I personally didn’t stay here. The B2 Black was substandard. But the person who stayed here said it was okay.

Definitely worth the money. It’s a bit far from downtown, a walk to the downtown takes between 10-20 minutes.

This hotel was pretty run down. The tv was so small. Ot was far to walk to the main area feom this hotel. It rained really hard and the rain came in the window and got all over the floor. There is no pool except the rainwater pool in the room. Inasked for an extra pillow and was told ,"We don'tdo that." It seems a very basic request for a hotel to be denied an extra pillow. Spend the extra xouple bucks and go somewhere better.

The staff are very nice

good location near by Central Kad Suan Kaew If you want to go night club Tha chang Cafe or something like that can use Transport application not too much. GSA khun Fah good service and nice person. 🤗😁😁😁

Wonderful place for small budget! Not too far from MAYA (only 15 minutes by walking) and many small coffees, local restaurants and street bars where you can get nice dishes and beverages! Everytime I'm coming to Chiang Mai, I'm booking this place :)

旧市街からは少し離れていますが、周りに飲食店も多く、快適に過ごせました。ソンテウのドライバーさんも、ホテルをちゃんとわかっていて、送迎もスムーズでした。

It was probably what you'd expect for the price but the mattress was very poor quality.

I stayed here 3 nights, everything was clean. I paid about 20$ per night so I got 20m2 room with private bathroom, flat TV, one broken light and 2 water bottles a day. Staff was not really friendly, It took an hour to do checkin process (we were group of six). We moved from another hotel with a bit frozen food but they did not offer us to leave the food in their fridge and even dont have a scale to check Baggage allowance.

Horrible staff and management. You can stay at many other places in Chiang Mai. I would highly recommend you do.

Great location and quiet. Room was fine for a night’s stay. We booked 2 rooms and enjoyed the peaceful quality. We were within walking distance from many eateries, sights and the night market which happens on the weekends.

싼티탐 초입이라 깟쑤언깨우까지 금방 가고 큰길로 좀만 나가면 썽태우 잘 잡혀요. 그랩도 잘 찾아옵니다. 근처에 맛집이나 카페가기 좋구요. 방은 젤 높은 층으로 주셔서 전망이랄건 없지만 마야몰 보였어요. 매일 청소해줍니다.

I stayed 1 night, nice hotel looked modern style and easy. Good location at central of Chaing Mai, easy to find. Good prices with value not over 1,000 bath. Quite and near super market and local markets Nice service good atmosphere

Boutique hotel with nice room located in the good location, rather prime area. Not so far from entertainment area. Lots of restaurants, laundry shop and also washing machine service. Good price. Good service. Highly recommend.

If I hadn't gotten a deal on this hotel, I would be upset. And had I not paid in advance, I would have left after the second night. We ended up being moved three times due to water leakage in each room. In the last room, we only had 1 functional light. Furthermore, the emergency exits on our floor were blocked by 6 ft stacks of old mattresses, every room we were moved to had something broken (lights, sinks, shower heads, etc) and every single bathroom sink was clogged. It's a new hotel, but it's already falling apart, with bits of cement falling off of walls, stairs, and other surfaces. Lots of construction and pigeons made it very noisy all day, every day, starting very early. I will not go back and wouldn't suggest it to a friend.

新しくて綺麗なホテルでした！ ニマンヘミンにも旧市街にも近く、静かな場所で、ゆったりするにはいいと思います。 Mobikeを使えばアクセスも悪くないので、安くておすすめなホテルです。

동급 가격에서 이만한 곳을 찾기 어려울듯. 밝고 아늑한것보단 넓고 조용한 숙소. .필요한 서비스를 간단히 제공해주며 불편하지 않음. 옆방의 티비소리가 조금 불편했으며 수건이 낡아있었다 냉장고가 크고 숙소 주변이 조용함

Every thing was OK during visited, nice staff to helpful. All standard amenities were set up in room but some towel not clear due to longtime for guess using.

