We arrived after midnight, and two people followed us, pretending to guide us to the riad. We did not accept because we knew they were fake guides who ask for money. The area felt unsafe. When we got to the room, it was very cold. The next day, we asked the owner for another room, but he said the riad was full. That was not true because the room downstairs was empty. On checkout day, they refused card payment and said they preferred cash. I had already paid ATM fees and had to withdraw money at the last minute and pay in Moroccan dirhams. I would never come back.

We loved everything: it is located in the centre of the old town, was impeccably clean throughout, the staff were very polite and helpful, breakfast was fantastic. We would definitely stay here again.

Das gesamte Riad war einfach nur ein einziger Traum. Die Zimmer sind sehr ansprechend und gemütlich. Zum Frühstück wurde alles frisch zubereitet mit verschiedenen Varianten von Eiern, Obst, Brotsorten, Marmeladen und Käse. Zu meinem Geburtstag 🎂 wurde sogar eine Flasche Sekt für uns besorgt. Vor allem die Ruhe und der Ausblick von der Dachterrasse, wo das Frühstück serviert wird, einfach nur gigantisch. Die Mitarbeiter sind sooo freundlich, hilfsbereit und permanent bemüht einem tolle Empfehlungen auszusprechen. Die Lage vom Riad liegt so perfekt, sodass man fussläufig alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sehr gut erreichen kann. Man ist wirklich nur ein paar Meter von den Souks entfernt. Unser nächster Besuch in Marrakesch wird definitiv wieder im Enchanté stattfinden. Wir Danken nochmals dem ganzen Team für diesen tollen Aufenthalt.

Le riad est composé de parties communes très agréables, dont une belle terrasse sur laquelle le petit déjeuner est servi. Le riad est en pleine medina quartier mouassine mais il est très calme et facile d'accès. Notre chambre Jassmine n'était pas très grande mais agréable avec une fenêtre donnant sur le patio. Everything. The staff, the place, the rooms. Locations was a little bit confusing, but otherwise everything was superlative. You need to try dinner because was something else. And the terrace?? Oh it was amazing The staff helped us a lot with everything we needed. They was very nice and kind.

Wir waren für vier Nächte im Riad Enchanté, welches sich im Herzen der Medina (Stadtteil der Souks von Marrakesch) befindet. Wir fühlten uns von der ersten Minute an sehr wohl. Das Personal war äusserst freundlich. Ein Hightlight für uns war die gemütliche Dachterasse, auf welcher wir jeden morgen ein frisch zubereitetes Frühstück geniessen durften. Das Riad Peronal gab uns nützliche Tipps und stand uns für Fragen immer hilfsbereit zur Seite. Wer kein Problem damit hat, dass die Toilette nur mit einem Vorhang vom Zimmer abgegrenzt ist, ist im Riat Enchanté bestens aufgehoben.

The terrrace

De gastvrijheid, de prachtige riad en kamer en het heerlijke ontbijt. Het ontbijt was het beste van onze drie weken in Marokko. De riad is een oase van rust vlakbij de chaos van de souks en de oude stad Wij kwamen 's ochtends vroeg aan en mochten onze bagage achterlaten tot check-in. Ze boden ons spontaan ontbijt aan en brachten meteen de kamer in orde. Super bediening!

The whole staff of the hotel was super nice and friendly, they were very hospitable and helped all they could. Ilijas take care of all our needs and explained a lot about morocco. He made the best tea in maroccco and we had a lot of tea in different areas, but this one was the best. I highly recommend eating there they have a very good chef who is cooking traditional moroccan food like your mother would cook it and you can choose in advance what you like to eat. Everything is cooked fresh and handmade. Breakfast was also very very good. Highly recommend staying there it was the best stay in morocco.

The riad was a little bit difficult to find at the first time but nothing you can't figure out. We found it also quite easily and in case you are worried they will pick you up.

Tricky to locate

The team at Enchante were incredible - their attention to detail and making us so welcome was fabulous. From arranging airport pickup to welcome / orientation / sightseeing tips and hospitality they could not be faulted. We had to leave at 4am and , yes, of course they prepared a light breakfast for us as well as arranging a porter for our luggage and transport to the airport. Sunset on the rooftop dining area was a lovely end to the day. Thank you Illyas and all your team - we will never forget our Marrakesh experience.

