Otel odası ve temizliği mükemmeldi . Fakat aşağıda bulunan cafenin müşteri kitlesi , içeride yoğun nargile kokusu ve hizmet anlamında çok memnun kalmadık . yine de önemli olan konaklama ve oda olduğu için 5 yıldız veriyorum

We had the pleasure of being assisted by Ali, the Manager at Pullman Istanbul Hotel & Convention Center, and I cannot praise him enough for the outstanding service he provided. From the very beginning, Ali was calm, attentive, and incredibly polite. He went above and beyond to make sure every detail of our stay was taken care of, and his professionalism truly stood out. What impressed us most was the way he handled everything with such grace and patience. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and he made us feel genuinely valued as guests. Thanks to his efforts, our stay was not only comfortable but also memorable. Ali is a true credit to the Pullman team, and his exceptional service turned a good trip into a great one. We are grateful for his help and would absolutely recommend this hotel, especially because of the excellent staff like Ali.

İş için 3 gece konakladım. - Oda ve banyo iyi temizlenmemişti. - Odada ütü yoktu istedim 1 saat sonra geldi ve çalışmıyordu. Tekrar istedim ben çıkana kadar gelmedi. - Duşta su çok cılız akıyordu doğru düzgün yıkanamıyorsunuz. - İnternet bir gün tamamen yoktu diğer günler çok yavaş.

Rude and horrible security and manager. Disgusting place from carpets to toilet and shower. The manager shouted at me because I ordered beverages and food from outside for my diet… Horrible experience

Oda gayet sıcak,geniş ve konforluydu onun dışında çalışanların kendi içinde sert bir kavgaya tutuşmalarına şahitlik etmek rahatsız ediciydi,TV'de Arap kanallarının çoğunlukta olması da hoş değildi. Bir de dışardan yiyecek sokulmaması ve oldukça saçma buldum.Bir grup turist yiyecek ve içecek olan çantalarıyla geçmek istediğinde güvenlik çok sert uyarıp içeriye grubu sokmadı bile. En azından bu otelde böyle bir kural var lütfen bir dahaki sefere dikkat etmenizi rica ediyoruz diye ılımlı bir uyarıda bulunulsaydı bari..Yani personellerin tavrı genel olarak hoş değildi.

First of all, just about everyone working there was rude except for Yusef- who did offer some assistance to one problem. The room on average was 80 degrees Fahrenheit every day and night despite closing the curtains, leaving window open and sometimes turning off the vent. The first night, I called to desk for someone to come look. Man on phone said they’d send someone but no one ever came. The room itself is very nice, spacious, and comfortable beds. We had our do not disturb sign on the one night, went out to eat for a couple hours, only to come back and find someone did go into the room as evident by items left on the desk. There is nothing close and in walking distance. It was easier to get a taxi going over the Pullman Convention/Hotel side than the Mercure since both are actually in the same building. Housekeeping was attentive to our rooms and directions. WiFi was sporadic as we were constantly getting kicked off or got the message “unable to join.” In the future, I’d pass on staying here.

Otelin içerisi olması gereken daha tenhaydı, neredeyse terk edilmiş gibi. Oda temiz, yataklar ise rahattı.

Service nul et très cher pour ce que c’est niveau prix de la chambre et prix du restaurant, le buffet est médiocre. Il faut payer en plus au petit déjeuner pour avoir des œufs aux plats. La Turquie est devenu un pays de luxe avec l’inflation récente, je connais très bien le pays, je déconseille tout simplement de s’y rendre. Les arnaques sont légions (taxis, commerces etc …). Le jeu est aujourd’hui de plumer les étrangers.

Water pressure in the showers were low. Could not get an invoice from the Chinese restaurant located inside the hotel.

Otele giriste kahvalti dahil rezervasyonumuz ait bilgi kagidi elimizde olduğu halde bekletildik. ertesi gun tekrar gorustunuz mu diye bize bilgi sordular. Hotels com dan kiminle iletisim kurabiliriz ki. Otel de resepsiyonda yine bekletildik. Kahvalti dahil konakladik. Temizlik iyi sayilir.

