Location was great to start each day. Low traffic noise in the evening. And the wine in the frig was a nice touch.

The downstairs bed, a pull-out couch, was hard to sleep on, needs an extra pad for comfort.

The location was great, right by the colosseum, quite a few restaurants in the area. The room was good and clean. Overall a nice place to stay

The location is great! Just a short walk from the colosseum. Surrounded by many food options. The room itself was very cozy. The bed was extremely comfortable!

The shower drain was clogged and the bathroom was out of supplies. We also couldn't drop off our luggage there since the attendant was not available the whole afternoon.

El apartamento está en una buena zona, con muchos restaurantes, zonas de interés, transporte público.... las camas son cómodas. Al estar más de tres noches nos pusieron un transfer de vuelta al aeropuerto.

Lo que no me gustó es que el apartamento no está exactamente donde pone en inicio en Booking. Algunos de los alojamientos si que están al lado del Colisseo pero otros, como el nuestro, están más lejos, a 10 minutos andando. Al llegar el transfer del propio Booking nos dejó en la direccion principal pero luego resulta que no era ahí. Es verdad que revisando la reserva a detalle ponía la dirección final pero es la primera vez que me pasa esto porque no viene claramente indicado cuando haces la reserva inicial y siempre que buscas por el nombre. Bellezza Al Colesseo pone la dirección general. Debería venir más claramente indicado o tener distintos alojamientos cada uno con su ubicación. Podía tener microondas.

We thought there'd be a safe but couldn't find one. I'm not sure that I'd qualify the courtyard as a view. lol

Appartment is big enough for a family, we travelled as 2 adults and 3 children. 2 bathrooms, equipped kitchen, beds are comfortable and enough space in each room, clean and nice. Perfect location, Colosseum view from balcony! We loved our stay.

I really liked the surprise bubbly, and the location is great! Free transfer from airport to hotel was fantastic! The restaurant downstairs is a hidden gem, best food I got in Rome.

The entrance to shower is quite narrow. Some neighbours are noisy, but couldn't have problems to fall into sleep.

Lo mejor del apartamento es la ubicación, a tiro de piedra del coliseo y en una zona muy tranquila (sorprendentemente) de Roma, puedes ver ir a todo el foro romano en cuestión de minutos. Las instalaciones son muy correctas, todo limpio y se agradecen los numerosos radiadores de toda la casa para mantenerla caliente a la hora de volver, la verdad que ha sido una experiencia muy buena y estamos muy contentos de nuestra elección de alojamiento.

El único punto que le podemos encontrar es que el WiFi no funcionó y había una persiana que no se abría, pero, a decir verdad, son menudeces que no empeoran de manera notable la experiencia.

Manque de propreté au niveau du sol et situation non conforme au descriptif car c est la conciergerie qui est placé a l endroit référencé sur le site internet. L appartement lui est situé plus loin.

Excelente localização! Quarto com vista para o Coliseu, que fica a pouquíssimos metros de distância, e com tudo o que pudesse ser necessário para descansar de forma confortável. Supermercado na rua de trás, é bastante conveniente. Funcionários sempre disponíveis através de plataforma online.

A mim não me suscitou qualquer problema, mas para pessoas com menos entendimento de apps, e tecnologias, talvez seja um pouco confuso o sistema de abertura de portas, na 1a vez que se chega ao alojamento.

The apartment was in a good location bit many ofnthe negative reveiws were spot on; the beds were uncomfortably hard, butnwe had space in the rooms. The shower was tiny and not draining properly. Overall was clean, but was not what we were looking for; the advertisement shows rooms and views that are not necessarily the room you'll get. Ie there was balcony when that was the primary pic in the add. The staff who helped us were kind, the cafe outside was small & delightful. Ultimately the room was "fine" and you'll get what you pay for in comparison to other options around the city.

I feel like I can hear everything and everyone in the other rooms talking, and vice versa. I didn’t feel I was getting a lot of privacy as it needed better insulation. It was very cute but I think they could’ve done better with the pictures of the place because I thought I was getting balcony in a different room. It was little confusing in Expedia. Overall, excellent staff, very kind and was clean.

Excellent location, lots of room, clean. Very comfortable. The only reason I didn’t give it 5/5 is the radiator in the master bedroom was very noisy. Overall I would definitely recommend this property.

