Seaden Valentine Resort & Spa Ultra All Inclusive

L'emplacement, la plage, le service.

Une forte odeur de cigarette dans nos toilettes.

The pools , the room and the gym (when AC was on) , the waiter on the beach was awesome ("mafia!!!")

Most of the staff don't really speak english , very hard to communicate. Beach was pretty small , no music , they were cleaning the beach tho everyday. I didn't know that ultra all inclusive doesn't include lemonade or fresh juices :) Also energy drinks were also extra charge. Food at à la carte turkish was terrible. Burger was horrible at snack bar also.

Worst 5 stars hotel, evenings shows was the cheapest . Management also not on top

2/5 – Beautiful hotel, but definitely not the relaxing spa holiday I expected. I booked this hotel expecting a peaceful, adults-only spa experience, but unfortunately that wasn’t my experience at all. Before arriving, I requested a quiet room and was told this wasn’t possible. I was given a room overlooking the main restaurant, lobby bar, pool bar and entertainment stage. Every night there was loud music until midnight, followed by guests shouting, singing and slamming doors until around 4:00am. After seven nights of broken sleep, I left feeling completely exhausted. I asked reception more than once if I could move rooms but was repeatedly told there was no availability. However, I watched German couples being given room changes while I was refused, which made me feel like my concerns simply didn’t matter. The hotel itself is beautiful, modern and very clean. Some of the female staff, along with a handful of the male staff, were genuinely friendly and welcoming. Sadly, many of the male staff were abrupt, dismissive and at times quite rude. As a solo English traveller, I felt completely out of place. Staff repeatedly spoke to me in German, even after I explained several times that I only speak English. Almost all the entertainment and guest interaction seemed geared towards German-speaking guests, making it very difficult to meet people or feel included. The daytime entertainment was extremely poor for a resort of this size. Aside from aqua gym, darts and air rifle shooting, there was very little to do. I’ve stayed at adults-only hotels in the Canary Islands where there are activities every couple of hours, including shuffleboard, cornhole, quizzes, stretching, yoga, pool cycling and organised social games. The entertainment team actively includes solo travellers and introduces people to each other. Here, that simply didn’t happen. One incident I found particularly unprofessional was being nicknamed “Barbie” by members of the entertainment team. When I asked why, one of the male staff told me it was because I was blonde with “big tatters”. Several male guests laughed at my expense. I found this embarrassing, sexist and completely unacceptable behaviour from hotel staff. Although the hotel advertises itself as a spa hotel, the atmosphere felt much more like a drinking resort than a place to relax. Many guests spent the day drinking around the pool and continued late into the night, creating noise and disruption well into the early hours. If you’re looking for peace, tranquillity and a genuine wellness break, this is probably not the hotel for you. There is potential here because the hotel itself is lovely, but the customer service, lack of consideration for solo English-speaking guests, poor daytime entertainment and constant noise completely spoiled what should have been a relaxing holiday. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t return.

Wszystko było ponad nasze oczekiwania. Personel był bardzo miły. To nie była obsługa nastawiona na napiwki, po prostu taki jest standard. Pyszne jedzenie, urozmaicone drinki, ciekawe wydarzenia i animacje, duży basen i duża ilość leżaków.

Clean hotel. very helpfull staff

We are here just now, from scotland and absolutely love it! The staff are all amazing and so friendly even though german is definitely easier for them than English. Special shout out to the amazing flatbread making lady at the pool restaurant... only discovered it today and we leave on Saturday! Absolutely delish! Pool and beach service 💯 we feel very lucky and very spoilt!

This hotel was a major disappointment for me. Almost all the guests were elderly German tourists, which made the atmosphere feel more like a retirement home than a holiday resort. The reception staff spoke very poor English, and one of them was outright rude. When I asked about a breakfast box for an early check-out, they pretended not to understand me, which felt dismissive and unhelpful. On the beach, service was inconsistent and seemed selective depending on where you were from. One waiter ignored my order for a cocktail, only to bring it half an hour later with a smile, after I had already gone to the bar myself. The food was tasty but extremely repetitive. Meat dishes were varied, but fish was always the same type prepared with different sauces every day. Out of seven days, seafood and sushi were served only once. As a pescatarian, I had almost no variety and ended up eating the same thing daily. The entire menu seemed designed exclusively for German guests. Some waiters in the restaurant were polite and respectful, and after the first day I managed to figure out where everything was, but overall the hotel felt unfriendly and unwelcoming. There are no clear signs inside the hotel, so finding your way around was frustrating. The beach itself is nice, with a gradual entrance into the sea. But honestly, this does not feel like a 5-star hotel—more like 4 at best. I also don’t understand the overly positive reviews and the guests who return here year after year; it feels like they simply have no point of comparison. Unless you are a senior who enjoys meat-heavy food and cold salads, I would strongly advise staying away from this hotel.

