The location

The feel is low end. The breakfast was one of the worst for a long time. Very basic, arranged that is difficult to reach, you need to clear your own plates. At the room - the door of the shower does not close. The entrance to the shower itself is low and quite dangerous. The train station that is nearby does not work all the days of the week. If that are the prices for this location maybe get a farther location.

Very clean, and beautiful building! I appreciated walking into a building that felt like a break from my day to day.

The continental breakfast was nice but I didn’t see decaf coffee available. Everything else was stellar!!

Home2 Suites by Hilton is truly a home away from home. Located in a prime area of Long Island City near Queens Plaza in Queens, it sports a breath-taking view of the Manhattan skyline in the midtown area, that includes the magnificent Empire State building. The Hotel is actually a studio apartment with a full-fledge kitchen, a large microwave, a large fridge, electric stove and conventional oven, toaster, utensils and implements, dishwasher, coffee maker---all these appliances are in excellent working condition. Lots of room with a large bed, sofa, a mobile kitchen-"counter" of sort, a decent open closet space also is provided. Especially convenient is its pivotal location...just a couple of stations away from Manhattan on the E subway line. Also, W and N lines to 39th Avenue, L. I. City. Housekeeping keeps the rooms spick-and-span. Continental breakfast is sumptuous (for a vegetarian like me, cereal, milk, fruits, juices, yogurt inasmuch as you could devour!). Mention must be made of the front-desk personnel...particularly, Enzo, Jeff, Marko and all their colleagues who manage the Hotel in an exemplary way. They are all so polite, helpful, and provide pointers on the Hotel's neighborhood in Queens and Manhattan as well. There are convenience stores in the neighborhood, the savory Goodfellas' Pizzeria (only take-aways) on 40th Avenue, Laundry-Lab on Crescent Street are conveniently located in the vicinity. There are no negatives, except that they may consider providing some vegetarian items in the breakfast.

Stayed 4 nights to visit NYC. What a great hotel!! Great staff. The room was spacious and very clean. We had a kitchenette which would be great for families. 4 minute walk to the Dutch Kills Station which takes you right to Times Square. Complimentary breakfast has hot eggs patties, hash browns, yogurt, cereal, pastries and make your own waffles. I also recommend John Brown BBQ which has a great outdoor patio and the best BBQ I've ever had. The rooftop restaurant at Vista Sky Lounge was also a great place to eat. The food was very good and the view of the skyline is breathtaking. A fantastic trip!

Ha sido una buena elección A pocos metros de varias paradas de metro que te llevan a manhattan en 10 minutos pero alejado de todo el caos de la isla. Zona tranquila y segura. El hotel tranquilo y sin multitudes como son los hoteles de Manhattan. Buena limpieza por parte de las chicas que hacian las habitaciones, muy respetuosas y educadas. I rarely leave reviews, but the service staff at this hotel deserve recognition. Jefferson at the front desk started our stay off right by helping us find parking when their lot was listed full (he went to the security cameras and worked out a way to fit us). He later helped us change our reservation early enough to avoid fees when long stay plans changed by a day. The cleaning staff cleaned our room on the scheduled day -- even when we left the do not disturb sign up until 10:30 AM. At other hotels, we would have been skipped. And the breakfast staff kept the food full and the breakfast area clean in an NYC-level busy hotel -- not easy to do! The towels were SOFT, too, which means the management elects to change them frequently, ensuring a good guest experience. The water in the shower was very hot and had high pressure: two things that are premiums in NYC. All of this is evidence of a very well-run hotel in every position. We will be back if we ever stay in NYC again. (BTW, all the other stuff you read -- right next to train stations that make NYC easy to access -- are also true).

I recently stayed at this Hilton for 16 days during a work trip, and it was truly one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had. Finding a spacious, clean, and bright open-air facility in Manhattan is tough, but this place felt like a true home away from home. My room was incredibly comfortable, featured a wonderfully functional full-size kitchenette, and offered a spectacular city skyline view to die for. As a solo female traveler staying with two cats, safety and peace of mind were top priorities for me. The building is highly secure with key card access, the walls are thick enough that I never heard outside noise, and the housekeeping team was thorough and always available.The amenities and location are unbeatable. The train is quite literally one block away, rideshares are easy to get, and there is a late-night convenience store just across the street. Upper East Side Manhattan is just two stops/10 minutes away. Having daily breakfast included, access to a clean gym, a laundry service, and a stunning rooftop dining area made my extended stay effortless. What really sets this property apart, though, is the management and staff. Everyone at the front desk was remarkably kind, polite, and accommodating. Management went completely above and beyond by tracking me down and securing an Amazon package that was incorrectly delivered after my checkout, rather than just throwing it away. Whether you are booking for one day or an extended stay, I cannot recommend this hotel enough. It felt like a five-star experience from start to finish!

