Very lovely, quiet area. Short walk to Sairee crossroad with shops and food. The pool was never crowded, the hotel itself was never loud or crowded either. The staff were easy to talk to about any queries!

Geen lift Bar in het zwembad dicht. Aardig personeel. Wij waren door onze fout een dag te laat. Hadden verkeerd gekeken. Onze kamer was al vergeven. Konden met elkaar op een familiekamer. Volgende dag kregen we onze geboekte kamer. Dit was de duurste locatie, maar met minder luxe dan op andere eilanden. Alles elke dag verschoond en schoongemaakt. Personeel en eigenaren die erg met je begaand zijn.

スタッフが無愛想。微笑みのタイが聞いて呆れる。 ツイン1部屋だったが値段の割に狭かった。バジェットのダブルの部屋2つとった方が安かったかも。

Hôtel bien situé à Sairee Beach. Calme, avec une piscine agréable. Maman Taï est accueillante, mais devrait éviter de réquisitionner 1000 baths de caution à l'arrivée.

Les équipements sont plutôt vétustes et en mauvais état comme la robinetterie. L'hôtel a besoin d'être rénové et complètement restauré. La literie est dure, et les salles de bain pas très pratiques.

L'emplacement est excellent à quelques minutes à pied du centre. Nous avons reçu un accueil extraordinaire et des chambres nettoyer tous les jours et essuie de bain changé tous les jours et une piscine propre.

Ils ne répondent pas sur le site de booking. Très difficile à joindre.

I like the deep pool as I can practice free dive and I like the staff very much as they saw I had little kids and upgrade my room to a family room

Locatie

We booked a ‘Queen Room with Garden View’, we paid for a taxi to the hotel while hauling heavy luggage through intense heat. We arrived, went through the check in process, handed over the deposit and were only told as we were leaving reception that we would have to stay in a completely different triple room for one night and move into the room we actually paid for the following day. Apparently, we were expected to unpack, repack and move rooms the following morning. We explained we were happy to stay in the triple room for the entire four-night stay to avoid the ridiculous inconvenience but this was refused The receptionist tried to frame this as though she was doing us a favour by allowing us to stay in the room because the island was busy. When we explained how unreasonable, inconvenient, and completely unacceptable this was, she sat there appearing confused as to why we were annoyed. We had to repeatedly explain the most obvious issue imaginable: we paid for one room, were placed in another, and were then expected to disrupt our holiday by moving the next morning.The constant back-and-forth was exhausting, and the way the complaint was handled was dismissive, catty, and unbelievably unprofessional. For €270, we expected the room we booked not a bait-and-switch and an attitude suggesting we should be grateful they allowed us through the door. The entire experience was handled terribly from start to finish. We have stayed in countless hotels and have never encountered such poor communication, such a lack of accountability, or such an astonishing level of disrespect towards paying guests. This was not a minor inconvenience. It was completely unacceptable, and the hotel’s attempt to normalise it made the situation even worse.

Because location was not good as a island resort, No service provided, there have no lift and quality was not good, they charge as like 3 stars hotel but quality was no star, when rating please concern about it, because when a user follows it they confess.

El trato fue nefasto y muy poco profesional desde el primer momento. Nos sentimos incómodas durante toda la estancia porque constantemente nos miraban con mala cara y parecía que cualquier cosa que hacíamos les molestaba. Cada vez que les hacíamos una pregunta sobre el funcionamiento del alojamiento, como por ejemplo si disponían de servicio de habitaciones, su respuesta era decirnos que nos calláramos y que nos fuéramos a la habitación. Esto ocurrió incluso a las 19:00 de la tarde, cuando simplemente estábamos intentando resolver una duda. Además, uno de los principales motivos por los que reservamos este alojamiento era porque anunciaba aire acondicionado. Sin embargo, no funcionaba; únicamente echaba aire como un ventilador, por lo que era imposible descansar con el calor que hacía. Lo comunicamos varias veces y su actitud fue de absoluta indiferencia, sin ofrecernos ninguna solución. En cuanto a la limpieza, únicamente hacían la cama. No limpiaban el suelo, no fregaban el baño ni mantenían la habitación en unas condiciones mínimamente aceptables. La falta de higiene fue evidente durante toda la estancia. En definitiva, una experiencia muy decepcionante. Un alojamiento con un servicio pésimo y un personal muy desagradable que, desde luego, no recomendaría a nadie.

