مكان الاقامه في الدور الاخير ولا يوجد طربزين لهذا الدور ..... والسلم مرهق متعب جدا ...لا يوجد اسانسير. ..

Aras is an amazing and extremely hospitable host! Our highlight from our whole trip was chatting with him over coffee and a turkish breakfast spread he kindly made for us. The location is so convenient and lively at any time of the night, with plenty to offer right outside, including çay, resturants, and the metro. The room has everything you could need, especially for the low price. We will absolutely choose to stay here if we are lucky enough to return to istanbul and would recommend it to everyone!!!!

the stuff were friendly

the room was super old and not really clean, the bathroom was disaster, the furniture were super old and the pavement was so diarty, the stairs were so scary and inconvenient

Price and location...

The staff there was very welcoming and helpful. The environment was good. The building was what you expect at this rate. The equipment was like that as well, not great but okay for the price you pay. The location is excellent, if you are there as tourists then that's the place you need to stay at. WiFi was very poor, that's the biggest and probably the only significant problem I faced.

The WiFi. And if you are too concerned about cleanliness and fully mould free, fresh place, then I think it's better to pay more elsewhere.

Le lit est un peu affaissé, on s’enfonce vite dedans. Il est peut-être un peu vieux.

Excellent location, great staff member. Facilities in the bedroom. Despite the very central and busy area, the room was quiet.

Everything looks old and cleanliness was just about acceptable.

The location

Хареса ни колко е комуникативна локацията на хотела и цената за която го получихме. Можехме да стигнем навсякъде. Ако пътувате с влак от България както направихме ние има връзка с метрото до гара от която може да се стигне до гарата на пристигане/връщане. Имаше климатик, хладилник 2 легла и хубава бяня.

Беше старо и износено, имаше съвсем малко мухал, едното легло матрака му висеше от едната страна, интернета беше нестабилен, но като цяло беше идеално за нашето преживяване.

The property is in very bad shape. It is dirty and old. The beds were fixed in the boiler room. Mattresses were bad and not fit for sleeping. It gave me a back pain. The owner was uncooperative. The property should not be on biking.com. The picture posted were not the pictures of the property.

Every thing. The property need lot of work to accommodate the guests.

Es ist eine sehr gute Unterkunft wenn man in zentraler Lage sehr günstig schlafen will. Also sich eigentlich nur zum Schlafen im Zimmer aufhalten will und sich selber Frühstück machen will. Die Gastgeber sind sehr hilfsbereit und antworten schnell auf Fragen. Und es war sauber, wenn auch nicht neu. Die Klimaanlage funktioniert gut

Das Fenster geht zu einer sehr belebten kleinen Strasse. Wenn man bei Lärm nicht gut schlafen kann, dann stört das. Die Dusche war zwar gut aber der Duschkopf könnte mal erneuert werden,

الفندق ممتاز والقائم عليه متعاونِ لاقصى الحدود واهم ما يميز الفندق موقعه فهو يقع بالقرب منه سيارت الدولمش و جيع الباصات و المتروات وساحه تقسيم و شارع الاستقلال و مطاعم وكافيهات والمكان بشكل عام مفعم بالحيويه والنشاط حتى ساعات الفجر الاولى صاحب الفندق عطاني مفاتيح الباب الرئيسيه وباب الممر وباب الغرفه فممكن النزول والعوده في اي وقت والغرفه مجهزه بمطبخ صغير يحتوي على ادوات طبخ يمكن استخدامها لتمشيه الامور اليوميه وكذلك ثلاجه و فرن مايكروويف انا ارجح بشده العوده اليه مره ثانيه ان شاء الله

ما ينص ااغندق هو المصعد ولكن قيمه الفندق بموقعهه المميز كذلك لسوء الحظ كان كيبل التلفزيون مقطوع فبقيت بلا نلفزيون و كذلك باب الشاور كان مكسور غير ذلك كل شي كان ممتاز

I booked two rooms through Booking.com. When we arrived, we found that one room had a fan, while the other room had neither a fan nor any ventilation system. The weather is extremely hot, making it almost impossible to sleep in that room. I contacted the hotel reception and asked if they could provide a fan for the room without one. They told me that they did not have any fans available and that not all rooms are equipped with a fan. This shows that the hotel is aware that some rooms do not have proper ventilation or cooling, yet this is not clearly stated in the Booking.com listing

Если вы хотите погрузиться в реальную жизнь коммуналки, не не в Российском Питере, а в Турецком Стамбуле, то вам сюда. Это не отель, это номер - студия в здании. Причём, видимо, ранее это была полноценная небольшая квартира, не её разделили пополам и стали сдавать в аренду. Добавьте еще сюда крутую винтовую лестницу на третий этаж здания, проваливающиеся полы под затёртым линолеумом и отсутствие хоть какого-то вида из единственного окна, которое невозможно полностью открыть - и вы погрузитесь в атмосферу жизни небогатого мещанина, имеющего жилплощадь в центровом районе Стамбула. Если вам чисто переночевать, то вам сюда. Если вы планируете хоть сколько-нибудь времени проводить в "номере", то рекомендую поискать иной вариант жилья. Если вам нравиться аутентичность местного быта - то лучше вы не найдёте.

