lenjerie și prosoape alb imaculat, foarte curat și frumos. Țin să menționez că nu ne-au mai cerut diferență de preț. Notă maximă cu felicitări, mulțumim pentru mini vacanța de 3 nopți!

Puțin cam departe de Moscheea, centre de vizitat, dar nu a fost o problemă asta, oricum eram pentru plimbare, am mers cu tramvaiul.

Очень удобное расположение, метро, трамваи, магазины всё рядом. Есть лифт. Завтрак вкусный, есть что выбрать: чай, кофе, соки, сыры, оливки, печенья, овощи, иногда фрукты и т.д. Персонал очень вежливый и отзывчивый. На пару ночей можно остановиться!

Очень громко набиралась вода в смывной бачок. Сломана ручка в душе. Окна выходили на мечеть и мы просыпались с утренним призывом на молитву. Если любите поспать то призыв будет вам мешать.

Βρίσκεται σε πολύ καλή περιοχή, κοντά σε σταθμό τραμ κ μετρό, καθαρό, καλό πρωινό και το προσωπικό ότι χρειάζεται είναι έτοιμο να σε εξυπηρετήσουν,σας το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα.

The staff was fantastically warm, welcoming and helpful. Upon a arrival they were prompt and very efficient to take us through the booking and to our room. We was delighted to find that our room was on the top floor with balcony panoramic rooftop view looking onto the vast city of Istanbul and the sea it resides. The room was large and homely with a modern on suit bathroom which was immaculately cleaned daily. The breakfast was hot and cold buffet and staff was happy to oblige when we asked for omelette or scrabbled eggs.. The location was ideal for local restaurants and access to public transport which provided shorts trips to the city sites and shopping. All of which made for a very enjoyable city break.

The wifi was good but there was some short periods of the day when access was in and out, however, this was only very limited times.
