We recently stayed at the Armani Hotel Dubai and overall had a very pleasant experience, mainly thanks to the exceptional concierge service. Ashraf Khattab from the concierge team was outstanding. Truly a 10 out of 10. Extremely professional, attentive, and always ready to assist with efficiency and warmth. He made a real difference in our stay and represents the level of service one expects from a luxury property. However, I would not recommend booking the largest suite on the 38th floor. While the space itself is impressive, the amenities did not match the expectations for a suite in this category. There were very few in room amenities, and no complimentary fruits or small snacks available for guests to enjoy throughout the day, which is something typically offered at hotels of this level. For a flagship suite, the experience felt surprisingly minimal. In summary, excellent concierge service, but the top suite did not fully justify the premium price.

The BEST birthday one can ask for! Staying at the Armani Hotel Dubai to celebrate my birthday was truly unforgettable. From the moment I stepped into the sleek lobby inside the iconic Burj Khalifa, I was enveloped in pure elegance. The rooms are spacious, calming, and immaculately designed, featuring subtle lighting, rich textures, and state-of-the-art technology. I was upgraded to a suite (room 825) through my AMEX card, overlooking the Dubai Fountain and offering a mesmerizing view both day and night. Every element—from the bedding to the bathroom amenities—reflected top-tier quality. The service was exceptional. The Lifestyle Managers went above and beyond to personalize every aspect of my stay, anticipating needs before I even mentioned them. The Armani Spa and the gym were one of the BEST I've used. The hotel arranged my dinner reservations and transportation, and even surprised me with a small gift to celebrate my Birthday. The location couldn’t be better—direct access to The Dubai Mall, and of course, being inside the world’s tallest building adds a special magic to the entire stay. In short, the Armani Hotel is not just a place to stay—it’s a complete experience of refined luxury. Perfect for couples, business travelers, or anyone looking to indulge in impeccable style and comfort. I am already looking forward to my next visit. You will not be disappointed. T

We arrived at this hotel in mid-December and were given a pleasant welcome. Unfortunately, that was the highlight of our stay. A couple of nights in, we were awakened early in the morning by extremely loud drilling. When I complained to the front desk, I was told, without any apology, that the hotel shares the building with private residences and was unaware of the construction. We were assured it would not happen again. That assurance was meaningless, as the drilling resumed the very next morning and continued throughout the entire day. After complaining again, management finally moved us to another room away from the residential area. Only then did we receive an apology. I spoke directly with the on-duty hotel manager and explained that when you are paying over $800 per night at a so-called five-star hotel, uninterrupted sleep should be the bare minimum expectation. Being woken up by construction noise and unable to stay in your room during the day is completely unacceptable at this price point. After repeated complaints, the hotel offered to comp us a buffet dinner, which felt inadequate given the severity of the disruption. There is no denying that this is a beautiful property with excellent restaurants and a convenient location. However, none of that matters if you cannot sleep or relax in your room. The hotel’s inability to control or properly respond to issues stemming from the adjacent residential units is a major flaw, and it was handled poorly. If you are considering staying here, do not prioritize fountain or city views. Instead, insist on a room far away from the residential area. Most importantly, do not expect problems to be handled at the level one would reasonably expect from a true five-star hotel.

Kerolos gave me such an humble service, chef daniela and exective chef alesandro made the food so delicious, I will defiantly bring my clients here for meetings. Such a great view ti make best deals!

Visiting from the UK. Truly amazing service from all the Armani Deli team. Celebrating a special birthday with a friend. Food was gorgeous and adapted to needs by Alessandro. The waiters Kevolos and Alodi were attentive and provided a pashmina on a colder Dubai day at our outdoor table. No hesitation to move indoors for coffee and cake . Beautifully served by Marina. High style modern, spacious and comfortable room, unique location, stunning views from the windows of our suite. The spa service was high level.

