Our room was advertised as a balcony sea views but we just had windows and no balcony or view. There was no where to sit or to hang wet towels and swimwear.

I booked Llaut Boutique Hotel on the basis of a reservation that included breakfast. After making the booking, I received a lengthy automated message from the hotel which left me with serious concerns about what I had actually booked and what to expect on arrival. The message begins by saying that guests “MUST CHECK IN” using an autocheck-in machine at the entrance and that a physical passport/ID and payment card are required. It then goes into detailed instructions about inserting the passport into the machine, including what to do after three failed attempts. What I found particularly strange was the wording regarding payment: “YOU WILL NEED TO GIVE YOUR PHYSICAL ID OR PASSPORT, AND A CARD … TO MAKE THE PAYMENT OF THE AMOUNTS THAT HAVE PENDING” This was followed by a reference to the tourist tax, but the communication was not particularly clear about what other amounts might supposedly be “pending”. Even more confusing was the breakfast information. I had specifically booked a room with breakfast included, yet the hotel’s message says: “Breakfast in restaurant Aixa from 08:00 to 10:30 If you do not have it included, you can take it directly there” Why send this wording to a guest who has already booked a breakfast-inclusive rate? At the very least, I would expect the hotel to clearly confirm that the breakfast I had paid for was included. The overall tone and content of the message was extremely impersonal and unusual for a boutique hotel. Instead of making me feel welcome before arrival, it raised questions about payment, identification, access to the property and even whether the services I had booked would actually be honoured. There is nothing wrong with automated check-in or collecting the legally required tourist tax. The problem is the strange, poorly worded and unnecessarily alarming way this information was communicated. A hotel booking should provide confidence and clarity. This communication did the opposite.

Reviewed Aug 14, 2026Me encantó todo, sobretodo la ubicación tranquila y las instalaciones bonitas y cuidadas. Pensaba que sería complicado aparcar pero no fue así. Recomiendo que mejor vengan en pareja o solos ya que el baño tiene un vidrio que deja ver la ducha desde la habitación y además no tiene puerta. 🫶🏼

The family room was not as described. There is a glass window in-between the bedroom and bathroom so you have no privacy when using the toilet or shower. I was travelling with my best friend, tween son and teenage son. It was a really inappropriate space to share. There were no photos/ explanation on the booking or website. We tried to cancel on the day but was told that as we were only there for one day so it didn't matter. We all had to use the toilet and shower in reception. For £300+ for the room I expected more!

Reviewed Jul 13, 2026Die Lage ist an sich gut, ich würde den Ort Can Picafort aber niemandem empfehlen. Mir war das vorher nicht bewusst, aber der Ort ist zu 95% auf deutsche Touristen ausgelegt. In jedem Restaurant wird deutsch gesprochen, die Speisekarten sind auf deutsch, deutsches Essen, der Ort hat einfach keine eigene Kultur. Wenn ich Urlaub in Deutschland mache, erwarte ich, dass deutsch gesprochen wird, aber auf Mallorca wünscht man sich doch was anderes.
- Es gibt keine Tür, die das Badezimmer (inkl. Toilette) vom Schlafraum trennt. Das schlimme ist nicht, dass es keine Tür gibt, sondern dass Platz da wäre und man sich bewusst gegen eine Tür entschieden hat. Warum??? Kosten? - Die blonde Mitarbeiterin, die in der Frühschicht da ist, ist sehr unfreundlich gewesen. Es war sehr unangenehm, mit ihr beim Frühstück den Raum zu teilen, man fühlte sich ständig beobachtet und verurteilt. - Das W-Lan war unglaublich schlecht. Ich weiß nicht, wie es hier eine Bewertung von 9 bekommen hat. Im Foyer war es noch okay, relativ schnell (60 Mbit/s, Ping bei 40ms), aber im Zimmer (107, 1. Etage) wirklich sehr schlecht. Ca. 10 Mbit/s, Ping bei 70-80ms, häufige Verbindungsabbrüche. - Die Dusche ist zudem durch eine 100% transparente Glasscheibe vom Schlafraum getrennt. Wenn jemand duscht, sieht man die Person jederzeit aus dem Schlafbereich. - Das Frühstück kostet 15€ pro Person und fällt sehr dürftig aus. Es gibt nicht viel Auswahl und nahezu jeden Tag exakt das gleiche mit leichter Variation. Ich weiß wirklich nicht, wie man guten Gewissens dafür 15€ verlangen kann. Wäre es gratis, hätte man ja keine Erwartungen, so aber schon und ist dann einfach enttäuschend. - Es gibt einen Pool, der ist aber nur 70cm tief und auch sehr klein. Hat zur Folge, dass man nur dann dort theoretisch schwimmen könnte, wenn man ganz alleine da ist, war aber nie der Fall. Am Ende sind dann 3-4 Leute im Pool, jeder steht in einer Ecke und ja, dann kann man es auch gleich lassen. - Es gibt eine Mini bar, Preise sind auch okay, die Cola und die Chips waren aber schon 2 Wochen abgelaufen, ist uns auch erst aufgefallen, nachdem wir sie geöffnet hatten. - Für den Preis stimmt die Leistung einfach nicht. Wir haben vor Ort viele Hotels gesehen, die wir auch vorher auf Booking gesehen hatten, die teilweise günstiger waren, ich würde alle Hotels diesem hier vorziehen. Wir haben für 6 Nächte 1.100€ bezahlt für ein Doppelzimmer, das ist einfach zu viel.

