The property is in a great location. Very close walking distance to the shops to the harbour to the train station . it was very clean and it had great facilities with the kitchen. The bed was comfortable. It was quiet . Easy check in and check out. I would stay here again.

The location, the staff, the fact that it was clean

Very noisy overall, including during the night. The AC in the room was old and loud, we had a balcony but we could not use it because there were big fans from the central system just in front and it made it impossible. Also, the elevator that was close to our room was making constant noises, including during the night.

위치가 매우좋음. 건물 뒷골목이 지하철역이고, 좀 걸어나가면 강이고, 반대로 좀 걸어가면 호시우역근처로 가이드 투어집결지이면서, 트램도 걸어가서 탈수 있고, 근처 먹을데도 많음. 여러모로 위치가 관광하기도, 동선도 효율적임. 엘레베이터도 있어서 캐리어 옮기기 편하고, 매일 청소서비스를 해줘서 쾌적함.

Room was ok. It was clean, equipped with basic amenities and kitchen equipment. Spacious kitchen area. Bedroom was comfortable and decent size.

The side view terrace was enclosed by neighbor's brick walls. Surrounded by AC units which were loud and hot! The terrace was unusable and definitely should not be considered as a feature. The loud noise from the AC units kept us awake for most of the nights. Soundproofing was non-existent. The water from the shower head ran from above the rain shower head and toppled over the side of the shower head so it felt like you were under a hosepipe. The laminate flooring had gaps and sharp edges which made for uncomfortable walking and cuts on feet.

Una estancia fantástica en pleno centro de Lisboa. El apartamento está en una ubicación perfecta, cerca de todo y resulta muy cómodo para disfrutar de la ciudad a pie. Todo estaba limpio, cuidado y tal como aparece en las fotos. Sin duda, repetiríamos y lo recomendamos totalmente para una estancia en Lisboa. ¡10/10! 🇵🇹✨

Sinceramente, no encontramos ningún aspecto negativo durante nuestra estancia. Todo fue perfecto y, además, el trato fue excelente. Incluso nos facilitaron el check-in antes de la hora prevista para adaptarse a nuestros horarios de los tours, lo cual agradecimos muchísimo. También nos permitieron dejar las maletas antes y, cuando volvimos, ya nos las habían dejado en la habitación. Un detalle que demuestra la atención y preocupación por el huésped. ¡No podemos poner ninguna pega! Repetiríamos sin duda. 😊

The location was excellent! We had a balcony, view and everything was in walking distance. We were also surprised that daily housekeeping was included and there was a washer/dryer on the floor. That was so appreciated! The bed was comfy and the closet space was plenty. This was great value and would highly recommend it for couples travelling together.

The lack of shelving or counter space in the bathroom. There isn't any and made it a bit challening getting ready. Also, the lighting was not bright enough in the bathroom.

Location and facilities

There was a very annoying noise coming from the elevator. As well, the floor was very 'crunchy' and made a lot of noise when walking around. The A/C wasn't the best and my husband was quite warm at night.

The proximity to the shopping, the water, rooftop bars…to be honest…it’s pretty central to most things. If not, use Bolt (not taxi’s as they fleece you…thieving scoundrels) to get around. There are heaps of them and the cars are really clean and pretty quick to pick you up

My room was super tiny…but there was only one of me so it was ok. The floor tiles needed a bit of attention as some had started to lift and were hard on the feet if you walked around bare foot.

The location is amazing and the room was great. Also very helpful staff!

広々して部屋は明るく、とても快適でした。 アパートメントタイプですが、ほぼずっとレセプションにスタッフの方がいらっしゃるのはとても便利で心強かったです。早朝に出発しましたが、キーカードを部屋に残すだけでよく、簡単でした。

どこから聞こえてくるのかわからないのですが音楽の低い音が昼から22:00を過ぎても響いていました。外も隣も上も静かなのに。。。 ちなみに自分はとても神経質なので普通の人は気にならないレベルだろうと思います。（妻は聞こえるけど平気と言ってましたw)

L'appartamento è in uno stabile dotato di ascensore ed è dotato di tutto il necessario per soggiornare, pulito, gestito da staff cortese e discreto. La posizione è centrale e strategica per visitare la città. La notte era piuttosto silenzioso quindi abbiamo potuto riposare bene.

La doccia era molto grande e piacevole, in tutto quello spazio consiglierei di aggiungere un ripiano per appoggiare shampoo e bagnoschiuma così da non doverli mettere per terra e doverli tutte le volte recuperare da lì.

Centralt, mycket rent och enkelt på alla sätt. Bra AC höll rummet svalt och skönt, underbar fransk balkong mot gatan, bra fönsterdörrar som stängde ute ljudet. Lätt att ha kontakt med personalen som svarade inom några minuter när vi hade frågor. Gulligt pentry, bekvämt på alla sätt. Rekommenderar varmt!

