I've stayed in an bang a lot and this is the best place yet. Firstly, wonderful owners and staff. Really friendly and I appreciated all the tips they provided. The rooms are exactly what you need. Large, comfortable and quiet. You're close to everything as well. Really great value for money and I could live there for months very comfortably.

Red Flower is a beautiful oasis of calm - perfectly situated in walking distance of the beach and restaurants and shops. Kim, her team and her family made our stay so comfortable and peaceful - we really really didn't want to leave and wish we had booked longer. Next time for sure ! There is absolutely nothing not to like - everything is perfect.

Posizione a 3 minuti dalla spiaggia e sulla via principale con negozietti e ristoranti. Il posto è carino, pulito, il personale disponibile e parlante inglese. Ho dato 7 perché le foto sono un po' datate, la struttura ha qualche anno, asciugamani non cambiati tutti i giorni

This was a very lovely homestay with a very rural and relaxed feel to it. If you’re expecting hotel facilities with a pool and a resort style, this is not the kind of place but we loved it because you feel at home and has a more genuine local vibe, than you would ever get in a big hotel. The highlight was definitely how close it is to the beach and the attentiveness of the staff. Kim, the manager, was excellent as well as all the staff that helped her look after all the guests. They were always welcoming with a big smile and no ask was too big!

It would be unfair to compare to a hotel, but I would say having to order breakfast the day before it’s a bit awkward as you might not know what you would want to eat the following day. We ended up having breakfast elsewhere, which wasn’t an issue given that it’s on the main street where all the restaurants and cafés are. Having said that, they were super accommodating when we didn’t realise about the breakfast situation and it was actually very tasty! We had the triple room which was very spacious and air conditioned but the bathroom does get insanely hot with very little ventilation (it does have windows, just no air coming through!), luckily you don’t hang around in the bathroom for too long!

We enjoyed tasty breakfast outside our room. Kim organised driver for us a few times and diving tour for good prices and provided good recommendations for restaurants.

Richtig schöne große Zimmer. Am meisten hat mir das Chill-Sofa auf der Terasse gefallen. Die Besitzerin ist sehr freundlich und es gab jeden Tag 2 Flaschen frisches Wasser. Wir bekamen auch viele Tipps, was man vor Ort machen kann. Zum Strand läuft man ein paar Minuten aber dafür wird man mit tollem Meer und Sand belohnt. Es gibt viele Restaurants und man kann sich eine Liege mieten. Wenn man im Restaurant etwas isst ist die Liege umsonst (das muss man aber vorher klar aushandeln)!

Ich hätte etwas mehr Abstand zu anderen Gebäuden schön gefunden. Der Ausblick war nicht weitflächig. Ansonsten alles top!

Ubicación excelente, cerca de la playa y del pueblo, seguro, fácil acceso. Facilidad de alquiler de bici (fue nuestro transporte durante nuestra estancia en An Bang). Nos encantó los desayunos vietnamitas. La habitación muy cómoda, limpia, y decoración muy bonita. Servicio de lavado de ropas fácil, rápido y de calidad. Kim, su equipo y família son impecables; gente muy bella. El lugar tiene una energia muy buena. Sin duda recomendamos y nos encantaría poder volver. <3 Además, Kim ha recomendado buenos restaurantes y modista en Hoi An, dónde me hice una linda falda roja. :) El Red Flower ha sido un super acierto en nuestro viaje. Red Flower was a welcoming, comfortable, well run place to stay. Kim is always on the ball, and organised breakfasts and laundry efficiently. We were well rested at the end of our stay and can’t wait to come back. The 2 new rooms at the house looked beautiful, and our suite had everything we needed in a clean and well presented space . It is close to the beach, restaurants and bakeries, a truly restful place to stay.

Die Lage ist super, wenn man Strand und Stadt vereinen möchte. Der Strand ist fußläufig zu erreichen, Hoi An ist in 10-15 Minuten mit dem Taxi zu erreichen. Auch ausserhalb der Unterkunft ist es sehr schön, viele Restaurants, kleine Shops und Spas. Perfekt, wenn man dem Trubel der Stadt etwas entgehen möchte, was uns persönlich wichtig war. Die Zimmer waren schön und geräumig. Es wurde jeden Tag sauber gemacht. Die Anlage war an sich sehr gepflegt. Das Personal war super lieb und vor allem Kim hat uns bei jeglichen Anliegen weitergeholfen. Insgesamt wurden all unsere Wünsche erfüllt.

