Kawaguchiko Urban Resort Villa

The staff (kindness and clarity), the locations and the facilites

A later check out time

Environment: Boasting stunning views of Lake Kawaguchiko and Mount Fuji, the environment is wonderful.

The only downside was that another guest brought a pet dog inside, which violated the property's rules.Management Response: When we reported this to the manager, they replied, "Dogs are allowed on the first floor of the house." We find this practice completely unacceptable.

Ottima posizione

Scale interne molto ripide

Unforgettable View - absolutely unbeleivable Beautiful apartment with plenty of space Very professional and friendly staff Great location close to Oishi Park and the lake shore Oh.. and Mount Fuji in your shower room :-)

Excellent location. Beautiful accommodation and the staff were very friendly.

Nothing

The property has the best location - front row for Mount Fuji viewing, walking distance to Oishi Park and Lake Kawaguchiko. The staffs provided excellent service. The space is clean and ample for a group go 5

Beautiful place

We liked the location. The room was ideal for a family of 4 people. the backyard had a very beautiful view to fuji. We also liked the garden behind the hotel room. It was nice being able to visit the garden and take fun pictures with my family.

One thing we wished was better was the insects in the room. There were bugs falling from the lights onto the bed which made it a bit hard to sleep on. We wished the team helped us before hand to clean an dmake sure the room was ready for us before we stepped in.

Best location in Kawaguchiko

Nothing I didnt like

Everything was great, the staff were very friendly.

Peaceful, cleanliness & helpful staffs , the best Mt Fuji view for our stay

A localização e a recepção dos funcionários excepicional

Nada

A very spacious unit with a spectacular view. The staff were attentive and friendly.

There are limited options for meals in the area, however, the villa is stocked with cooking equipment if you bring your own ingredients.

This property was one of the best spots i’ve ever been to anywhere i’ve stayed in Japan.

I loved everything about it the only concern was the amount of spiders in the little backyard area.

It has everything you need and more to cook a meal. Beautiful view Very clean

A little too far from the station, no way to get there by bus after 5:30pm.

Great and polite service staff, great location and views

The train trip by train from Tokyo to Kawaguchiko was one of the greatet experience of my life. Amazing view towards Fuji mountain just from your window and terrace is a bonus.

The key handover procedure was a bit too long :)

Such a beautiful place to marble God’s amazing creation

Beautiful view of Fuji mountain in front of your window. We have the best time ever. They also offered pyjamas for your good sleep ;)

Unfortunantely the check out time quite early at 10h :(

Very clean, the view from my actual bed was the mountain fantastic expensive and you get what you pay for.

The facility itself was great. I guess it kind of remote. I don’t know if that’s the facility or the mountain just a location not much for us to do other than enjoying the beautiful view which is why we came here once in a lifetime trip to Mount Fuji everything I could’ve dreamed of.

Loved the staff and how friendly and helpful they were. Views were amazing!

Would have been nice to have 2 pillows on each bed. Transportation to and from can be a bit tricky as it is Cherry Blossom season and tourism is at a peak.

Location and the apt was quite spacious. We were able to park our car right in front of our door.

Nothing

Had a really pleasant stay near Mount Fuji. The amenities were excellent and made the whole experience very comfortable. Everything was well-prepared and thoughtfully provided, which made it easy to relax and enjoy the trip. Definitely a great choice if you’re visiting the area!

No.

I liked the nice atmosphere and the pretty good view of Mount Fuji, and the accommodation was clean.

Good view

I am very disappointed. I planned my stay here and I only took the mattress outside to air it out to prevent dust mites because it was very dusty. It just got slightly wet from a little rain, nothing damaged, but they charged me for it. They didn't seem to care about customers who traveled a long distance. I am very disappointed with the service. The mattress wasn't damaged at all, just a little wet from the rain because I took it outside to air it out since it was very dusty.

The view is amazing, very close to Fuji. Perfect property for families.

check out time is too early to be at 10am for an apt with 5 people. It should beat least at 11am.

Nice view of Mt. Fuji even though the weather was very cloudy. Very comfortable and spacious. We stayed with 3 adults and 2 small children and were very comfortable. Staff was very friendly.

We would have considered the bbq option but didn’t realize it was offered and had to book in advance.

Amazing view from my backyard and very good staff

Good Fuji view from our room/ Clean / and helpful staff with good BBQ dinner on the property every day.

Need more worm blankets