The location is fantastic - easy walking distance to the colosseum and to public transport links. Also lots of restaurants nearby and a couple of small shops to buy essentials from. The apartment is comfortable and much more spacious than a hotel room. There’s a lift available to take you up to the apartment floor, which was helpful with luggage. It was also a nice touch that a transfer was provided to the airport as we were staying 5 nights.

The kitchen was missing basics - no forks, only 2 glasses and 2 plastic cups, only 2 plastic bowls. The adapter for the kettle in the kitchen didn’t work so needed to be plugged into the living room. There were quite a few ants in the kitchen and bathrooms, even being on the 2nd floor. Only one bathroom had a useable shower as there is no shower curtain in the other bathroom, which was inconvenient with a family of four. The walls are also quite thin so the sound from the apartments on either side can be clearly heard.

Hi property was clean and it had a lot of amenities around it. It was in the high end of Rome residential area but the pictures on Expedia are almost fake. It does not represent the real property which is very antique. It is a very old Apartment but very well kempt . You have to be very careful in using equipment because if you damage it some of the equipments are not replaceable And you may lose your deposit handles on the doors are quite loose and if you’re carrying a lot of luggage with you the elevator is very old-fashioned about 60 to 50 years old elevator in which you have to be careful in closing the doors and the fence. It can only take two big bags. You have to make several trips up and down to transfer your luggage but the service manager Sigeo is always available. He’s very helpful. Futon in the property is very uncomfortable to sleep on.

Close to Coloseum, AC was great. Kitchenette nice - lighter didn’t work to light stove, so we ended up not using it. Shower really small but nice. Plenty of hot water. Cool,old building. Shuttle from airport and to port was great extra that we paid for.

I did not receive any benefit. Pictures doesn’t look like my room or the apartment that we got it was a little deceiving. I would not stay there again.

Family vacation in Rome. Unit has a good location near Colosseum. Easy check-in, responsive owners, clean rooms and good air-conditioning. Overall a good value. Our only complaint is the bed mattresses are a bit firm. A mattress topper would help.

We recently stayed (7/20-7/23) at this location in Rome for the first time, drawn by its convenient location (walking distance to the Colosseum). We booked two apartments, #14 and #38, which were about a 5-minute walk apart. Unfortunately, our stay had several issues. When we arrived at 6 pm, we couldn't access apartment #14 due to a faulty door lock. Despite calling multiple phone numbers listed, no one answered, and we were forced to spend the first night in apartment #38. We had a group of 10 people, 5 kids and 5 adults. The kids were stressed, tired, and crying after a long flight, which made the situation even more challenging. A staff member eventually fixed the lock the next day, and we were able to move into apartment #14. However, our stay in apartment #38 also had an issue. On the second day, the boiler broke down, and it wasn't fixed for the remainder of our stay. We were scheduled to stay for 3 nights. The hotel offered a 10% discount for the 2 nights (boiler issues that had no warm water for shower) and a 1-night reimbursement for apartment #14, but the process was cumbersome, and we had to file a claim through Expedia. We were also asked to pay city/local tax, which we were prepared to pay but it was a higher price from what Expedia was showing. Given the short duration of our stay (3 nights) and the numerous issues we encountered, we wouldn't recommend this hotel despite its location. The experience was disappointing, and we wouldn't stay here again.

Leider kein eigener Parkplatz. Parkhaus in direkter Nähe (150 m) ist recht teuer.

The check in manager was very nice. The facilities stated it was looking at collesium and it was not our view was orher apartments windows. The office is in a different location and may have a better view of the collesium. If you are in bigger side the shower is really small. Bedrooms had split units but it was still hot for us. But at least they had that. Area is not so good. We were followed a few times by locals and we had to say something.

This is a bait and switch property! The apartment is in a terrible neighborhood and the site is not what is listed on Expedia Cockroaches in the kitchen no balcony or living room just beds with a closed off for view of another dirty window in the shabbiest part of the coliseum area ! We have been to Rome many times and this was a scam property the shower was minuscule and broken hand held shower head ( we are small people and had issues fitting I asked for a two bedroom space with kitchen and sitting area was shown pictures of beautiful places which I paid well over 800$ dollars for two nights six months prior we had decided to try a different area then usual because of the crowds but it was one of the worst ! Don’t go! Wet cleaning rags that smelled pillows without cases I could go on but it’s was a prison cell that the management said I booked and would not let me get a word in it WAS not I’m a seasoned Expedia gold member and I know Rome this was a scam

Friendly staff and amazing location

Absolutely fantastic! The owner was very nice and place is beautiful as advertised. Colosseum right outside. Next time in Rome will be there again.