My stay did not meet the expectations of a five-star hotel. Due to a flight cancellation on 18 December, one night was lost with no compensation. During the stay, maintenance noise, weak hot water pressure, and slow check-in and check-out affected the overall comfort. Sharing this for management review.

Amrani Hotel Dubai is truly ultra-luxury at its finest. The hotel is absolutely beautiful, with an elegant atmosphere and outstanding attention to detail. Everything was perfect—from the comfort and cleanliness to the service and overall experience. A very nice hotel that makes you feel special throughout your stay. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a luxurious experience in Dubai.

I came to this hotel just me and my 5 year old to celebrate his birthday (not the most conventional hotel for a 5 year olds birthday but honestly they made it perfect) We have stayed at most of the hotels across the Emirates especially the 5 star hotels. This hotel went over and above and blew us away and all due to the staff. From the second you pull in I have never met such welcoming and efficient valet and door staff, they made my son feel like royalty, warm, funny, fast and kind and completely set the standard for the rest of the stay Check in - we were helped by Pramod, he was FABULOUS! He was so kind with my son, interactive and just made him feel special and important and not what I had expected from a hotel like the Armani where I thought it would be more business corporate style. Pramod took us to our room and on the way stopped off at the chocolate shop to let my little one pick something for himself (so kind!!) The staff with the bags were just lovely too, nothing is too much trouble for ANYONE! The room is amazing, they had gone over and above for my son, the room was decorated, there was cake, gifts and then they even brought more for him with a chocolate burj Khalifa which was STUNNING and candies!! The bed is the biggest we have ever stayed in and SO comfortable, the ipad which controls the room is fab!! We went to Atmosphere which I know is not a part of the hotel but again the staff made it for us, going over and above with my little boy! Breakfast - AMAZING! The team genuinely care (this runs through all the staff) everything is smooth, the food phenomenal, all the options you need and again couldnt do enough to make my sons day special with treats and gifts!! Check out super quick and again the lady that served us was funny, chatty and kind. Only negative would be the pool but this is purely down to preference, but I understand with the shape of the building they make the best of the space they have. Also the time for the money to be refunded back to my card I would have hoped a little faster but this is me nitpicking. So many hotels could learn from this hotel on how to treat guests. Its the perfect warm fun and stunning hotel and this is for me due to the staff! They made our trip and its due to them that I would return again and again! Everything in the hotel runs like clockwork. Thank you all so much for making my little boys day!!

I checked out of the Armani Hotel today, and my experience was exceptional. From the unique elegance of the décor and the stunning beauty of the suite to the delicious food and outstanding customer service, every detail was impeccable. I would especially like to thank Mrs. Simona Battista for her kindness and professionalism; she ensured my stay was flawless. I would highly recommend the Armani Hotel to anyone wishing to experience the exquisite sophistication and charm of Italian living.

Absolutely loved staying in this hotel! The location is great and convenient as well and the views are stunning! Especially I wanted to point out Mr. Amin from the front desk who was handling our check in process. He is very polite and knowledgeable and took good care of us. Highly recommended!

Pretty cool place to hang out for a couple of days. We were treated like VIPs at all times by the staff. Design, views and food all fabulous. Amazing view of the fountain show from the 38th floor. Nice vibe by the pool. Our bed was super comfy. Direct access to the mall was cool too but a little map of how to find your way back would have been handy as it is not that straightforward to find!

Fancy hotel with chic decor (so chic its hard to find a door let alone find your way around!). The L shaped pool is small but good with some sun and some shade just outside the spa and gym area. Good breakfast but very expensive if not included nearly $50...The main problem is the massive traffic in the immediate vicinity of the hotel given the Dubai Mall is adjacent, so takes twice as long to get in and out of this hotel versus hotels in adjacent blocks. Great view of Fountains (1pm, 1:30 and 6pm) from the Deli restaurant one floor up.

At the world’s tallest building, the harmony of colors, choice of furnishings, atmosphere, breakfast selections in all-included, views!!! All amazing!

