Location isn't ideal for the main sights in Parma

L hôtel est bien et bien situé avec un parking facile. Le déjeuner n est pas terrible, les présentoirs sont petits et donc vite vides or il leur faut 10 minutes pour remplir à nouveau les présentoirs. Le premier jour le café n était pas terrible, le second le café était ok.

On a dîné un soir, ce n était pas super. Je conseille d aller manger en ville. La lasagne était sèche et n avait pas beaucoup de goût. Mon tiramisu était mauvais, je devais casser le biscuit.

The hotel was a lovely old elegant property , tastefully set out and immaculately clean . The staff were attentive and very helpful , particularly Sofia on reception who arranged a bottle of champagne for us (as it was our honeymoon) and booked us onto a tour of Parma ham , parmigiano and balsamic production (very good) The gym equipment was older but worked sufficiently well . The breakfast was good .

We both felt the hotel was more of a four star rating . When most things worked fine -there weren’t any luxuries to speak of . The pillows on the bed were particularly hard - a small thing but an important one! Evening meal was disappointing and nothing special I’m afraid particularly the lasagne - tiny and crispy!

Geen wifi - personeel aan de receptie onbekwaam en niet luisterend naar de problemen van de bezoekers.

Chiedono la carta di credito al check in e prelevano subito l'intero importo. Poi in camera trovi linea cortesia di un albergo 3 stelle, (quelle con le bustine); doccia insensata, senza piatto doccia, devi stare scalzo sul pavimento, senza box doccia, solo tenda. Non si vedevano canali RAI ne MEDIASET per guasto alla rete wi-fi e non hanno tolto neanche un centesimo. Colazione molto deludente, con selezione di prodotti di scarsissimo livello. Arredamento delle camere inquietante.

Sehr freundliches Personal (Grazie Sofia) ! Reichhaltiges Frühstück und ausgezeichnetes Abendessen. Leider hat das Restaurant keine besonders einladende Atmosphäre , aber der Garten ist wirklich schön zum Sitzen.

Eigentlich ist alles fein, es könnte nur ein bisschen charmanter gestaltet werden.

Hotel is exceptionally nice, interior and exterior design top notch. Facilities very nice.Staff is accommodating and very nice. Food was good. Wouldn’t mind coming back again if in the area.

Ein ganzen Tag kein WLAN, schlecht, wenn man zwischendurch arbeiten muss. Die Matratze war extrem hart, ebenso das Kissen.

The room was lovely. The view outstanding. The spa was so relaxing, as was the pool It was a really wonderful weekend for me and my family.

While the bathroom was lovely, the handles for the faucets in the sink are terribly difficult to turn off with wet hands. It's not the best design. Also, for such a grand hotel, the ironing boards, we borrowed twice, were quite uneven making ironing both difficult and dangerous. Unexpected as an ironing board is not expensive.

It’s the most beautiful place in Parma

Elegant and beautiful hotel with 6 m ceilings in the rooms . Beds are excellent . Breakfast if very good . Parking is in the cite , in the territory and in the garage also. There I a fitness center but small .

This is a huge palace-like hotel with great big entranceways, lobbies and the rooms were also quite large. We had a suite with two rooms in it which was exceptionally lovely and comfortable. The staff were very helpful and friendly throughout the stay and the breakfast was very good. The parking garage underneath the property is huge and also has electric chargers. Definitely recommend this place.

The hotel is at about 10 to 15 minute walk to the main sites of the town. It’s a nice walk but the overall location of the hotel was a tad shady.

La struttura in generale è molto bella, la colazione è varia e di qualità con prodotti per intolleranti e celiaci, personale cordiale e altamente professionale.

Cura delle aree esterne, il giardino potrebbe essere più curato e pulito, invece trasmette un senso di tracuratezza. Orario chiusura Bar andrebbe portato almeno alle 23 rispetto alle 22.30 attuali.

The restaurant was very much below expectation, service good but the food was not great.

O camera in mansanrda cu terasa - asta am cerut, care avea aer conditionat in camera ( adica aparatul in camera in picioare langa usa de balcon) care oricum nu facea fata, camera avand orientare sudica, caldura groaznica aparatul facea o galagie ingrozitoare, apa suplimentara in camera nu, aparatul de cafea nu functioneaza, deci DEZAMAGITOR SI TRIST!😢 😢😢personal putin , care nu stie engleza , prea putin amabil ca nu intelegea ce doresti, sala sport o chestie obscura! In parcul lor superb nu se putea sta deoarece te omorau tantarii , exista solutii pentru asa ceva! Trist si dezamagitor!