HOTEL IS GOOD FOR THE BUDGET DIDNT EXPECTED ANYTHING BETTER. DIDNT BOTHER ME SINCE I HAD BOOK TOURS IN THE CITY AND VAN CAME PICKING US UP. GREAT FOR THOSE WHO HAS TOURS FOR 2-3 DAYS. ข้อดี โรงแรมอยู่่ในซอยทำให้ห่างจากมลพิษทางเสียง พนักงานให้บริการในระดับมาตรฐานการบริการ มีสิ่งรองรับในห้องใช้ได้ แม่บ้านทำห้องทุกวัน แต่ไม่ค่อยละเอียด ตอนเข้าไปพัก วันที่สองพบว่า ถังขยะไม่เท กาแฟที่ให้ทุกวันก็ไม่เพิ่มให้ เพิ่มให้แต่น้ำดื่ม ข้อเสีย ห้องไม่เก็บเสียง ห้องมืดไปหน่อย การบำรุงรักษาห้องยังไม่ดีเท่าที่ควร ผ้าเช็ดตัวเก่าไปหน่อยสีคล้ำซีด แต่ว่าสะอาดใช้ได้อยู่

ทำเลที่ตั้งดี ที่จอดรถมีรปภ.ดูแล พนักงานโรงแรมบริการดี ห้องกว้างสมราคา แต่ห้องน้ำท่อเหมือนตัน น้ำระบายลงไม่ทัน อาบน้ำเสร็จน้ำขังท่วมเลย คนต่อไปต้องใช้เวลาเกือบชั่วโมง กว่าจะได้ใช้

I have stayed in 3 different occasions, and will continue to do so whenever I visit Chiang Mai.

合計４泊したが、排水が悪くバスルームが水浸しとなった。 毎日wifiを更新するようお願いしないと切れている。 間接照明のため、部屋が暗く、またその一つが不調で直してもらうのに2日かかった。スタッフが忘れていたため。 ロケーションや設備のわりに値段がお手頃である。

Good cleaning. Good with fairly good refridgerator, and free water provided every day. Bed quite comfortable. TV was good. Bad: Shower drain was clogged...so you had water all over bathroom...No locker with hangers is a minus. WIFI was not very good PS: The manager was kind to keep my luggage for a week after my journey, as we went to hua hin...then returned. That was very kind of her.

Hotel descuidado, cama incomoda colchón duro el baño sucio y descuidado, no me gusto para nada el precio es bajo pero por experiencia recomiendo pagar un poco más por un hotel correcto no lo recomiendo

Stayed here for 2 nights..easy to get to and the room was clean. Didn't have any problems just not much light inside the room. The reception was helpful too. Taxi or Songthew both are familiar with the hotel as well. So unless you are looking for a hotel in the old city this should be a good choice for the price.. I paid 380 baht per night

A good-sized building is being constructed next door. I estimate it is 80% complete but some construction is still being carried out. So if you're thinking of sleeping late, forget it. My recommendation is to avoid this hotel for another 3 - 6 months (I'm not sure what their speed of work is like) to be safe or enquire whether construction has been completed before doing your booking. The room is clean but very basic. The lack of overhead lighting in the main area also makes for a dark room. Of course this can be remedied by opening the curtains, but with the building next door quite close, this means no privacy at all. No stationery was provided, no kettle or cups. There is a medium-sized fridge, two glasses and two bottles of 500ml complimentary water everyday. The TV is actually small for the room of this size. No TV station guide and only a few channels in English. The WiFi worked but speed was erratic. I used the Ookla app to measure it and got varying results from 1Mbps to the best being 10MBps. Contrary to my experiences in other hotels all around Thailand, the staff here will not greet, smile or acknowledge you unless spoken to directly. A sign on the counter states that keycards need to be updated everyday after noon but no reasons were given why. The keycard is used for both entry & power in the room and MUST be entered in a specific way. An arrow on the card shows the right direction but not which face must be up (or down). Due to this I spend about 5 minutes trying to enter the room (for the first time) and getting the power on. This is a very basic hotel (close to being an inn or hostel in fact) so no concierge or trolley service was visible or offered. The only saving grace was the cleanliness and the extremely low price I got via a promotion.

My boyfriend and I were itching to stay outside the Old City and closer to Nimman, but also looking to save some monies. We originally booked B2 Geen for one night but ended up booking an additional two nights after that. The staff was helpful, the amenities were very clean (and great wifi), and every night was an excellent's night sleep. 10/10 would recommend the B2 Geen.

decoration is quite nice, seem eco system friendly, the room it self, quite nice especially if you got the view of Doi suthep on the higher floor. bathroom is acceptable though some problem with the door, which i was lock in the bathroom and need some help from staff.