All amenities, including the spa, are fit for a 5-star hotel. The staff treated us like VIPs. This hotel was all that we expected. My big plus is the accessibility to fine dining within Burj Khalifa, especially the Atmosphere on the 122nd floor, and easy and direct access to the Dubai Mall. The view from our room on the 38th floor was fantastic!

1) check in experience superb. 2) spent lots of time to get room prepared with house keeping. Looks like no existence of supervisory and GM level in hotel staff. 3) morning no need alarm. Construction noise make you awake or disturbing you working. Better call to stop it. 4) not worth using Armani name. Do not get fool. 5) breakfast experience good. Not suitable for common people. Hotel do not trust customer complaints. Never ever come back. Avoid.

Experience with Reception and breakfast good. Rest is junk you need coordinatie wrll to prepare your room after chekin. One lady called as a manager do not trust your complaint. No nerd of alarm noise of construction happening above your room will wake you up in morning. Not suitable for common man. Avoid if possible.

The Armani Hotel was so much more than a fantastic hotel. The level of service and genuine friendliness of the staff is beyond words. To say five stars is truly a disservice. Even after we checked out the staff attended to my mother’s needs as if she were their mother. Every need was attended to.

I never post reviews, but this experience was appalling and aggravating. It evoked something in me to write this review. The Armani Hotel is visually stunning, but the service and guest experience were deeply disappointing. Our room was contemporary, modern, and beautifully designed, with sleek architectural details, a large balcony, and a gorgeous fountain view. The suite itself was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Everything about the room beyond aesthetics was excellent. We initially booked a suite with a fountain view before being upgraded to a larger fountain-view suite, which was a nice gesture. By contrast, the lobby had a surprisingly dreary, almost lifeless feeling. Check-in was slow; our room wasn’t ready, so we waited in the lounge for about an hour. The staff offered us three complimentary drinks during the wait, which was a small positive. All the other staff were generally accommodating and responsive, providing requested items when available. However, our interaction with Cameila at the front desk completely soured the stay. She explained that our room included Burj Khalifa tickets. We initially agreed to 9PM that same day, but she later said that time wasn’t available and suggested we switch to 9AM the next day. The following morning, she denied this conversation had ever taken place, insisted we had chosen 9PM, and refused to rebook or refund unless we paid again. Essentially trying to charge us twice for something already included. She spoke arrogantly and condescendingly, trying to gaslight us into believing the mistake was ours. I felt completely disrespected and frustrated. It was shocking to be treated this way at a hotel of this reputation. The checkout experience was equally frustrating. The hotel taxi first quoted 150 AED, then raised it to 200 AED, and after missing his own exit, increased it to 300 AED. During the ride, he even handed us his phone to navigate for him and made strange, uncomfortable comments, including saying, “In all of my 27 years working here this is the first time I’ve come to this hotel. It must be a Filipino hotel,” laughing at his own remarks. He was pompous and pretentious throughout the ride. When we arrived at our next hotel, he pressured the security guard into carrying all of our luggage up to the room, arguing until the guard complied. The entire ordeal left me feeling pity for the security guard. We made sure to tip him instead of our taxi driver. I expected 5-star treatment, but every interaction left me disappointed and disheartened. Compared to other 5-star hotels we’ve stayed at, including Conrad and Hilton Palm Jumeirah, the differences were stark. Those hotels were friendly, accommodating, and thoughtful. We even received free birthday cakes at Hilton and chocolates at Conrad and Hilton, gestures we never requested. At Armani, there was no such hospitality, and the lack of courtesy made us feel unvalued as guests despite the high price of the suite. In short, while the room and design were beautiful, the dreary lobby, arrogance, dishonesty, and lack of professionalism at Armani made it a frustrating and disappointing experience. Armani will take your money and belittle you with their entitled behavior. Guests looking for true 5-star service should look elsewhere. Don’t waste your money here. We will never stay here again when we visit Dubai in the future, and neither should you.

we love the pool with the great Burg Khalifa view above us. Only critique we could say is the windows were really dirty in our room for the view even at the restaurant atmosphere on floor 122. The windows were very dirty. Overall a beautiful hotel great stay.