Has a sufficient kitchen and very sufficient for 2 ppl. Great location. Safe quiet albeit being in a touristy area. Steps from cafe Braselieri oldest cafe in Portugal. Michelin star restaurant near by. Walkable to all must see places. Receptionist helpful.

Washer and dryer takes forever ( Miele) and not fault of Dream . Chiado. Free w laundry soap provided. .

Está muy bien situado. De ahí te mueves a donde quieras en poco tiempo. Muy limpio. Hay muchísimos sitios para desayunar, comer....muy cerca.

No hay recepción como tal. Si necesitas algo,tienes un tlfno de contacto para avisarles. La verdad es que son rápidos en atenderte.

Location was great, the room was pretty, clean and spacious. Big bathroom, which was appreciated.

The check-in instructions came in a WhatsApp message like an hour before check-in time and we didn't have mobile data, so it was very hard to get in, and it seems like it's a regular problem, so definitely need to improve that and send instructions with more anticipation.

The dryer they had did not dry our clothes. The staff was kind enough to take it to a nearby properly to dry it but the ordeal took 2 days.

The location was great, right in the middle of town and close to public transport, shops restaurants etc. The appartment was very cosy and well appointed but a little small when you add a couple of large suitcases. The appartment was a little run down and clean but there was a sewer smell in the apartment coming from the bathroom drains that unfortunately would not go away and was attributed to the old plumbing in the building by the staff. The staff did their best to try and get rid of the smell for us but it kept coming back after an hour or so.

The sewer smell ruined our stay. Even though the appartment was clean the sewer smell made it feel dirty! Smelling other peoples faeces was not our idea of a romantic stay in a beautiful old apartment.

El departamento es amplio y las camas son muy cómodas, pero la cocina no está equipada, faltan utensilios, no había servilletas, sólo dos platos, dos tazas y ni siquiera cubiertos. La verdad es que con muy poquito este departamento puede ser un diez, sólo falta un poco de amor a los detalles, pensar en el huésped y su experiencia.

Podría haber estado equipado para poder desayunar y comer ahí (con servilletas, cubiertos, condimentos básicos, etc).

We really enjoyed our stay here. We loved the location, the shops, the restaurants and the staff were very helpful and friendly. There is a lift, our apartment was cleaned every day and we received fresh towels. We would stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay! Although we arrived early in the morning, the host kindly allowed us to drop off our luggage while the room was being prepared. They let us know as soon as it was ready around noon, and we really appreciated their flexibility and thoughtfulness. The room was well equipped with everything we needed for a short stay, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. The kitchenette, complete with a microwave and basic utensils, was both practical and convenient. The location was fantastic, with the Elevador de Santa Justa and Arco da Rua Augusta just a short walk away. It was the perfect base for exploring many of the city's attractions on foot. We would happily stay here again.

There was clear communication ahead of time and reception was present and ready for me at check-in. The room was handsome and well-appointed. There was an elevator, which was nice. The space was clean and the furniture/bed were comfortable.

My room was on the first floor, facing the road. This was cool in a way but also made for a lot of noise. I needed to take a nap mid-day and was totally unable to sleep because of noise from shops below.

Great location! Cute boutique style apartment. Included coffee, tea, shampoo/conditioner, hair dryer. They pay attention to detail - they even had washing machine pods to do laundry. The staff was great. When she first checked us in, we were early and we could leave our bags to walk around.

Couldn’t figure out how to English Speaking TV channels. Not the fault of this place, just user error in. It being able to figure it out.

Beautiful apartment with everything you need. It was nice having the balcony to have coffee and get fresh air. Very quiet street and nice, safe building. Tons of options right out the door including food (ramen right on the corner!), grocery store, drinks, transportation, trams and sights.

It is in the heart of a very busy, touristy section so be prepared for big crowds as soon as you step out the door. It was a big overwhelming. Ask for local restaurant recommendations!

De ruime kamer met klein keukentje en badkamer van alle wensen voorzien. Ruime, goeie bedden, zeer ruime en schone badkamer. Een toplocatie en voorzien van lift en op loopafstand van de meeste topattractie’s. o.a. De Rua Augusta en de Taag, waar veel activiteiten plaats vinden op muziek en dans gebied. Aan te bevelen is de hop-on/hop-of bus. 3 routes laten je van heel Lissabon genieten.

La ubicación es ideal, la limpieza del apartamento es espectacular ya que se limpia cada dia y por ultimo la atención de la chica de la recepción es genial y muy amable.

Solo por ponerle un pero sería que la parte de la cocina si podrian poner un poco mas de jabón y alhuna toalla para limpiar.
