I often stay in Aston Inn Batu, last week when my eldest sister B'day, we got surprise from Aston Inn Batu Staff, Thank you 🙏🙏 and this Week, I bring my son for fisiotheray in Malang, we stay in Aston inn Batu, not stay in Malang 🤭😁 The Excelent place for staycation and leisure, near Museum Angkot and other Educational Tourism Place. The Staff so familiar and Helpfully, Clean Room and Cheaper Laudry, the Bellis Resto with Arjuna Mountain View make you breakfast not only eat but also fresh air and fresh view. I love this place. Try to stay in Aston Inn Batu and you will love it. Thanks to Reception, I have forgot to ask and see her name, that given my Favourite Apple Pie when I was check out today. I had a pleasant stay at Aston Inn Batu. The hospitality and overall service were truly excellent—staff were warm, attentive, and made us feel very welcome throughout our visit. The food variety was quite good for a 4-star hotel, offering a decent range of options. However, the taste of both the food and beverages could still be improved. In particular, the juice selection felt a bit too diluted. Housekeeping service was outstanding, and I would like to give special thanks to Mr. Bagus for his excellent work. The restaurant service was also very well handled, with great assistance from Ms. Nabila, Ms. Cerlis, and Ms. Mazaya. Wishing Aston Inn Batu continued success!

Di tempat sarapan di dalam Ruangan terlalu sempit, meja kursi tidak nyaman! Makanan kurang berkualitas, contoh juice jeruk hanya sirup dan selai juga tidak enak. Makanan Indonesia rasa nya tidak enak, rolade terlalu kering dan keras. Kolam renang tidak bersih, tidak ada tempat duduk sandaran . Dan hanya sampai jam 16.00 bisa di pakai. Musik terlalu keras.

Nicely situated a top a hill with nice mountain views however surrounded by abandon buildings under construction. Hotel lobby, restaurant and swimming pool are nice, rooms are bit dated, overall a satisfied short stay.

プールサイドの毎晩のカラオケとバンド音楽が非常にうるさい。部屋を反対側に買えて貰ったら聞こえなくなったのでスタッフは対応力ある。しかし部屋の掃除が行き届いておらずホコリや髪の毛が目立ったので掃除し直して貰ったことがある。朝食も週末は席がなく相席になったり朝開始の時間に食べたいものの準備が整っていないなど不満が残った。

Great location, close to everywhere to favorite destinations, we have a beautiful mountain view from our room, all the staff very friendly and helpful, Ian (if I’m not wrong to say his name) at front office very kind.

Rooms need to be equipped with wardrobe. Hanging spaces insufficient. There were no hand or face towels. Best feature my wife & me love was the view of the valley & mpuntain... 😊

The hotel sits atop Batu hill and which means it is quiet. Secondly, it is very close to downtown area and main road to Malang. The staff was courteous and professional.

The location is very strategic

Three at least: 1. I stayed in 7th floor just below the restaurant floor and eventhough it was already closing time of the restaurant, we still hear the sound of moving chair of the staff. 2. The kitchen team should ensure that all the food for breakfast still available until the breakfast closing time. I arrived around 1 hour before closing time and paid the breakfast but some food already empty. The staff said that they are refilling but until I left the refilling foods are not coming. We did not get what we paid for. Very dissapointing. 3. We borrow the iron but it is not clean and half of the ironing base is full with the melted clothes from previous guest. And the non-sticky layer is already ran out. The house keeping team should check first before handed over to the guest and check again when it was return. Maintain the quality is an issue.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly attentive and went out of their way to explain everything we needed, which was especially helpful since we weren’t familiar with the area. A special shoutout to Nurul, the lovely lady at breakfast—her charming smile and warm assistance made our mornings even better. We truly felt welcomed and well taken care of. Will definitely be back!

Pool closes at 4pm everyday, which is inconvenient. We returned to hotel around 4 to 5 pm after a day at the theme park, and couldn’t use the pool because it closed so early

We were staying at room number 719. Glad to get the higher floor, but the room was too noisy because of the activities from the restaurant above us. Room is spacious and comfy enough, only the water pressure in the shower is very low and the AC is not cool Overall the service is great. We were greatly assisted by the security staff especially Pak Aji during our stay there. Thank you so much for the great assistance, Pak Aji

The staff hospitality was above and beyond expectations. They were really helpful to us who travelled with elderly with mobility issue. The rooms were clean, and there were many options for breakfast.

Always pick the Indonesian food and beverage specially ‘Bubur Ayam’ and ‘Jamu drinks’. Also the softness of the bed and pillow.

The worst part we don’t like was the noise from above us when the moved chair during breakfast time. We located at level 7 which located just under the restaurant. What was so disappointing was actually it just need a rubber in every leg of the chair and it only cost penny to replace a new one from time to time. We end up wake up early because it was so annoying. Also the quality and taste of the pastry not up to my standards.

They never change the bedsheet and duvet cover, we stayed 3 nights. And also their hot water didint works! So funny when you get frezze at night and morning and then you shower with cold water. Breakfast ?? nope. I'll nevernstayedbin this hotel again. Prefer choose golden tulip for the next time

The hotel facilities is one of the most complete one in batu, the view from room is excited you can see Mount Panderman or Mount Arjuno

A very good experience I had during my stay. The room was huge and clean. View of Mt Arjuna from the balcony is awesome. Eco friendly hotel that provides refillable water dispenser to do away with plastic use. Very near the theme parks. Night view from the roof top restaurant is spectacular. Staff is very polite and welcoming. Will definitely come back here again.

There was a promo for free upgrade for the time we were staying. We were assigned a bigger room

There is no facility such as a garden while there is a pool with very loud live band. Batu is known for its mountainous fresh air but there is no much outdoor space available in this hotel.

Beautiful stay. Room and dining area overlooking the mountain.

The rooftop terrace was an really nice place to sit. Great view and in the evening great temperature.

What bothers me was. There is 1 from the 2 elevators operational, Aston hosted an event for an PT and with only 1 operational for the guests and the PT guests. The waiting time is so long. You need to improve to fix that asap.

The bed is very comfortable. Unfortunately, the the food selection was average.

The restaurant staff are helpfull. My son is vegetarian and they help us with menu.

De swimming Pool is dirty and impossible to swim in. We stay for 5 nights and nearly every evening we can hear the band loudly.

Big thx to Anta (server) at resto for her charming n friendly service. And of course the view . The bed room bit small but i had a comfort sleep,. Bfast taste so-so, maybe it should bit more tasty, thx to the egg man also.

When we tried to sleep late at night, we still heard very loud music from the hotel's pool bar on the 2nd floor (and we're on the 7th floor!)

Price is not that expensive

The corridor is very noisy at night. Lots of people running around and talk loudly. There was a morning class around the swimming pool with massive loussy and very loud music at freaking 6AM. I am not sure why the management and/or hotel allowed it to happen. Our trip was supposed to be a family getaway with 4 years old kid but we had struggled to fall asleep due to the noise at night and "forced" to wake up very early in the morning due to some loussy event around the pool.

Poor lighting inside each room - rooms are a bit dark. It would have been nice if rooms were adequately illuminated.