I just stayed here and, while the room was clean, spacious, and the property’s direct connection to Dubai Mall is extremely convenient, several service issues spoiled the experience. On arrival, the valet told me I wasn’t a guest—even though I showed the card I’d been given, and insisted I go back inside to get it stamped. The next morning at breakfast, after waiting more than 40 minutes for my order, I was told it had been given to another table by mistake. Finally, after checkout I informed the team I’d visit Dubai Mall and return for my luggage; they gave me an access card that didn’t work, and I had to wait another 30 minutes to sort it out. Great room and location, but the service needs serious attention to match the hotel’s standards.

Wonderful hotel, with direct access to Dubai mall via lift!! The kids loved every minute of their stay, and the rooms were stylish, clean and spacious. Will definitely be returning soon!

2 night stop over on our way home from our real holiday. Perfect spot for the Mall and the Metro to get further afield.

This is the best property to stay in Dubai. As always, the staff was reliable and amazing. The service is unmatched and new services keep being added to enhance the guest experience.

We felt overwhelmed when we arrived as there were so many staff reaching out or watching us arrive. Great location with internal access into the Dubai mall shopping mall, even although it is a bit of a rabbit warren through the burj Khalifa viewing areaqueuesshop but you get there in the end. We were looked after at the reception desk by Sofia who also walked us to our room and showed us key points. Such a lovely warm and friendly lady. We enjoyed drinks for my wife’s special birthday and we were served by the lovely Hafsa thank you for your lovely service and warm conversation. - Bed very comfortable. - iPad in room to control curtains, TV etc. - Great breakfast selection and service. - Coffee pots in foyer to help yourself. - Nearby Dubai Water fountain which you can see from the hotel was unfortunately out for maintenance. - Aqua panna glass water bottles in room - Thank you for bringing a Birthday cake to the room after our arrival. - Thanks to the barista at breakfast who wrote Birthday latte art on my wife’s coffee - cool. - Great service by staff at front door and reception, actually everyone we came in contact with. - Hit and miss with the mostly generic branded amenities bags left in the bathroom. Marvis products in 1 bag and never seen them again, all generic branded accessories every other day and not always the same things. You'd think with the rates you pay to stay here it would Marvis all round. - We found the round room shape odd and rarely used the lounge area. - No upgrades even in low season.

It was a pleasure working with Ashraf. He was always professional, on time and patient with us even though were we extremely tired from our travels. He was able to work with us on our itinerary for a wonderful time in Dubai. When there were issues like when someone did not show up on time Ashraf would get us to our event and then run back and take care of the people that were late and get them there without showing any frustration. Ashraf is the best concierge that we have ever worked with and the rest of our group concurs. We would recommend Ashraf as a concierge to anyone who wants to have a wonderful time in Dubai.

We had an opportunity to stay at the Armani in Dubai on our way to South Africa and a safari. The hotel was fabulous and our suite was spacious, contemporary, luxurious, meeting all our needs. The entire staff was welcoming. attentive, and willing to assist. Our concierge, Ashraf Khattab was amazing! He attended to all of our needs and with his help made the absolute most of the time we were there. Thanks to Ashraf, a time we will never forget!

Amazing experience

I found the hotel to be actually disappointing. The front desk experience was unimpressive and poorly managed. The rooms were trying to hard to be cool and trendy and felt even cheap in some areas from the plastic weird carpet in hallways and rooms to the couch in my room that had some silk floral slip cover on it that felt cheesy. The best thing was the towels and the touchpad tech was good. Rest I felt like I overpaid for a brand that should not be in the hotel business.

Excellent 5 stars hotel, we could say even more than 5 stars! It’s such luxury place, the service is amazing, I have rarely seen a such high level of service by the staff. Few very good restaurants inside the hotel, very nice bar also. Rooms are very modern, with obviously all the comfort. Everything has been thought in the smallest details. The hotel is inside the Burj Khalifa building so very convenient for the addict of shopping, there is a direct access!

