The staff are very professional and willing to go the extra mile to bring the guest satisfaction

Safe and comfortable
Location.
Needs serious upgrade. This was once a very nice hotel. Now everything is slowly falling apart. The breakfast also needs major upgrades.
Location and staffs were good
Property lift was not working , we were taking steps up and down with our infant because their lift was not working, and washroom exhauster and room walls were leaking when it rained. And the room which was booked through the app and the room they provided was not same
Location and staff
Room was bit congested
breakfast choice was limited
Location was ideal for me. Staff was extremely helpful & friendly.
Outside noise at night made sleeping hard.
almost everything
My girlfriend some challenges coming in at night
Great location, breakfast good, staff very helpful. Stayed there 3 times during a 6 week visit to Nepal.
Their behavior was very good.
Friendly and helpful staff. Clean rooms and good breakfast. In the middle of Thamel making it easy access for site seeing.
Unfortunately, we had an evening meal for ease and that was not so good with a very limited menu due to a lot of choices unavailable.
The hotel is an absolute masterpiece of art and aesthetics every corner feels like a curated gallery, bursting with elegance and charm. It’s not just a place to stay; it’s an experience. And don’t even get me started on the rooftop view—absolutely breathtaking!
I had a great experience at Hotel Arts. The hotel was very nice and well-maintained. Our room was spacious, and the bathroom was exceptionally clean. The staff were always friendly and helpful, making us feel very welcome throughout our stay. We also tried the Indian food at the hotel, and it was absolutely delicious. Overall, a comfortable and pleasant stay — highly recommended!
Nothings
Very nice place. I would reccomend for sure
Very Overpriced and description of room was misleading. They didn’t want to accept my feedback. Shop around, it’s very expensive for what you get. I’m staying in a much nicer place, bigger cleaner room for half the price now. The room description for a triple room said there was a sauna, garden view, terrace and balcony as a feature and inclusion with the room. I saw none of those things. Breakfast was just ok - I had wedges and egg. Coffee was overpriced. Location is good and staff were polite.
The location, the look, the room facilities
Nothing
Central location Big room (deluxe queen)
Room floor was dirty. Balcony door did not open and no balcony furniture. Sounds picky but wall pictures were skew, indicating a lack of care in general. Noisy (internal noise seemed to echo up from floors below). Some external noise too despite being on 6th floor although to be fair, there was a festival in full swing. Had to ask for hand towels and hairdryer. Bathroom fan did not work. Overall impression a bit shabby. Looked nicer in pictures.
The place was vibrant with all the art works and it was all that I wanted. Great staff and food as well.
Nothing
The property is filled with art, making it feel like stepping into a space adorned with aesthetic paintings. The hotel is amazing definitely worth the price
Location
Bathroom shower sprayed all over, bathroom sink faucet didnt reach the sink. Breakfast food was poor quality. Stayed there 4 years ago, seemed better.
Good location in Thamel Porter service was excellent
Service at reception was unpredictable
Safe and clean

I recently had the privilege of staying at Hotel Arts Kathmandu that well surpassed my expectations. The staffs were polite and accommodating from the minute I arrived, making check-in a snap. The accommodation was amazing, clean, and comfy, and it had everything I needed for a nice stay. The rooftop of the hotel was without a doubt one of the highlights of my trip. I was given to a wonderful panoramic view of Kathmandu from this vantage point. The rooftop was tastefully created with comfy chairs, rich foliage, and soft lighting, and I spent several hours appreciating the view and taking in the tranquil atmosphere. The breathtaking view of the Monkey Temple( Syambhunath) during the sunrise and the sunset was something that kept hooked for hours.
The staff is nice
The room was super noise from outside and from inside. The dood was spoiled extremely disappointing
The hospitality, location and good food
I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hotel Arts Kathmandu, and I must say that my time there was excellent. The staff made me feel at home and went above and beyond to make sure I had a good day. The hotel is in a great location with quick access to all the city's top attractions. Whether you want to stroll or explore the nearby museums and art galleries. The room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. But what really set this hotel apart was the amazing breakfast. The buffet had an extensive selection of delicious hot and cold dishes, including eggs, bacon, and fresh fruit. The quality of the food was exceptional, and I was impressed with the attention to detail and presentation.
great architecture, aesthetically pleasing!
everything was great!
The breakfast was amazing. Friendly staff and great location. I would definitely recommend it.
The staff, location, and food were the best. It was welcoming and very comforting.
location
so noise.. from outside and inside from Hotel guests .. pad pathroom
Continental breakfast is superb. Cleanliness is excellent, wide balcony.
Nothing to comment.
location and convenience
Staff and especially mgt needs to try harder. To get room cleaned: at least 2 requests Breakfast: usually a disaster. Not enough staff to keep the buffet supplied and in attractive appearance. No manager around to notice what needs attention. Just not on top of it. Usual dreary selection of stale backed goods. )Fruit was very good)
Muy bien ubicado, en el centro del Thamel, excelente relacion precio-lugar.
Great hotel with the best views from the rooftop terrace and most rooms.
Good hotel in the heart of Thamel, if that's where you want to be. The best thing in this hotel are the great views, both from most of the rooms as well as from the rooftop, as this is about the highest building in the vicinity. Another great thing is the friendly staff. I regularly stay at the hotel, as I have found it to be the best in this price range at the moment. However, if you go for breakfast in the later hours of the morning, the items on offer are not fresh anymore, plates are finished, so the hotel should improve on this matter. Good to note also that nowadays taxis are not allowed to drive on the streets leading up to the hotel, so if you can't walk here with luggage, you must take a rickshaw or try to get an official car fromt the hotel to pick you up etc.
We stayed only for one night. It is convenient for shopping and meals. The rooms are clean, the staff are friendly. But it was better if there was a hairdryer and a minibar.
This is a nice hotel in the middle of the shops, restaurants and bars of Thamel. We booked a less expensive standard room since we were only here for one night. The room is small and basic. While the hotels.com picture suggests that we would have a shower door separating the shower from the rest of the bathroom, we did not. So we had the typical "get everything wet" shower that seems to be standard for hotels in nepal. But the hot water seemed to be available at all times of the day so that was a bonus. The room description also suggested our room would have a mini-bar/fridge but our room did not have one.
good
Staff very efficient and kind, excelente location.nice decoración.
I'd been warned about the noise from nearby live music venues, and was prepared for that, but what I hadn't expected was so much noise from within the hotel. The full height atrium delivers every sound to every room in the hotel!! Upon check-in I had people up and down to my room for the first couple of hours, unlocking my safe and supplying an adaptor for the supplied kettle (the plug did not fit one single socket in the room). Then there was the matter of having to have my keycard constantly re-set, as almost every time I left the room, I was unable to re-enter with the card. Location is key - if you can put up with the noise and the nuisances, this hotel would be a good choice solely for location. Friendly staff, nice furnishings, great art, and I also like the fact that I could come and go without passing Reception, which is located on 2nd floor.
There are many more highly priced hotels in Kathmandu though Arts has same quality at half the price and better location.
도심속에서도 편안하게 쉴수있는 곳이었습니다. 식당도 가깝고 편리하게 이용할수 있어서 편리했습니다.
The hotel was nice and clean and perfectly in the center of the most happening place in Thamel area. The staff were courteous and attentive to your requirements. I was given a room earlier, which i didn't like much due to window size and i asked to change. My request was immediately heard and they changed the room with better requirement. The breakfast was average. The overall experience was good and i'd be back again to this hotel.
