老舗旅館の素晴らしさを堪能しました。

部屋の壁が汚い、食事の材料費が安い、また、Expediaに支払った金額と旅館で提示されたプランの金額に5,000円程度違いが有り、差額はExpediaへの手数料だと旅館から説明が有った、そんなに手数料が取られるのでしょうか？

地點環境設施餐點都非常好。服務上一點點小掉漆，可能是新服務人員培訓不及，但瑕不掩瑜。

非常舒適溫泉酒店,位於草津溫泉中心近車站很方便，晚上可以外出散步欣賞燈飾非常美麗，洒店整潔員工細心，我們選擇一泊兩食，晚餐懷石料理，很有特色

大阪屋地理位置方便，在湯畑附近，旅館用英文溝通可以。設施硬件方面因為歷史悠久，所以有些折舊，但服務很好又貼心，温泉和一泊二食的餐點也很捧，而且價錢合理，總括來說是很滿意的住宿體驗，推薦👍

前往日本的溫泉鄉，總是要體驗一下日式的細緻服務。 從還沒進門，門口的歡迎牌，就寫著旅客的姓氏，歡迎我們的到來。進入大廳，迎賓人員90度的鞠躬接待，脫去鞋子，立刻有人收妥，之後要外出，不用報上名字或房號，也會正確的幫你拿出來，沒有差池。 整個飯店一塵不染，沒有富麗堂皇的裝飾，空間與擺設也看得出她的年紀，卻有一種低調的平靜。房門口門牌寫著旅客的姓氏，歡迎我們的造訪。 晚餐和早餐都在房內用餐，專人幫忙擺盤、上菜，菜色稱不上非常高級，但維持一貫日式料理的細緻。溫泉泉質乾淨，泡湯環境安靜，沒有過多的嘈雜。 整體來說，老字號的飯店，讓我們用相對較低的價格，體驗細膩的日式服務，非常值得。

夫婦の温泉旅行で利用しました。建物は少々古いですが、手入れは行き届いていて不便さはありませんでした。サービスも十分に行き届いています。 食事は夕朝ともに部屋食ですので、夫婦だけでゆっくりと堪能する事が出来ました。但し、部屋食なので、自由時間に制約が出来ますので注意して下さい。 お風呂は十分な広さで快適です。 部屋からは温泉街が見えます、湯畑を眺める事はできません。 湯畑，西の河原公園は至近ですので、観光にも便利です。ゆっくりと温泉を満喫する事ができます。

早晚餐豐富，員工超有禮好笑容，旅館又近湯畑，靜中帶旺，草津溫泉巴士站步行數分鐘就到旅館，非常方便.

This is a traditional Japanese style hotel. The location is near to the bus terminus and you can call the hotel to pick you up at bus terminal and drive you to bus terminal when you leave. It is near to the famous hot spring, restaurants and shops nearby. All are within 5 mins walking distance. The staff are very nice with reasonable English standard. Some staff can speak Mandarin. So there should be no communication problem. The dinner and breakfast are nice too which you would enjoy them inside your room. It is traditional Japanese dinner and breakfast. The hot spring inside the hotel is nice and will only charge 150yen hot spring tax for unlimited use. You must choose this hotel if you want to experience traditional Japanese service and accommodation.

雖然價格較高，個人覺得離景點近，酒店有位華語服務員貼心就有很好回憶了

With our advanced phone call from Tokyo, they came to meet us at the bus station to help managing our luggage. Excellent! This is a traditional Japanese ryokan with excellent service. Both breakfast and dinner are very authentic Japanese style. Rooms are spacious and, of course, very clean. Location is great. Our three day stay was very pleasant and would recommend it.