We celebrated our anniversary with a dinner date at the Armani Hotel in Burj Khalifa, and it was an absolutely magical evening. The hospitality we received was beyond words. Since Mr. Rafi took over the responsibility of the Armani Laundry, the difference has been night and day. The level of professionalism, attention to detail, and overall care has improved remarkably. Clothes are now returned impeccably cleaned, perfectly pressed, and always on time. What really stands out is the consistency: every single interaction is handled with courtesy and precision. Mr. Rafi clearly runs a tight ship, and it shows. His team is not only efficient but also warm and accommodating, always willing to go the extra mile to ensure everything is just right. Whether it’s a delicate fabric or a last-minute request, they handle it all with a smile. If you’re staying at Armani and need laundry service, you’re in excellent hands. Hotel location is good if you want to stay downtown. Room decor is a bit dark and I kept thinking I would run into a wall or something at night. The iPad used for room control is not very responsive.

We had an amazing stay at the Armani hotel in late June. Fantastic rooms and exemplary service across the board. Excellent location with internal access to Dubai Mall. We would definitely stay here again when in Dubai. Every staff member we encountered went above and beyond.

5 stars hotel. The service, the location, the kindness of all the staff, always with a smile. Stunning views from my suite on the 39th floor. A superb breakfast and one of the cleanest hotels I’ve been. I hope to return soon for another visit..

During a short business stop before our flight, my husband and I experienced the most disrespectful treatment we have encountered in any five-star property. We submitted a formal complaint — and after over a month of follow-up, we received vague apologies but no accountability or clear action. This is unacceptable for a brand that claims to represent excellence. Disgraceful behavior. No accountability. No luxury — just low-level, arrogant treatment dressed in a designer brand. Stay elsewhere. Additionally, the late-night atmosphere in and around the lobby — specifically near the entrance — was incongruous with the brand’s values, marked by a concentration of activity that raised serious reputational concerns.

first location and access to everything in the area is the best. they are literally part of the Burj and they have underground access to the mall so you don't have to fight the heat outside. Sonia upgraded me to a lovely spacious suite and Trisha helped me buy very hard to get Dubai chocolates. i got a 30 min massage which was great. secret tip go to the pool you will have the best picture opportunities of the Burj since the pool takes up the entire left side of the building. would highly recommend this hotel.

I visited Armani Lounge for a quick coffee break with 2 friends. We ordered a Spanish Latte, cheesecake, tiramisu, and dark chocolate cake. Absolutely everything tasted beyond delicious and delightful, and that’s mainly due to Chef Gianmarco’s (pastry chef) exquisite culinary skills. The only thing better than the taste of the food was the beyond amazing and spectacular service from the team, mainly Ms. Marina, Ms. Paula, Mr. Kerols Maher, and Ms. Wit. Their service quality was beyond outstanding, as they always succeed at delivering service way beyond expectations and always delight their customers. Definitely and absolutely recommend for friends, couples, family, even if you’re going solo, and I am more than definitely coming back again.

My experience at the Armani has been fabulous. Every time I am in Dubai, I stay there. It has been a second home for me and the team there are all amazing. I do thank them all but in specific Dina Fawzi - Lifestyle Manager has been fantastic and extremely a great host and ambassador to the brand of Armani.

