The services are very expensive, washing a bag of clothes, 200 dollars, getting a haircut inside the hotel 50 dollars.

To whom it may concern, Firstly, I would like to thank you for your service during our recent stay. We truly appreciated the cleanliness, safety, central location, and the beautiful views your hotel offers. The facilities and modern technologies throughout the hotel were also impressive. However, I would like to bring to your attention two important issues we encountered: 1. Bathroom Design Concern: The bathroom in our room has a sliding aluminum gate that does not fully seal the area. As a result, water from the shower easily flows out into the corridor. Unfortunately, this caused a serious safety issue—our baby slipped and fell on her back twice due to the wet floor. I strongly urge you to take corrective measures to prevent such incidents in the future. A proper seal or threshold could greatly improve the situation. 2. Deposit Policy Clarification: After paying the full amount for our stay, we were asked to deposit an additional $500 as a safety deposit. We were not clearly informed of the reason or purpose for this charge in advance. I kindly request clarification on this policy. Despite these issues, we had an overall pleasant experience, and I appreciate the service provided by your staff. Thank you for your attention to these matters. The room was nice clean BUT very noisy screaming in hallway which was scary think maybe some guets having a domestic. Also what really annoyed me was the men maybe concierges outside waiting for guests asked if my daughter and I wanted a taxi he said yes we get you one 100 dirhams to go to Dubai mall!! I knew it was only around 30-40 as we took a taxi day before. I gave him a some advice the day we left that SCAMMING females he should be ashamed. Am sorry to say i did not feel safe as at night you would see a lot of ladies of the night coming in / out some trust me didnt have much clothing on! Disgusting to see

The hotel is in good location. The breakfast is terrible. Somedays you have long lane just to go in. It is very noisy. The other hotel guests (V-hotel) come for breakfast to Hilton. The quality of food in not good and is not standard, mainly is for south specific papulation. We did not go for breakfast for couple days. I recommend to stay but better to eat outside. Do not pay for breakfast.

Everyone at the property was kind and helpful. The room was clean with ample amenities. They replaced the bottled water everyday which was very nice! They need more American tv channels, however or at least a streaming option like Netflix or Apple. The morning breakfast, I didn't enjoy. Quite expensive and served the same thing everyday. Definitely not worth the price. The Silk Spa treatment was really nice! Emily did an amazing job on my Balinese massage!!! However, they need more therapists in order to accommodate more people. Also, don't forget to use the coupons they give you at check-in. I personally didn't find the restaurants food to be tasty at all. I tossed several meals and wasted a lot of money. I did enjoy the Steakhouse in the Palace Hotel next door. Great price, great service, great ambiance and good food!

Amazing property

There were only two towels in the room, no hand towels, no wash cloths, no matts. This should all be standard and I would expect there is a certain standard before new guests are assigned a room. It seems their housekeeping isn't well trained and there is little quality assessment (most hotels I know have someone quality check rooms). Also, not a housekeeping issue, but one phone didn't work and the shower door wasn't sealed, flooding the bathroom after every shower. Standard quality inspections should rectify such issues.

I am staying same hotel since 4 years, and its a good adress. I am very thanksfull for all nice service and hospitality of all. I wish to see you again.

My wife and I stayed at the Hilton Al Habtoor for 3 nights in January 2025. We were happy with the hotel. The rooms was spacious and well furnished. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful (and all speaking perfect English, of course...). The price was reasonable. The breakfast buffet was good, with a big variety of food. There are several restaurants in the hotel, all rather expensive, but that's to be expected. A nice bonus is that the hotel offers free shuttle service to the nearby Dubai Mall and to the sister hotel near the seashore.

Staff were magnificent - The Hotel was fantastic - we had an amazing time.

I booked the hotel specifically because I wanted a room with view. I requested a room with a good view and got a reply to my email that this has been put in as a note. I was not late for check in, but I got a room with construction view. I asked couple times for change of room which they said they had no availability. The swimming pool also has no city view and it was under construction. Toilet seat was stained, generally sticky door knobs, tables and phones. The rooms are not clean. Breakfast was bland. I did not enjoy my stay.

Excellent hotel! This Hilton is near the airport, very close to the Dubai Mall and other downtown attractions. The facilities are awesome, you have 4 different options for dining, there is access to a club and lounge, the lobby has a wide space for seating, outdoor pool amenities are very nice, and the staff members are friendly and helpful. The only negative I can find is the speed/strength of the wifi.

The rooms were exquisite and comfy. All the required amenities and more. Slept well and will definitely recommend to anyone. I'll will be coming here again on my next visit.

I will start from the easy part. The hotel is very good, excellent service. In the shower head at least half of the nozzels were plugged. Now to the case that caused me to rate only 3 stars. I chosed this specific hotel as it was published that they have a kosher breakfast buffet and I travelled with a kid that must eat kosher. I was fully aware that I will have to add money for this at the property, even that I included a continental breakfast. My first communication to the hotel regarding kosher meal was at September 23, when I booked the stay for February 24. No respond recieved. During the week before the stay, I wrote to the hotel again about kosher meal and for early check in. They answered after some time that they dont serve anymore kosher breakfast buffet and ignored my question regarding early check in. I wrote again to the hottel that I am already disappointed but they never read it. As the new information about missing kosher breakfast beuffet came 2 days before the trip, I couldn't cancel the booking or the breakfast. At the hotel I tried to solve it explaining that the kid cannot use the breakfast so at least will give us credit to order from room service which does have kosher menu, but the hotel refuses do so explaining it is a package from expedia and he cannot change it. I chat with the service of hotels.com and they just answered that I didn't canceled on time and I have no evidence that kosher meal was an option. Felt like no one really tried to solve it.