There was flight delays due rain storms, and there was people trying to get in people trying to get out and it was an absolute nightmare. Jefferson handles these problems a true professional, always kind and courteous, and always going out of his way for each and every He is an absolute star. He’s an asset to Hilton

I provided front desk feedback that at the breakfast setup, same pair of tongs were being used for meat and non-meat items. This cross contamination is totally unacceptable. Please separate out meat items asap.

Emplacement idéal à proximité directe du métro ligne W, N, Q, R pour être en 15mn à Manhattan et à 50mn de l'aéroport JFK en transport en commun. Quartier plutôt calme. Apple Gourmet Deli à 7mn à pied : épicerie qui propose des plats chauds et d'excellentes salades à composer très copieuses et à bas prix, en plus de la gentillesse du personnel de ce petit commerce. Petit déjeuner de l'hôtel correct avec choix de salé et sucré. Manque de fruits frais variés comme des agrumes (à part des pommes et des bananes pour les levés tôt) ainsi qu'absence de laitages natures comme des yaourts. Thé et café à disposition H24. Cuisine équipée dans notre chambre pour 6 avec un grand frigo mais la partie cuisson se limite au micro onde.

Ménage des chambres pas fait quotidiennement : nous avons fait les lits à 3 reprises pendant notre séjour. Chambre pour 6 : bien pour nous 4 adultes. Une salle de bain avec WC qui demande à s'organiser à 4 pour l'utilisation d'autant qu'il n'y a pas de toilettes dans la salle du petit déjeuner par exemple. A part les dames qui font le ménage, le personnel est moyennement agréable (pas souriant, peu ou pas de communication). Notamment ceux qui assurent le service du petit déjeuner qui ont l'air constamment agacés par les clients. Attention petit déjeuner terminé à 9h du lundi au vendredi (10h samedi dimanche) et pas de remplissage des produits manquants 20mn avant sous prétexte que la cafétéria va fermer bientôt. Tables de la cafeteria non nettoyées après utilisation donc sale si vous n'êtes pas les premiers. Beaucoup de monde entre 8 et 9h avec places limitées. La fréquentation de l'hôtel nous a interpellé : des voyageurs mal poli avec peu d'éducation : gaspillage alimentaire, utilisation des appareils à gauffre n'importe comment, aucun respect de l'attente devant le buffet (on passe devant sans s'excuser)... De même PRÉVOIR de payer une caution de 50€ par nuit (et non pour le séjour comme précisé dans les conditions de Booking) en arrivant en plus du tarif prévu. Cette caution est encaissé et restitué à posteriori. Enfin si vous laissez vos bagages en consignes : comptez 10€ par valise !!!! A 4400$ le séjour de 9 nuits, le tarif reste élevé pour un hôtel de gamme plus que moyenne.

My daughter had the good fortune of staying at this awesome hotel on her recent class trip to NYC. The beds were comfortable, the shower was a sizable with good water pressure, and there was ample counter space. The spot where the hotel is located felt safe and was close to the subway. She also liked the food each morning. For me, my daughter has food restrictions so I had to mail some snacks for her. The staff was kind and helpful. In fact, after sending a few things to the hotel for my daughter, I accidentally sent some expensive honey to the hotel via Amazon, which the wonderful manager Enzo successfully shipped back to me in California. There was another super helpful young man who helped me figure out how to ship things to and from the hotel, but I'm blanking on his name. Anyway, don't hesitate to book a room at this hotel, whether it's just you and your family or friends or 23 middle schoolers and 5 chaperones. You won't be disappointed!

Hotel bardzo czysty, pokój był sprzątany, świeże ręczniki i kosmetyki. Pokój z aneksem kuchennym doskonale wyposażony łącznie ze zmywarką, lodówką i kawiarką. Śniadania typowo amerykańskie, w formie szwedzkiego stołu, wystarczające, ale niestety brak warzyw. Przydało by się też więcej beconu. Mój pobyt: 22-30.05.2026 r.

Posizione ottima, vicino metro linea N e W, in 20 minuti sei quasi ovunque a New York. Per una famiglia italian la king suite è stata davvero perfetta, forse anche troppo grande, ma comoda, pulita e spaziosa. Servizi a colazione molto buoni per europei, ma poca scelta per chi soffre di intolleranza al lattosio (abbiamo sopperito con toast al burro di arachidi e marmellata). Personale sempre cordiale e disponibile per le necessità. Pulizia camera e cambio asciugamani molto frequente ma anche su richiesta se necessario. Nel seminterrato locale lavanderia con lavatrice e asciugatrice che si possono usare a pagamento con app dedicata (dove ricaricare il credito) e collegamento con bluetooth. Ripeto, ottima per famiglia italiana, noi eravamo 3 adulti e 1 bambino.

La scelta per la colazione per chi soffre di intolleranze o allergie potrebbe essere più ampia, ma è un suggerimento. I cuscini dei letti sostengono poco.

The room was clean, comfortable and well located. The staff was polite and helpful during the stay.

I was charged an additional $400 as a deposit and was informed this amount would be refunded after I paid the full stay with another card. However, more than 10 days have passed and the refund has not been processed. This unresolved billing issue is very disappointing.