Even the breakfast buffet , so fresh and healthy, very convenient with many options I’m very impressed how is set up each thing each area each service…. Already miss it ! It was heaven Lo recomiendo muchísimo Vale la pena en tu vida ir a este lugar Mi-a plăcut foarte mult, totul este frumos, mâncarea din restaurantele lor este perfectă, foarte curat, mall, Kalifa, Restaurant atmosfera la doar o plimbare, serviciul a fost foarte bun, suita cu vedere la oraș a fost tot ce mi-aș fi putut dori!! Once in life time experience

The Armani Hotel is of course a luxurious place to stay and every beautiful detail will leave you amazed. But what stands out the most is the incredibly kind, warm and welcoming staff. I have never felt so cared for in a hotel as I did here. The Armani has the absolute best of the best when it comes to staff. Each person I walked past was so friendly and polite. From check in, they let us sit down while they handled the rest and provided us drinks while we relaxed. The wait staff at the restaurants I enjoyed onsite were just beyond wonderful and sweet. They gave me a rose and a personalized birthday greeting on a cappuccino which was so unexpected and thoughtful. And everyone I encountered always checked in to make sure I was enjoying my stay. There is no place like this one. To me, this should be considered a 10 star hotel. The Armani is hands down the best!

A quick visit for 2 nights at this world class hotel. Wow such an experience to stay within the Burj Khalifa. This hotel smelt amazing everywhere, if I could bottle it and bring it home it would be fantastic. The rooms are beautiful, everything you need and the staff are simply amazing. Every member of staff you came into contact with were so friendly, helpful and just wanted to make your stay amazing. Ali at breakfast was a credit to the hotel. He made our morning breakfast experience fantastic. The gentleman who checked us in again was so helpful and informative, I’m sorry I didn’t write his name down. The views are spectacular, atm the fountains are off which was a disappointment but not the hotels fault , it just means we will have to return. Access to the mall was brilliant, you don’t have to go outside at all.

An incredible stay where superb SERVICE at the Armani hotel in the Burj Khalifa. My wife and I were thrilled at the professionalism and level of service we receive while staying at the hotel. The amenities and comfort were top-notch, but most of all the staff were better than most other five and six star properties. We’ve stayed at in the past.

The service at this five-star hotel was exceptional and we’ve stayed at a lot of five and six star hotels around the world. The decor was understated and elegance, and the state was extremely comfortable. The attentiveness to detail really made this stand out. Job well done!

Hotel was nice and location perfect. I was there to see the Burj Khalifa, which is specifically why I chose Armani. It occupies floors 1-39. I had a nice suite on the 38th floor. The huge issue and disappointment causing 1 star rating (I would rate it 0), is that I booked it for 5/12- 5/13. My flight arrived at 10:30pm on the 11th. I thought it would take longer than it did to go thru passport control and customs. I got to the hotel at 11:50pm. I checked out at 9pm the next day (May 12th) for my 1:30am flight on 5/13 . They charged me for two nights. I was there for less than 24 hours. I object to hotels charging just because they can. It's abusive. There are better and more trustworthy hotels to stay at in Dubai. The reservation clerk initially processed my check in and set me up for the room on the 38th floor, but got confused because of the check in date on the reservation. She asked the manager for help, and he took over. He gave me a story that the room was not available unless I was willing to pay for two nights. Then he tried to give a room on the 5th floor, but I insisted that the clerk just told me that I was getting the 38th floor. He told me that the room was no longer available. He change his story after a short conversation. Since I was already there and had traveled for more than 18 hours from California, I felt I had no choice so agreed to the two night charge. No sympathy at all for my situation from the Armani manager !!!

Had a wonderful lunch with the best pasta in Dubai. Everything was perfect from the start to the end. Food, serving, atmosphere all are amazing. Cudos to great team chef Alessandro, waiter Kerollos and manager Abdul. Looking forward to come again.

Armani Hotel Dubai is the best hotel/resort I’ve ever stayed at in my life! My entire experience was extraordinarily amazing from the hospitality to the staff, to the staff of the restaurants and even the food prepared! The staff here really went above and beyond to make me feel safe, seen, welcomed, and cared for. 10/10 experience, anytime I visit Dubai I will only stay at Armani!

