We liked that the hotel was very close to the subway, you were only a few stops away for all the big tourist attractions, if you had a car, there was a carpark (you have to pay) next door. There is a convenience/deli store next door too so the microwave in our room was ideal after you had paid the store a visit.!! Check in was nice and easy, $50 deposit per night was required which would of been nice to of been informed about after we made the booking. The room was ok, quite small for the price per night and as I booked the room for myself and my 21 year old daughter, she wanted to sleep on the pull out sofa but when pulled out, it took up the rest of the room so the room felt very cramped. The queen bed was very comfortable, pillows were nice, extra in the wardrobe and blankets. Bathroom was lovely, lots of lovely little extras but water was leaking out the shower door which made the floor very wet!! Loved the coffee machine in the room and tv was great 👍 Breakfast was good, not great but ok. There were added extras you could pay for and personally for the price of the room per night and extra for the buffet breakfast, I was a little shocked it wasnt included but the buffet was nice, little hot food counter, cereals,fresh fruit, breads and pastries. On the first morning I did notice the yogurts were oit of date, I did tell the young chap, he didn't take much notice and on the second morning the same yogurts were still on the counter and there were fruit flies around the fruit which put me off a little. There is a small restaurant which you can go to for dinner but we had uber eats delivered which gave us alot more choice. There is a gym and a launderette in the basement (u need to pay for the launderette but I don't think it was much) There is a rooftop garden which i asked the receptionist how do we go about getting up there but she said it was only for guests in the presidential suite!!

Dont want to keep harping on about the cost but for the amount I paid, I expected nicer and bigger rooms,especially for the Hilton brand!!!

The rooms were clean and quiet. It was very close to the metro, and the supermarket that is right next door is very handy. We were also able to leave our luggage till the evening after we checked out.

Our mattress had a broken spring, so one side of the mattress was sunken in, making it very uncomfortable to sleep. The staff mentioned as we booked through booking.com, no compensation for this was possible.

Bed was very comfortable. Hotel close to the train just a short walk. Deli next door.

Hotel building Location 10/10! Excellent subway access giving you quick and easy transit to multiple subway lines. friendly and helpful staff.

We booked a room 'queen bed with a sofa bed and it was compact room. We find the room to be quite tight. PARKING!!!! obviously there is no on-site parking and it's impossible to find overnight free parking on nearby streets. However, you can find meter parking spots almost every time available on 28th St. & 41st Ave. There's Champion garage located just by the Hotel entrance but no on-site parking attendant available anytime of the day. try make reservation online like on SpotHero.

Erster Eindruck in der Lobby sehr ansprechend, Zitronenwasser kostenlos in der Lobby, Lage super am Queensboulevard mit direkten Anschluss zur Metro nach Manhatten 5 Minuten. Restaurants, Supermarkt etc. alles vor der Haustür. Parkgaragen in unmittelbarer Nähe mehrfach zu guten Preisen vorhanden. Smart TV. Betten 1A. Personal super freundlich!

Zimmer inkl. Bad im Verhältnis zum Preis zu klein, Stellplatz vorm Hotel zum Ein- und auschecken permanent belegt. Möbel auf dem ersten Blick noch völlig in Ordnung und modern, beim genaueren hinsehen teilweise etwas abgenutzt/beschädigt.

The breakfast was great, and the surrounding area is convenient. There is a subway station right outside with direct access to Manhattan and JFK Airport. Getting to LGA Airport is also fairly easy by taking the subway and transferring to the free shuttle bus.

Posizione ottima, stazione metro a 50 metri e due supermercati nelle vicinanze. Buona colazione.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Long Island City. Everything was great, from the cleanliness and comfort of the hotel to the kindness and professionalism of the staff. A very special thank you to Shavon N. Mobley for being so helpful, professional, and welcoming throughout our stay. Your kindness truly made a difference and made us feel very well taken care of. ❤️ And a big thank you to Brian as well, such a lovely, kind, and friendly guy! Always smiling and ready to help whenever we needed anything. People like Shavon and Brian really make a hotel stay special. Pulizia e confort: arrivati in camera mi accorgo che qualcuno si era appoggiato sul letto dopo averlo preparato o comunque prima che io entrassi , il lavandino rotto non permetteva all’acqua di defluire , stanza vicino all’erogatore del ghiaccio con rumore costante durante la notte…

It was obviously a popular place because people were always going in or out or using the front sitting area. I liked that it felt welcoming.

The wait for the elevator was a bit long.

The location is GREAT! Near to restaurants; 1 subway stop from the City; safe and easy to navigate; lots of street parking!

The location is great, very close to the subway and with several groceries and stores around.

