One of the best hotels i have ever visited, extremely welcoming staff and remembered my name and the wife too, they made sure to inform the restaurants they helped me book of my special occasion. They pay attention to details extremely well and it pays off👍🏻 absolutely 10/10 without a doubt

The beach
What a stay. Our family with small children had an amazing experience. The hotel staff went over and above for a birthday experience. St Regis is a top notch service hotel! We are going back already! The only downside is the beach can be muddy at low tide, but good for crab hunting. The views of the islands are amazing.
The chef and the staff really areoutstanding for their amazing and extra ordinary services rendered! Really wanted to encouraging
We just wrapped a full 10 night stay at the St. Regis Langkawi, our second. We absolutely love the property but what makes this place so spectacular is the people. From the moment you arrive you gather more attention and focus to detail than you could possibly imagine. Everyone within moments knows you by name and caters to your whims without asking. It is truly remarkable. Although everyone is wonderful there are definitely the members that go above and beyond. We have had the pleasure of being guests of Janifer in recreation twice and she absolutely goes out of her way to help and engage. She is knowledgeable beyond just recreation she knows Langkawi like the back of her hand and is full of great recommendations. If you have a need, she knows someone who can make it happen. If you have the opportunity, you can not go wrong requesting Shabir as your butler. The attention to detail from him again was unmatched. He was pleasant to see and catch up with everyday, just one of the people you meet who instantly make you feel like lifelong friends. He also surprised us multiple times with delightful, and delectable treats after days out away from the resort. Am at the beach bar was also also a joy to be around. I can’t express enough how thoughtful the staff at this property is. I can’t come to the island without spending at this property.
An outstanding experience on every level. Staff are attentive and courteous; the butler service (we had Reez) is exemplary. Every part of the hotel is beautifully curated. I love these fact that every staff member I spoke to came from Langkawi and took great pride in their role at the hotel. The food is sublime - the breakfast choice is expansive - the negative review (June 2026) is wholly unfair and in no way reflects the food we had. Thank you to all staff for making our stay so pleasurable. Not a single negative - just lots of praise and happy memories.
We stayed here for 4 nights during low season and found it very relaxing, particularly the views and being surrounded by nature. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating and we would enjoy staying here again if in Langkawi. We are platinum elite and were upgraded to a one bedroom partial sea view. We were able to check in early and the room was already available upon arrival, which we appreciated. The butler provided a helpful tour of the property before arriving to our room where our luggage was waiting. The butler also shared an overview of the services available which included complimentary coffee delivery 3 times a day which came with delicious cookies, as well as daily clothes pressing services of four pieces. It was very convenient to be able to contact the butler service via WhatsApp and they were very responsive and helpful. The room itself was spacious with a separate living area, double sinks in the bathroom and a small balcony. A welcome gift of a fruit plate, snacks and chocolates was left in the room, which was a nice touch. We received breakfast with our room as well as a complimentary drinks hour for platinum members. The breakfast had a variety of options including a made to order menu. We particularly enjoyed the Malay food including the rotating chicken and beef dishes at the buffet, and the Kaya toast from the made to order menu. We also enjoyed the croissants, fruit and nut options. The elite drinks hour is from 5pm-6:30pm and included sodas, juices, two cocktail options and a few liquors that could be mixed. It would be nice if they offered beer as an option instead of only hard liquor. The pool was nice with a small seating area and a very small separate kids pool that looked like a water feature. Due to being low season we were generally able to get chairs near the pool but I assume this would be difficult in higher season. One set of chairs was on an island within the pool so you would get wet trying to leave the pool, but it was a nice oasis within the seating areas. The beach had more seating and we were frequently the only people at the beach in the mornings during the higher tides. Because the beach is a cove, there were some issues with trash washing up to the shore from other areas which the hotel cannot prevent. But the staff were very responsive about cleaning the areas. The walkway to the over water restaurant also connects to the neighboring Westin and was a good place to watch sunset. However the end of the bridge on the Westin’s side was where a lot of trash would collect from the water and should be cleaned more regularly. There were a few issues with the room during our stay that we generally tried to manage on our own. The air conditioning units in the room were set in a way that needed to be changed as the unit in the bedroom was set to automatically turn off after 60 minutes which made sleeping difficult. The unit in the living room would automatically reset to 20 degrees even if you made it warmer. We were able to figure out the master settings for each thermostat on our own but this was confusing initially. There was also an issue with the television as several of the channels listed in the guide either didn’t work or were static/poor quality. Lastly, several pieces of furniture in the living area could benefit from a deep cleaning as they were visibly dirty and the cover for the couch was not properly zipped together and was coming off in the seat. We also had an issue with the lights one of the nights that required maintenance to reset the relay. When we reported this to the butler they sent maintenance promptly to fix it which we appreciated since we were getting ready for bed and it affected being able to turn off the bedroom ceiling light. One other issue we noticed was with the tours offered by the tour desk. The packages offered for purchase included mangrove tours that had eagle and fish feeding. These types of activities interfere with the natural environment of this UNESCO heritage site and we were disappointed that the tour offerings weren’t more environmentally conscious. We chose to book a mangrove tour externally via an eco friendly company called Junglewalla. It was very easy and affordable to get around the island using Grab, including ro/from the airport and Kuah town. Overall despite these issues we really enjoyed our stay, particularly due to the kindness and level of service the staff provided. All of the staff went out of their way to be friendly and make sure you’re taken care of. From the pool staff always refilling water pool side to the breakfast staff remembering you every morning and suggesting items to try, we really appreciated their extra efforts to make sure we had a pleasant stay. We’d return in a heartbeat.
Breakfast had a great spread of Asian options, but lunch and dinner leaned more heavily Western. An Indian option at some point would have been a nice touch, especially being in Malaysia, though completely understandable if it’s not their focus. A couple of things could be improved. The sunbeds were uncomfortable: the padding was thin and not properly secured to the frame, so they shifted around. Beach service was also a missed opportunity. Staff were happy to bring food and drinks when asked, but they didn’t proactively come round to offer, so we ended up ordering less than we would have otherwise. A simple fix would be QR codes at the sunbeds for easy ordering. Wi-Fi in the room was also patchy, which was frustrating in the evenings when we wanted to unwind with the TV. One evening we took the buggy over to The Westin nearby for dinner, a great steak and lobster linguine, with genuinely good service there too (and a monkey stealing someone’s bread on the way, which was a fun bonus). It was a nice night out, but it just confirmed for us that The St. Regis was the better stay. Minor issues aside, this was a fantastic stay and I’d happily return.
