Apsara Centrepole Hotel

10/10. I had a fantastic two night stay which exceeded my expectations. All the staff very friendly and helpful, the rooms are amazing and the location is perfect for trips to Angkor Wat, local bars and restaurants and Pub Street is only a five minute walk away. They happily arranged Tuk-Tuk trip to Angkor Wat for me, costing $20 and helped me acquire the ticket needed to enter. Looking forward to returning in the future.

The staff was very nice and the hotel is in great location . I highly recommend it! Housekeeping kept the place very clean ! Overall great service with beautiful pool!

The aircon was slightly slower in cooling the room but manageable!

This property is very nice. The location is near all the markets and pub street. All within a short walk, yet just far enough to where you don’t hear all the hustle and bustle of night life. The staff were exceptionally friendly. If you are looking for a great place to stay at a great price, the Aspara Centrepole hotel is a great place to stay.

The location

I spent 30 days at Apsara Centrepole Hotel and it proved to be an excellent choice for my stay in Siem Reap. The room was spacious, comfortable, and very well maintained throughout my visit. Housekeeping did an outstanding job, with daily room service keeping everything spotless and fresh. The hotel grounds are immaculate and create a relaxing atmosphere, while the staff consistently went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. Everyone was friendly, professional, and genuinely attentive, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The location is another major advantage. It's within easy walking distance of Pub Street, restaurants, markets, and Siem Reap's entertainment district, making it convenient to explore the city while still enjoying a comfortable place to return to each day. The hotel also offers breakfast and lunch options, which were a nice convenience when I preferred to dine on-site. Apsara Centrepole Hotel offers great value, outstanding service, and a fantastic location. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Siem Reap.

For guests planning a longer stay, I would recommend requesting a room away from the front of the building, as music from nearby nightclubs can be heard late into the early morning hours. With that small consideration in mind, my overall experience was excellent.

Poolen var ganska liten men hade den för oss själva hela tiden, handdukar låg klara varje dag på solsängarna, flipflops och badrockar på rummet, underbar personal som var hjälpsamma med bokningar och kunde svara på det mesta vi undrade över, närhet till pub street, old market, night market, ac funkar bra, nästan inge mygg

Högt ljud från pub street på kväll/natt men vad kan man förvänta sig då man bor just bredvid? Är man väldigt ljudkänslig då man ska sova får man evt ha öronproppar.

I stayed here for 5 nights! Close to pub street and supermarkets and everything ! Amazing room! Amazing staff! Amazing pool! When back in Siem Reap I’ll come again!

pas d'ascenseur, escalier étroit, restauration minimalist, ne vendent même pas de ice coffee... les employés ne connaissent même pas la carte alors qu'il y a 6 proposition dessus. emplacement juste derrière le X bar donc pas forcément très bien insonorisé... moustique écrasé sur les murs... poussière sur les barreaux de la salle de bain...

Extremely good location. Just a minute away from Pub Street and good restaurants. 5 mins away from the Night market. Staff was very good.

A lift definitely. Terrace room was good but A/C s not working properly. I had to shift to another room. Foul smell came out of the bathroom drain often. No buffet breakfast. Just a kind of set meal. Pool water was dirty.

Great location

As we checked in they informed us that the Air Conditioning in our room was broken, so they arranged for us to stay at a different hotel, which was much further from the city centre, and a downgrade in terms of the cost. This was just for one night, and although they paid for taxis between the hotels it was inconvenient having to sort these out from the central area and explain each time to different hotel staff that we won’t be the ones paying. Once the air conditioning was fixed we were able to check in to the hotel we wanted to stay in, and things were fine after that. It would have been nice to have been able to stay in the same central location that we wanted the whole time.

Tout est parfait. Une très bonne adresse. Il est bien placé dans le centre. Idéal pour les restaurants le soir. Le personnel est aux petits soins. On a pu louer sur place un scooter , pour les visites des temples et les villages flottants. La chambre est spacieuse et très propre.

Nic mě nelíbilo, vše je super, ale lokalita jé úplně v centru, do půlnoci se slyšet hlasitá hudba, byla to moje chyba. Velmi doporučuji připravit pro hosty špunty do uší - určitě budou vděční. :) Jsem měl tak to mi zachránilo.

Other staff averege in helping Towels were old n smelly yhey charge for daily drinkung water plug points were loose n not kept in user friendly places and Vit a staffer was extremely unhrlpful n rude

The staff was very polite, welcoming and helpful.

