Early check-in was kindly accommodated, and we were also offered complimentary breakfast for my daughter. The beds were extremely comfortable, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

The location was far away from public transport, although they offered free shuttle every hour.

Location: It took us about 40–45 minutes to get from the airport with traffic. The hotel is central, with many restaurants, shopping areas, and malls like EmSphere and The Square just a 5–10 minute ride away. Although it is tucked inside a small, dark alley that may not look very appealing at first, the location is still friendly and convenient overall. Cleanliness: Overall, the room was great especially the bathroom, but the extra bed was not clean, which is not what you would expect from a Marriott property. They provided an extra blanket on request. The room also had amenities like an iron and bathrobes, and overall it was a comfortable stay. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, unlike the one in Danang where we stayed

Pool war wegen Maintenancearbeiten die ganze Zeit nicht verfügbar, was vorher weder kommuniziert wurde noch beim Preis berücksichtigt wurde. Das Alternativangebot, den Pool im Nachbarhotel zu nutzen, war nicht wirklich eine Alternative, da der Weg dahin zu aufwendig war und man nicht in Badelatschen und Badehose durch die Straßen von Bangkok laufen möchte.

Mr Potae he is so helpful welcoming body language will come in the Customer excellent service. I really don’t cross many of your employees that are very very good.

Stayed three nights. The rooms were very clean and nice, the breakfast buffet was excellent! We left for beach a few days and came back and the staff was very nice about keeping our luggage during our absence. Highly recommend to anyone who are traveling with kids.

All the staff were extremely welcoming. I remember Nan and Patoe (apologies if I got the name wrong) Definitely coming back.

The location of the hotel was very convenient. The room was very clean and spacious, the breakfast buffet was excellent. All the staff were extremely friendly and nice. We travelled with three children and they had the best time! Recommend to anyone traveling with family. There was some emergency closure of swimming pool but we could use the pool in the hotel adjacent which was a great option because our kids were looking forward to swimming!

Overnight stay, easy to travel from airport to the hotel. 10 minute walk from the BTS and MRT. Enjoyed shopping at Terminal 21. Booked a 2 double bed room, with extra single bed. Room small but clean, comfortable and okay for 1 night. Breakfast really good choice and excellent quality. Friendly staff. Pool closed - able to use the hotel just across the road which was fab. Enjoyed our stay.

Room slightly small for 2 adults and 16yr old, but okay for 1 night stay. No other issues

当初、8階の部屋をご準備頂きましたが、室外機と思われる騒音が受忍限度を超えているため、3階の部屋に変えて頂きました。スタッフは親切で、お部屋交換も円滑でしたが、あの騒音は「ちょっと・・」。

I’ve stayed at this little gem a few times. One of the reasons, if not the main reason, is the lovely staff. This morning is another example as to why I return here. My flight arrived from Canada at 0345, WELL before any normal check in allows. To the front desk agent Noab, he saw a very tired customer arrive here around 0500. Although I do have “status” with Marriott, I was expecting they would do their best and perhaps give me a room around noon. But Noab had other ideas. He told me that he was going to make an exception and let me have an available room immediately. His professional attitude, warm welcome and ability to give me just a “little extra” customer service is exactly what makes me so loyal! Thanks Noab!

This is my no. 1 choice hotel whenever I am in Bangkok, as my experience is always made better with Tom, Potae and Bell.

The location is pretty nice ,surrounded with various bars,restaurants,. Massage shops . The rooms are pretty clean,bright with coz beds. I had a wonderful stay at Courtyard by Marriott Bangkok Sukhumvit 20. The hotel is ideally located in the heart of Sukhumvit, with easy access to BTS and MRT stations, shopping malls, restaurants making it a great base for exploring Bangkok. The rooms were modern, compact, clean and comfortable. We were provided connecting rooms as we were travelling with family. The hotel provided tuk tuk drop facility to the nearby mall well connected to BTS The breakfast offered a good variety of options, indian section was not so good though. At times the bakery items like chocolate croissant were finished and not replenished. The eggs could be ordered on a slip with options to be marked The pool on the top floor is small and overlooked by tall high rise buildings I would like to compare and try other hotel options further ahead near the malls

Love my stay at Courtyard by Marriott Bangkok Sukhumvit 20! The staff are all very helpful and ready to help. From their cheerful faces greeting me at breakfast to the kind greetings when we leave the hotel, it made the stay very enjoyable. They also helped receive packages for me, which saved me a headache when my shopping arrived just before I did. Potae( I hope I got his name right), was super helpful throughout my trip, and I wished I could thank him more. The hotel itself was clean and pleasant, housekeeping does a splendid job every day, and even though it is near a road, you won't hear any noise. The rooms are big and spacious. My friend and I had two huge luggage and two small ones, and they fit without making the room feel cramped. The hotel's location is walkable to Emsphere, and there's a covered walkway to the MRT from the mall. But if you are lazy like I was, grabfood grabmart is the way to go! They drop it off at conceige and you can easily pick it up. Thank you for the great stay and I look forward to coming back again very very soon.