Wir waren vor ein paar Jahren schon einmal hier und waren damals schon völlig zufrieden. Deswegen haben wir uns gar nicht erst die Mühe gemacht, etwas anderes zu suchen. Wir wurden auch dieses Mal nicht enttäuscht. Super Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

La chambre avec vue sur le skyline était super on avait devant nous l'Empire State Building, Chrysler Building, Summit, le petit déjeuner était copieux et varié (la viande changeait tous les jours), le lit était très confortable et à deux pas du métro c'était idéal.

Le canapé lit pour nos enfants n'était vraiment pas confortable, ils ont eu mal au dos. Nous n'avions pas de bouilloire.

We had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel and couldn’t be happier with our experience. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the staff, who were always kind, professional, and attentive. The atmosphere is relaxing and refined, making it a perfect place to unwind. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and very well-equipped. We were especially impressed by the high level of cleanliness throughout the entire property and the attention to detail in every aspect. A special mention goes to Cal, who helped us with an issue at check-out when we were at risk of missing our flight. Our flight got suspended due to blizzard and need to find another hotel which is nearer to LGA. Luckily i got points and used it to book. Here is my detailed review. 1. Location - accessible and near to subway serving Trains N and W. There were small restos and convenience store as well. 2. Room - as expected, we love it due to its space and amenities with it, like kitchenette, and living room. 3. Price - within mid-range but still worth it. 4. Amenities - we were not able to go around the hotel but i learned they have gym. Unfortunately, they don’t have any restaurant, though they do have a pantry section where you can buy some snacks. 5. Staff - thanks to Enzo, helped us to check in since that time the hilton app is not working. He also upgraded us to City View as a gold member. 6. Luggage storage fee - this is the first time i experienced getting charged for storing our luggage. Overall, it was a nice stay, primarily on the space provided inside the room.

Welcoming, cheerful staff, beautiful lobby and our suite was huge! We will definitely stay here again when we are visiting Brooklyn/Queens - one of our nicest NYC hotel experiences!

For my boyfriend's 22nd birthday I splurged on this hotel for 4 nights. It's his first time in the city, so we wanted a location that was close to public transportation yet quiet. The first night was great until the early morning of his birthday we were awoken by a screaming child in the room next to us. The screaming and banging went on for nearly 3 hours straight while we attempted to go back to sleep. I went down to the front desk where I talked to Enzo who helped us out immensely. He switched us to a new, quiet room within the hour. We appreciate the location, clean rooms, comfortable beds, and great customer service. Overall we got our money's worth!

I had the pleasure of staying at Home2 Suites by Hilton New York Long Island City / Manhattan View, and it was a very pleasant experience. The first thing I would like to point out is the location of the hotel. The subway station is right next to the hotel, literally steps away. This made it very easy to go to Manhattan. It was a huge relief to know that I could get to the subway station within 3 minutes of leaving the hotel, especially after a long day of sightseeing. I stayed in the Manhattan View room, and the view from there was simply amazing. As you can see from the pictures, the view of the skyline is simply beautiful, especially when the sun is shining. It was a treat to wake up to that view every morning. The room itself was clean, modern, and spacious for a New York hotel room. The room was laid out very well and was very comfortable. There was plenty of natural light, which was a bonus. The breakfast was also very good. The food was fresh and delicious, and there was a lot of variety. It was definitely a lot better than what I have come to expect from a hotel breakfast. The staff at the hotel were also very friendly and welcoming. They were very helpful whenever I had any questions. They definitely made the experience even more enjoyable. There are also convenient stores and a Dunkin’ Donuts nearby, which made it very easy to get snacks or coffee whenever I wanted. Overall, this hotel is definitely a great choice if you are looking for a hotel that is close to the subway station, has a great view of the Manhattan skyline, and has friendly staff. I would definitely stay here again.

Our stay here was very easy, comfortable which says a lot because it is in LIC/NYC. Convenient for Subway access and also has coffee shop , parking and Dunkin relatively close by. Cal Calderon was really helpful, approachable and really helped contribute to the success of this stay. 10/10 would stay here again.

Room set up was nice, it was quiet and staff was pleasant and welcoming. I also like that parking was available both street or valet.

Im confused how this place has so many good reviews! This is not a good hotel for the price!! The room is large and clean yes I agree. The staff is also nice and helpful! The issues i have are the rooms. The washroom has tape holding the counter together, there was hair in the shower. There is mold and the tub is not in good shape. The pull out couch makes noise every time you move on it and doesnt sit flat. The walls are overly thin and people were partying until 330am ! I did research before booking here. I spent $200 plus on a room for a night. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

The Hotel Staff was kind and very helpful. I liked the kitchenette that we had in our room, full with all the kitchen items you would ever need, and more. I really appreciated the cleanliness of our room. Housekeeping staff do a phenomenal job.

The room was a bit smaller than what I had thought from what was advertised, but other than that, it was a nice hotel, I would stay here again if I'm ever in Long Island City again.