Kim and the staff were welcoming and great from the start (fruit and welcome drink, nice touch :)); our room was spacious with the best shower in our entire trip, very close to the nicest beach in the area, we got tips of what to do and where to go from dinner to taylor clothing - and we followed and did not dissapoint. Kim will help you rent a scooter, please do so you can travel easily everywhere - Hoi An old town is 10 min drive. Amazing stay, very recommended! Kim thanks for the hospitality! Hope to see you on another time!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in dem kleinen Apartment! Für uns war es die beste Unterkunft des ganzen Urlaubs. :) Es gibt alles, was man braucht und einen tollen Ausblick aus dem Fenster noch dazu. Der Weg zum Strand dauert nur wenige Minuten. Die Mitarbeitenden des Homestays sind super lieb und hilfsbereit. Wir haben dort einen Roller gemietet, der super funktioniert hat. Große Empfehlung :)

Kim and her staff were very friendly and helpful. The property was 100 m from the beach and set in a laid-back village area with lots of choices for restaurants, etc, but very quiet and peaceful.

Amazing Homestay in great location. The property is within a stones throw of lovely rustic An Bang beach, great beach bars and restaurants. Short walk the opposite way to the main rd where lots of different places to eat or get coffee, or find hidden restaurants in the many alleys. Our favourite was Mr Hoa’s and Green Avocado for fried Red Snapper. Property is extremely clean, we had ‘Cherry’ room in the main house with huge room and own private balcony with sofa, newly refurbished last yr so immaculate. Great breakfast each morning and the manager Kim and her team are always on hand to help with anything. Communication with Kim is excellent and she is such a lovely person. Hope to return to this lovely area sometime and if we do wouldn’t hesitate to stay at Red Flower Cottages again.

Das Haus wird von 3 super freundlichen Damen betreut: Kim die Chefin und Eigentümerin, Lily die sich perfekt mit Kims Mutter um den Service ums Haus kümmert. Man wird hier mit Herzlichkeit betreut und alle bemühen sich das es den Gästen wirklich gut geht. Kim und Lily sprechen perfekt englisch und alle 3 stehen immer für Wunschlösungen ihrer Gäste zur Verfügung. Es gibt für wenig Geld Wunschfrühstück mit Obst, Kaffee und Saft. Das Haus liegt in einer kleinen Gasse und ist von Gartengrundstücken und anderen Gästehäusern umgeben. Die Gasse führt in wenigen Gehminuten zum sauberen Sandstrand mit Sonnenschirmen und Polsterliegen, die man für kleines Geld mieten kann. Es gibt eine Menge unterschiedlicher Restaurants an der Hauptstraße und am Strand. Mit dem Moped oder Fahrrad ist man in 20-30 Minuten in der Altstadt mit all ihrem Trubel. Am Ort des Apartments ist es ruhig zum Schlafen Man fühlt sich hier als Freund des Hauses und nicht als fremder Gast

Wünschenswert wäre Beleuchtung über dem Badspiegel zum Rasieren, Handtücher aus Baumwolle statt Microfaser und ein Hocker auf dem Balkon in Höhe der Loungeliege um die Füße bequem ablegen zu können, denn die Länge der Polsterliege ist vllt für Leute bis 1,40 m geeignet und die vorhandenen Sitzhocker sind zu hoch.

Nagyon jó helyen, nagyon szép szállás. Kiváló kiindulópont a környék felfedezésére. Rengeteg étterem és egyéb szolgáltatás (és a tengerpart) található meg a közelben, mêgis nagyon csendes a hely és jól lehet pihenni. Maga a szóba is szép volt, nagyon kényelmes ággyal, szép erkéllyel. Kim és a többiek mindent megtettek érte, hogy jól érezzük magunkat, nagyon kedvesek és türelmesek voltak velünk. A reggeli nagyon finom volt, mikor korán indultunk, akkor is mindig kaptunk útravalót. Szívből ajánljuk a szállást, ha tehetjük, biztosan visszatérünk még.