Great service by Dew. I came after a long flight and I as tired and hungry and he gave me a lot of advice and sent me to terminal 21 via the shuttle service for a good meal

The location 10/10 : quiet street but right in the middle of the buzz. The Service 15/10 : Special mention to Mr Dew & Mr Poteno for always going out of the way to make us feel welcomed and comfortable. The Room 9/10: We chose a room with 2 double beds and it was perfect for our family od 2 Adults and 2 Kids. It was actually quite big for city standards. The only problem was the view. Overall it was an amazing stay, we would definitely come back!

Wanted extra payment for child staying in room, even though it was clearly stated on the booking. Once that was cleared up they informed us that the child couldn’t have breakfast because he was staying for free. First experience of this kind of attitude in Thailand, hence the poor review.

During our stay, I unfortunately developed a high fever of over 39.4°C and contacted the front desk for assistance. Your team responded incredibly quickly and immediately arranged for a doctor to come and check on me, Katie and other staff member came up to oversee the whole process as well. I was truly touched by how attentive and supportive everyone was. Your team not only offered help promptly, but also personally assisted and ensured everything went smoothly during the process of seeing the doctor. Beyond that, the entire team made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. Everyone was warm, thoughtful, and professional, from front desk, conceirge, housekeeping, cafe, bell boy which made our experience especially memorable. We had a very pleasant stay and will definitely look forward to staying with your hotel again in the future.

the place was very clean, comfortable and pleasant. There were many breakfast choices and all were yummy. The rooms were big and spacious. The location was good; near metro and shopping malls. The staff were also friendly and helpful.

The staff are excellent, location is not too bad

Felt like a very old building, when I stepped out of the elevator on level two, it reeked of dust and poor ventilation, old carpets. Not the cleaner’s fault - they clean every day but if you know the stench of old carpets, you’ll recognise it. My window view was of the back of another building. Depressing. Bed was creaky, aircon is of the old vent type.

The bed had stains twice . Pure pure was very kind to send an amenity however I did not expect something like this from Marriot . The duvet had iron markings as well .

I stayed at this hotel for my birthday trip. It has been a truly wonderful and memorable stay. The entire team was warm, professional, and very attentive, and every staff member I met made me feel genuinely welcomed and well taken care of. I would especially like to mention Dew from the front desk. He left a deep impression on me from the very first day I arrived. Almost every time I left the hotel and returned, he greeted me with a bright, welcoming smile. Whenever I had any questions or needed help, he was always the first to assist me. His kindness, efficiency, and attentiveness really stood out and made my stay even more special. I am very happy to see such an outstanding employee representing the hotel, and I truly hope to experience the same high standard of service when I return in the future. Excellent value and a fantastic location. The room was beautifully done and felt very organized. After a long trip, this was the perfect, stress-free environment to recover my energy. I really appreciated how seamless everything was. A big thanks to NEAB, who was incredibly kind and helpful; he had all the information I needed and made my stay much easier. Being a Titanium Elite member I stay a lot of Bonvoy hotels. I can honestly day this is won of their best. Since opening 3 years ago I stay there a few times. Then they lost their manager and it went downhill a bit. Now Khun Yam is back and I have to say hotel is back to a high standard. Other shout our goes to Nong Tae, bell man has been there from beginning always so helpful. In short the management has built a strong team. Rooms and location good as well. Highly recommend. - AJV

I had a great time at the Courtyard. The food was great, and the staff service was excellent. And a special Thank you to Potae and Tom who were helpful in getting me to the Asok BTS.

Potae provided the best concierge service I have experienced. He helped watch out for my deliveries to the hotel, and when we checked out before going for Songkran, he arranged for our bags to be kept safe plus shower facility for us. 10/10 service and truly remarkable experience.

Reasonable hotel close to major train stop and accessible from (albeit busy) Sukhumvit rd. Walking distance (when its not extreme) to major malls and attractions. Rooms were clean and well laid out and has everything a weary traveller needs. Special thanks and word of mention to TAE (the concierge) that after a brief ride and me mentioning im looking for a specific tea pot went - without being asked - and did the research on his own and wrote me great instructions on how to get there and where it is! Value, 3-3.5 / 5 Rooms, 4 / 5 Location 3 / 5 Service, 17 / 5 !!! This is what will make that I go there again !

Our stay was amazing! We normally stay at the larger Marriott locations downtown but discovered this one and we were super impressed with the personal touches, kind staff, cleanliness, breakfast options and hospitality we were shown. We will definitely be back and making this a preferred choice! Neab welcomed us warmly, helped with a rooming situation, was so kind and available for any questions. The concierge quickly responded to my request for a taxi and arranged a private ride where I could pay via QR for ease. It was all effortless. The breakfast area is smaller than larger hotels but each option was quality and there was plenty of variety with the advantage of no crowds to get the food. We enjoyed drinks in the bar and our children were treated kindly. The pool is smaller but clean and quiet and we enjoyed our time up there. It was a wonderful experience and helped to restore our recent less-ideal Marriott experiences. Thank you!
