La vue sur la mer, la piscine sur le balcon. Et l’étage jeux pour les enfants. Personnel du restaurant très agréable le chef est très sympathique.

La situation géographique, il y a la vue sur la mer, mais il n’est pas possible de se baigner que des bateaux tout le long. C’est un bel hôtel, mais loins d’un cinq étoile, personne ne prend nos valises à notre arrivée ,réception un peu froide et 2, 3 choses à revoir dans la chambre niveau peinture ..

Sistem tempahan waktu sarapan memudahkan pengurusan di cafe sangat menarik perhatian saya. Malah kakitangan turut membawa saya terus ke meja yang telah siap dikosongkan untuk saya tanpa perlu mencari sendiri dan 'cup' sendiri. Servis ini terbaik berbanding hotel yang lain!

Mungkin boleh adakan sedikit bilik yang kolamnya berada di dalam bilik.

We checked in at Lexis Suites Penang, and after a few hours, a bellman named Prakash came to us and returned a mobile phone. We had been missing it for more than four hours without even realizing it. We are truly impressed by his honesty, integrity, and kindness. Despite being a person with a disability, he demonstrated exceptional professionalism and a very high level of trustworthiness. His actions reflect the excellent values and service standards of the hotel. We sincerely appreciate his honesty and are proud that Lexis Suites Penang has a staff member like Prakash. He deserves recognition for his outstanding character and dedication. We would also like to express our sincere thanks to Manager Mr. Faiq, Ms. Merlin, and Operator Mr. Roslan for their professionalism, support, and excellent hospitality throughout our stay. Location was close to the airport but quite a distance from the main attractions on Penang island. We hired a driver who showed us around as no tour pickups at this hotel. This worked well but traffic pretty bad and slow

الفندق قديم ومرمم ترميم اي كلام يعني اذا مررره اقيمه 3 نجوم + النظافه اقل من المتوقع + الخدمات تتأخر جدا تصل الى نصف ساعه لتسجيل الخروج + تطلب ثلج ياخذ فلوس اول مره تصير لي + الفعاليات ووسط المدينه تاخذ ساعه تقريبا ❌

-ريحة علب الموية المعاد تعبئتها جربنا اوتيل قبلها يعيد التعبئة ما شفنا مشاكل بس هم ريحتها سيئة (مخمجه بالاختصار بغينا نطرش و والله ان كل العلبتين فيهم نفس الريحة ما انصح ابدًا حتى تشمونها يقالك عشان البلاستيك! طيب الاكياس المستخدمة في النفايات بلاستك! ليش تعرضون صحتنا بماء مو نظيف وريحته سيئة ) - طلبوا منا ديبوزت 200 رنقت عند التشيك اوت كنا الوحيدين الي ننتظر الرفند، مع ان في ناس سوت شيك اوت وطلعت. -الموظفين يعاملك كنه روبرت نتصل عليهم ما يمدي يسمعنا الا ويقفل المكالمة حتى ما ندري هو سمعنا ولا لا مرتين ارجع اتصل فيه عشان اشوف فهمنا ولا لا -شطاف الماء كان بدون راس ما صلحوه مع انه فندق كبير

The room very spacious and nice , the most thing , we like are bed very comfy, soft and big. Breakfast - foods are very tasty and delicious and staff all commit very well. Just my opinion, if you can strictly to the guest to not waste their food too much. It will effect to other guests like not enough food and lately top-up or refill food & drinks . Last but not least , your staff hakimi if i not mistaken , his service very superb. Thank you

For me, if u can make water become warm for the pool inside room is better because my daughter got cold earlier, she like more bathtub than pool.

• Room are very spacious. • Ample multi level parking. • Bed are very comfortable and clean •Can smoke outside the room, at the pool area

• Driving up to parking level was quite challenging • Paying RM500 pernight but hotel breakfast was bad. Better to go eat at a local restaurant than paying for breakfast. • Toilet door cannot be closed • The room corridor level not well maintained. Lots of dry leaves. Quite scary walking pass by at night. Seems like no one staying next to us • Room was dusty and it seems like no one have been stayed there. • Nothing next to hotel • Hotel entrance was bad. Looks like a 2 star hotel entrance (Sorry, just my honest review) • Location was very far from everything. • No room for only 2 adults (Just queen bed or King Bed).

Keep Maintain Your Staff

- Pool inside room is the best choice for those whom enioy privacy with loved ones - Very spacious room - The breakfast was amazing; variety of choices and delicious!

- Traffic to reach there is a bit jammed if you travel during peak hour due to single lane each direction. - Cleanliness of the glass at pool area could be improved. The nice scenery view is a bit off due to the stained glass.

The only good thing about this property is the fact that the rooms are a bit spacious and the staff can be friendly most of the time

So me and my friend booked separately to rooms for 10 days each, we were impressed at the beginning but things started deteriorating very quickly: There are these red/orange small bugs that get into your room whether you open the balcony door or not, and these bugs are apparently very toxic especially if you smack them on your skin which will cause swelling and pain, we talked to the hotel about it but nothing was done and we cut our stay short and go to a different hotel because of this. We believed it was fair we get some sort of refund for the issues and at least for the nights that we have not spent there, and even though the hotel management did agree at the time neither them or the bookings.com customer care provided an appropriate refund ( booking only offered a ridiculously small refund) and till this day more than a month since I stayed there, I have yet to be refunded Other issues included a few things, I used their laundry service and later when I checked my cloths one of my t shirts had something pierced through it which ruined it. The rooms are spacious but are very dated, towels have unknown smudges on them. 1 Staff were rude to my friend and asked for some sort of proof to let him go and get his breakfast ( he didn’t ask anyone else just my friend) The hotel management said that we have some free gifts and other things for our long stay benefits but we received none of them.

Guards were intolerate, shit-face. Lifts were slow, lifts waiting areas were hot, lifts were hot. Too many ev parking spots, less ev parked there, fucking waste.

It is frustrating experience with dirty bed, the kettle was so dirty, towel and the toilet area smell dirty. Hygiene is not properly manage for this high rated hotel. Will not come again for future, not worth it

It is nice that there an options for room with private personal pool for those hot days. I liked that there was a range of different types of food items for the breakfast. The front staff were so kind, lovely & helpful.

The only issue I had was with key cards as they kept failing to work a few times. However it was brought to my attention it was a new system & rectified quickly by the front staff.

Set family dinner RM130 berbaloi, 1st night try Chinsee set . 2nd night try Malay set, sedap! Portion besar cukup untuk 4 adult. Order in-room dingin dari portal . QR dari kaca TV.

Remote tv dah usang, cover bateri tak boleh fit. Agak susah nak turn ON/ OFF TV, annoying! Day 2, kunci bilik tak boleh akses walaupon boleh aksess pada lif. Terpaksa turun semula aktifkan. Haih. Condiments perlu ditambah, sup ayam perlu ada sambal kicap , onion spring, bawang goreng. Kari mee perlu ada ayam carik, udang, cili merah besar, bawang goreng ..
