Reviewed Sep 14, 2026房間雖大但小部分壁紙脫落顯得老舊，室內分機跟冷氣開關接觸不良，反應後有馬上來處理更新。地板跟沙發很多毛色細毛，應該是之前有客人帶寵物入住沒有清理乾淨，還有泡澡熱水不夠熱！走了好幾次的一樓通往地下室的樓梯，煙垢味非常重又髒，希望可以加強清理！謝謝

一樓到房間的地方是走員工通道 有點嚇到 .. 不是走正門 有點奇特 因為我們不是開車來的 但通常汽旅應該都有自己的正門才對 .. 所以走員工通道有點不太能理解

Reviewed Aug 24, 2026櫃檯人員們都很熱情、開朗，非常棒！房間也非常大、冷氣也相當冷 最重要的是住了這麼多間有按摩浴缸的旅館…沃客是唯一一間按摩功能可以用的！而且管道很乾淨！啟動後沒有排出髒污！
可能是樓下的住戶在電梯間抽煙，導致我們的電梯間有很濃的煙味。牆壁上有一個很突兀的壁貼掀起，裡面似乎是一個沒在使用的插座洞，沒在使用應該絕緣封好，避免誤觸。車庫與車道非常悶，而且沒有客用電梯，推嬰兒車外出相當不便。

櫃檯說要加價才能升級有「獨立車庫」，房間也會比較大，這個我覺得還可以接受。 但是一進房就看到地上散布沒有清潔乾淨的頭髮，浴缸旁邊還有煙蒂頭...打電話反映給櫃檯後，派了清潔人員過來加強，但也只是拿黏性滾輪大概滾一滾，角落還是有很多毛髮和灰塵…

·車庫鐵門會卡住、停車連接專屬梯廳空間破舊未維護門面不佳。 ·覺得送廉價泡麵沒質感也不健康，還一份一份用大薄塑膠袋裝。 ·供應的早餐菜色，意外地還ok，只是都一次性免洗餐具。

一開始我問男性員工後面通道的電梯是可以座的嗎，男性員工說可以 後來到了晚上換一個女性員工坐在椅子上一邊看著手機一邊甩臉色說毛小孩不能跟我們一起走後面電梯只能往樓下車庫出去， 那一開始辦理入住時就直接跟我說狗不能帶入住就好了啊，何必這樣排斥呢？

Reviewed Jul 21, 2026The room was generally clean and air con was cool. You could open the door to let light in from the windows as our room had none.
The entire property was unkept. It’s like they just clean the room and nothing else. There is no foyer area to check in at, just a room near the boom gate where the ceiling is falling in. The free buffet breakfast was cold if you went after 8am and the eating area really needed a clean. We had 3 sleeping in the room and there is no door between the bed area and the toilet shower area. Very uncomfortable to have a bath/shower/toilet with just a curtain. The disgusting aircon vent near the lift looks like you would get legionnaires just looking at it. It’s a shame that something full of marble and mirrors is so poorly maintained.
