The facilities were really good.
The breakfast was not so good. It was cold. The vegetarian sausages were inedible.
Clean, great location, friendly Staff, great value for money.

Good hotel
Clean , bed was comfortable just what we needed
Nothing , everything was lovely
Staff were extremely helpful and friendly
Coffee station in reception could have been better stocked
Convenient location plus the air con
Got 2 £100 parking fines after paying for parking - took along time for hotel to resolve
Comfortable clean rooms with good shower/toilet facilities, youtube on TV was a bonus when travelling with a kid
Breakfast was additional charge, paid for 2 days at one, very poor quality but I suppose it was warm food, next time I wouldnt order. I paid for parking without being asked my registration which after a long drive I just wanted to get into my room, pointed this out to another member of staff who helped me out and said if a fine was sent to send it to the hotel with booking details and they would sort it out, 2nd member of staff was very helpful while the 1st seems nervy and unsure of his roles other then taking payments
Semplicità
Posteggio poco chiaro - per averlo devi entrare prima del hotel poi ti danno ľok pagando e poi puoi entrare... Peccato che la porta ingresso del hotel è oltre il posteggio e non è chiaro il come devi fare...
Clean new property
Nothing
Perfect for what we needed.
Very clean and friendly
The breakfast was lukewarm and no fried eggs or berries . Also the parking situation having to pay . I tried to book through accor as I'm a member but it wouldn't log on . I wouldn't of had to pay parking if I could have
Great welcome from staff all staff great room was great breakfast is great value all you can eat
There was nothing to dislike
All ok
Clean and tidy. Great staff
rooms really small . felt like a prison cell. room and faities pleasant. but down stairs for cup of tea. only one towel between the two of us. ok for one night only
Very clean, practical and comfortable bed. We really appreciated the air conditioning.
Not enough places to put things in the room - few more hooks and shelves would be good. Bedside shelf is too low & small, risk of toppling over my glass of water.
friendly helpfull Staff
having to request a room clean and change of towel
Arrived on one of the hottest days of the year and was beyond grateful that the room had ac. Also had probably o e of the most comfortable beds. Pub across the car park with well priced food.
Had to pay for the car park
The breakfast
Room was tiny and you could hear other rooms way down the corridor
Clean and tidy, easy check in, great facilities
Great location, parking and easy check in. Rooms were beautifully clean and tidy. Stayed whilst at Bloodstock.
Couple of staff were rude and breakfast wasn’t topped up regularly.
Cleanliness , convenience and staff

Return Visit and Standards as good as previous visits.
Paying extra for Parking
Booked for a colleague who enjoyed the stay.
The only issue we had is that we received a parking fine for the car park even though we had registered and paid for parking. We were told that there was an issue with they system and many people were receiving fines. Luckily we had kept the receipt but it still took a lot of fighting with Parking Eye to get the fine revoked.
Friendliness of the reception staff . Always polite and helpful
For the money I paid i was happy and can't complain
I stayed here for two nights while attending an agility show nearby. It's a budget hotel, and while the rooms are simple, it had everything I needed for my stay. The standout for me was the staff. Everyone I spoke to was really friendly and welcoming, especially the night team. I checked in quite late on Thursday evening with my Border Collie, and they made us both feel very welcome after a long drive. I was leaving the hotel between 5:30am and 6:00am each morning and didn't get back until late on Friday evening, so I didn't spend a huge amount of time there. However, it was clean, comfortable and exactly what I needed after long days at the agility show. If you're looking for an affordable, dog-friendly place to stay in the area, I'd happily recommend it.
reasonably priced
Very friendly staff
No glasses in the room. Had to go to reception to get a glass to have some water. No tea and coffee or kettle which, despite being a budget hotel, I would have expected
I really liked the mirror
Good
All good
The breakfast was great very tasty and lots to choose from. Location was great only 15 mins from the festival I attended.
The shower would get the floor soaking.
Cool room Good breakfast but often waiting for items to be replenished.
Budget in every sense, not enough room to swing a cat , deluxe room means a wall between bedroom and bathroom, bed uncomfortable, one other chair plastic , staff looked miserable and seemed everything a hassle. Same price as Best western mickleover room 3 times bigger and more comfortable
Air conditioning in room and stuff were super friendly on arrival
Everything
Nothing. Booked it through booking.com got a confirmation email to say room was €336, was overcharged by nearly €150
shower
Pleasant staff who were professional
Local was where I needed it to be near my cousin
The cost of parking is excessive. You shouldn't be charged for parking your car on the hotel premises
Don't get me wrong, it's very basic. But I was so impressed. The bed was comfy (I did have my own pillows though, so I can't vouch for the pillows) and the shower was phenomenal. Best hotel shower I've had for pressure. For a one night pit stop, it was perfect! Even had smart TV with Netflix etc. It had M&S and a cafe very nearby too, if you don't want the ibis breakfast
The toilet paper was awful
Great , well placed

