L'habitació que ens va tocar no tenia finestres, sols portes, i estava una mica vella. L'aire acondicionat donava directament al llit.

Arrivés tard, la gérante s’est inquiétée de savoir si nous avions faim et nous a très gentiment offert des bahn mi. Elle s’est montrée extrêmement arrangeante pour adapter la durée de notre séjour à notre besoin. Le lit est très confortable et la piscine est grande et vraiment très agréable. Le petit déjeuner est savoureux. Nous recommandons cette adresse !

The property was lovely, the room are comfortable and had everything I needed. The owner was very hospitable and friendly, helping me out with an early breakfast for a flight.

Excellent location in a very walkable area for all food, drinks, markets, and shops for daily needs. Some lovely restaurants around and marts and lotus spa. Short trip to the beaches and the old town. Free bicycle use at the property also. Excellent big rooms and lovely pool area. Also very good breakfasts. Super clean and good value rooms. And the staff and family that runs it are very kind and generous, super helpful, professional, and really went above and beyond to help with anything requested. Great value accommodation and highly recommended. Definitely the right place to stay for a trip to Hoi An.

Fantastica accoglienza, ci sono venuti a prendere alla stazione di Da Nang, con un auto estremamente confortevole. La struttura è immersa in un bellissimo giardino con una piscina fantastica per rinfrescarsi, i nostri figli l'hanno molto apprezzata. La colazione espressa era molto buona e varia. Noi abbiamo dormito nella camera grande vicino alla piscina, che dispone anche di un salotto: molto grande e pulitissima. I nostri figli hanno dormito in una camera al primo piano, purtroppo un po' piccola e in condizioni non perfette, ma considerato il prezzo poteva andare bene. I propietari sono persone molto gentili e disponibili.

Come scritto sopra, una camera al primo piano era piccola e in condizioni da rivedere: tende sporche e macchie sui muri, ma considerato il prezzo e che l'altra camera era perfetta, è andato bene.

Appart from the place being everything you’d hope and more from a homestay, the landlady was one of nicest people I’ve ever met. Consequently 4 nights turned into 10 nights. Herbal Tea Homestay will always be my go to when in Hoi An. 🫡

Initially some of the free bikes could have been better maintained but to be fair they did attend to this during our stay.

The hosts are very nice and available for any questions. The pool is nice and clean, the shower is good and there is hot water. The location is good, quiet and a short drive from the old city. Breakfast is very good.

There is an adjoining room so the entrance and their balcony are right on the window of the room and there is no real privacy. You mainly depend on whether the guests there are quiet or the room is empty (luckily it was empty most of my stay).

The property is really nice and the owners and staff are even better. There is a pool area and many places to just sit back and chill. We were given bikes free of charge and in the perfect location to either cycle to the beach or the old town. 10/10 rating for the property and staff

La taille des chambres, la propreté et la piscine. La gentillesse des personnels.

Peu de lumière dans la chambre car pas de vraies fenêtres donc obligé d'utiliser les lumières tout le temps. Pas d'éclairage nocturne. Globalement l'éclairage est à repenser dans la résidence qui n'est pas mise en valeur dès que la nuit tombe et c'est dommage car le lieux est très pittoresque. La route ne possède pas de trottoir donc faire très attention pour entrer ou sortir de la résidence.

We had a pleasant stay at this property. The absolute highlight was the staff: incredibly kind, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile. The owner makes an excellent Vietnamese coffee, prepared delicious sandwiches for us, and was genuinely welcoming throughout our stay. The breakfast was very tasty, the room was huge, and we really appreciated being able to use the bicycles free of charge. The property itself is beautiful, surrounded by greenery and offering a peaceful atmosphere.

The location is somewhat removed from the town center, and the road leading there, especially in the evening, is not particularly enjoyable to cycle on due to the chaotic traffic. There is also very little around the hotel, so you'll need to travel if you need anything. The beach is reachable from the property, but getting there by bicycle requires quite a bit of effort. As for cleanliness, the bathroom, floor, and bed were clean, but overall housekeeping could probably be improved a little. The property is also starting to show its age and would benefit from some maintenance. The same applies to the swimming pool, which is convenient and enjoyable but could be cleaned and maintained a bit better. Overall, despite a few shortcomings, we had an enjoyable stay, largely thanks to the friendliness of the staff and the relaxing atmosphere of the property.

Our hosts were so accommodating and kind. We were greeted at the street when we arrived, and made comfortable right away. Hoa was an excellent host and helped us plan our stay. She even arranged transportation and tours for us. We had every need seen to, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The grounds are quiet and well kept, with the feeling of being far away from the city. We felt completely safe day and night.