Notre chambre était magnifique, très spacieuse, d’une propreté irréprochable et particulièrement confortable. Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié la qualité de l’accueil et du service. De la réception au personnel du restaurant, du petit-déjeuner et d’étage, toujours aimable et accueillant, nous avons retrouvé partout la même attention, le même professionnalisme et un véritable sens de l’hospitalité. On se sent réellement reçu, et cela fait toute la différence. La salle à manger est par ailleurs très belle et le service au restaurant excellent. Le parking couvert, très facile d’accès, a également été un véritable atout pendant la forte chaleur. Une très belle adresse, que nous retrouverons avec grand plaisir.

The best hotel In Parma All was perfect I have been 3 times during 7/2026 Definitely I will come back again on the next business trip in north Italy..

De kamers waren zeer mooi ,erg ruimen en hadden een prachtige badkamer. Het ontbijt was uitgebreid en lekker.

Door de aanhoudende hitte, geraakten de kamers niet echt gekoeld maar het personeel deed er alles aan om ons een koelere kamer te geven.

Property is fine, with great park. Good parking facilities. Quite neighborhood.

Breakfast was averidge, concerning that we are at the heart of italian food industry. Pasty can be found better quality in neighboring bar. Bar on Ground floor is working untill 22.00, so there is no place to have a drink after this time. We stayed there for 2 nights. First night kind lady from reception served us a digestive after bar was closed. Second evening other lady refused to serve us. Quite confusing...

The hotel interior is very impressive. The location is perfect if you are travelling by car (as it's outside the ZTL zone) and there's ample, albeit paid parking. Breakfast was solid, but nothing to write home about. Our room was of a good size, and the bed was comfortable. The high ceiling is definitely impressive, and two showers in the bathroom were an interesting touch even if not very useful ;) The staff was always pleasant and helpful.

There's no ramp at the main entrance, and no one is present there to help. I pulled my back on the day we arrived, and getting our bags up the stairs was a bit of an unwelcome challenge. Later, I learned that you can go around the back and there's an elevator there, but no way to learn this ahead of time. There were two complimentary packs of water when we arrived, but those were never replenished on the subsequent days. For a fairly expensive hotel, this doesn't feel like something you would try to save on (or try to profit on the minibar). Especially, when it's 35C outside. For such a massive building, there's literally nothing to do in the hotel itself. Even the lobby area feels more suitable as a waiting space for getting checked in rather than a place where you can just sit and relax. You need to walk 10-15+ minutes to almost any place of interest. Not a huge deal, but it gets tiring quickly, especially when it's hot outside. A fine compromise when you come there by car, but not so much if driving/parking is not on your radar.

Beautifully located and well appointed. Very comfortable and the restaurant is very good. The downstairs bathroom, whilst large, spacious and luxurious, precludes anyone with disability issues, but otherwise throughly recommend.

Besonders gefallen haben uns die Terasse und die hochwertige Atmosphäre des Hotels. Alles war sehr sauber, gepflegt und stilvoll eingerichtet. Man merkt, dass viel Wert auf Qualität und Details gelegt wird. Auch die Lage hat uns gut gefallen.

Bei unserem zweiten Aufenthalt ist uns leider aufgefallen, dass das Hotel personell sehr knapp besetzt wirkte. Die Mitarbeiter, die da waren, waren durchweg freundlich und haben sich sichtbar Mühe gegeben. Allerdings hat das im Service zu deutlichen Einschränkungen geführt. Beim Frühstück wurden die Tische beispielsweise nicht abgeräumt, während man noch dort saß, und draußen kam keiner vorbei, um Getränkebestellungen aufzunehmen. Insgesamt hatten wir den Eindruck, dass mehr Servicepersonal den Aufenthalt deutlich angenehmer gemacht hätte.

A localização fica a 15 minutos do centro histórico e o bairro não parece seguro para andar a pé. Muitas pessoas estranhas nos quarteirões ao redor. Embora confortável, faltam itens no quarto que deixariam mais funcional, como tomadas ao lado da cama.

The staff were friendly and helpful when approached. The property, location, and building is beautiful and convenient with great parking and disability access. The breakfast was good with lots of options and wonderful fresh juice. The mattress and facilities are comfortable *see what I did not like.

The cooling system takes a lot of time to reduce the temperature. It was around 0,2 degrees Celcius per 45 minutes if the temperature gauge was correct. Subsequently when we left the property, I asked for a second key to set it in the slot to keep the cooling going to prepare the room for our sleep. We were told that a staff member would handle it for us. It did not happen. The second issue was the cooling turning off on its own despite the card being in the slot and it becoming uncomfortably warm again. This led to our sleep being rather poor despite the comfy mattresses and large bed. The third thing was people entering the room late in the evening/night - the room having accidentally been double booked. Certain this was an unusual and rare experience.

This is my favorite hotel in Parma! Perfect location, beautiful rooms and super clean!

The location is not far from the center but in a somewhat edgy neighborhood.

