Sometimes the food at breakfast was tasteless

place is good comfy and relax for a family especially for the Grand deluxe room

Staff communication fail as no info from front desk to the restaurant staff.We rent extra 2 beds and comes with breakfast but upon reaching the restaurant we been stop saying only for 2 person can enter.After checking they say no proper communication

Cool location

ok for breakfast the staff 2 ladies one with hijab in charge of egg section was pretty rough and did not smile when serving the customer request. Spoken to the front guest officer about her attitude but able to say sorry to me on their behalf.all the guest start to walk in around 8am and the crowd starts which no table and chairs for me and my family to sit and have our breakfast.We have to wait for 15 mins finally a family gave up their table for us to sit

The friendly staff and the location is near museum angkut.

The room was dirty, the towel was old, the bathroom was stink. There's a cockroach in my mug at night. It was totally not worth for the price.

the cleanliness. cockroaches and ants were found in the rooms. breakfast not so entertaining especially the taste wasn't good.

Stayed with family for second time, 2 x tripple room for 3 days. Kids love the swimming pool with clean water, fresh weather and beautiful view from the restaurant/swimming pool. Plenty space for outdoor activities. Despite the old hotel facilities, the staff were trying to make us comfortable which we really appreciate it. Overall it is very good value for money considering the price.

Room old facility, but as it is second time we stayed here, we have anticipated it by bringing porstex and room freshner by our own to make us more comfortable😃.

The service is very poor. Called front dedk once they will promised immediate attenfion but called again no answer and the service promised never come.

Big room but cleaniness of room can be improved