clean and simple
The room was excellent. Bijou, but very well designed for a short stay. Bar area good. Parking great and proximity to the Cherry Tree Farm that served excellent and great value food in the evening, a real bonus.
Staff were great apart from when we arrived. Having checked in on-line, she informed us that particular IBIS doesn't support that, so we had to do a full check-in. She kept asking me to do something else when I was fully loaded with stuff, with no apology. Didn't offer us a second key. The lady who helped me later that evening when I needed the second key was a star.
Basic but easy to just bed down for the night. The staff were accommodating in my request for an accessible room.
The room smelt strongly of cigarette smoking which caused me to feel nauseous.
An easy stay with an excellent breakfast.
The number plate recognition actually degrades the security at the site, it was more secure when you were issued with a card!
Perfect location straight off the A38. Very clean and tidy. Basic but that is reflected in the price. Staff were brilliant. Chatty and interested. Going back in a few days for my 3rd stay
Comfortable beds, clean room, friendly & efficient staff, free WiFi, aircon. Quiet.
No plug socket near a mirror for hair dryer. Slightly grubby shower door. Only one tiny bedside shelf for 2 beds. One bedside light not working.

The hotel was lovely and clean. The staff are really friendly and helpful and the location is great. There are a few shops and eateries, even a pub within walking distance. Perfect place for a night stop over.
There wasn't anything we didn't like.
room basic some staff off hand
friendlier staff
Staff and location
Toilet too close to bed. Someone having a party in thier room until gone 3am. Contacted staff who didnt manage to stop it. Did they remove them after that night, no let them stay the rest of the seek.
Location and the staff were professional and kind.
Room set up, toilet is like a box, very tiny and the shower was very very small.
How easy access it was. Staff were lovely and friendly. Property was clean and every nice Staff are also helpful gave us extra pillows
The bed mattress wasn’t the comfiest but still good
It was clean
This is probably the worst type of buget "compact" room hotel. It was fine, clean and all that but wasn't as well done as the other chains
Compact room but for the price, was good value for money. Room was clean and functional for an overnight stay. Sink was inside the bedroom and you stepped straight in/out of the shower enclosure straight from the room. Only a one-size fits all hand/body wash was provided (so bring your own hair conditioner if you need it). No hairdryer in the room, but this can be borrowed from reception. Separate toilet cubicle. Parking was free (for Accor members) and location was convenient. There is a pub, chinese take-away, charity shop, petrol station, sandwich bar and cafe very closeby. Complimentary tea/coffee (instant sachets) at reception, 24 hours a day
Receptionist very polite and extremely helpful.
Cleaners knocking on door when do not disturb was clearly displayed
Everything stay was great for what you pay for.
Shower in the room. Not alot of privacy.
The bed was comfortable
Pillows were not comfortable
It was the perfect location for what we needed and on a budget, the water was hot, and the bed was comfortable. What more do you need?
Nothing, it was a very comfortable stay.
The price was amazing, I had a couple issues with the check in which the team helped me out with and were brilliant, polite and very helpful!!!
Everything was clean and fresh
Room was a little small and cramped
Staff were friendly
Filthy rooms, awful layout, top bunk wasn't secure, no sheet on top bunk, floor slippery in shower
Clean ,practical ,convenient
Air conditioning did not work or was not easy to work and staff couldn't get it to work either
Pleasantly surprised clean modern simple modular but practical clean and offered a good night rest.
Missing a glass for water.
Friendly staff . Comfortable bed
Room smelt damp
Well i bought a pet dog and i wanted a bed for him too
The area cause I wasn't aloud to bring my dog in the local pub and and the room was a bit small
Great value for money. Chef's homemade chilli was lovely
