El baño podría mejorarse, no usan cortina en la ducha así que si dejas el duchador en el soporte se moja el resto del baño. La manija del agua caliente estaba rota y se caía

La position du riad est bien situé et décrit comme sur les photos. Nickel sur la propreté rien à redire !! Le personnel est très souriant et très sociable et c'est un point très important . je le recommande vivement !

Härlig Marockanska atmosfär i en fantastiskt vacker Riad. Varmt vatten i duschen och rymligt rum. Trevlig personal. Och kylskåp på rummet.superbra läge till medina souk men på en lugn gata.

Städning av rum. Det kom fram efter 3 nätter att vi behövde lämna nyckeln i receptionen om vi ville att personalen städade av etc. Vi hade dock fått nya handdukar varje dag och toapapper och tvål men då frågade ci om det. Men för oss var det ändå ok.

Muy limpio, atención perfecta por parte de Dalal y Jamal. Tuvieron mucha paciencia conmigo ya que me costó explicarme y llegué demasiado pronto, pero me guardaron la mochila y dieron facilidades para que pudiera esperar tranquilo. Además, las dos noches distintas que me quede me dieron la misma habitación y me hicieron sentir muy cómodo.

Lá atención de Jamal y Dalal fue muy buena. Nos ayudaron en cada cosa que requeríamos de la mejor manera.

Estuvimos en dos cuartos diferentes, pero estuvo mucho mejor el cuarto de la primera planta al ser mucho más amplio.

This place has a great location for visiting different places. The room was very clean, nice, and cool—important for the Marrakech heat. The staff was very helpful. Highly recommended for a stay in Marrakech.

Antes de nuestra llegada hablamos con el alojamiento, enseguida nos contestaron y estuvieron dispuestos a ayudarnos en todo momento. Nos permitieron entrar a la habitación antes de la hora del check-in lo que estuvo genial. La habitación además estaba limpia y ordenada. Sin duda repetiríamos aquí. Un saludo a Dalal.

Charmant petit riad tout en bleu majorelle, ouvert sur une cour intérieure et un toit terrasse pour se détendre ou prendre le petit-déjeuner. Havre de calme et de silence en cœur de ville : ce riad est au pied de la Medina (quartier Mouassine), mais accessible en voiture (ce qui est très pratique pour les transferts avec bagages). Ma chambre était grande et propre, la clim fonctionnelle, le lit très confortable. Je m'y suis bien reposée après un bivouac dans l'Atlas. Le petit-déjeuner est simple, mais complet et qualitatif. Le personnel est très aimable, flexible et serviable : un grand merci à Dalal et Jamal pour leur accueil et leur aide. J'ai pu prendre ma chambre dès mon arrivée (avant l'heure officielle du check-in). Euros et dirhams sont acceptés.

Jesli jestes pierwszy raz w Maroko i nie qiesz jaki Riad wybrać, wybierz ten. 10/10 to za malo. 100/10 jest odpowiednie. Bardzo polecam pobyt w tym Riadzie. Jest po prostu przepiękny, urokliwy. Cały obiekt jak i pokoj był bardzo czysty i pachnący. Bardzo wygodne łóżka. Przemiły personel. Bliskość placu Dżami al-Fana, wystarczy krotki spacer. Zalatetą w naszym przypadku było również położenie. Pod sam Riad może podjechać taxi co przy nocnym locie jest bardzo dobrym rozwiązaniem. Podróżowałam wraz z koleżanką, w kobiety i czułyśmy się bardzo zaopiekowane i jakakolwiek prośbą była spełniana. Pan na recepcji przemiły, bardzo dobry czlowiek. Jest niezwykle gościnny. Gdy zamówiłyśmy taxi na lotnisko odprowadził nas do drzwi Riadu, upewnił się że bezpiecznie wsiadamy do taxi i powiedział kierowcy że na lotnisko ma nas zawieźć i upewnił się że to ten kierowca który miał być. Mówię w pewnym stopniu po arabsku więc wiem że o to chodziło. Odpoczęłyśmy psychicznie i fizycznie. Bardzo wygodne łóżka, klima super chłodzi. Przy następnym pobycie w Marakeszu napewno wybiorę ten Riad ponownie na dłużej. Czułam się jako kobieta samotnie podrozujaca z koleżanką bardzo bezpiecznie i zaopiekowana. Polecam bardzo

Le Riad Lalla Kitti a été parfait pour notre séjour. L’atmosphère est magnifique, chaleureuse et authentique. La chambre était très confortable, propre et agréable. Un grand merci à Dalal, à la réception, qui a tout fait pour rendre notre séjour parfait. Sa gentillesse, sa disponibilité et son professionnalisme ont vraiment fait la différence. Nous recommandons cet établissement sans hésitation !

A beautiful riad with an authentic Moroccan charm. It has a lovely atmosphere and only needs a little renovation to make it even better. We were warmly welcomed by Dalal at the reception. We encountered a problem because there was no water in our room, but she immediately arranged another room for us. Without her help, we probably wouldn't have received such prompt assistance. She also kindly served us Moroccan tea while the new room was being prepared. A big thank you to Dalal for her kindness, professionalism, and excellent customer service. I wish her all the best and continued success in her career.

The Keeper Jamal provided a typical Riad in the heart of Marakech. Well done. Lovely! He kept me well and gave help whenever necessary. Great people there. Lovely place, easy to reach Koutoubia moschee and central place. Also good entrance to the Medina. Well, a really nice place to stay for a week or two.

Some things need more care. But it is an old house full of mood. Should offer breakfast directly. Could notmake use of it.

