Reviewed Aug 23, 2026Die Lage war für uns sehr gut! In unmittelbarer Ungebung gibt es eine U-Bahnhaltestelle und ein günstiges Parkhaus. Wir haben die Unterkunft für einen sehr frühen Flug benötigt, dafür war es perfekt. Wir hatten nur eine kurze Strecke zum Flughafenparkplatz.
Der Kühlschrank war sehr laut, die Küchenecke hatte keine Kochutensilien (Löffel und Schale hätte für meine Zwecke schon gereicht).

All arrivo in serata la camera non era pronta e alla reception sono stati decisamente infastiditi e scortesi con noi e con altri ospiti. La pulizia apparentemente buona,nei dettagli si è rivelato poco curata con nuvole di polvere accumulata ai lati del terzo letto(a scomparsa).inoltre c erano macchie sulla porta di ingresso sul lenzuolo del terzo letto e non era pulito il lavandino. Il minifrigo spento. La colazione (servita da un solo operatore addetto sia al servizio che alla preparazione di cibo e bevande)è stata decisamente di bassissimo livello per un hotel 3 stelle.

Neue Duschen, doch bei Nässe extrem rutschig!!! Der Empfang beim Einchecken könnte etwas charmanter sein. Die Einfahrt zu den Parkplätzen im Hof ist durch den extrem hohen Randstein etwas schwierig.

Під ліжками не прибирали тривалий час, там багато бруду. Якщо щось впало і закотилось туди - ви побачите це.

Die Klimaanlage funktionierte tipptopp. Sehr geschätzt haben wir, dass ein PP direkt im Hof zur Verfügung statt. Das Hotel bietet ein ausgezeichnetes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Die Innenstadt von Wien ist problemlos mit dem öV erreichbar. Es gibt in der näheren Umgebung zahlreiche Lokale und Geschäfte.

U-Bahn, Strassenbahn, Linien in 5 Minuten erreichbar, Mariahilfer, Schloss Schonbrunn, Naschmarkt, Prater in 20 Minuten entfernt, Schwechat 17 Minuten mit Wagen.
They have designated smoking area right outside at the entrance of the restaurant/front office, and whenever we try to eat, there is someone smoking out there, and the airflow through the door fills up the restaurant with cigarette smoke instantly. They should move the smoking area further away from the front desk / restaurant. Very unhealthy.

A személyzet közül kettő, akikkel mi kapcsolatban voltunk a hétvégén, nagyon goromba volt. Egyszer délután megkérdeztük, hogy esetleg lehet-e náluk enni (tekintve, hogy a hotel utcafrontján vagy 15-20 étel képével csalogatja a vendéget, hatalmas betűkkel kiírva, hogy essen trinken stb és a belső tér is egy klasszikus étteremre hasonlít. Kvázi leszidott minket, hogy hadd ne főzzön már ránk ha amúgyis van étterem valahol a közelben és amúgy sem tud mit adni. Csak egy ártatlan kérdés volt, de konkrétan kioktatott minket. Egy másik alkalommal hosszú kávét szerettem volna kérni napközben, amitől kiakadt, hogy ők nem egy kávézó és nem tud, csak eszpresszót főzni, aztán ott morgott magában. Végül csinált egy teljesen jó tejeskávét, szóval nem értem, miért kellett ott látványosan zsörtölődni. Ma a reggelinél (ami tízig van!) 9:30-kor elfogyott a filteres nagy bögre kávé, ezért azt a kérdést tettem fel a másik kedves kollegának, hogy kérhetek-e kávét még. Ezen felcseszte magát és végül lefőzött nekem külön egyet, szintén zsörtölődve. A szálláson kb öt szoba volt kiadva, kb 20-25 ember lehetett összesen, tehát abszolút nem volt forgalom egyik alkalommal sem, amikor ezek az incidensek történtek. A légy zümmögését is lehetett hallani, mégis a becsekkolástól kezdve úgy néztek ránk és kommunikáltak velünk, mintha mi megtűrt potyautasok lennénk, nem fizető vendégek. Hárman szálltunk meg, este aludtunk és reggel reggeliztünk, ezen kívül nem voltunk a szálládon és nem hangoskodtunk, tehát nem értem az okát. Legközelebb is itt szállok meg, ha Bécsben járnék, mert egyébként tök jó nyugis szállás, de remélem, a személyzet addig elolvassa ezt és javulnak ebben, így vagy úgy...

Dette ligger i et heller slitt og dårlig område. Hotellet fremstår mer som et motll enn hotell. Var varmt der om natten og man måtte benytte en litt bråkete aircondition.

Das Angebot an Essen (am Abend wurden Fertigprodukte serviert). Dies war anhand der Menükarte aber nicht ersichtlich. Das Frühstücks-Buffet ist lieblos hergerichtet. Das Lokal hätte so viel Potential, welches leider überhaupt nicht ausgeschöpft wird.

The hotel was comfortable overall, but there were a couple of disappointing points. The distance from the international airport was greater than expected, especially with a very early morning departure. Uber cost me €30, which is worth considering when booking. I also found some of the service a little abrupt. After mentioning that I follow a gluten-free diet, I was offered a banana and an apple. They were handed to me directly over the bar, and no price was mentioned at the time. Later, I noticed an additional €2 added to my bill. For that unexpected charge, I would have appreciated at least a plate and knife, or simply clearer communication beforehand.