Excellent service at every level from check in, dining, pool room. The views are spectacular from 5th floor sea facing rooms. Food at Kayu Putih had a excellent devastation menu. The Philipino chef was impression and passionate about his creations. Our butler Omar spoke perfect English. 🤣 Director Ganesan was efficient and ran the hotel well. 👊🏼 Would recommend and visit again.
Exception service. Clean rooms, clean hotel, buffet breakfast was simply amazing.
NA
From the moment you step into this resort you relax and feel at home. The resort is so picturesque and great views across the bay to wake up to every morning. We had a see view and the room itself was huge and exquisite. Yes the views are amazing but what does make this place outstanding is the staff. Every member of staff we encountered were never intrusive but always went out of their way to make our stay the most enjoyable, including staff that were working in the back kitchens would stop and wish you a good day. I can’t just personalise one person out as all the staff were amazing in every aspect. On a personal note, after speaking with the recreational staff I was informed that there is a football inter competition between the hotels on the island and that the St Regis participates in this. Personally I think this is great for staff bonding but was informed the captain has recently left. I did put forward that ‘Gary should step into this role from the recreation team but apparently he needs to learn the offside rule. Myself and my wife like to try different hotels etc but if you were to ask us would we go back to this resort the answer is a definite yes. Everything about this place is amazing. Thanks to all the staff at the St Regis for making our stay a most enjoyable one. Paul and Naomi

The staffs are friendly, especially our butler Mr. DANIEL and the receptionist.
No slippers provided in the room to use to walk around outside the room
We had an amazing time staying at the St. Regis Langkawi. It’s a smaller resort which feels secluded but is accessible to everything on the island. The buffet breakfast at the hotel is outstanding and room service was consistently good. The staff is exceptionally kind and attentive and really added to the great experience. I’d like to especially thank Yvonne, Safuan and Nazz for their warmth and hospitality. We hope to return again soon.
Fantastic 4-night stay with my wife and young son. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the beautiful property, warm hospitality, and exceptional service. The room was perfect, the food was outstanding, and every member of the team made us feel genuinely welcome. We especially loved spending time at the beach and pool, which were highlights of our trip and perfect for families. A special thank you to Hameed, Guest Experience Supervisor, whose attention to detail truly made our stay memorable. He was incredibly kind, sincere, and accommodating, always going above and beyond to ensure our family was comfortable and enjoying every moment. His flexibility and genuine care exemplified the very best of hospitality. This was one of those stays that reminds you why great service matters. We left with wonderful memories and cannot wait to return. Highly recommended. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Beautiful property, location, service and attentive staff, Lukman in particular who was very kind, friendly & helpful.
From the moment of arrival through our dining experiences at lunch, dinner, and breakfast, everything was excellent and exceeded our expectations. This was our third stay, and we were once again greeted with the same warm hospitality that makes this hotel so special. Special thanks to Hammed, Hassrul, and Anna from the Front Office, Najmie from L’Orangerie, and Rohan, Daniel, Faiz, and Bard from Pantai Grill for their outstanding service and genuine care throughout our stay. Thank you all for making our visit so memorable. Your dedication and professionalism are truly appreciated, and we look forward to returning again in the future.
On a positive note. The Butler service and staffs at the restaurants were very good. The 10 years anniversary was organised with beach party and some good fireworks. On a negative note..It lacked a premier gastronomy experience. It started with a sub par breakfast spread and as for lunch and dinner, it was disappointing for a premier resort. The head chef is new and it showed. The suite we stayed at 303 was clean with carpets and furnitures having the stains. As a premier resort it lacked beach front. The only hope is for the board of directors to step up and address it
Our recent stay at The St. Regis Langkawi was nothing short of spectacular. The resort's amenities and facilities are stunning, but the standout highlight is undoubtedly the world-class Butler Service. Having a dedicated team accessible instantly via WhatsApp made our stay seamless. Their responsiveness was incredible, with every request delivered promptly and with a smile. The attention to detail here is unmatched—from thoughtful, personalised surprises to the flawless, highly professional handling. The level of care, premium facilities, and top-tier hospitality make this resort worth it. If you are looking for a flawless hospitality experience in Langkawi, this is it!
First time stay at St.Regis and it really wowed me in terms of staff services, nice view, next to the beach, champagne sabering Thank you Kelly Le and the team for warmly welcoming us and making our stay a memorable one!
Our stay at the The St. Regis Langkawi was excellent overall and truly defined by the outstanding quality of the service. What impressed us most was how genuinely professional and well-trained the staff were. Too often in luxury hospitality, kindness can sometimes compensate for limited efficiency — but not here. The team was exceptionally competent, reactive, attentive, and consistently warm. Every interaction felt natural, polished, and sincere. The food and beverage offering was another major highlight. Both breakfast and dinner were excellent, with high-quality products and careful execution. The beach dinner experience is particularly worth mentioning and should not be missed during a stay at the resort. The rooms are comfortable, pleasant, and very well maintained. The overall atmosphere of the property is relaxing and elegant without feeling overly formal. The beach itself is beautiful and contributes greatly to the peaceful ambiance of the resort. The few weaker points are more intangible and relate mostly to the destination itself rather than the hotel. The sea has a somewhat lagoon-like appearance and waters that may not match the crystal-clear expectations some travelers have of tropical islands. In addition, Kuah town, located very close to the resort, is not particularly tourism-oriented and offers relatively limited tourist infrastructure or charm outside the resort environment. Overall, The St. Regis Langkawi delivers a very high-end hospitality experience with remarkable service quality, excellent dining, and a serene setting. A wonderful choice for travelers looking for comfort, professionalism, and relaxation.
Our experience at the St.Regis Langkawi was perfect from start to end. The beauty of the location is not captured in pictures, the beach and view is stunning, the food is a standout, everything we ate at each restaurant was outstanding, we had 2 dinners at Kayuputi which was very special. The most exceptional part was the service of the staff. everyone we came into contact with was amazing, warm, welcoming and we have never been so looked after. Thank you to all for making our trip so lovely.