Ajay was very kindly during at 30.april After we had the Burj Khalifa Tour - we had á Great Tasty Dinner - Pizza Armani with Beef slices and Truffles and á Risotto Tartufo at the Armani Hotel deli in the Burj Khalifa . It was very nice Atmosphäre with á nice View and silence relaxing music and very affordable- Thank you

RIP my bank account, but it was worth it. I jumped off the observation deck. That was fun. 10/10 recommend for ways to make that jump. Food was yummy especially since I am soooooooo fat. Stuffed me up like a I stuff a turkey at Thanksgiving. lol. Have a good day!

Kerollos and Abdullah the manager chef Asmeeta and alesandro the head chefs are incredible! Amazing attention to detail. Food and service very happy. Best we have had on our business trip. Best ever and the whole table were so happy. Thank up!

This hotel has a really unique look and decor. The attention to details is second to none. You can feel the continuing theme throughout the hotel. It has an amazing location, if you're looking for a leisure sloth-like vacation, going to the mall and back, watching the amazing dubai fountain show from a perfect distance and unobstructed view. The only thing I would change in this hotel is to make it a little bit brighter, and add a proper reading light in the room bed.

However, I must give special recognition to **Natasha from the Lifestyle Department** for her exceptional efforts in making my stay unforgettable. She went above and beyond to ensure I felt comfortable and had everything I needed throughout my visit. Natasha’s attention to detail and dedication truly stood out—thank you endlessly, Natasha! I’d also like to acknowledge Monica, Danyal, Anita, and Gloria for their outstanding housekeeping service. From the moment you step into the property, you’re warmly welcomed and treated as the **highest priority**, making you feel like royalty at the Armani Hotel. The only con I’d note is the **layout** of rooms with fountain views. While the view is stunning, the lack of a balcony and furniture facing inward (rather than toward the fountain) means you can only fully admire it by standing near the window. **All in all**, my experience was wonderful, thanks to the impeccable service and luxurious ambiance. Highly recommended!!!!

Beautiful, clean, quiet hotel. Very courteous and helpful staff. Upscale and sophisticated vibe. From the moment you step out of the cab, you feel taken care of. I loved my stay here. Foid at Atmosphere is way over priced and basic tasting. But the over all experience was excellent. I would definitely be back.

Enjoyed a lovely dinner at Armani Deli. The personnel was just lovely and the service was excellent! Amazing view and perfect spot the watch the fountain show. Kirolos and Elody are so friendly and lovely. The food was so tasteful and delicious.

Did not like that the ipad for turning on TV was not working for 3 nights in a row!

Whe had a amazing night with fantastic food. Also the view from here to the fountain is amazing. The people are so kind and Kerollos is the best!! He made our night the best!! They also make pictures for you if you want to? And did I tell already how good the food and the drinks are?? Find out yourself!!

Amazing experience, great views of the fountain show. Food was amazing and tasted phenomenal. Really fair price considering the location too! Will definitely be back. The waiter and waitress Elodie looked after us so professionally with nothing being too much effort at all.

Great hotel

Room had a very bad smell. #510.Hallway too. Stuffy and moldy smell. They seem to be understaffed at checkin/out. Took a long time. Especially at checkout. I would noy stay here again. It's not in the same league with the other 5start hotels in dubai. Service lacks.

Overall property was meticulous. Surprisingly, the room (suite 505) while clean and looked after appeared to contain millwork and finishes that were extremely dated, poorly maintained, and in desperate need of replacement. I am referring particularly to the closets, shelves, and built in furnishings. The room needed an upgrade!

Armani staff goes above and beyond to make you feel at home. Big thanks to front desk management Mr Haleem and Mr Torres for treating us better than VVIP celebrities. If you like shopping you have your direct access into Dubai mall which makes life very easy

This is not a five star hotel.

Check in was long wait with cranky front desk staff complaining about number of people for checkin . Not welcoming not at all good experience , room was not good with flood lights outside my bedroom which went on a few times between 1am and 2 am . The phone in the powder room kept ringing throughout the night and the next day even after Maintainence. No preference given for regular guests, not happy with their hospitality .

The hotel measure up to Armani standard. Staffs are ready to deliver professional and helpful service.