Hotellet er i dårlig forfatning. Familien vår fikk et 3 mannsrom i fjerde etasje i et bygg og et 2mannsrom i andre etasje i et annet bygg. 2 mannsrommet hadde elendig aircondition, og dørene til rommet var nærmest umulig å lukke. Ingen heis i de to byggene. Vi ba om å få bytte til rom med fungerende aircondition, men fikk beskjed om at vi da måtte betale en sum som var nesten like høy som vi hadde betalt totalt for to rom i en uke. Inngangspartiet til det ene bygget er fullt av søppel. Bord og liten krakk på utsiden av rommet ser ikke bra ut. Sengetøy og håndklær er fullt av flekker. Personalet tok fra barna våre sine strandhåndklær da de skulle gå til rommet sitt. Håndklær vi hadde kjøpt i butikk på Koh Tao. Hotellet låner/leier? visst ut badehåndklær som er lik de som selges til turister. Det er ikke varmt vann i dusjen. Hotellet har ingen restaurant og poolbaren er stengt. Vi ønsket egentlig bare å dra til et annet sted da vi ankom dette hotellet og flyttet en dag tidligere enn planlagt og betalt for. Bildene i booking forteller ikke sannheten. Hotellet har nok en gang vært fint, nå er det ikke lenger bra!

Pleasant, friendly and helpful staff. A short walk to the beach, bars and restaurants, but far enough away for a quiet night's sleep.

No es lo que pone en la descripcion, es un hotel antiguo, que no hay ni bar, ni para deyunar.

No es un hotel comodo, me toco en la ultima habitacion 3 pisos, con la calor. No funcionaba aire acondicionado ni agua caliente, ni para deyunar.

こちらが利用するダイビングショップから2〜3分の場所にあり、飲食店等の店舗も近くにあってローケーションは良いと思いました。部屋も清潔感があり、滞在中はとても快適に過ごせました。料金も周辺のホテルと比較して安く、また機会があれば、利用したいです。

Wifiの電波が弱いようで、途中ですぐ切れてしまう点は改善してもらえるとありがたいです。こちらはesimを利用していたので、Wifi利用はあきらめました。

Die Lage war perfekt.

Das Personal war größtenteils sehr unfreundlich und mürrisch. Am letzten Tag wurden wir herzlich verabschiedet, was die Unfreundlichkeit der Tage zuvor jedoch nicht annähernd ausgleicht! Außerdem wurden nahezu alle anderen Reisenden am Pier abgeholt, von dieser Unterkunft jedoch keine Anzeichen. Und das, obwohl Shuttle-Service bei der Buchung inkludiert war. Eine Kontaktaufnahme war ebenso nicht möglich, weder per Telefon noch per Chat. Des Weiteren ist zu betonen, dass die Zimmer nicht schalldicht sind. Lautes Geräusche in der Nacht sind Standard!

Geräumiges Zimmer, sehr gutes Bett, freundlicher roomservice, großer Pool, gute Lage weil Strand- und Ausgehmeile. Kühlschrank, Wasserkocher, Kaffee Tee, zusätzlich zur aircon steht ein Ventilator zur Verfügung.

Mi hermana y yo tuvimos una estadía excelente en este hotel. Llegamos en el ferry nocturno alrededor de las 6 am y pudimos hacer el check-in a las 6:30 am, ya que la recepción no está abierta las 24 horas. La habitación era amplia y estaba equipada con todo lo necesario. El baño es del estilo típico tailandés, donde la ducha no está separada del resto, pero no fue un inconveniente porque el agua se secaba rápido. A diferencia de lo que mencionan otros comentarios, nosotras no sentimos malos olores. El personal fue siempre muy amable, limpiaron la habitación todos los días y nos dejaron agua embotellada y papel higiénico nuevo. La ubicación es excelente, a pocos minutos de restaurantes y de Sairee Beach. Sin duda, volvería a alojarme aquí.

El agua caliente o no habia o te quemaba y no se podia cambiar a fria. A partir de las 8 pm no hay recepcion, hay que llamar a un tf. Ningun sitio para colgar ropa mojada. El colchon durisimo y las almlhadas horribles. El personal no muy amable como suelen ser en Tailandia. Se fue la electricidad durante unas dos horas. Muy mala relacion calidad precio ( 65 euros mas o menos).En fin...Para no volver.

Etablissement agreable, charmant en accord avec l’ile de Koh Tao. Proche d’une zone tres animée tout en restant au calme.