Hogy nem tudtunk már maradni. :)

Red Flower Homestay exceeded our expectations. We give it a 12 out of 10. The entire staff is lovely. The manager, Kim, is extraordinary. Kim gave excellent recommendations on local restaurants, tips on visiting the Old City and any other information we needed. She arranged a taxi to pick us up at 4 AM to get to the airport. Kim and another staff were there at 4 AM to make sure the transfer went smoothly. The rooms and common areas were beautifully appointed. We loved the 'loungers' and balconies. Fifty meters from our door was the beach and the lanes in the neighborhood were pleasant for walking. Two blocks away were excellent restaurants. Hoi An Old City was a short taxi ride away so we had a relaxing beach vacation and a busy cultural experience by staying at Red Flower. Breakfast had nice choices, generous portions and was delicious.

What a fantastic stay I had here! Kim, the manager, was so warm and welcoming and made my stay perfect. The room was huge, the bathroom modern and fresh, the view from the roof was lovely and it's a 2-minute walk to a peaceful and chill beach. Right around the corner from good restaurants, the ATM and convenience stores for snacks and drinks. Can't wait to come back!

There a plenty of choices of food and drinks for breakfast. The homestay is comfortable and cozy.

Because of the natural garden, there are some bugs and mosquito around the rooms.

Kim and her staff made me feel welcome from arrival, arranging airport transfers, bike hire, and local advice. I shall definitely return again 😊

There was nothing or any issue of concern

Très belle et très grande chambre avec terrasse aménagée très belle salle de bain. Préférer les chambres à l'étage plus lumineuses. Kim extrêmement sympathique avec de l'humour. Parle très bien l'anglais et apprend le français (Duolingo) Départ tôt le matin, malgré cela Kim nous a préparé de très bons sandwichs vietnamiens.. Petits déjeuners servis en chambre sur la terrasse.

Vélos vieillots. Ponctualité à revoir pour le petit déjeuner.

Nous avons adoré notre séjour au Red Flower. Notre chambre "Cherry" était immense, bien pensée, décorée avec beaucoup de goût, confortable et lumineuse, avec un joli balcon. De loin la plus belle chambre d'hôtel que nous ayons eue au Vietnam. Le homestay est d'une propreté irréprochable, le petit-déjeuner est un régal et l'emplacement est tout simplement parfait ! ET en plus, Kim et son équipe sont vraiment adorables et très attentionnées!! Cảm ơn rất nhiều

Obłędne miejsce!!! Dawno nie byłem w tak przyjemnym hotelu. Obsługa powala swoim zaangażowaniem, a właścicielka Kim to przemiła, pomocna i przyjacielska osoba!!! Pokoje urządzone przez samą właścicielkę bardzo ładne, przestronne i wygodne. Fajna plaża 3 minuty obok, wiele restauracji za rogiem. Do starówki Hoi An 10 minut Grabem. Naprawdę nie chce sie stąd wyjeżdżać. Polecam - dałbym wiecej gwiazdek ale tylko 5 można.

Że nie mogłem tu zostać dłużej 😞

Kim and her family made us feel very welcome and no request felt too much trouble. Their place is perfectly located for restaurants and beach.

Our kids love swimming and the sea was at times too rough for smaller children. An Bang has many hotels with pools walking distance to Red Flower that we used after either paying a small fee or staying for drinks/food.

Het ontbijt was prima, je kon zelf kiezen en het werd naar je huisje gebracht.. het is niet super uitgebreid, maar zeker voldoende keuze

Het is heel vochtig, maar dat is ook het seizoen

Un hébergement très agréable, un peu en retrait de la rue, avec de grandes chambres situées dans un jardin arboré et bénéficiant d'une terrasse où l'on prend les petits-déjeuners et où l'on peut aussi faire la sieste au calme. Accès à la plage en 5'. Personnel très accueillant et sympathique, aux petits soins. Réservation de transports à la demande et de bons conseils pour visiter les alentours. La plage est belle et reste authentique. A recommander sans réserve.

Le cottage est très bien placé à 100 mètre de la plage. On y accède par un petit chemin. L’hôte est exceptionnelle : accueil, conseil de restaurant, balade vélo avec le sourire et gentilesse. Vraiment enchantée. Merci