Lack of bigger signs towards accomodation location. Since it is located within the Medina, if you have infants it might be difficult to navigate.

Located right where we wanted to be and just far enough away to be quiet. Room was great but what made the stay 5 stars was the staff. The two college age guys that ran the place (wish I could remember their names) treated us like old friends that came into town and made our time in Marrakech that much more special. They went above and beyond ensuring we knew where to go, what to do, and of course our bellys were full even when theirs were not due to Ramadan, and when they could eat invited us to join them for their iftar. If you've read this far into my review, stop searching and stay here. They will answer any questions or concerns you have about the area and ensure you have a great time in Marrakech, my wife and I sure did!

The Riad Enchante was a pleasant place to stay. The hosts were helpful with every aspect of our stay. It is a very good idea to have someone pick you up at the airport because it would not be an easy place to find on your own. I even got lost a couple of times after I knew where it was. When someone saw that I was lost they offered to help me find the Riad, but then they wanted to be paid for pointing me in the right direction. So that part of my stay I didn't appreciate, but that was no fault of the Riad Enchante. To get to the Riad, it is a few twists and turns off of the main shopping area. If you are by yourself walking, it doesn't feel very safe, but I felt fine as long as I wasn't walking alone. Once in our Riad, I felt totally safe, comfortable and well taken care of and there is someone there to help you 24/7. We had to leave very early in the morning to go on a hot air balloon ride, and then the next morning we had to leave very early to get to the airport, so we weren't able to try their breakfast, but they kindly made us something to eat when we got back from our hot air balloon ride. My husband broke his sun glasses at the last minute and they lent us their sun glasses to go on our balloon ride. They really tried to help us in any way they could. It was much appreciated.

Location was right in the heart of old Medina , walking distance to landmarks , restaurants etc Breakfast was great , better than most restaurants. Staffs were great too very kind and friendly.

Hicham, Khalid and the women at the Riad made our stay like we were in a 5 star hotel. They are like your 24/7 butlers and they are always ready to help and they ask you proactively if everything is okay and if you need anything else. i would book again if ever I would be back in Marrakech.

The property is in a very good location for exploring Marrakesh but tucked away in a quiet alley. Small but perfectly formed. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Habib was very attentive and make some great recommendations for us to explore. He arranged taxis to and from the airport and a guide to explore the Souks. Hisham was also very helpful. Friendly and knowledgeable about Marrakesh. This property is a little gem and j would highly recommend it.

We loved the staff, they were very attentive and gave us great tips. The breakfast was also amazing and the jacuzzi was nice after a long day of walking. Good central location.

There was a bit of a problem with the water plumbing in the bathroom but the staff did their best to resolve it in the best way. The reviews about the sound isolation were true but it seems to be the case everywhere and it wasn't that disturbing.

We had a fantastic time at the Riad Enchante. The Riad is beautifully restored, well located and walkable to everywhere in the Medina. The rooms are spacious with a large bathroom and shower. Very clean and well maintained, our room was cleaned daily. My favorite thing about this Riad was the amazing included breakfast on the rooftop with a great view of the city, as well as the excellent service. Everyone working there was exceptionally nice, accommodating, and helpful with anything we needed. They also spoke multiple languages fluently. Highly recommend this place!

Wonderful experience staying at this authentic Riad where tradition meets comfort. The rooms and common spaces are very comfortable and nicely decorated. There is a beautiful rooftop terrace where guests can enjoy breakfast or relax after exploring the city. Breakfast is served with amazing selection of local breads, eggs, fruit and yogurt. Both hosts were super attentive and pleasure to deal with. We loved it !

Excellent experience for three days trip in Marrakech. Strategic location (closed to Bacha Coffe and Café Arabe), comfortable service and rooms, excellent staff, fresh and homemade breakfast changing everyday upon your preferences…and an amazing jacuzzi on the rooftop for relaxing during the stay.