We had an exceptional time at the St. Regis! Our room was spacious and clean with a lovely balcony overlooking the lush jungle forests. I was able to see monkeys and hornbills from our balcony. We were graciously given complimentary early check in and late check out which was perfect since we only had a one night stay. We would have loved to stay for two nights! The Afternoon Tea was a highlight for us. I hope that management gets to read this because Nana was the BEST employee that we encountered on our 10 day visit to Malaysia. She was SO kind and her interactions with us were outstanding--I hope that she receives a raise or a bonus. Thank you, Nana, for a superb afternoon tea experience! It was clear that St. Regis trained their staff exceptionally to make the guests feel welcomed. I was sad that I was unable to join other staff on the complimentary nature walk in the morning, but it was just too early for me on a vacation. :) My husband and I enjoyed talking the walkway past the water restaurant as we could go for a scenic stroll down the lane to admire the beauty of the area. Despite some construction that was happening at the property, we still enjoyed the ambiance of the hotel--both during the day and at night. The pool was relaxing and enjoyable. Well done, St. Regis!
I have very little to complain about! The beach, though they tried, is not especially nice. The water is beautiful to look at, but it is not particularly inviting to go for a swim. Which is OK because the pool is lovely! (although I would prefer an adults-only pool). Lastly, I was surprised given our experience at other hotels that, for the price of the room, the mini bar was not complimentary. It felt odd to pay such a high price for the room only to have additional prices asked of us from within the room. We did however receive a complimentary fruit plate which was enjoyable.
We had a wonderful 3 days staycation with my wife in that lovely hotel. Only 80+ rooms so it's really calm and quiet, perfect for Honeymoon vibes and taking time for ourselves. The room is beautiful, the hotel too and the private beach just like in a dream. The staff is the best. The butler was very nice and helpful and everyone was super friendly. They even sang a song when we left. Wonderful breakfast both buffet and A la carte. Fully equipped gym. Will be back
Very clean and beautiful property, great service. Very nice and elaborate breakfast, a lot of options and great taste! Room was nice and comfortable although was expecting a bigger size for St. Regis standards even for their basic room. Staff was helpful and available!
Had lunch at the Pantai grill which was disappointing. The burger was mediocre at best. Had dinner at Kayuputi, which was also just okay, for being the most highly rated restaurant in Langkawi it didn't deliver at all. Had the bisque which had a biter taste and had to be sent back, was better when it came back. Generally, flavors were okay, better options in the city I would say! Location is far from the main attractions but that's good because there's no noise and you can chill but transport cost adds up.
Our stay at The St. Regis Langkawi was nothing short of extraordinary—and that is not a word I use lightly. From the very first moment, the experience was seamless. A heartfelt thank you to the Front Office team, especially Rishi, who ensured our check-in was smooth and effortless. We encountered a minor issue with our international card and deposit, but he handled it with such efficiency and calm, offering an immediate and thoughtful solution. That first impression set the tone for everything that followed. To our butler, Shabir—you truly made our stay unforgettable. Your attention to detail, warmth, and genuine enthusiasm elevated every moment. Nothing felt transactional; everything felt intentional. You anticipated our needs before we even voiced them, and that level of care is rare. Janifer, your energy was infectious. Every interaction with you brought a smile to our faces. You made us feel seen, welcomed, and genuinely cared for—something that cannot be trained, only felt. What stood out most was the consistency. Whether it was breakfast, lunch, beachside moments, activities, or even our departure—every touchpoint felt thoughtful and refined. Special thanks to Am for guiding us through the batik painting experience with such warmth, and to Hafiz for his attentiveness and excellent recommendations that made our mornings something to look forward to. At the spa, Marta and Jasvinna went above and beyond to curate the perfect package for our special occasion, while Bib and Syu delivered one of the most exceptional massage experiences we’ve ever had—deeply relaxing, precise, and truly memorable. I have travelled extensively and stayed in many five-star establishments around the world—but the level of service at The St. Regis Langkawi genuinely exceeded all expectations. Not just in moments, but consistently, across every single interaction. There are too many wonderful individuals to name, but to everyone who made our stay so special—thank you. You created memories we will carry with us for a long time. We will absolutely be back. And next time, it won’t be soon enough.
We had such an amazing stay at the St Regis hotel , from the moment we walked into this paradise . The staff are just wonderful and go far and a ove, nothing is too much trouble and they all do this with a genuine care and smile . Janifer and her team of boys, Ilham, Adiel, Am , odin . The bar staff, Bard , Ja ja , Gary . Faiz at the beach grill , Hafiz , diandra and danara, Wilfred , Na na etc , i know i have missed names and i apologise for that . Thank you for this luxury stay. The butler service is amazing , they are always there to help etc . The rooms are so clean , with all the luxuries you need .
5 * plus in our opinion What can I say..... this is quite possibly one of the nicest hotels weve ever stayed in. From the warmest welcome from Miss Kelly and Miss Anna to the ongoing 5* treatment from all of the staff throughout our 17 night stay. Janifer, Recreation Manager is friendly, helpful and informative ..... always greeting you with a big smile and a hug. She runs an amazing team, Ffitri, Ilham, Sahrul, Shun and a special mention to Aidiel and AM who are always on hand with a jug of iced water. Massive thanks to Prem, assistant food and beverage manager for cooking up some special delights for us ... stunning ! The beach is very peaceful. Completely private and well cared for with fresh towels on every sun bed first thing and a drink service throughout the day. The breakfast options are plentiful. From Toast, pastries, eggs cooked to order and an amazing a la carte menu of steak and eggs, lobster omelette and smoked salmon. Special mention to Dameia, Hafiz and Safuan for making every morning such a welcoming experience. The daytime beach bar menu is available from 11am to 11pm with plenty of options including wraps, fries, pizza, steak and seafood and of course a huge selection of cocktails. There are also several on site a la carte options to try during your stay. The St Regis bar is stunning!! A lovely area to sit in the evening. Relax, have a cocktail and enjoy the piano music. The management team are always on hand to answer any questions and participate in an evening ritual of free champagne and a 10 minute traditional welcome with music and a fire show. Special mention to the General Manager, Derek who went above and beyond to make our stay so special. The location is perfect, just a 5 minute grab taxi into town but what really makes this hotel is its amazing staff who literally cannot do enough for you. Too many to mention them all by name but all equally deserving of praise. This was our first visit but it most certainly won't be our last. Thank you St Regis, Langkawi Mr Sebastian and Miss Rachel
I had such a pleasant stay at St Regis. The six-star luxury rooms, facilities, along with the outstanding service and warm hospitality, made the experience unforgettable. Kudos to Derek and his team!
