Everything was perfect!!

It was just okay. The front desk staff on Saturday evening was not friendly AT ALL, in fact, he was quite rude and made feel bad for booking on Expedia. The room (suite) was severely outdated. Linens were clean but not one mirror was properly clean. Breakfast was adequate and the front desk lady on Sunday was very friendly and tended to buffet well.

We enjoyed our stay, great room, great front desk staff. The only thing that wasn't amazing was the breakfast. We didn't stay for it, no eggs, just toast etc. Will definitely go again if in the area.

I really enjoyed the Hotel. The lady who checked me was wonderful. She recommended a handicapped room which was excellent!!! The only thing I can say was finding the entrance to the hotel…Minor detail…

Check in was quick, efficient and friendly. Front desk stuff was personable and it was great to end a long day with a friendly face. The room is large with a couch and padded window bench.

This hotel was easy to find, the rooms were exceptionally clean, staff were delightfully friendly, and the area was quiet. It's close to railroad tracks, but we never heard the trains going through during the night. Breakfast had a great selection of muffins, bagels, toast, cereal, yogurt, and beverages. We will absolutely stay here again if we need to stay in Parry Sound in the future.

Disappointed in the upkeep of the hotel. No ice maker. TV issues. Dirty stairwell and windows. Shabby.

Room was comfortable, but no television stations able to be accessed, only free streaming service like Pluto. Good acessible parking, lots of eke tric vehicle charging stations.

Above average hotel. Clean. Close to downtown and Island Queen - highly recommend their cruise. Staff were friendly . Includes breakfast in comfortable dining area. Room needed more outlets for tech devices - none were close to the bed. Consider Bringing an extension cord. Lots of pillows but none were comfortable.

Location is great, very close to restaurants and stores. Just a short drive to the waterfront to catch the cruise. Front desk was polite and helpful. The rooms were clean but we did notice some disrepair around the hotel. Our thermostat (AC) was stuck on the lowest setting and any time we tried to change it an hour later it would revert back to freezing. The elevator wasn't functioning correctly and we were nervous to use it. We also heard other guests mentioning that they were nervous to use the elevator. Breakfast was pretty mediocre compared to other hotels, but we grabbed a muffin and a coffee to hold us over each morning.

Room is small, but very clean and had everything we needed. Bed was comfortable. Lady at check-in was amazing and gave us some great recommendations for dinner options.

Clean and spacious rooms. We had two queen beds which were very comfortable and had clean sheets. Happy with our stay. Breakfast was complimentary and they had a bunch of cold items . Some eggs would be a nice addition though! The breakfast lady could be a little more welcoming lol

Really liked the suite layout with the peninsula kitchen space centered as the divider and the window seat was a nice unique space for reading.

Pros: Convenient, clean, good service. Negatives: no sound proofing, can hear people talking in rooms on either side of our room. Making it hard to fall asleep and waking us early.

It’s such a pleasure to stay here. I’ll be booking again next year. The staff are so pleasant, we’re secluded, even though we’re conveniently close to the highway, and the rooms are clean, breakfast is fine and the coffee tasty and always available.

I have been using your hotel for a few decades now. The change of the ownership did not alter the quality of the services of this beautiful well maintained hotel. It is my favorite in Parry Sounds. The location is idea.

So amazing to be at a place not staff by newcomers from India! Staff were amazing and appeared to be heritage Canadians - ones who made Canada notorious for being friendly, not some kinda "post-national" LMIA workforce. Grounds, lobby, hallway and rooms are in impeccable condition. One of the best places I have stayed in ever.

The staffer who greeted us at reception was extremely friendly and professional. Even gave our dog a treat. The room was spacious and spotless, and right by the side door so we didn’t have to take our dog through reception. There is a lovely little area outside with picnic tables and Algonquin chairs, and parking is spacious. Near fast food restaurants, grocery stores and Walmart. There is also a 24-hour coffee/apple cider/hot chocolate station. The only downside for us was the breakfast. It was very basic: bagels, toast, fruit, prepackaged muffins, cereal and yogurt. That’s about it. That may very well be plenty for other folks, but we have been spoiled for waffle makers and hot options from other hotels that offer breakfast. Then again, this hotel was cheaper, so definitely not a deal breaker. Overall, a fantastic place to stay.

We have family in Parry Sound, so go up there about twice a year and always stay here. While the room decor is a little dated, it's always clean and comfortable. And the staff are wonderful and the main reason we keep coming back.

Enjoyed my two day stay. I am a musician and quiet days are important. It was a calm and pleasant atmosphere, which I very much appreciated.

Staff were all very friendly. Beds and pillows were uncomfortable. Floors still had previous users spilled items on them.

This hotel hasn’t been upgraded since it opened many years ago. Ok for one night. Even though there’s a kitchenette, there isn’t even a glass! Let alone plates, cutlery… Very basic

Very nice hotel, close to the highway renovated bathroom comfortable bed. Black hair in the tub & I do not have black hair, cleaning could be better. Through no fault of the hotel the people in the adjoining room had there phone alarm (not on vibrate) actually set loud on their phone for 4:30am 5am 6am & 7am, when I went to check out at 9am they had the DO NOT DISTURB sign on their door handle!!!! Really love ignorant people!!

All the staff was friendly, which is hard to find nowadays. Pet friend inn that was great, and lots of Tesla chargers.

Upon our late arrival received a pleasant welcome from Scott at reception. Travelling with my puppy and felt he was also welcome 😊! Check in was friendly, quick and efficient, much appreciated after a long travel day.

Bed was great room was clean. Didn’t use the breakfast but looked ok. Nice to have free drinks around the clock.

Signage to find the property was very small and hard to see.

The property was right off the 400. It’s an older property but was clean. The room was small but we were only staying one night. The continental breakfast was quite good with a number of choices to have

Isolated hotel perched above a major intersection; it is necessary to drive to reach any other place of interest. The room was damp and dated, the continental breakfast was particularly grim, although the outdoor picnic area was cheerful.

Property is well located close to Highway 400. Reception desk good and helpful upon arrival and departure. Room clean but small, bed comfortable but would prefer shower stall to bath.

Very nice hotel. Quick and friendly check in. The rooms were clean and spacious. The breakfast in the morning was nice. There was muffins, bagels, cereal, tea, coffee, and juice. The breakfast area was spacious and clean. It was in a very good location close to the downtown.