We enjoyed our stay in this apartment while in Rome. It’s a very large apartment and was nice for our family of four to be able to spread out. The location is wonderful. Lots of restaurants in the area and a joy to walk out every day and see the Colosseum. It was great to have the Colosseum Metro stop right there and there’s also a taxi stand so no matter where we needed to go it was convenient. The only reason I knocked off a star is that there was a very strange funky smell in the apartment. It smelled like someone was roasting two pans of brussels sprouts all day long. When you were in the apartment for a while, you would get used to it, but when you would come in From a day of sightseeing, the smell would hit you hard. I believe it is a dry drain plumbing issue. I think they are aware of it because there are many gallons of air freshener in the closet with cleaning supplies, but they didn’t really seem to help. Overall, I would still stay here again, but I do feel that the smell issue needs to be noted.

Great place to stay for a family. 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, pull out couch, kitchen, wash machine. No dryer, but racks to hang up to dry clothes. Great location about a 10-15 minute walk to Colosseum. Nice restaurants to walk to all around. Staff communicated well and was helpful.

It was perfect for our family of 5. We really enjoyed how it was quiet but also just a short walk to the colosseum. We loved walking around and enjoying all the different shops and restaurants! It was wonderful having a washing machine as well- it helped so much! Highly recommend!

This location was centrally located only a 10 minute walk from the collesseo. There were plenty of wonderful restaurants around and the Metro stations for both A and B line were easy to access.

The listed location is quite a bit closer to the colleseum than the actual location. Everything else was wonderful.

This large apartment was very well located near to the Colosseum, and there was so much to see within walking distance. The apartment had all we needed and was a great base to see Rome

Location was right around the corner from the coliseum and many restaurants. The apartment had a lift which was very nice to have. The office entrance then apartment inside was secure and nice to have staff onsite.

The room was beautiful. The mattress sagged a bit in the middle but otherwise the accommodation was very nice.

Make sure you pay attention to the trap that myself and other clients have fallen into. When you look at the property online, the pictures are amazing and the description is excellent. Be aware that when you book, you get locked into a B&B room or apartment. When we checked into the apartment, it wasn’t what was pictured. Even the confirmation had a different address than was provided. The manager tries to add fees once we arrived which is not allowed by the Hotels/Expedia contract. I already know how the property manager will answer based upon similar reviews made by other clients. It really is false advertising. The manager and Hotels.com blamed each other. Wouldn’t have paid this much for this apartment if I knew what we were getting. We paid less per night for two rooms near the Vatican at Spring House, Hilton. I wish we would have stayed there and cancelled the apartment. Live and learn.

It was a great property with great hosts.

I really enjoyed this apartment! My dad had trouble walking to it with his bad hip but it was about an 8 min walk to the colosseum, forum, palatine hill, and train staion. The shower was a little small but overall i enjoyed it. I would stay here again!

Great location! Coloseum is a block and a half away! Cute little places to eat. Taxi stand like a block away. A little for in the apartment and the management came right away to check it out. Great size for my family with 2 teenagers.

The place was great and the location could not have been better.

We had a fantastic stay here. The accomodation is located inside an apartment building. The owners were in contact with us in advance, explaining how to access the building. This meant that we were able to arrive at any point during the day, even after staff had left for the day. It is in a great location - less than five minutes from the Colosseum and very close to the Metro and bus stops. Breakfast is not included, however, you can request breakfast to be brought to your room for only $5 per person each day. To do this, you are given a piece of paper each day and you simply tick which items on the menu you would like and what time you would like it brought to your room, leaving it on the reception desk each evening. It was great value for money and very nice to start the day immediately with fresh food and coffee. The room was clean with well-maintained facilities. The bathroom is quite small, which is something you might want to bare in mind if you are someone who requires more space. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. We loved Rome and would definitely consider staying here again if we visited again!