The St. Regis Langkawi is a one-of-a kind place where natural beauty, fine dining, premium facilities and warm & friendly staff combine to create magic. Our family stayed in the Royal Villa, were pampered at the Spa, and enjoyed wonderful meals at the Kaya Puti restaurant over the water and the Pantai Grill right on the beach. The team at Pantai Grill — Bard, Faiz, Facruz, Paci and Rohan — went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and delight each and every day. And our son worked with the hotel weeks in advance to prepare the perfect private dining experience on the beach, where he proposed to his fiancée on an unforgettable evening.
We truly enjoyed every single meal at St Regis – the food was consistently excellent, and the beautiful seaside setting made the whole experience even more special. What stood out the most, however, was the service. The staff were absolutely amazing – always friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. A special thank you to Faiz, but also to Bard, Zahidi, Jjay, Farcus,Pali. And if we may have forgotten someone, we sincerely apologize, as everyone was incredibly kind and took great care of us, always offering helpful recommendations. It honestly couldn’t have been better. Thank you so much for this truly wonderful and memorable stay – we will definitely be back!
Ligging
Is een ouder baroness, maar moet wel een beetje opgefrist worden, waar het management dan nu ook mee bezig is!
My wife and I spent 7 days at this lovely hotel.. the rooms were lovely, clean and look after we had a sea view which was stunning.. they have three restaurants all serving delicious food and a bar located on a over water pontoon which is great for a sunset view.. above all else the staff are amazing polite, happy, helpful and just lovely people and credit to the hotel
Service was very very good. Everyone was friendy and always smiling
To short a stay
It’s very beautiful property, staff is super friendly, polite and knowledgeable. Overall service is very good. Food is amazing at the beach restaurant and KayuPuti. Buffet dinners are a bit limited. The bar design is a real art, most beautiful bar I’ve ever seen. One major con is bedsheets. We stayed in hotel twice, I asked to change bedsheets few times and each time they were dirty, grey and don’t smell fresh. The feeling like you sleep in cheap hostel rather than in luxurious hotel. Towels some are nice and new, some are grey and tearing apart both in the room and at the pool. I mean St. Regis can do better. And one more thing. The curtains around pool at the private villa cover all the sun lights. And they cannot even be moved to the side. It’s dark and cold to use private pool. I totally understand that some guests appreciate privacy. But some, like us arrived to Langkawi to enjoy the sun. So general experience was very good, with some cons.
I am currently staying at The St. Regis Langkawi, and this has been one of the biggest mistakes of my life. Stay away from this place — be warned. After writing this review, I have also separately reported the matter to the Malaysian Ministry of Tourism. I raised my concerns directly with the General Manager, Derek Gomez, but instead of improving, the problems continued and escalated. 1) Arrival ''drama'' I have a disability and a serious back problem, yet I had to carry my own luggage from the taxi to check-in because the bell staff were occupied on their personal phones. 2) Pool bar ''mess'' I ordered a basic frozen non-alcoholic mocktail and waited around 25 minutes. When it arrived, it was melted and tasted weird wrong. 3) Champagne Hour ''fiasco'' They have a so-called “Champagne Hour” which starts at 6:30pm. I arrived at 6:33pm — yes, just three minutes after it began — and was told there were no glasses left, so I was not served. After waiting 10 minutes, I received less than a full glass because the champagne had run out. At the same time, I saw several members of management, including the Food & Beverage Manager, Ganesan, and other senior team members, enjoying champagne themselves — effectively funded by us - guests. Stay away from that ''Ganesan'': he does not help. He seems to enjoy his title, walking around like a ''sultan-king'' rather than resolving problems. I explain more about him below. 4) Beach Grill – ''disaster'' My 8:00pm reservation was not on the system. I was seated at a table covered in dirt and dust, with no cutlery or plates, and despite asking, the table was never cleaned. I asked for the manager: a rude man called “Bard” came over, looked at me without apologising, and walked away. Shortly afterwards, I heard him shouting at staff, which was uncomfortable and unprofessional. Minutes later, he returned to take my drink order. I made it very clear that alcohol upsets my stomach and ordered a non-alcoholic strawberry daiquiri. He brought it, but it was melted again. I asked for it to be made frozen. He took it back and brought a second one — but the second drink was clearly alcoholic. As soon as I drank it, I felt burning in my stomach. Bard is another person you should stay away from. Then Ganesan came to see me at Beach Grill and assured me my food would be fine. After he left, my ribeye steak arrived cold, and my truffle fries were served as normal fries with no truffle. Throughout all of this, the staff wore fake smiles — as if the smile was drawn on their faces, not coming from the heart. For a property that markets itself as a 5-star luxury hotel, these repeated “dangerous mistakes” — including serving alcohol after being explicitly told not to and continuing to address a guest disrespectfully — are not just unacceptable, they are horrifying and potentially dangerous. This is the kind of carelessness that can risk a guest’s health. And as for service standards: any McDonald’s is faster, cleaner, and more reliable.
From the very first moment, this was the most remarkable hotel experience I have ever had. I arrived in the evening and was welcomed in an exceptionally warm and elegant manner. The check-in process is unlike anything you typically encounter: no reception desk, no waiting in line. Instead, you are invited to relax in a lounge, offered a welcome drink, and everything is handled discreetly in the background. One signature, and the butler personally escorts you to your suite. Thanks to my Marriott Bonvoy Gold status, I received a suite upgrade — and it exceeded every expectation. The size, design, layout, bathroom, and balcony are all outstanding, with every detail thoughtfully considered. The sea view from Suite 220 is simply stunning. The service throughout the resort is exemplary. The team is attentive, professional, and genuinely personal. A special mention goes to the Bard (bar supervisor), who remembered both my name and my preferred drink from the previous evening — a level of attention I have never experienced before. Each evening at 6:30 pm, the resort hosts a champagne ritual to welcome the night. It is calm, elegant, and perfectly aligned with the refined atmosphere of the property. The facilities are equally impressive. The gym is open 24/7, well equipped, and thoughtfully stocked. The 25-meter pool is ideal for swimming, peaceful, and never crowded. The entire resort is immaculate, quiet, and beautifully maintained, with a serene beach offering plenty of space and privacy. Dining is excellent across the resort, and the hotel bar provides a relaxed ambiance with live music in the evenings. What stood out most, however, was the silence — I measured around 30 dB in my suite at night, resulting in truly perfect sleep. The butler service via WhatsApp is seamless and efficient. While the resort is secluded, the livelier parts of the island are easily reachable within 20 minutes — though once you arrive, you won’t feel the urge to leave. A truly outstanding resort that sets a new benchmark for luxury hospitality.