Bu otel hakkında iyi şeyler söyleyemeyeceğim. Sözde 5 Yıldızlı Otelde kalıyoruz kahvaltı hariç seçim yapmışız yanlışlıkla ve faturamıza bedeli yazınız diyoruz kabul etmiyorlar. Önce ödememiz gerekiyormuş 50.00TL Kahvaltı ücreti için ödemeden kaçacağız sanki :) Müşteriye hizmet sıfır. Asla bir daha tercih etmem.5 Yıldızı Sökün ve istediğiniz gibi davranın bence

Nicely decorated and very comfortable a great hotel

The shuttle bus didn’t show up on the airport. You better call the hotel in advance just in case to be sure you will not going to wait 2 hours

This hotel does not take a credit card at check in. As an international traveler that was difficult. The room was clean and okay. Shuttle service only runs every two hours to the airport.

Otel de müşteriye ilği yok,otoprak’ta otele çıkışla alakalı hiç bir yönlendirme levhaları yok.oda’da recepsion ve diğer oda hizmet numaraları için bilği kitapçığı yok,oda temizlenmiş,televizyon kumandası yok,kumanda eksikliğini bildirmek için recepsiona inmek zorunda kaldım !

Odayı aldığımda birçok eksik olduğunu farkettim. O sırada katta bulunan görevliler eksiklerin tamamlanmasında çok yardımcı oldular. Kendilerine teşekkür ediyorum.

Cok kotuydu hizmet kimse kimseyle ilgilenmiyordu

Otel mükemmel servis güzel, otelin tabelası olmadığı için taksi baya bir zorlandı bulmakta. Oteli arayıp yardım istedik. Oysa uzaktan görünen tabel aile birde yoldan girişe işaret konulabilirdi.

Otel kesinlikle Mercure satandartlarında değil. 2 defa belirtmeme rağmen diş traş seti getirilmedi. Havuz spa var diye satıyorlar ama şaka gibi yan otele gönderiyorlar. Telefonu çalışan oda bulmak imkansiza yakın. Resepsiyon bir kişi ve ilgisiz. Kesinlikle zincir otel diye gelinmemeli. İsme aldanmayın ilk ve son konaklamam oldu burada.

Gece yarısı varmamiza rağmen ari bey her konuda inanılmaz bir misafirperverlik sergiledi.. Ertesi gün aynı şekilde mükemmel bir Sabah kahvaltısı aldık.. herşey dört dörtlük.. Tekrardan teşekkürler..

Karşılama güzeldi fakat beklentim yüksekti sanırım istediğim gibi olmadı Yastık kılıfları lekeliydi Kapalı havuz konforlu değil soyunma odası hele çok vasattı 2 kişilik oda istedim ama ek yatak vardı kaldırılmamıştı tıkış tıkış bir durumdaydı duş başlığı sorunluydu sıcak su sorunu yaşadım kahvaltı büyük bir handikaptı temiz bir masa bulamadık biraz temizlediler tam oturduk hadi kalkın yemek hazırlığı var hiç güzel değildi

Herşey çok güzeldi ama 24 saat havaalanı servisi ne yazıkki doğru değilmiş akşam 22.30 da bitiyormuş bir saate yakın taksi beklemek zorunda kaldım. Oteli arayıp bana bir taksi gönderin dediğimde ne yazıkki gönderemeyiz dediler. Bence sitede doğru bilgi vermeliydiler

위치가 좋지 않습니다. 비행기 소리가 납니다. 청소 상태도 별로 입니다. 냄새까지 납니다. 공항 손님들 뿐인지 호텔 분위기가 썰렁 합니다. 크고 넓기는 합니다.

Decent hotel but just impossible to connect to WiFi. Went to reception, they took about 5 minutes trying to get me connected, it eventually did but immediately cut off the minute I walked away from the reception. The room had no WiFi reception at alI even thought they kept telling me it should work, in this day & age the internet is vital for most guests. I specifically reserved a smoking room but had to order an ash tray and waited almost 30 mins to get one to room, surely in a smoking room something so basic as an ash tray should already be there!

Superior Suite gebucht und ein Zimmer mit einem Sessel und Schreibtsich bekommen. Absolut katastrophales Zimmer welches komplett zusammen gebastelt war. Offene Steckdosen, Installationskabel liegen unter dem Sessel. Klartext: Ich werde nie wieder Mercure Airport buchen und es auch niemandem mehr empfehlen.