4th floor, no elevator, very narrow stairs, room was not good, owner refused to give me the AC remote control, was too hot and didn’t sleep

Bina tarihi bir bina oldugu icin haliyle ici de eski. Zemin ve banyo tavaninin elden gecmesi gerekiyor. Ama fiyat / fayda dengesi dusunulunce uygun

Ο ρεσεψιονίστ κι ο ιδιοκτήτης ήταν πολύ ευγενικοί. Ο ιδιοκτήτης μου πρότεινε upgrade και τον ευχαριστώ γι αυτό, αλλά με είχε πιάσει τάση φυγής... ένιωθα ότι θα με πλακώσει το κτήριο..

Δεν μ αρέσει να κάνω κακές κριτικές και η αλήθεια είναι πως ό,τι πληρώνεις παίρνεις. Δεν γίνεται να είναι πάμφθηνο και πολύ καλό ταυτόχρονα. Με το που είδα το δωμάτιο όλα φώναζαν ότι πρέπει να φύγω... ένα κακοστρωμένο κρεβάτι με στρώμα από την εποχή της γιαγιάς μου και ψόφια μυγάκια πάνω στα μαξιλάρια. Μια ξεχαρβαλωμένη κουρτίνα, πλαστικό δάπεδο και σοβάδες να πέφτουν από τους τοίχους. Μια τουαλέτα λίγο μεγαλύτερη από μια ντουλάπα που έμπαινες με το πλάι από την πόρτα. Δεν έμεινα ούτε μια ώρα. Βρήκα ένα αξιοπρεπές δωμάτιο, αλλού, στον ίδιο δρόμο. Όχι στην ίδια τιμή, αλλά αξιοπρεπές. Δεν ζήτησα τα λεφτά μου πίσω. Η αλήθεια είναι ότι αυτό άξιζε το δωμάτιο. Ο ιδιοκτήτης όμως πρέπει να κάνει σοβαρή ανακαίνιση προς σεβασμό των επισκεπτών του.

Value for money. They let me check in early. Location is very convenient, just steps from Taksim Square.

No lift

Staff was brilliant... waited for me till 12 am... dropped me off with my extra luggage at the shuttle bus stop at 5 am in morning V.kind of the man to give the service... Accommodation is v.near to metro and bus stops. Cafe just across the road Frederick cafe is very reasonable priced compared to others... Mosque also nearby If you have alot of luggage or arriving late or departing early... staff is cooperative... he is the best thing about accommodation

Accommodation is abit old needs renovation.. Lights in the room need improvement

La ubicación es excelente, es muy céntrica

El suelo está hundido, el colchón se sale de la base de la cama, falta más limpieza y la entrada es muy incomoda, no es libre, esta llena de cosas, está totalmente obstruida y el internet es malísimo, sin embargo la persona que nos recibió es amable.

Взял для одного дня в Стамбуле проездом - отличный вариант. Очень хорошая цена. Прекрасное местоположение. Находится около Таксим. Жить не стал бы в отеле, но для того, чтобы взять душ и отдохнуть днем - идеальный вариант.

Низкая цена и отличное местоположение перевешивают все недостатки

The location

The most thing is that it is dirty, the bed smells, the sheets smell, the room smell. I didn’t sleep comfortably at night and was happy to leave next morning. The light from the shops downstairs stays on 24/7 so you always have light hitting the room in the night. It’s too noisy at night(berks of good location).

Esta cerca de la plaza Taksim y facilita recorrer toda la ciudad. El hospedaje es barato he ideal para dejar las cosas ir a conocer Estambul y volver para descansar

En mi caso el baño no tenia luz y bueno le falta un poco de mantenimiento

No water provided, no air conditioning, dirty flask - even have white flakes floating after cleaning and double boil. Extremely sunken bed, felt like sleeping on metal frame. No elevator, have to carry your luggage up 3 floors. Have to open 3 doors to access room and the keys are terrible and don’t fit well - have to trial and error to open (might take up to 3 min and it’s frustrating after 12 hours out walking)

Всі зручності представлені на малюнках, відповідали справжності. Дуже зручне розташування резиденції, поруч метро, трамвай, фунікулер, та центральна площа. Більше нічого і не треба

The location was close to bus stop and restaurants

All the photos were not real. The host was rude and insisted the photos are accurate. We paid for a room with kitchen and storage cabinets, and side tables - none of that was in the room. We were given a completely different room than what we booked. The room was on the third floor with no elevators - this was not listed on the property listing

Only the good location.

It wasn't clean. The sheets were stained, the towels smelled bad, and the place was very small and cramped.

Situazione buona. In una via servita da negozi di alimentari, snaks, ristorantini. Piazza Taksim a pochi metri con metro e dolmus. La struttura è sicuramente molto economica. Staff sempre disponibile.

Todo mal, un tercero sin ascensor, la habitación pésima no sé corresponde con las fotos, todo destartalado, fatal de 10 días estuvimos la primera noche y tuvimos que reservar otro apartamento para los demás días

Кондиционер не работает. В номере грязно. Из под линолиума торчат доски, пол не ровный. Окна всегда завешены шторами и темно в номере, так как напротив другой отель. Освещения не хватает.

Все сподобалося, номер чистий, всі зручності присутні. А саме головне це місцезнаходження. Центр і метро та вся інфраструктура поруч. Що ще треба

El peor lugar donde me he hospedado. Puerta de ducha rota, habitación llena de humedad, no había forma de que hubiera oscuridad para dormir.

Это отличный вариант на одну-две ночи. Шикарное расположение в непосредственной близости от площади Таксим. Радом весь транспорт, добраться можно куда угодно, в том числе в аэропорты. В номере есть все необходимое. Хозяин дружелюбный человек. Позволил нам позднее выселение, на улице был дождь и идти было некуда.

За эти деньги в этом районе - отличное соотношение цены и качества.