We stayed for 5 nights over Xmas and compared to other hotels we’ve stayed at this one was distinctly lacking something. At check in I enquired as to whether our room had been upgraded to which the guy said he would check, came back in less than 1 minute and said our room was ready! Obviously he didn’t check and obviously it wasn’t (this isn’t unusual for Marriott as they love to make a fuss thanking you for your loyalty and always always give NOTHING in return). It was later claimed by Reception that we were in the highest category room we could be which was completely untrue as there are at least 6 categories above our room! They will also claim upgrades are ‘subject to availability’ but it’s not as if they didn’t know we were coming and always use this as a get out clause so as not to deliver. We had a pool suite room which in itself was lovely and spacious. However I wasn’t envisaging rooms being above us which took away any privacy as the rooms and balconies overlooked our garden. Beach was lovely and serene. No worries about getting a sunbed and luckily all the screaming kids frequented the pool so we stayed well away from there. Breakfast was average. You cannot deny that the selection is great but for us westerners there wasn’t much we enjoyed. I ended up with toast & jam most days and husband bread & cheese! F&B manager was wandering around most days but for some reason never made eye contact nor engaged (which he did with other people!) 🤷♀️ Lunch at the beach grill was disappointing. I asked for the burger to be cooked well done and it turned up cold and pink! Sent it back. Not what you expect from a 5* hotel. Chicken wrap was lovely and always came hot. I left a separate review for Kayputi restaurant. Sadly we won’t remember our stay as one of our best Christmas’…..
One of the best resorts in Langkawi. The room I stayed in was exceptionally spacious and beautifully appointed, offering a true sense of luxury and comfort. The service was outstanding, every member of the team was warm, attentive, and consistently greeted me by name whenever we crossed paths, which made the experience feel very personal and memorable. The view and the beach were absolutely stunning, adding a sense of serenity and exclusivity that elevated the entire stay. The food was equally impressive, with excellent quality and flavors that perfectly complemented the overall five-star experience. A truly exceptional stay that I would highly recommend.
All the staff have amazing an outstanding. A huge thank you to ILHAM & J-JAY from the Recreation & Pantai Grill . Your cocktails 🍸 were superb. Also the service at the beach ⛱️ 😎 bar was very professional 👌
Everything was beyond my expectations
Nothing
We had a wonderful and memorable stay at the St Regis Langkawi. This is a wonderful resort to choose when staying in Langkawi. The breakfast buffet was ample with plenty of choices and the service was great. The gym had everything we needed to get the day started with a solid workout. We especially enjoyed ending our day with a cocktail at the St Regis bar. They make excellent Negroni’s FYI. Thank you very much to the general manager, Derek Gomez for everything you did to make our stay special. We appreciated you taking the time to meet us, and your recommendations were spot on. Also, a very special thank you to the Butler team, specifically Nasha who curated a personalized itinerary for all of our excursions and transportation needs. I highly recommend this resort.
The St Regis is by far the best hotel we stayed in during our three week trip of Malaysia and Thailand. It’s a smaller hotel than it appears online so has a feeling of exclusivity and relaxation. The beach and restaurants are never full despite it being high season. Service levels are mixed but usually excellent. Our sea view room was one of the most comfortable we have ever stayed in, very spacious with a separate dressing area and large bathroom. I can only imagine what the suites must be like. There were quite a lot of families with kids which was unexpected but we found this to be the case everywhere due to the Christmas/New year holidays. The butler service (not that we used it much) and management attention is exceptional. Restaurant-wise the buffet evenings seem to be much better value than the à la carte restaurants and unlike the other hotels we stayed in, these were very much London prices. Breakfast is fantastic with so many different cuisines to choose from. Even an à la carte breakfast menu including lobster omelette and truffle/caviar scrambled eggs. We walked 15 minutes or so through the adjoining Marriot grounds (watching the monkeys in the trees) to the marina and had steak and seafood at Jake’s grill which was very good value and a nice casual change from the hotel. Whilst the beach, sand and views are picture perfect the water isn’t particularly clear and there’s no coral reefs or snorkelling unlike some of the other beaches. It’s easy to hire a car and drive around for a change of scenery. Yes the hotel could do with some external painting here and there any maybe some guests found it dated but for us it was part of the charm and a fantastic and relaxing end to a three week trip. we’ll be sad to leave which is always the sign of a great hotel!
A fabulous resort with excellent service. A family of 9 (5 children aged 11-16) and 5 vegetarians. We stayed in the Royal Villa for 6 nights and beach front rooms for 3 nights. The team were on hand to make our stay as comfortable as possible. I'd like to say a special thank you to the beach restaurant team J-Jjay, Adebb, Ferlani, Bard, Izzam, Hafiz - who dealt with our different food and drink requests with ease! Also Prem, Ganesan and the rest of food and beverage team were brilliant. Thank you for an amazing 9 nights!
We stayed here over Christmas and while the setting and staff are lovely there was just something missing from the whole experience. Considering the number of restaurants and eateries available, menu choices seemed limited. The Christmas brunch at Kayuputi was a huge disappointment with zero atmosphere. The General Manager and F&B Manager both got to the brunch but preferred to keep themselves to a huge bottle if champagne rather than wish the guests Happy Christmas or ensure things were going smoothly which they weren’t- think cold turkey and vegetables. Overall this could have been so much better than it actually was. So disappointed.
What I love about the St. Regis Langkawi is how effortlessly it blends wild island beauty with polished luxury. One moment you’re surrounded by lush rainforest and dramatic limestone cliffs, the next you’re sipping mocktails by the sea with that unmistakable St. Regis refinement.
The beach is quite muddy, with minimal waves and much like lake water. Should consider to add/offer more water activities.
Every staff was knowledgeable and polite
None
The staff at The St. Regis Resort were truly outstanding. Every person we met was incredibly kind, caring, and attentive. They consistently went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and well looked after. Their warmth and professionalism made our stay feel genuinely special. Thank you to the entire team for such exceptional service.
