We stayed for three nights and were genuinely delighted with this hotel. I have mild claustrophobia and had asked in advance for rooms that were not too high up, while still allowing my family to enjoy a nice view. Although I didn't receive a reply, they had thoughtfully put all of us together on the 9th floor, which was absolutely perfect for us. Our King and Queen rooms were very clean, quiet and pleasantly cool, with comfortable beds and no unpleasant or musty smell at all. The bathrooms were spotless and everything worked perfectly. We particularly appreciated the daily housekeeping, which we hadn't expected. The rooms are very well equipped with a small fridge, coffee maker, TV, iron and ironing board. There is also a guest laundry with washing machines and dryers, which was incredibly useful during our trip. We also saw a fitness room, water dispenser, a small shop and a microwave downstairs. The elevators were excellent, which mattered to me because of my claustrophobia. The location is extremely convenient, with subway and train connections only a few minutes away and a small supermarket next door. Finally, the staff very kindly stored all our luggage after check-out, which made our last hours in New York much easier. We would definitely stay here again.

The only disappointment was the food from the hotel café on our first evening. We arrived late and were too tired to go out, and unfortunately the snack we had wasn't very good. We later discovered that the little hotel shop had yoghurt and other options, as well as a microwave, which would probably have been a better choice. This was really the only negative point of an otherwise excellent stay.

Service was exceptional. Location was great-close to subway.

In the room, the air conditioning was bringing in the smell of cannabis and stale cigarette smoke, which was very unpleasant. The breakfast was a complete disaster. The poor staff member at the bar was overwhelmed because she had to handle the entire hotel’s breakfast service by herself.

Located in LIC just before the 59th Street Bridge entrance, this hotel has an unexpectedly calm and tree-lined front entrance for guest drop off/pick up. It’s close to public transit and has a parking garage in the hotel building. Lobby is nice and easy to navigate. And the front desk staff were great. We felt welcomed instantly and our room was perfect for the price. Fitness is larger than expected and I’d definitely recommend this hotel if you’re planning to use it as a jumping off point for fun in Manhattan or travel to Long Island. Also within walking distance to ferry and interesting neighborhoods in Queens.

The staff was extremely pleasant!! The hotel exterior and interior are very clean and well maintained. I rested very well and didn't hear any noise. I had a minor issue with my shower, I called the front desk and they sent someone right away to fix it. I would definitely stay again!!! I had some wine at the bar and the bartender was very attentive and pleasant.

We visited Queens for a University of Texas alumni event in May 2026. A friend located this Courtyard by Marriott and from the moment we arrived, the front desk staff was professional, friendly and courteous. My room was well-appointed, secure and had a glorious view. The location was perfect for our event in Astoria. I would recommend and have recommended this Courtyard for a visit to NY. The cold water and fresh fruit/cookies in the Lobby were a welcome treat after a long day sightseeing and playing in NY. Pinki, a member of the front desk staff, went above and beyond when I requested a driver to the airport. Much appreciated.

From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming, professional, and attentive. One thing that truly stood out was the housekeeping team. They made sure my room was spotless every single day. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience at Courtyard Long Island City/New York Manhattan View was extremely disappointing. I booked a 2-night stay with two rooms for my family trip to New York. Unfortunately, due to severe noise issues, we were unable to sleep at all during the first night. The lack of rest seriously affected my condition the following day and disrupted our travel plans, forcing us to check out early and find another hotel at a much higher last-minute price. At checkout, the front desk staff acknowledged the situation and clearly told us that a full refund would be issued because of the circumstances. Based on that assurance, we left the hotel expecting the matter to be resolved fairly. However, what actually happened was very different. Only the unused second night was refunded, while the first night charge remained. More disappointing was that my follow-up emails regarding the promised full refund have received no response at all. I understand that problems can happen at any hotel. What matters is how management handles those situations afterward. In this case, the biggest issue was not only the poor stay experience itself, but the failure to honor what was promised and the complete lack of communication afterward. I hope future guests do not experience the same situation.

Dianna and Lisa were exceptional in accommodating my family and I! they went above and beyond to make sure we were all looked after. Thank you! we will surly visit again.

My flight got delayed when I called the staff I talked to last April 3, 2026 is rude and did not answering my questions right, I’m in the middle of disappointment of my delayed flight and the hotel staff that I talked to is not helping and for the heater and AC they did not tell us that there is a switch off and on so we stayed for 4 days feeling cold.

The hotel is really accessible to all the points- be it the airport or the various attractions- the metro will take you everywhere. To top it you have convenience stores as well as a variety of restaurant options - so we didn’t starve! The hotel room was clean, very comfortable- the housekeeping staff did a great job in maintaining the cleanliness- thank you. The room itself had everything- right from the bed to the bathroom- no hassles encountered with anything and to top it all the view was good too!

So this could be us overthinking but we did notice that the socket near the tv(to the left to be precise) has a lens like thing in it - it looked odd. Like we said it could be us overthinking - hence we didn’t reach out to the hotel staff or create an inconvenience, but it should be checked, just incase. Nothing else that displeased us.

Checking in was easy and amazing. Dianna and Lisa were super pleasant. Their customer service was above and beyond. This will be my business hotel to stay at in Ling Island City. Thank you Dianna and Lisa!!!