The rooms are very small, specifically if you book a double room with sofa bed.. there is phisically no space to walk. We did ask to change room but unfortunately the hotel was full, just something to consider. The staff is great

Staff were very helpful. Bartender was great and gave us tips for the surrounding areas (bars, restaurants etc). Good price considering we went during world cup. Right near subway station. Really happy with the whole experience.

During a busy period we had to wait ages for the lift as we were floor 14. But only a small issue really.

Breakfast was very expensive for scrambled eggs and potatoes not much of vegan choice. The fruit was not fresh obviously cut the day or two before

The blackout curtains in the rooms work really well & the bed is comfortable.

I arrived late due to air delays, and I received a different type of room than reserved. The room door could not be locked, the room was dirty (roaches, broken tiles and stains in the carpet). Reception said they couldn't do anything as they are sold out - yet you could still reserve rooms online for that night. They sent the security Person over who told me that the lock is not supposed to work and only use the security flap lock. Also the remark that nothing would happen because they were there was nonsense - they sat downstairs and not in front of my door. They promised to move me in the morning, but when I inquired in the morning this was a problem. Eventually they did move me but I needed to insist. The new room was fine.

Loved getting the corner room, 903, with a view of the clock tower and the trains going through Queens Plaza.

No gasket on one shower door, so water leaked profusely out of the shower. Notified the front desk when we checked out.

The eggs at breakfast was ok...seriously im struggling to find a good thing to say... The lady at the breakfast was nice even though she is always in a hurry to hand us the bill...seems she needs to be somewhere at a certain time in the morning everyday.

Elevator is old and half the time goes down instead of up or up instead of down The staff at reception simply refused to be bothered The room was damp, old and not so clean There is no shower handle. Extremely expensive for what you pay and even in the World cup season Not the best location, to anywhere really. They clean only once every two days and when they did, they left the entire trashbins still unemptied... seems whoever was cleaning dropped everything and left...and that was it. Luckily it was just for 3 nights and that's two nights too many.

The property smelled of weed and an distinct odor in the carpets was awful. They attempted to clean and just made matters worst.

Excellent staff. Very helpful and friendly. Ease of check-in. Really good. Rooms were cleans and beds were big and comfy. Adequate closet space and lots of good drawer space. Clean room and great beds and pillows. Elevators were clean and quick and 2 was fine. The wait for the elevators was no more than 1 minute and often was less than 40 seconds.

No parking on site. Street parking was a challenge. I was lucky to get street parking. So am glad I could a parking spot beside the hotel, but I was very blessed and fortunate to get it. There weee no other parking spots close by.

La habitación estaba bien insonorizada y contaba con nevera y cafetera con cápsulas. El personal muy amable, está muy cerca del metro y nos permitieron dejar las maletas gratuitamente el día de salida. Además la fianza nos fue devuelta al momento después del check out

Habitaciones pequeñas, pero ya sabíamos. Los ascensores fueron realmente un problema, uno de los dos estuvo averiado durante gran parte de nuestra estancia. Y en ocasiones tuvimos que utilizar las escaleras.

The location was good, considering how crowded Queens and NYC is.

The breakfast was not complementary as promised by booking. the hotel has 2 elevators, but only one was working. It takes a long time to reach the 11th floor.

The staff were very helpful, particularly Shavon and Jo. They made sure I had everything I needed, and also helped me printing out a few document pages I needed. The location was excellent for my purposes - enabled easy access to Queens where I was working in the week, but also easy access to Manhattan for trips out. Nice to have the green just outside as well. The breakfast was good - fresh fruit, juices, pastries, toast, scrambled egg, hot potato, sausages, and other bits I can't remember. The room was nice and clean - had everything I needed. The shower was very powerful - much appreciated. I had stayed a night previously at Hyatt Grand Central, which was not far off double the price, and much preferred my stay at the Hilton - I would highly recommend.

The gym was OK but not great. Only 1 of the 3 treadmills was working. There are free weights and a single bench, so if there is more than one person in the gym, it feels a bit busy. Not a major issue - great to have a gym at least. The fridge in my room was quite noisy - I just unplugged it overnight. The trains outside were audible, but not too bad. I think there will be noise anywhere you stay in New York.

L'hotel est très bien situé, proche de plusieurs lignes de metro. La chambre est propre et confortable avec frigo, machine à café. Le personnel est très sympathique.

部屋が清潔で快適。 宿泊した部屋は、珍しくホース付きシャワー、TOTOの浴槽や便器が使われていて安心感があった。

− エレベーターの反応が悪い。 − チェックインが夜中だったせいか、1泊目はテレビが映らない裏側の小部屋に通された（点検を依頼した結果、2泊目からは本来の快適な部屋に移動）。 − 空港シャトルがない。