We had an amazing stay at Riad Enchante. The staff were great and extremely attentive - always happy to help out or share any recommendations. The breakfast was delicious and the coffee was very tasty. Our room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The location was great - although the Riad is located right in the heart of Marrakesh it is very quiet and peaceful once you're inside. It has a great rooftop terrace, which is perfect for relaxing after a long day of sightseeing. We were able to leave our luggage at the property prior to check in and after check out, which helped out massively. Our room was cleaned on a daily basis and we were given fresh towels each day. Shower gel, shampoo and soap was topped up daily and the Riad also provides you with bottled water, bath robes and cotton pads/ buds. The Riad can also help you with arranging pick up and drop off from the airport - we used this on departure. This service required an additional payment of approximately €20 but was well worth the price. We didn't leave for the airport till about 4 pm but were able to relax at the property until then and were offered tea and coffee - this once again shows that the staff goes above and beyond to offer the best service they can.

We loved everything about our stay and would come back in a heartbeat! I know that some people have mentioned that they struggled to find the Riad but we didn't encounter this difficulty. Once you locate Derb Abib Allah all you need to do is follow the alley and the signs for Riad Enchante. We also felt safe walking down the alley as it was well lit.

Riad Enchante is the perfect stay for Marrakech. It's located off of an alley right in the medina. The staff is so friendly and amazing. They're there to give you insights to make your vacation effortless — mint tea when you need it, can book airport transfers, give great recommendations, etc. An overall friendly and felt-like-home environment. Breakfast on the rooftop each morning was incredible: a mix of fresh orange juice, pastries, eggs, etc. The hottub is a plus. Would absolutely recommend this stay!

I have nothing bad to say about Riad Enchante. All staff members were so welcoming and accommodating. Felt like my own home. So clean and spacious. My husband requested for extra eggs every morning and the staff were able to accommodate. Excellent service. Excellent staff. Excellent location and just a beautiful home and ambiance. Definitely coming back inshallah.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. We absolutely loved the service here. Khaled was great and organised our day trip for us before we even moved into the Riad. Breakfast was amazing and I loved the extra servings of mint tea and pastries 🥮. We will definitely choose this Riad the next time we visit Marrakech

This was a memorable experience. The service was fantastic. The room was very comfortable. However, was a little dark, the tv didn’t work, and there was just a curtain separating the bathroom. The breakfasts were pleasantly surprising, a great choice of local breads, cakes, yoghurt, fruit juice, tee and coffee, delivered to your table. The riad was quite hard to find - the entrance to Derb Habib Allah is off a busy street - and from there continue down the narrow street looking out for the ‘Riad Enchanté’ signs on the walls. You’ll turn right and left several times before arriving at the door of the riad. Please note that this walk can be very off-putting to many travellers, especially at night time, although we never felt too uncomfortable or threatened in any way. The rooftop is very pleasant for relaxing.

Great staff, great location, beautiful and intimate Riad! Breakfast was lovely each morning.

The mattress was too hard/firm. The Riad welcome email should let guests know that you cannot drive up to the Riad, you need to be able to walk your luggage 10 mins through the Medina and to ignore the local people who try to give the wrong directions to get you lost and then ask for money to help you.

Located towards the end of a long, winding alley. Didn't feel safe returning to the Riad late at night - although that's applicable to wandering around Marrakech anywhere late at night.

We spent 3 nights at the Enchante and it was perfect. A couple of hundred meters from the souk, yet peaceful and quiet. A little oasis of calm amongst the hustle and bustle of town. A delicious breakfast was served on the rooftop terrace making a perfect start to the day. The owners were really helpful organising a trip to a local spa and were always on hand with helpful tips. I'd highly recommend this Riad.

Hussein and Khalid were excellent hosts. They were very personalized and very pleasing. The riad had a great location, but know that it is in the medina where no cars can go. I highly recommend to arrange a hotel transfer from airport to hotel thru Riad Elchante so that there will be a coordinated arrangement for the car and bag porter that will walk you into the maze in the medina. Do this especially if you are arriving at night. Once in the medina, it is a great and safe experience. Great breakfast and roof top too. I would recommend this.

We had a great time at Riad Enchante. My husband and I celebrated our birthdays by staying five nights at the riad. The house manager, Hussein (spelling may not be correct), consistently met our needs. They even arranged a special birthday dinner for us on the rooftop.