We had an absolutely amazing stay at St. Regis Langkawi Resort! The hospitality was top-notch. A special shoutout to the wonderful staffs — Kasturi (director of rooms), Prem and her fnb team Hafiz , Martha (Spa ), Anuar (therapist), Anna (Reception), , — for their exceptional service and kindness. If you are coming to Langkawi, we would most definitely recommend St Regis Langkawi as a lovely place to stay. Thank you for all the wonderful staffs that serve us and provide us a memorable stay. From Mr and Mrs Soh
The resort was at the end of a private peninsular with beautiful bay views. We went during the off season, so the resort was very quiet. The staff was extremely attentive. The breakfast buffet was the highlight.
The st Regis langkawi was a truly wonderful resort. Our room was gorgeous, extremely tastefully decorated with a huge terrace, comfortable bed and luxurious bathroom- and this was just the entry level room! The butler service was particularly nice treat with complimentary coffees and teas- impeccable service, we felt completely spoilt. The pool, although smaller than we might expect, was perfectly designed with multiple levels providing a stunning view of the beach and ocean. The beach itself is very lovely too, white sand and an array of comfortable seating/lounging options. The food on the whole was very good although a few things could be improved upon : eggs royale at breakfast were watery and lacked flavour, fish tacos were dry (but they kindly brought me some salsa to remedy it!) and the lamb loin portion was very small- but all things considered, this is really just nitpicking! On the topic of dining, the overwater Asian restaurant is an absolute must, truly breath taking especially at sunset, absolutely loved our black miso cod! Overall, I would without hesitation recommend this property to anyone visiting Malaysia! 11/10 from us!
The hotel grounds and rooms were quite impressive. Fish in ponds and very clean public spaces. The restaurant food is excellent. Best breakfast menu. Indian, Malaysian, Chinese, Japanese and Western cuisines available. The Butler Service delivered by staff is unlike any other hotel service that I have experienced. The staff is very sincere and the ratio of staff to guest is very high. We will be coming back!
Butler and waittress at restaurants - Kayu Puti and L’Orangerie were friendly and helpful. Great facilities and direct beach access.
Stay was ruined with loud thuds from bedroom ceiling. Sounded similar to children running. Called guest services to fix the issue but it persisted, couldn’t even nap as a result. I even mentioned this to the front desk in person. Hotel could’ve resolved this issue easily by switching our rooms. The rooms are very expensive so the hotel should’ve compensated us to a different room. Check out process was also underwhelming, he didn’t bother to ask us how was our stay. Additionally, my friend played the piano in the lobby for which there was no sign saying “not for playing”, a service staff lady raised her voice from afar “the piano cannot be played”. This is very rude, there is a more polite way of informing guests. I wish I could attach a video of the loud thuds in the room that I recorded to this review however, booking.com review only allows photos as attachments. Disappointing stay.
Big shout out to BARD, CRUZ and chef FAUZI. We had a proposal dinner at the cabana. Everything was exceptional. The food, the service, the ambience make my proposal extra special. Thank you so much again for the hospitality. Highly recommended for any special occasions:)!
The resort is nestled in a tranquil location, plushed with surrounding greenery and a beautiful seafront. Upon arrival, my family and I were greeted by friendly and helpful concierge and Butler team members. The entrance feels grand and the building and lobby looks contemporary yet grandeur. Checking in was smooth sailing as we were busking in the beauty of the property, while awaiting the reception to complete the process. Thereafter, a friendly Butler was assigned to take us for a tour of the facilities and welcomed us warmly to our suite with partial sea view. During the tour, the building is well maintained in pristine condition though the ambience looks dated and rustic. The suite is comfy and roomy as well, we had a comfortable 4D3N stay. Special compliments to members of the highly professional Butler Service Desk, namely: • Jazlee • Nurul • Dorcas • Masha They have worked tirelessly to provide us with prompt assistance, and we are entitled to 6 cups of complimentary beverages per day, plus 2 free linens pressing. Special dining highlight was our visit to the stand alone KAYUPUTI fine dining restaurant which enthralled our imagination and tantalise our taste buds throughout the evening with unique dishes, curated by their head chef meticulously, and every dish has a unique story to unravel. Overall, it was a relaxing and hassle free holiday, and the daily breakfast spread was wonderful too.
I recently stayed at the St. Regis and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is beautiful, with luxurious amenities and stunning views. What really made my stay exceptional was the service, especially from Bard. He was incredibly kind, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure my partner & I had a pleasent dinner overlooking the sea. I highly recommend the St. Regis, and a special thank you to Bard for his outstanding service!
We’ve had an excellent stay the St Regis in Langkawi. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Special thanks to: Bard, Izam, Pali, Din, Cruz, Jjay and Emma for making our stay even more wonderful.
Beyond Exceptional. Third time to the St Regis although this time we just had to do an extended stay of 8 nights as we never ever want to leave! I cannot give enough appreciation to the staff, from the second we were met at the airport to the moment we departed. It seems unfair to mention anyone as the entire team are absolutely amazing. The Butlers are incredibly thoughtful and responsive, the front desk, the spa, the pool and beach staff, the super polite housekeeping and gardeners. Everyone. Janifer has to be the happiest and loveliest person I’ve ever met and I know she means it when she says she will remember us when we come back. Nadia my spa therapist was so incredible that I had to go Back for another treatment. The beach team are the kindest ever and predict all of your needs, even happy to walk to our fave spot the farthest away from them with ice cold water and fresh towels. The resort is so relaxing and peaceful and in the best setting especially for nature walks. We feel so incredibly lucky that we saw the Dusky Leaf monkeys everyday as well as Oriental Pied Hornbills everywhere. We like to walk around 6-8km each day to find nature and it’s possible to do this very safely by just walking around the Westin and St Regis and the wildlife didn’t disappoint. We are so happy to have been there for the 121st Anniversary of the St Regis and the soirée with the canapés and cake was gorgeous and a really special moment. We truly appreciated all of the staff and chefs and senior management as well as all serving staff coming to talk to us all of the time. Everyone knew us by name and by preferences which is either because we were troublemakers or because they are so professional to making their visitors feel totally looked after. We absolutely love the Pool villas with beach access, and we are blown away by the Club Marriott Benefits. The live music in the bar by the Nine Lives is the best and we are so happy the bar staff remembered how to do the smoked whisky sour for us! Please put it back on the Menu! Don’t miss the special Lang Mary cocktail I had so many and the St Regis Bloody Mary book for sale in the gift shop! Cocktails at Kayaputi (as well as the amazing tasting menu and matched wine is a must). We loved the Kayaputi team! Especially chatting to Ika. Breakfast is another level of quality produce and service. I adore this hotel but it’s the staff that make it even more incredible than just its natural setting. Can’t wait to check in next May! Early September was great for some cooler weather! An overwhelming theme was how happy the staff were with many long-termers, several commented how good their employers are and it shows. Thank you once again everyone.