One of the room was very noisy, there wasn't any window to stop the noise of the pubs around the hostel.

Nice quiet hotel, very near the night food markets. It was very clean, comfortable bed, great bathroom with plenty of hot water. It had all the amenities that make a hotel room nice, tea and coffee, safe, toiletries, slippers, phone ect. overall a lovely stay for a good price.

Bardzo miła obsługa. Przestronny i czysty pokój. Lokalizacja w centrum, wokół sklepy i restauracje. Smaczne śniadania. Sprawna klimatyzacja. Bardzo dobry hotel. Na pewno będąc w siem reap zatrzymamy się tam powtórnie.

Hałas z uwagi na sąsiedztwo pub Street - wieczorne imprezy. WiFi czasem działało a czasem nie.

Great location. Near all the amenities and the Pub street but slightly away on the side street which helps with the street noise. A nice massage spa right across the road and a good restaurant next door - all very handy. The hotel staff are helpful, breakfasts are great for $5 pp. The room was clean, the Aircon smelled fresh. The value for money was EXCELLENT.

Struttura molto bella ed accogliente, nel cuore della città. Stanze molto pulite e spaziose. Tutto il personale molto gentile, educato e disponibile, hanno fatto qualsiasi cosa per farci sentire a casa.

Très mauvaise lumière dans la salle de bain et pas d'autres miroir dans la chambre vraiment dommage. Proche de la rue principale animé...très animé la nuit la musique jusqu'à 1-2h du matin s'entend un peu malgré les fenêtres fermées

Good, friendly, helpful staff A little bit unhappy on 1st night as I have been moved to another property due to the place I booked was full but was available on Online booking, not sure how they control, what CM they use or maybe intention to get a booking. Most importantly, the 1st night at Mera Residence I didn't feel upgrade but downgrade. It is not around city center, The room seem not assigned for guests since long, the minibar door seem crack, once I stepped into the room one used towel was in the basket in the room already. I didn't expect premium service but at least what I paid for. it's not staff fault they just follow the management instructions

Good location and you can find a tuk tuk taxi to take you to Angkor Wat or Thom - easily.

Staff were great. Even before arriving - Mr. Sokha and the team had everything arranged from pick up to the activities. Convenient location to all things Siem reap has to offer.

Le manque d’isolation phonique. Mais, le centre ville ( Pub street) étant tout proche, c’est un peu inévitable.

The hotel staff picked us from the airport, had booked their car sevice. Right from picking us up to checking in the service was seamless and awesome!! The staff were courteous and welcoming. They made us feel at home and provided 5 star service. The hotel location was very convenient and the restaurants were walkable distance. The cambodian food was great, Amok is a must try when you visit Cambodia

The hotel and its facilities were very nice overall. The staff were very friendly and always willing to help and answer questions. The pool was great for cooling off after a day exploring Angkor Wat. Very close to everything! (Angkor Wat, PubStreet, Night Market, Old Market). The restaurant across the street was very, very cheap and delicious! The area was very safe.

There are generally a lot of insects, but it's not the hotel's problem, it's everywhere, but you get used to it quickly.

El hotel está muy bien ,muy nuevo y limpio, el personal fantástico, nos ayudaron en las excursiones, está muy bien situado al lado de la zona turística 3 minutos caminando, restaurantes en la misma calle, yo como soy muy sensible al ruido para dormir y mi habitación era delante de la calle por la noche necesitaba tapones en el oído, ningún problema Volvería al mismo hotel

The staff were fantastic, the pool was perfect and our rooms were clean and spacious. we did not have breakfast so can not comment on that. Not my first stay here and probably not my last.

Localización perfecta. A pesar de estar al lado del Pub Street se descansa muy bien. Personal muy amable y dispuesto a ayudar en todo momento. No teníamos desayuno incluido por lo que no puedo opinar sobre él. Al lado de un 7 11

. The kindness of the staff.

The pool was not maintained good. Way to much chloride in the pool we could not use it after a long day on the bus from Phnom Penh. The shower did not function properly. The overhead shower head switch had to be manually held in place to function The balcony door lock was broken and could not lock. Being on the ground floor in was a serious security issue for us.

There as a terrible smell coming from the drain in the bathroom that was never fixed. I had to leave it covered with a wet towel and keep the bathroom fan on at night just to sleep.