This was an amazing experience. I plan to return. Hussein and Hamed were absolutely amazing. Our room was clean and spacious. The facilities were awesome. We ate dinner at the Riad Enchante and it was delicious. They arranged airport transportation which ended up cheaper than a taxi

Riad Enchanté is hands down one of the nicest hotels we've stayed in, regardless of price range. Staff was so lovely, and the lady that cooked us dinner few times was very friendly and made us several variations of tangine and loads of other side dishes. Loved every single thing about it. Breakfast and dinner at the rooftop with some nice background music, what more can you ask for! There aren't that many rooms wich is great, and you will always see familiar faces. Location is in the medina which is great for shopping and food and you can still easily walk to other sites. Be sure to use the riad's airport pick up service as it can be a bit tricky find on your own at first. Our rooms were clean and cool at just the right temperature in the middle of the August heat. Overall loved the design and interior of the Riad. Good sized bedroom, beautiful generous sized bathroom. A great place for our first time in Morocco.

There honestly isn't that much to dislike. I wished there was a full length mirror and a fridge in our room to keep our water/drinks and some food that we bought cool and fresh. Our room had 2 small wardrobes on each side of the bed which was just about ok. There was no space to store our suitcases and we were there for a week. Would still book it again for, perhaps for a shorter trip.

This is my second time at Riad Enchante, and it did not disappoint. I've fallen so deeply in love with this particular Riad, and how dedicated, they are to make sure everyone feels at home. The breakfast they provide daily is such a treat that I almost canceled a meeting one morning because I didn't want to miss it. And we had to force ourselves to start researching restaurants because it was so easy to just want to eat in the Riad each day; the food is healthy, delicious, and, in my opinion, it can even compete with some of the highly rated restaurants in the area. Also, I must say that Hussein is now one of my favorite people in Marrakech. He felt familiar in a way that made us feel very relaxed and welcome- plus, he's hilarious :'D Thank you to you all for such a wonderful stay. By the way, this review is just for the FIRST part of our stay because we loved it so much we've extended our reservation here -- twice (and they were so nice to give us a room upgrade)!

This was our first time in visiting Morroco Me and my husband stayed in the Raid 9 days in July 2024 Absolutely we loved everything about the accommodation The location is close to the all the sightseeing, quite place The breakfast was amazing they even made sure we had breakfast our last day although we were leaving early morning 6 am. Thank you The staff at the Riad were exceptional. They went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Arranging the tours , giving us advice and information on what to do and idea where to visit clean rooms & great facilities. Thank you to the team at Riad Enchanté Especially thank you to Hussein & Khalid We will definitely be coming back in the winter time ,summer time is too hot

I highly recommend this place. And appreciate all the staff effort: Hussiene, the manager, who gave us precious recommendations about Marrekesh. Khalid, the night audit, who welcomed us in our arrival and shared about his culture. Meryem’s, the chef cuisine, who served us a local and delicious breakfast. And Fatima, the femme chambre, who did an impeccable job.

The room was exactly as advertised. Breakfast is freshly cooked each day and is delicious Moroccan food. It is a peaceful spot to rest. The staff make this place what it is, the host Hussein is very helpful caring and kind. Would recommend staying here.

Excellent riad in Marrakech

We had a wonderful stay at this Riat. Staff were amazing every which way. Room was clean and lovely. We felt safe and well cared for. They all went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and well.

We were well looked after by our super and friendly staff. Very very friendly and most helpful! Khalid very kindly took us on a tour to the Atlas Mountains in his own time! He looked after us so well! Both Khalid and Hussein, who are front of house, were always willing to assist and guide us. The food was really lovely - breakfast each morning a special treat! We had an evening meal the night we arrived (very late!) and it was by far the tastiest Moroccan meal! We arranged for airport transfers through Hussein via email beforehand, and these were arranged for us. It would be difficult without their assistance to find the Riads in general. We had a superb time and would highly recommend Riad Enchanté. Thank you for a fabulous stay and super memories!

Lovely staff that were always willing to help and go above and beyond. Great breakfast each morning between 830-10am but again staff were flexible if leaving early etc. Overall a brilliant stay!