My wife Iris and I ended our trip in Malaysia and returned home a few days ago. Now thousands of miles away from Langkawi Island, we miss the gorgeous sunset at Kayaputi and the plunge pool of our room. We wanted to take a moment to thank you for managing such a well-organized resort and for the wonderful experience we had at the St. Regis!! Perfect vacation!
We checked into St Regis as our third hotel on this Malaysia trip, you immediately feel the step up in luxury. A nice greeting upon arrival and good strong welcome with a seat, drink, towel. Check in did take a bit of time but it was fine overall. We got to our room which was fantastic, really big with a wonderful sea view. The space in the room is not an issue and whilst certain parts of it feel a little dated (I think it’s around 15years old) it still feels nice. The bed was excellent, very large and comfortable. They include a butler service which is an excellent touch and whilst he was very nice, probably can do with some more training. He forgot to leave our room keys and also got our coffee order wrong but only small issues, in general he was very nice. The bathroom was lovely, shower wasn’t great in all honesty, temperature didn’t seem to adjust and the pressure wasn’t the best. It was also quite small in comparison to the rest of the bathroom. The pool area was nice, probably not catered for kids and more for lounging in than swimming. They have activities throughout and a nice champagne ceremony to all guests in the evening everyday. The first day felt nice, although second day felt like a bit of a sales pitch of the restaurants in the hotel. The beach is clean although the water is not clear, likely from a muddy seabed, but that isn’t down to the hotel of course. The beach towels were a little worn which is surprising for a St Regis. The breakfast was great. Lovely dining room and a la carte ordering. If you value coffee they have a proper barista making coffees which was a great touch, I wish other 5* hotels would do this. The gym was nice and big, albeit quite dark. They need more running machines as there is only 2 in there and 1 was out of order, but it did the job. We had requested an extra bed in the room which they obliged with, however upon checkout we saw they had tried to charge us for it which no one told us about. We did raise it and they quickly removed it. Location: the hotel itself is a little secluded, not walking distance to anywhere. But grabs are cheap and lots of shops and restaurants nearby that’s 5-10min ride away Overall – a great stay, I would definitely stay here again in the future if I came back to Langkawi.
Pantai grill is the best experience.. they are so nice, especially Bard, fercani, Afiq, pali and JJAY They were very accommodative and helpful They makes your day with their great attitude May God bless you, will come back 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏✌️🙏🙏🙏🙏
We stayed at this beautiful hotel for 5 nights. The experience was fantastic and the staff were very attentive, professional and consistently warm. The facilities within this were top-notch with an exceptional big pool, a state of the art gym and fantastic spa experience. I used the spa for 2 different treatments and they were very professional. The beach is very clean and the surroundings are beautiful. The breakfast in the mornings had plenty of variety and service levels were spot on. The only things I would say need worked on is firstly the rooms: they need an upgrade. We had floor boards coming up in ours and the furniture felt outdated and badly marked rugs that need washed to keep the hotel standards to 5 star. The other thing was the entertainment; they had the same singers daily (who are talented) but same songs same people everyday. This needs varied I would say. There were monkeys roaming about the hotel which was a little annoying and scary. Overall, a brilliant experience and I cannot thank the staff at this hotel enough; they genuinely go above and beyond.

A Magical Stay at the St. Regis Langkawi – Pure Luxury and Unforgettable Memories Our family of four, including two teenagers, spent six magical days at the St. Regis Langkawi and were absolutely pampered from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel right at home. The staff are exceptionally attentive, warm, and friendly – nothing was ever too much trouble. The rooms are elegantly and stylishly appointed, truly the height of luxury. The WhatsApp butler service is a standout feature – incredibly responsive and efficient, making it easy to relax knowing everything was taken care of instantly. We visited during the low season and often felt like we had the entire resort to ourselves. While the beach is beautifully groomed, the sea near the hotel is a bit tidal and muddy for swimming, but the gorgeous pool more than made up for it. The food throughout our stay was exceptional. Breakfasts were easily among the best we’ve ever had – think lobster omelettes and a delicious rotating Malaysian special each day. The beachfront *Pantai Grill* served some of the best fish we've ever tasted, and *Kayu Puti* is simply spectacular – quirky, elegant, and romantic, with an amazing gin bar at sunset and a degustation menu that wowed us. Perfect for a special "date night." A highlight of our stay was a private cooking class with the head chef where we learned to make Beef Rendang and Nasi Lemak – a fantastic experience. We also enjoyed the spa, which was absolutely top-tier, and the moody/artsy *Decanter* bar, as well as the daily Champagne sabrage ceremony – a fun and elegant tradition. Special thanks to Benedict at the concierge, who ensured everything ran seamlessly during our stay. From start to finish, the St. Regis Langkawi exceeded every expectation. Highly recommended for families, couples, or anyone seeking a luxurious escape in a stunning setting.
Breakfast buffet had a nice variety and good service. Nice view from the room.
Service and food quality at the beach restaurant was sub par. Hairdryer was using a different plug than the socket with no adapter provided. Room cupboard interior were dusty.
Lovely setting - amazing staff, great facilities. Lots of different dining options with good variety for the kids.
Is starting to look a little tired - we came slightly earlier than the crowds so perhaps work will be done.
Wished we could have stayed longer because our stay at the St. Regis Langkawi was the absolute best we had during our Malaysia travel! From the moment we arrived and the doorman ringing the gong to the check in process, everything went effortlessly and smooth. Our room with the view of the Andaman Sea was simply breathtaking and I loved spending time on the balcony, just reading a book while enjoying the complimentary coffee and cookies from the butler service. Since our stay was part of my early birthday trip, the team decorated the room with balloons and flower petals and let's not forget the scrumptious birthday treat! So thoughtful! Daily breakfast was a treat, because the options on offer were nothing short of giving you choice stress, but in a good way! My husband, not really the emotional type, was actually pretty sad that we only stayed so short. He wanted to stay longer but we had jobs to get back to in our country :) We hope to be able to come back here and stay longer! Thank you all to the amazing staff for all the good care!