Nice pool and good water aerobic classes Food was good, healthy Rooms clean and comfortable Reception staff very welcoming and supportive Private beach Italian restaurant dinner was great

Hotel 18+, but very weak entertainment, only one show in the evening and everything is quiet after that During day I heard only one offer to join aerobics.. 2 places to eat during day and first evening we arrived at 10 pm, restaurant which was supposed to work till 11 pm was already closing.. ??? Thanks to one employee who let us eat smth.. Staff were not very friendly I wouldnt say it was worth price.. for this price there should have been much much more for everything Staff at the bars and main restaurant seemed tired and angry

We spent a very pleasant 10 days at the hotel, the staff was extremely kind and polite (except the reception, but I will write about that in the "disliked" section). Abundant, high-quality food, evening programs, staff and service on the beach *5. I would gladly recommend it to anyone, trusting that the inconvenience that happened to us will not happen to them. Thank you very much for everything,

The inconvenience was the following,. - My partner wanted to organize a surprise birthday, with great difficulty we managed to arrange everything for that day, but unfortunately to our greatest shock, closed doors awaited us...no table...no dinner...no cake...no fireworks....!!!! :-( The next morning we went down to the lady, who said we could go today too!...but it wouldn't have been a surprise, so we didn't ask. A word of "sorry" would have been nice, - The hotel provides a free shuttle from the airport. They were there for us when we arrived, everything went smoothly, thank you very much. However, our return trip was not so pleasant. The morning before our trip, we asked the reception for a shuttle for 6 am the next morning. There was no problem with this either, we discussed it, the lady even asked if we wanted a wake-up call. We considered our morning departure confirmed. The morning of the trip came, we went down to the reception and announced that we were here and could go to the airport. Well, here came the trouble, because the receptionist knew nothing about it and could not arrange a shuttle, he said let's take the bus!!!!....by bus.....?????....with big suitcases and unknown.....???? this answer really annoyed me!!! In the end, he "helped" us enough to call a taxi, of course at our expense!!!! I hope that such an inconvenience will not occur next time

Everything was perfect!! Staff was so polite and friendly. There you feel your self like you are in your home. Im planning for the next trip ❤️❤️❤️

We had a great experience at this hotel. We were staying at this hotel for the first time. The staff was really helpful, particularly a woman called Sevilay, she helped a lot in the restaurant area, even though we didn't know the language perfectly. They cleaned the rooms each day, they also refilled the minibar as well and created some animal formats from towels. Each evening there was a presenter or a show, which was located in the hotel area, and things like karaoke, concerts, and acrobatic presentations in the pool. We recommend it for people above +18, without children since it is an adult-only hotel.

I have just come back from this hotel, which is not the first time I've stayed here, but the last time.If you want to spend your holidays in a German retirement home, go ahead! The service has deteriorated so much, the waiters are selective in serving only those they expect to tip, many others are just ignored.I just want to say thank you to the staff who just treat everyone as a guest no matter which country they come from.We all pay the same for our holidays and we should be treated with the same respect too.

A really nice hotel. Interesting, modern decor, spacious rooms and clean. Delicious, varied food. The service was very nice, communicative and helpful. For me, the advantages are the abundance of activities and the proximity to the beach. Possibility of easy access to ancient Side along the promenade. A place worth recommending.

We had a very pleasent stay in this hotel. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Also on the beach, chairman, bartenders all of them ready to help and serve you all day. Rooms are nice, clean and fresh and the interieur had lots of cute and suprising details. Food was good, compliments to the chef and staff. Thank you

1) Transfer. It was written that the transfer was included, but then it turned out that you had to pay for it. 2) Poor food, no snacks at the bar. 3) Some of the staff were impolite and allowed themselves rude things. Also, one of the shifts at the reception was extremely unpolite, they started a conflict with us They made us guilty of something we didn’t do, then they hushed it up, but the residue remained for the entire holiday. 4) The food at the a-la-carte restaurant is not tasty, much worse than a regular dinner. 5) The bar in the room was not changed every day.

90% of hotel guests are German. Most of the hotel staff only speak German, English is less than communicative even at the reception. The German guests were always favored, we felt like second-class guests. In addition, there are unpleasant situations of constantly correcting us in German, you say something in English and they repeat the order in German. Even the Germans' greeting music is the same note every morning: "guten morgen guten morgen". You could get towels from 8 a.m., but most of the nice places by the pool were occupied even from 6 a.m. The food was very average, the breakfasts were great, the other meals were miserable. Everyday the same.

We loved our stay. The food was delicious, the staff was super friendly: they speak English, German, Russian and Turkish ofc. We didn’t have any problems with waiters etc (but we also don’t drink alco); restaurant is big enough for everyone. I’d recommend to go to their spa, it was amazing!!!!! Location of the hotel is ok, it’s around 3km to the city center. Beach was so-so and we swam at our beach just ones cuz the bottom is not the best and it’s too busy there cuz of other hotel next to it..however we made nice walks (~800m right or ~1km left to Dafne hotel and there’s a perfect sea to swim); we don’t like laying on a beach so it was perfect for us to have some walks. Gym is small and hot, not a lot of equipment is there but you still can do something. The aquagym was fun to do Soundproof rooms!!! But next to the elevators it can be loud I guess.. WiFi is good enough to chat and call.

I think everything was good We had some weird smell in the bathroom and aircon turned off at night🥴 Pls use less plastic at the beach

Spacious rooms. Big pool. Beautiful hotel.

Few people spoke English. Very German. No control in dining area or pool area. No information given upon check-in. Not possible to get help in reception as their English is almost non existing. Bad animation, unless you are German and over the age of 60.
