Cleaners did not remove used towels and left one bed with the wheel brakes off so tgst it slid on the floor. Shower had a leak which made the bathroom floor slippery

Bien qu'en retrait de la grande avenue très passante, l'hôtel est assez loin du centre animé de chiang mai. donc soit taxi soit de longues balades a pieds au bord des grandes avenues

Reviewed Jul 3, 2026Oui, c’etait bien. La chambre était propre. L’hotel est plutôt bien placé, environ 5mins de marche du centre ville.
Par contre, il manque de variété pour le petit-déjeuner. Tous les jours il y a le même plat (oeufs, saucisses, frites) donc on a pas trop le choix et c’est répétitif.

Reviewed May 31, 2026The value for money is off the charts compared to other places in the neighborhood. It's off the main road on a charming street, so it's both lovely and quiet, yet walking distance to all the hot spots in Nimman. Having a little pool has really helped to take the edge off of an incredibly over-heated few weeks. The staff have helped me with my special requests, even letting me borrow their phone to call the airlines and change my flight. And the man who makes breakfast and smoothies has been super friendly and helpful, too—contacting me when I left my charger in the dining area. There is much more I could say, but I have been blown away.
Even though the place is superbly clean, there's a bit of a stale odor that I noticed in the other hotel I stayed in in Chiang Mai. Wish there was good coffee instead of Nescafe, but this is a minor issue compared to the overall value they deliver.

Le petit déjeuner n'est pas incroyable, assez hôtel classique mais peu onéreux. A vous de trancher ;) Il y a aussi plein de super d'établissement aux alentours accessibles à pied pour aller déjeuner ou petit déjeuner. Hôtel un peu ancien mais tout à fait propre.

Reviewed Mar 29, 2026The location is quiet yet still strategic, as I could easily get to Chiang Mai Old Town either by walking or using Bolt. It is also near Maya Shopping Centre. I was able to check in early, which allowed me to explore the city right away. The room was spacious and clean, the internet was fast, and the best part is that the kitchen is certified halal—a fact I didn’t know when I made the booking.
No complaints at all—I loved everything about this hotel.

Das Personal war immer freundlich, der Pool und Gym waren sauber, mein Zimmer super geräumig und absolut sauber und gut klimatisiert. Das Hotel liegt zwar nicht ganz zentral, dafür ist man zu Fuß schnell im Nimman Viertel, welches super schön, modern und gemütlich ist.
Es war alles perfekt :)

Reviewed Mar 20, 2026我選無陽台房間：不在尼曼區飛機航線正下方所以比較少飛機噪音、有小桌子吃早餐晚餐很好用、也很好寫字、員工天天打掃、白天陽光充足很好！泳池還可以、水算深的。對面有洗衣店服務，但要24小時後才能拿。
櫃檯人員英文沒那麼流利，比較不好溝通。價格跟同等飯店比起來，相對沒那麼經濟實惠。晚上房間燈超級超級暗！！有一個燈的開關應該是控制抽風設備或空調，聲音很大有點吵！

Reviewed Mar 17, 2026Loved having the pool to cool off after sightseeing. There is a small fitness area by the pool too, which I enjoyed using. Location was pretty good, just outside the Old City. Room was spacious and comfortable. Great value.
Wifi in our room near the elevator was off and on (but by the pool and lobby area it was fine. ) A basic breakfast is offered (109 THB when we were there) but I would recommend visiting nearby coffee shops or restaurants instead.

Reviewed Mar 3, 2026Świetna lokalizacja. Obok hotelu super salon masażu. W miarę niedaleko sklepy i restauracje. Night market już trochę dalej - ok. 20 minut pieszo. Basen pozwalający się trochę schłodzić. Obok basenu z reguły zarówno miejsca w cieniu jak i w słońcu.
Śniadania nie były w naszym guście. Chodziliśmy zjeść na miasto.

Reviewed Feb 23, 2026Das Personal war überaus zuvorkommend und freundlich. Die Lage des Hotels war gut, alles war gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Sauberkeit des Hotels und des Zimmers war überaus zufriedenstellend.
Das Bett war sehr unbequem und anscheinend alt. Man hat jede Feder gespürt beim liegen. Die Klimaanlage hat gemacht was sie wollte, die Fernbedienung war nutzlos. Das Frühstück haben wir nicht in Anspruch genommen, da es nur eine sehr kleine Auswahl gab und diese sah jeden Morgen gleich aus; wir konnten uns das angucken im vorbeigehen. Der Pool war zwar schön, aber es gab keine Sonnenschirme.

À 10min a pied d’un immense centre commercial. La piscine est bien. Eau potable disponible à volonté, ce qui est super, ca evite d’acheter des Bouteille d’eau. Petit dejeuner pas très varié, mais bon cependant.
La pression de la douche est très minime, compliqué de se laver les cheveux.