Our stay at The St. Regis Langkawi was nothing short of exceptional. The staff was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making us feel well cared for from the moment we arrived. The attention to detail and personalized service really stood out. 🌴 Room & Experience: We booked a room with private pool and direct beach access, and it was absolutely spacious, luxurious, and beautifully maintained. It offered the perfect combination of privacy and stunning views—ideal for a peaceful retreat. 🍽️ Dining & Chef Experience: A special mention to Chef Aswad, who went above and beyond for us. Despite being an international property, he ensured we had a wonderful Indian dining experience, preparing several custom Indian dishes for both breakfast and dinner. It truly felt like a home away from home. 👨👩👧 Family-Friendly: There are plenty of activities for kids, making it a great destination for families. The resort balances luxury with family-friendliness perfectly. 🌅 Don’t Miss: Be sure to visit the overwater restaurant during sunset—the view is absolutely breathtaking and not to be missed. It's a highlight of the property. 🛎️ Service: The butler service was excellent, always attentive and helpful. However, room service was a bit slow, though not a major issue in the overall experience. 🛍️ Other Tips: Liquor in the in-room bar is expensive, so it’s worth noting that duty-free shops are just a 5-minute drive away, where you can stock up. Langkawi Cable Car is about 1 hour away, and the airport is around 40 minutes from the hotel, so plan your travel accordingly. Final Verdict: The St. Regis Langkawi is a perfect blend of luxury, hospitality, and family comfort. With stunning views, customized food options, and excellent staff, it’s truly a place where luxury meets warmth. Highly recommended for families, couples, and anyone looking for a high-end Langkawi experience.
I recently stayed at The St. Regis Langkawi and while the suite I was first assigned didn’t quite reflect the usual St. Regis charm — with some minor details like scent and window condition falling short of expectations — the situation was swiftly and gracefully handled by Ms. Kelly Le, the Duty Manager. Ms. Kelly’s professionalism and attentiveness truly stood out. She listened patiently, personally checked the new suite to ensure everything was in perfect order, and followed up with thoughtful messages to make sure we were comfortable. She even extended her care to my family members in separate rooms — a gesture that made us feel genuinely welcomed and valued. Her ability to manage both guest expectations and hotel standards with such poise is admirable. Thanks to her, what began as a small concern turned into one of my most enjoyable stays at St. Regis. A heartfelt thank you to Ms. Kelly Le, and appreciation to General Manager Mr. Gerek Gomez for leading such a stellar team. I look forward to coming back again soon.
Our recent stay at The St. Regis Langkawi was not just a vacation—it was an immersive experience in elegance, hospitality, and natural beauty. This is the kind of place that doesn’t just meet expectations; it rewrites your definition of what a perfect hotel stay should feel like. We were fortunate to stay in a St. Regis Pool Suite with private pool and direct beach access—and it was breathtaking. The layout was spacious and serene, with thoughtful design elements at every turn. From the plush bedding to the intuitive lighting, from the outdoor shaded pool to the sun-kissed deck that opened directly onto a small pathway leading to the soft sand, every detail was tailored for comfort and joy. Even the minibar was curated with taste, and the evening turndown service felt like a whispered invitation to rest. But what makes St. Regis Langkawi truly exceptional is its commitment to personalized service and the people who bring it to life. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel like returning friends, not just guests. A heartfelt thank you to Ganesh, the passionate and ever-present F&B Manager, and to Yvonne, the warm and attentive Quality Manager, who ensured our every need was anticipated before we even voiced it. The culinary experience deserves its own chapter. Breakfast at L’Orangerie was a daily ritual of delight, with a rich selection that spanned from local flavors to international classics. The Lang Mary—their signature twist on the Bloody Mary—was a spicy, invigorating treat. At lunch, we often gravitated toward the Beach Restaurant, where Bard’s gracious service made every meal feel like a seaside celebration. And in the evenings, whether enjoying the seafood buffet (which was exceptional, both in freshness and variety) or indulging in à la carte dining, the quality and flavor were consistently outstanding. The Orangerie team, including Izzat, Famezy, and really everyone we came into contact with, brought heart and elegance to each interaction. Our daughters were equally enchanted—not just by the setting, but by the kindness of the staff. They were genuinely impressed that the breakfast staff remembered their preference for the extra fluffy pancakes and presented them with Mickey Mouse shaped ones every morning. Special mention to Sahrul, from the entertainment team, who connected effortlessly with children and radiated joy. The natural setting of the resort is spectacular: framed by lush rainforest and the Andaman Sea, it offers a unique feeling of intimacy with nature. One quiet afternoon, we were lucky to spot a group of dusky leaf monkeys playing in the trees near our villa and on the canopy shading our pool - a spontaneous, gentle reminder that we were guests in a living paradise. Also the housekeeping team deserves accolades: our suite was always immaculate, yet we never felt intruded upon. Their invisible artistry added to the peace of mind that allowed us to fully unwind. This is not just a five-star resort—it is a temple of beauty and hospitality, where architecture, nature, and service come together in perfect harmony. We left with sun-kissed skin, rested hearts, and the kind of memories that linger long after the tan fades. Thank you, St. Regis Langkawi, for a stay that felt like poetry.
It was the best decision ever to choose St. Regis Langkawi to celebrate my husband's birthday. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcomed and cared for. We were lucky to enjoy both the beautiful cultural and fire show, which added a magical touch to the evening. A special thank you to the amazing service team at Kayu Puti – your warm hospitality truly made our dinner unforgettable. You went above and beyond by decorating our table with flower petals and even singing a birthday song for my husband. It was such a thoughtful gesture. Even though it was just for the evening, our experience at St. Regis Langkawi was nothing short of exceptional. We’ll definitely be back!
Everything on. A kind and nice people are runn the facility with a nice environment.
offer of early breakfast to go was great, staff were uber friemdly and helpful great spa and room service
you could do with a second pool for kids
Amazing stay! Everyone was so nice and the breakfast was so yummy. The villa was beautiful!
The service here has been impeccable! Extremely prompt and anything you need they can sort out from pressing to ordering coffee first thing in the morning. The grounds are so nice and if you're lucky like us it was extremely quiet and felt like we had the entire beach and pool to ourselves. If you're lucky you'll see some monkeys lurking around. A big shoutout to the butler and housekeeping team especially Amalinna and Shabir! It was the best way to finish our two week Asia trip