We hadden een mezzanine kamer, de slaapkamer was op het gelijkvloers, de badkamer naar beneden, deze gaf uit op de nooduitgang. Enkel deze gang werd tevens door het personeel gebruikt met luide muziek in de namiddag en luidruchtig gepraat. We hadden gevraagd naar een laadpaal, deze bleek niet te werken ? Het ontbijt was vooral gefocust op kwantiteit maar helemaal niet op kwaliteit…

Een mooi hotel in Parma. Het hotel oogt schoon en verzorgd, de tuin is ook goed bijgehouden. Goede parkeergarage voor 15€ per dag/nacht. Onze kamer had een mooi balkon en de douche was ontzettend ruim! Heerlijk ontbijt met veel biologische producten!

De airco is ontoereikend, vooral voor een 5-sterren hotel. Kamer werd niet ‘kouder’ dan 25,8 graden… Verder jammer dat er geen strijkijzer aanwezig is en dat de föhn eigenlijk geen föhn te noemen is. Dat maakt het geen 5-sterren hotel, vind ik.

Das Personal war freundlich und zugewandt. Der Park war ebenfalls sehr schön. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit dort und das Essen war auch sehr lecker.

Bei der Ankunft mussten wir am Duschvorhang Spuren identifizieren, die sich später als Blutspuren herausgestellt haben, was etwas ekelhaft war und das vorhandene Fitnessstudio hatte kaum bis wenig Angebote und nur sehr grundlegende Ausrüstung. Bar und Restaurant schon um 22:00 Uhr geschlossen – geht gar nicht!

Joli palace sans prétentions

Il y a une faute impardonnable qui est le manque d'intimité pour les toilettes. La salle de bain est à l'étage inférieur mais totalement dépourvue de porte ce qui fait qu'il y a une vue plongea sur le wc des qu'on s'apprête à descendre l'escalier qui y amene.

The airconditioner in the room was not capable of lowering the temperature. At night it was 26,5 C. The rest of the hotel was nice and cool… The location of the hotel was not in a great neighborhood. But easy walk to the city center

The hotel entrance is pretty.

The hotel Room had a bad smell. Like it was closed for a long time and almost as if someone was smoking there. Also, the breakfast information was misleading and we got charged for it.

Om de badkamer te bereiken moet je een steile ronde trap af. Voor kinderen en gasten die slecht ter been is dit heel ongemakkelijk.

I booked the hotel first making sure that it had air conditioning. You did. It never occurred to me that I needed ti check if it worked in hot weather. it did but not enough to cool the room to 20 degrees. So whilst the hotel was very nice I would never stay again at this property or any other property you own as I feel I was missold. It should have said air conditioning ineffective. Such a pity as everything else was excellent.

Die Lage ist sehr zentral und dennoch ruhig. Das Frühstück war gut von der Auswahl und vom Service her.

Rooms were immaculate , I did not realize that bathroom was at a lower level when I initially booked . I was very apprehensive during the night to use the toilet.

This Hotel was the first stop on our Honeymoon. It was Perfect. Beautiful rooms. Beautiful Hotel and nice breakfast. Parking Right outside or in an underground parking. Our dog was welcome: they got beds for the dog, bowls and Even a present for him.. a toy, Portable bowl, bags, and something to Snack. That’s really attentive thank you. The staff from the reception and Restaurant ist really really nice and we ejoyed our stay.

You have to know that if you book the junior suite you have to walk down the stairs to get to the bathroom. We are young so it’s fine but if your older book another room without stairs.

Sehr gutes Preisleistungsverhältniß. Sehr gute eingerichtet, sowohl das Zimmer wie die öffentlichen Bereiche. Frühstück war o.K. Das Auto kann man sicher im Außenbetrich parken. Zentrum ist fußläufig erreichbar.

Der Außenbereich war zunächst für das Frühstück nicht vorgesehen.

בטיול האחרון של חודש יוני 2026 היינו ב 10 מלונות באיטליה. ללא צל של ספק, זה המלון הכי מפואר, הכי נוח, עם חדר ענק, מקלחת ענקית, מזגן מדהים. ארוחת בוקר מדהימה. ואפילו אכלנו ארוחת ערב נהדרת במלון עצמו וחסכנו מלחפש מסעדה אחרת. החנייה בחינם וזה הפליא אותי. כי באיטליה אין דבר כזה חניה בחינם. במילאנו שילמתי 45 יורו ליום חניה, חניתי יומיים ושילמתי 90 יורו. המלון עצמו הוא ארמון לשעבר, והעיצוב מדהים. ממש כמו לגור בארמון.... חוויה מדהימה. אין הרבה מלונות מהסוג הזה וחבל. אבל, אין לשכוח שמדובר במלון של 5 כוכבים דה לוקס. בברכה, יוסי דה-וולף

לא אהבתי שהייתי במלון רק לילה אחד. הייתי נשאר בו לפחות עוד יומיים. אבל הזמנתי מלון במילאנו והיינו חייבים לעזוב. אין שום דבר לא טוב להגיד על המלון הזה.