Il manque de quoi etendre les serviettes et maillots de bains afin qu’ils sechent en rentrant d’une sortie plage. Le lavabo peu pratique.

Mon épouse s'est fait une entorse en montant dans le ferry pour aller à Koh Tao. A notre arrivée à l'hôtel le personnel a fait tout ce qu'il a pu pour que mon n'épouse passe le meilleur séjour possible. C'est un hôtel tenu par des personnes très gentilles. Je recommande cet établissement, au calme et proche du centre de vie. Je tiens à remercier tout le personnel pour leur gentillesse.

チェックイン時に、パスポートを預けるか、デポジットで1000バーツ預けるか求められ、デポジットを選択しました。1000バーツはチェックアウト時に返すとのことでした。 朝早い船で帰らなければならず、6:30にチェックアウトしたのですが、チェックアウトの際、誰もおらず、1000バーツは返って来ませんでした。 もし、パスポートを預けて戻ってこなかったらと思うと非常に恐ろしい思いをしました。 絶対にパスポートは返って来ないので預けないほうがいいです。1000バーツは支払うものとして考えたほうがいいと思います。

Loved the staff! They made a big fuss of my two children (4,6years) and made us feel right at home. We stayed 10 days and the room was cleaned every day with bottled water and coffee given daily. We had a little table outside our room too, perfect for breakfasts or snack time. It was really close to main Sairee area but without the noise. Would totally recommend for families. Pool was awesome and never busy!

Shame the restaurant and pool bar weren’t open. Everything else. Perfect.

Nous avons dû loyer deux chambres car nous étions 4 alors qu'il il y avait des clics clacs dans chaque chambre. L'établissement aurait dû nous le proposer et non nous vendre deux chambres. Le bar de la piscine n'est plus en service, quel dommage.

Wir haben ein größeres Zimmer als von uns gebucht erhalten. Es gibt einen sauberen pool. Das Hotel liegt sehr ruhig und trotzdem zentral.

Das Bad ist extrem dunkel, desweiteren läuft Wasser aus der Toilette und das Badezimmer ist immer nass. Insgesamt sehr unfreundliches Personal. Die Bar im Pool hatte nie geöffnet.

Perfect for our stay. Close to the main area but a bit back so lovely and quiet. Nice big room, plenty of seating. Nice pool, sometimes had a dive school but they only used one half of the pool leaving the other half. Staff very friendly. Not 5* but it's not 5* prices, great value for Koh Tao. We stayed 12 nights and were very happy.

Petite terrasse agréable mais avec beaucoup de vis à vis. Bien situé.

Vieil équipement à la piscine. Pas de bar ni restauration. Chambre décrite avec coin salon… inexistant. Et surtout le bruit des jeunes qui sont là pour faire la fête de 17h à 6h du matin non stop… en état d’ivresse, de drogue… Premier hôtel où nous avons été obligés de dormir avec des bouchons d’oreilles pour atténuer le bruit et les cris. Nous avions loué 11 nuits de plus que nous avons été obligé d’annuler tellement c’était insupportable 😫 mais surtout la direction de l’hôtel ne dis et ne fait rien pour faire cesser ces vacarmes à pas d’heure 😱

מיקום מצויין ונוח מאד. אוכל טעים . בריכה מאד נקיה. חדר גדול אשר אכלס שלושה חברים. המלון נהדר, היתה בעיה של הגעה בתאריך שנקבע. באמצעות בוקינג וגם דרך שליחת הודעה למלון הכל סודר במהירות שיא וביעילות. התקבל אישור שהתאריך שונה. יש כאן תמורה נהדרת למחיר. מלון מומלץ. מיקום מעולה.

We have visited Koh Tao many times and have stayed at Pranee Amata for the last 7 visits as we have found it to be the most convenient hotel for Sarrie beach, as its quieter than the ones that are on the beach but still close to the action, they have their own swimming pool which is lovely, the rooms are cleaned daily, the staff are helpful and friendly, a very good for value hotel.

L'emplacement de l'hôtel est bien, près des restaurants et de la plage. Le personnel est sympa.

L'hôtel a vieilli, les équipements sont fonctionnels, la chambre sentait le moisi mais c'était propre. Les tarifs sont plutôt chers sur Koh Tao, vous ne trouverez peut-être pas mieux qualité/prix. La piscine n'était pas très engageante mais elle existe.

We arrived and they didn’t find our reservation. We had to move rooms on ours two days. They told us we could do it at 11h the morning but at 10 they were knocking at the door. No commercial gesture or anything for this.