Everything was amazing with this property. From check in to food to our wonderful view of dubai from our room, 5 star ratings all around. The staff were wonderful and the continental breakfast every morning was delicious. So many options to choose from and a special shoutout to manjoor who helped us every morning during breakfast. Would highly recommend this hotel.

my stay was amazing we enjoyed the Burj khalifa fireworks from our rooms since we were avoiding to be stuck in traffic and we had the bottomless dinner close to our hotel which was spectacular made eat oysters for the first time they were splendid.. I jus did not like how we would for our ice bucket for 2 hours and just a mixer

Clean hotel and rooms. Excellent service all round. Very spacious rooms and bathrooms. Conveniently located. Great bonus is the shuttle service to the Dubai mall and the beach resort. Will def recommend and stay there again without a doubt. Our room had a burj view which was a bonus to the lovely view of the canal below.

The Hilton Dubai Al Habtoor does not disappoint. This 5 Star luxury hotel is stunning. As always the Hilton reigns supreme and is always top tier. The rooms are spacious, and the amenities are wonderful. The rain shower head and bidet is a touch of class. Housekeeping gets 10 stars. Azardeen, Mahesh & Kayam gave our room the royal treatment! Their responsiveness and attention to cleaning made sure each day the room was spotless! They made sure my bday in Dubai felt like royalty from the moment we arrived it started with the upgrade room with a view of the Burj Khalifa. Let’s not forget when you enter the hotel you are greeted with a smile and throughout the day someone makes sure to ask are you okay and if you need anything. Hilton will forever be my go to hotel. If you want a world class one of a kind experience make sure you stay at the Hilton Dubai Al Habtoor City .

An excellent hotel ! our family stayed 3 nights in two connecting rooms. the rooms were big and comfortable. The service was fantastic. The WiFi was very good. excellent location and comfortable free valet parking. The hotel offers a complimentary shuttle to the Mall of Dubai, though the frequency is low and also ends relatively early (about 7 PM if I remember correctly) We got a high-floor (25) view of the Burj

The exprience was amazing, you get more worth of your money there, free shuttle service to Marina resort and Dubai Mall was cherry on top. Excellent customer service, room cleaned every day with perfection. We got the room with a view of burj Khalifa and canal.

Was very happy in this hotel. It was clean, nice staff, and the pool area was lovely. They need to enforce the adult/lap pool rules and not let young children into all of the pools. Also they allowed people to 'reserve' sun beds for hours with their towels which is simply not fair. Check in was a painfully slow experience at 2am, with long queues. Otherwise would definitely stay again. Thank you!

Convenient location in downtown Dubai to get to many places via taxi. Great pool and kids area.

We enjoyed our stay and the staff were very friendly. It would have been nice to have the option to eat breakfast out on the roof top and have some more variety up there for meals but overall it was a very pleasant stay.

Very high-end feel from beginning to the end of my stay. The environment outside is very peaceful. Hotel is located right beside a canal & there's a beautiful waterfall with light display at night at the nearby highway overpassing the canal. There's also the La Perle show right behind the hotel. Totally missed the show as they were closed during my stay. A few more restaurants & clubs nearby too. Tried the Turkish restaurant called Sirali, it's highly recommended! Such tasty food! The interior of the hotel from the lobby, the restaurants & the rooms are really nice, welcoming, comfortable & has a classy feeling. The staff (especially Receptionist Phoo) was really friendly & helpful. There was 1 occasion where a baby crib was suddenly placed inside my room which freaked my wife out a bit. We then called the staff to remove it. The staff didn't ring the door bell & just came into my room which kinda shocked the both of us again. The location of this hotel is pretty strategic as it is located only 10 minutes drive from the Dubai Mall & Burj Khalifa. It's situated right beside 1 of the main highways which is easily accessible to anywhere. There's also a free shuttle bus service to Dubai Mall & Hilton's private beach. Amenities provided are extremely good quality & mineral water bottles refilled everyday which remove hassle of buying water. Highly recommended hotel!

I’ve never seen such amazing hospitality before. All the staff there is excellent and will go out of your way to make sure you’re comfortable. We had An amazing experience. Definitely recommend.

We like customer service staff. The food at the Buffet is really good, especially vegetables are very fresh. It’s very convenient, just a walking distance through along inside the hotel to the V hotel where the Le Perle show performed.

The hotel is quite beautiful with amazingly appointed and spacious rooms. Close proximity to everything and great dining options. Had the opportunity to speak with a guest relations manager, Mr Keerthi who clearly understands hospitality and the importance of the guest experience. I would highly recommend without hesitation. It offers incredible value for $$$ when compared with other neighbouring hotels.

They made me pay claiming that the reservation was not showing in there system due to staff shortage thats what I understand

Slow check in after long trip, extremely crowded with tourist groups of boys that push and crowd lobby and elevator and hallways, not family friendly, slow service to room and skipping cleaning and even forgetting to send what was requested over the phone.

Stayed here a few times always good. This time the wifi was horrible wouldn’t connect 90% of the time and kept dropping out.

Stayed here in August for 5 nights . The hotel is really clean and modern. From the moment you arrive the check-in was perfect all the way to checkout. All the staff are very nice and always happy to help with anything. Highly recommended hotel, I won’t be staying anywhere else in dubai.