La ubicación es excelente, muy conveniente para moverse y con todo cerca. La habitación estaba limpia, bien organizada y con un ambiente moderno. La cama era súper cómoda y espaciosa; éramos 4 adultos y dormimos sin problema. Perfecta para descansar después de un día largo. Además, tenía una hermosa vista, acceso seguro por el ascensor (requiere tarjeta) y el personal fue muy amable. Hudson Market justo al lado, un Starbucks en el lobby, fácil acceso al metro y cerca de la parada del autobús, con farmacias también muy cercanas.

El ruido del tren al abrir la ventana era bastante fuerte, incluso ensordecedor, lo que puede afectar el descanso si eres sensible al ruido o prefieres dormir con la ventana abierta. I didn’t realize how loud the trains were. I didn’t think about the sound assuming there would be soundproofing but all I could hear all night was the trains.

The stay was very pleasant from the checkin to checkout. Pinkie (at the reception) was very accommodating to our needs and very pleasant. The room (and hotel) were clean and everyday cleaning was at high standard. We had all that we needed in the room - including an iron and coffee/tea making sections. The bed (as always in Marriott) was very comfortable and the shower was exceptionally good (which doesn’t happen often).

The only small things that were a bit odd with the rest of the standard were plastic/paper cups for coffee/tea/water and the fact that the quilt was not inside the quilt cover but covered with two sheets and the quilt was falling out from between them. And yes, you can hear the trains (the higher you stay the less you hear then) and the A/C in our room was not always super responsive and was loud at the higher settings. Other that that we were happy during our 7 day stay. Would stay there again.

Nice hotel with a perfect location, very close to the subway, shops, and restaurants, and easy access to everything we needed. The room was a good size, clean, and had a very nice view, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The bed was comfortable, allowing us to relax well after a long day. After check-out, we were able to store our luggages, which was very convenient since our flight was in the evening. The overall atmosphere was pleasant, and we had a very enjoyable stay.

During check-in, there were two staff members. One was not very friendly didn’t catch her name), although she did arrange a higher-floor room for us when we asked. The other staff member, Pinki, was very kind and friendly.

I always stay in LIC when I come to NY. This is a top location. Excellent deli next door, coffee shops and restaurants all around, subway across the street gets you to midtown in 2 stops. hotel is clean, quiet and has a very helpful staff. Good gym. Room was on the small side, but stayed for 6 nights and will book here again next time.

It was one of the most beautiful hotels I’ve been to and the terrace was spot on for an amazing experience by far. The amenities combined with the aesthetic was phenomenal by far. I highly recommend.

Hospitality service is below average compared to other Courtyard by Marriott I’ve stayed overseas.

When I need to travel to NYC I often end up at the Marriott in LIC. It is clean, convenient and the staff is excellent. I would like to specifically call out Renee and Coreen for all of their help and going above and beyond every time I am in town. They both make each stay memorable and are always a bright spot when I am arriving late in the evening or being up at the crack of dawn. Thank you guys.

I get the chance to stay at the Courtyard Long Island City / New York Manhattan View several days a month, and I must say I enjoy it every time. The rooms are clean and functional, the gym is above average for a hotel, and you are surrounded by a ton of walkable delicious places to eat and drink in Long Island City. You're also close to multiple train stations and for those that are adventurous - you're only a couple mile walk/jog/bike ride from the entrance to Central park over the Queensboro Bridge. They have a nice bar area which includes a couple unique beers on tap. But what I enjoy most about my trips to this hotel are the friendly smiles I see every time I go. Lisa, Mohamed, Pinky, Jaz, and everyone else is so kind, helpful, and thoughtful. I'm looking forward to my next visit!

The front desk supervisor Mary Dianna was absolutely amazing. She was attentive and very kind. She gave excellent service and lead to some great places to eat and socialize during my stay. She is a class act!

Our stay felt like home away from home. The team of Dianna, Mohammed, and Pinki were very welcoming and made sure we got the most out of our stay in Queens with good recommendations and seamless accommodations. I’ve been a frequent guest at this Courtyard location for some time, and the service has consistently been excellent. I’m thrilled that over the years they’ve managed to keep some of the same team. When I check in, I am greeted by Renee who always makes me feel welcomed as I am coming back home. And when I come back from a hard day at work, being greeted by Lisa and her smile makes everything ok! The customer service at this location is generally exceptional from the entire team but Lisa and Renee make the experience extra special.

Emplacement au top, seulement 15/20 min de Time Square en métro (le métro se trouve au pied de l’immeuble) donc l’hôtel n’est pas loin du centre mais sans être dans le bruit incessant de Manhattan. Literie incroyable et personnel agréable ! Et un market se trouve en bas de l’immeuble, parfait !

Todo estuvo impecable y el alojamiento cumplió con todas las expectativas que teníamos previamente a llegar. Con los precios que se manejan en NY nos pareció una oferta muy razonable a solo dos paradas de Manhattan. EL barrio es típico de NY con mucho movimiento y comercios en la vuelta. Nos alojamos sin derecho a desayuno pero frente al hotel, junto a la entrada de metro "queens plaza" encontramos un carrito atendido por latinos muy amables donde les comprábamos café y donas todos los días a muy buen precio. Si llegan por la Guardia no es imposible llegar en transporte publico combinando el bus de aeropuerto y metro con sus paradas accesibles con ascensor.

No hay nada que nos haya desagradado y pasamos una excelente estadía.