Posizione comoda,5 minuti di camminata dalla piazza principale. Di fronte c’è un ristorante molto rinomato che la sera fa degli spettacoli e ha una buona animazione. Dalal molto disponibile e gentile. Ogni mattina ci chiedeva come ci trovassimo e se avessimo bisogno di qualcosa.

Dalal and Jamal were very helpful during our whole trip, any questions we had or help with our items before going to Toubkal were sorted with ease. The location is great and the Riad is very nice - would definitely recommend for your trip to Marrakech!

This is my second time in Riad Lalla Khiti, I first came 7 years ago and now I see it remains the same. The staff (Dalal and Jamal) have been so nice and helpful, always asking if we needed anything. At first we were located in the first floor but we asked if we could be changed to a bigger room and they agreed. We were super comfortable in the first floor and there was enough space for all my family. The breakfast was very good in the terrace, it’s a very quiet and lovely spot. Lastly, I want to remark that it is super well located, just next to the Koutoubia and the Jemma el Fna square. Thanks for the staying! We would highly recommend going to this Riad.

At night it gets noisy because there’s a disco in front of the Riad but the staff prevented us and we bought earplugs. We could sleep okay.

No es un Riad nuevo y lujoso, es justito. En el baño solo una pastilla de jabón.

L'odeur des égouts envahissante dans le Riad ainsi que des cocrelles. C'est dégoutant Le personnel est vraiment pas professionnels. En plus, la machine pour payer est désactivé pour obliger le client à payer seulement cash.

It was a nice place with very kind staff

Our stay at this riad was excellent. Jamal and Dalal were incredibly kind, helped us with everything, and were always available whenever we needed assistance. They are wonderful people. The location is fantastic. Everything is within walking distance, starting with the main square. Right next to the riad, you'll find shops, a currency exchange office, and cafés, while one of the most famous restaurant-clubs is just across the street. An ideal place to stay. I highly recommend it!

Es un hospedaje muy bonito y con mucho encanto. Cercano para visitar la ciudad, pero no demasiado como para soportar ruidos. Es una buena zona accesible y tranquila por las noches. Frente a este hospedaje, se encuentra posiblemente el establecimiento más VIP de la ciudad. Para quien se lo pueda permitir. El trato con el personal muy cercano y hay que reconocer que es muy dedicado. Al llegar por las tardes noches siempre hay presencia controlando la entrada. Los desayunos son espectaculares. Teniendo en cuenta que estos desayunos son lo típico de la ciudad. En la terraza del ático se está muy bien por las noches, porque corre el aire y se está fresquito. Solo en ella se permite fumar a quien tenga el vicio.

A tener en cuenta que en las plantas superiores hace más calor y aunque tiene aire acondicionado, cuando regresas de las excursiones, la habitación acumula calor y hay que esperar a que el aire acondicionado haga efecto durante unos minutos. Para mí lo normal, pero a tener en cuenta.

We received exceptional hospitality from the owner, Dalal, who kindly allowed us to leave our luggage free of charge on both our arrival and departure days. This thoughtful gesture made our stay even more enjoyable. Unfortunately, we only stayed for one night, but we will definitely be back. Highly recommended!

La ubicación es excelente, a dos pasos de la medina y en una calle muy amplia y tranquila, no está en callejones y eso también está bien. Pero quiero destacar la atención de todos los trabajadores especialmente de DALAL desde que llegamos hasta que nos fuimos, con una sonrisa siempre y con atención al detalle, muchas gracias! La habitación de 10, con limpieza diaria y el desayuno correcto. Volveremos!

We took a triple room, the beds was comfortable. Location was perfect for us within the medina.

Bagni da ristrutturare, davvero troppo datati . Alcuni Arredi idem. In generale pulizia da rivedere a causa di quanto scritto sopra.

Localización muy buena en plena Medina. Uno de los Riads más bonitos que hemos visto hasta ahora con un personal muy amable y atento. Yamal nos atendió muy bien y estuvo pendiente de nosotros en todo momento. Incluso pudimos dejar las mochilas ahí una vez hecho el check out hasta la recogida del taxi para el aeropuerto.

Everything was great during my stay. The location is very convenient, close to everything I needed, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I had a really pleasant experience and would definitely recommend this riad.

A nice and clean hotel. The room on the ground floor was spacious and comfortable, but there was some noise from other guests. The next day, Ms. Dalal kindly changed our room to another one on the rooftop, which was also clean and comfortable. However, there was still some noise coming from the nightclub. We would like to thank Ms. Dalal and Mr. Jamal for their kind service and warm hospitality.

Un riad magnifique et une chambre très propre. Le plus important est le service d’accueil, absolument remarquable. Pendant la journée, Dalal s’occupe de vous avec beaucoup de dévouement et d’enthousiasme. Chaque fois qu’elle me voyait, elle me demandait si tout allait bien. Elle a même débouché le drain de la salle de bain avec ses propres mains à deux reprises, sans hésitation. La nuit, Jamal est également très serviable et toujours à mon écoute.

De douche werd niet goed warm, hij werd warm en daarna koud. We vonden de locatie best duur. De man regelde voor ons een taxi naar het vliegveld, dat was heel aardig, maar we hadden het gevoel dat we hier echt veel te veel voor betaalden

Great location good price nice room and very kind and helpful staff especially Dalal. I realised late at night that I had to print my boarding pass for the flight in the morning, when I asked Dalal where I could print it at such a late hour he got it printed from somewhere for free and brought it to me within 5 minutes and he also got a couple bottles of water for me too. Excellent customer service and I’ll stay here again on my next trip.