Stay here for a night on 17/4. Booked 2 rooms thru agoda. One superior and 1 deluxe. Rooms was nice and clean. As previously i had stay in their another chain outlet which is b2 thanipate. Compare with there here run down a bit,water pressure was slow. But the staffs here were far more friendly And helpfull compare there. Foods in walking distance. Definitely will stay again when i come back to chiang mai.

B2 Green was a good place to lay your head down in the evening. Good bed, quiet area away from the noise of the backpacker hangouts around the corner and at the Old City. Nothing fancy but B2 has most of the essentials in a good location in the Huay Kaew area. The counter personnel were reasonably but not overly friendly and the maids were efficient but almost invisible. No food at the hotel but there's always lots of cheap eats in Chiang Mai. Huay Kaew/Niman is a bit more upscale than the Old City but there's still nice reasonably priced food and merchandise to be found. B2 is somewhere between a 3-4 on a scale of 5. You get more than you pay for but still nothing spectacular.

Really happy we decided to stay here, the room was huge with a massive bed, and the whole of one wall was windows with a beautiful view of the hills. There was also a fridge in the room which we were very grateful for! The hotel is in a good location and not too far away from shops and restaurants. Great value for money, would definitely stay again!

Not too bad but staff weren't the nicest. Didn't say much to you or anything, room was well kept.

Stayed here for an initial 3 nights which we extended to 5 nights as we loved the hotel. Big clean rooms with a big fridge, great for keeping drinks chilled, a big window with a view of the surrounding mountains and a huge comfortable bed. Air con in the room and the bathroom was very nice too. In a good location set back from the main road so quiet at night, secure parking too.

The hotel for the money is a good deal. Was clean and well maintained

We stayed at the b2 for three nice and we really liked it. It's close by everything you need. The air conditioning was great and cooled us down a lot. Staff was very nice and the room is clean and pretty. I would absolutely recommend it

Great big windows... our room looked out at another building and some small local shacks. The staff there was pleasant, and they speak enough english to get you checked in and checked out. The room was clean, but the smell of fragrant cleaning chemicals mixed with a general muskyness was a bit much for my girlfriend's sensitive nose. Opening the windows to air out the room helped some.

My brother and I were staying in hotel room 419 on 27 Jan 17 to 30 Jan 17 while and parent and relatives staying in room 420, 418 and 402. We found out that the room at 419 are super small. Secondly the hotel not providing kettle, hair dryer, the room lighting too dim, the aircon position direct facing to the bed, the hotel reception service not friendly when we tried to ask for the chiang mai map. Hopefully the management can really look into this and improve.

Washroom could use some work. No flushing toilet paper in toilet, so get used to throwing the wipes in the provided bags. Wouldn't stay more than a night or two unless I had to. Close to massage places and places to eat.

Price is cheap. Room is not small and good clean. Not far from downtown. You can walk to old town very easy. But receptionist not say hi or sawaddee to us when we step to hotel. You need to say hi with them first and then they will a little bit talk with you. I thought they work on phone call more than walk-in customers.

Suitable price with adequate amenities in room, no hair dryer, kettle, shoes, bidet faucet available, there is also parking lots but not too much. Location is a bit far from the main road but can reach by walk, not far from Nimmanhemin road where you can many restaurants there. You can rent motorbike at hotel as well there is service.

A bit difficult to get there, no clear a hotel sign from main raod. The location s ok though a bit further from a city centre. However Better to have own car. The service s moderate, but the surrounding isn't nice construction site s at the back

9:00 am on everyday will be very noisy which wake me up. Car park too little. Staff cannot give any good advice

Staff are horrible. They are busy with their computers all the time, and when asked questions they never respond appropriately. The hotel is kinda in central chaingmai but had to walk a mile to get the taxi from the main street.

+: Very good cars for rent, fair price and terms. Quiet place. 5 minutes to 7eleven. -: Staff on reception speaks english bad. Wifi login and password need to be entered every time you return to room.