Reviewed Jul 7, 2026We enjoyed five days in this beautiful boutique and due to our anniversary, we were surprised with a room upgrade which we loved. The staff was amazing, accommodating and made us feel welcome at all times. From the balcony, you look right onto Can Picafort Port and the ocean. The neighborhood is quiet but still central. There are delicious restaurants right next to the hotel. If you're after a reliable and relaxing stay, this is the right place. We'll be back!

Reviewed Jul 2, 2026Prachtig uitzicht op de zee en het haventje vanaf ons balkon. Rustig gelegen en toch loop je gelijk de Boulevard op. Ook het strand lekker dicht bij. Klein maar mooi zwembad op het dak met weer een prachtig uitzicht.
Het inchecken ging met een automaat en dit lukte niet zo gemakkelijk. Na aantal keer bellen eindelijk het juiste tel.nr. gevonden en konden we naar binnen.

Nula privacidad de terraza con jacuzzi, 3 días alojados y no nos pudimos duchar porq no salía agua de la ducha, recompensa de salida de 2h más tarde por 3 días sin ducharnos, nos cobraron hasta la botella de agua. Muy mal servicio de mantenimiento

Gauč velke zrkadlo. Parada. Velka postel pohodlná. Upratovali kazdy den aj ked mam pocit ze podlahu nie. Check in bol cez kiosk tiez uplne v pohode. Zaparkovať sa dalo vzdy v okolí. No proste nechcelo sa nam odísť.
Slabšie ranajky. Keď idete na viac dní tak sa to zunuje ale inak v pohode. V sprchovom kúte bolo okno priamo na postel. Vhodne teda pre manželov alebo pár nie na dovolenku s kamarátmi 🤣. Ale da sa to zvládnuť len sme to nečakali. Aj ked priateľovi sa to veľmi páčilo!

pas d hôte présent à l’accueil en continue si on n’a besoin d’aide ou de renseignement pour prendre son petit déjeuné ou connaître les services proposés par l hôtel cela reste complique Notamment pour le check in il devrait toujours avoir quelqu’un de disponible au cas où si la personne a besoin d’aide à la borne

Nada , todo estaba en reformas no había manera de contactar con nadie , el hotel estaba vacío no había nadie , las habitaciones sucias, olía, a cerrado , jacuzzi sucio de verdad no pude ni pasar la noche allí porque no había personal y encima estaba en obraaaaaas!!!!!! Fatal pésimo muy muy mal

Què havíem reservat dos llits separats i en principi no els volien canviar i ens posaven problemes. Finalment ho varen fer i només consistia en separar el llit i els llençols. No em va agradar que el bany no tingués cap porta

La manera del check in. Me explico, el método de autocheckin es muy bueno y cómodo. ¿Qué problema me encontré? Que la habitación se había reservado para dos personas, y viajaba yo solo. Cuando completé mis datos, no me dejaba obtener la tarjeta de la habitación, hasta no meter los datos de la segunda persona. No hay forma de saltar ese paso. Llame al número de teléfono, y sale una centralita que no me resolvió absolutamente nada. Solución… meter los datos de mi novia, que no viajo, ni se hospedó conmigo. No encontré otra forma, al no haber nadie en recepción, ni teléfono que te lo cogiera una persona física.

- El agua fría en la ducha, no nos pudimos duchar - Fuerte olor a porro, era insoportable, el pasillo, la habitación…todo insoportable el olor. (Venía de los vecinos de abajo que estaban fumando en el jacuzy - Esos mismos vecinos hacían mucho ruido. - Hacía frío en la habitación, no había edredón

Le petit déjeuner est varié. L'hôtel est situé dans un quartier calme et le point idéal pour visiter le nord et la côte ouest. Nous recommandons cet hôtel excellent rapport qualité /prix

Das Zimmer ist groß und hell Leider sind beide Matratzen sehr durchgelegen und man wacht definitiv mit Rückenschmerzen auf. Das Badezimmer insbesondere die Duschkabine muss dringend renoviert werden weil die Fugen sehr schimmelig sind. Dann gab es immer wieder Probleme mit der Wasserversorgung. Die Pumpe fällt wohl immer wieder aus und es gibt dann kein Wasser. Da war man sehr bemüht Abhilfe zu schaffen! Der Eingangsbereich und der Frühstücksbereich sind schön eingerichtet Das Frühstück war super

We had no sea view, even though it was one of the specifications on the booking. I also booked this room as it has a hot tub. But, there was no privacy, as we were looking straight into an apartment building. I think the price was much too high. We stayed in some of the best hotels in the rest of Majorca for the same price

Wir haben ein Hotelzimmer mit Meerblick und Balkon gebucht. Leider befand sich das Zimmer direkt neben dem Serverraum, weshalb wir zwei Nächte lang nicht schlafen konnten. Danach wurde uns ein anderes Zimmer ohne Balkon und Meerblick, aber ohne Lärm, angeboten. Später hatten wir erneut ein Problem: Ein Granel ist in die Klimaanlage geflogen, was wieder zu einer schlaflosen Nacht führte. In der zweiten Woche hatten wir kein warmes Wasser. Als Entschädigung dafür haben wir ein kostenloses Frühstück erhalten. Die Dame an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und hat versucht, uns zu helfen. Aber all diese Unannehmlichkeiten auf einmal können weder durch ein Frühstück noch durch eine freundliche Rezeptionistin wettgemacht werden.