There is no smoking in the rooms, but smoking is allowed outside and in the eating area.

Honestly, I couldn’t have picked a better place to stay. The location is spot on, right in the middle between Hoi An Old Town and the beach, both less than 10 minutes away by scooter. The rooms are big, clean, and cleaned every day and new bottles of drinking water added each day. The breakfast is really nice, and the pool is big with plenty of space for chilling. What really stands out though is the family here and everyone who works here. During my stay, I suffered a really bad herniated disc and had to go to hospital in Da Nang. They personally drove me there and brought me back afterwards. I’ve ended up extending my stay because I can barely walk, and they’ve been nothing but kind, supportive, and helpful the whole time. They’ve checked in on me regularly and genuinely gone out of their way to help. I’ve stayed in a lot of places over the years and it’s rare to find people who care this much about their guests. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and would happily recommend it to anyone visiting Hoi An.

Le cadre tranquille, la chambre très grande, propreté exemplaire, petit déjeuner inclus et avec du choix. Je prenais le bus à 22h et la propriétaire m'a ouvert une chambre pour que je puisse me doucher avant de partir et m'a commandé un taxi pour rejoindre ma station de départ sans que je lui demande. Très serviable.

На недолгий срок сойдёт. За недостатки в виде запаха плесени из-за капающего и в следствии этого действующего на нервы кондиционера который за стеной номера (проблему эту я помог устранить и сказал хозяйке, что надо с этим сделать в дальнейшем) мне сделали справедливую скидку, это меня устроило.

В целом не плохо, нормальные и вменяемые владельцы, но номера и дворик в слегка запущенном состоянии, не сказать что ужас, но можно и нужно делать ремонт и хорощо ухаживать за территорией.

We absolutely loved our stay here - the room was spacious, clean and comfortable and the amenities were all great. The place is really pretty and nicely decorated and the pool area is lovely, we spent a lot of afternoons relaxing there. The location is good, we stayed 12 nights & everywhere is walkable took about 20 mins to the busier area and 40 to Old Town but they have bikes you can use and there are also restaurants nearby & grab if you don’t want to walk. The housekeeping was amazing and the room was always spotless and the staff were absolutely lovely, so welcoming & helpful. We will definitely be staying here again in the future and would definitely recommend.

Små portioner til morgenmad, men de var frisklavet, og altid en tallerken med frisk frugt til morgenmaden. Gratis cykeludlejning. 10-15 minutters cykling til Old Town & Night Market. 10-15 minutter til nærmeste strand, Vegetable Village og Coconut Boats. 20 minutter til An Bang Beach og seafood-hypen omkring stranden. Hyggeligt og hjemligt miljø. Det var slidt, men holdt godt. Kan stærkt anbefales.

I had a lovely stay at this property. Although it’s located a little outside the main area, that’s actually what makes it so peaceful and relaxing. The place is beautiful — modern, impeccably clean, and very comfortable. The staff were also incredibly kind and understanding, which truly enhanced the overall experience.

Wij vonden de locatie echt helemaal super! Juist dat stukje fietsen naar de stad was top en wij zouden niet in old town willen zitten, dit voelt veel authentieker. Wij hebben heel veel gebruik gemaakt van de fietsen! De plek is super mooi opgezet en je krijgt helemaal vakantie vibes hier. De kamer zelf ook goed, ruim en heerlijke bedden. Ga zeker een keer eten bij Old Rice Field en Firefly, in de buurt en mega aanraders.

Er was wat schimmelvorming op het plafond en dat rook je een beetje.

Herbal Tea Homestay is a very nice and clean place to stay at - far enough from the city center not to be loud, but within a 10-minute scooter ride. The breakfast is amazing, our host was lovely and helpful, and we rented here the best scooter during our stay in Vietnam (for a very reasonable price). We also got help with taxi ride back to Da Nang at a great price.

The only downside is the smell of the room (a bit pale) but opening the window for a few minutes takes it away.

Very welcoming, gave us water, food and a fruit platter on arrival. They even have us a free breakfast for no reason which was lovely. The free bikes are great to use to get into town and their cao lau was so tasty! Would definitely stay here again

Très beau Homestay, entretenu avec soin! Le petit déjeuner est un réel plus, les jus de fruits sont incroyables! Notre chambre était très propre et sentait la cannelle à notre arrivée (très agréable). Lors de notre arrivée, nous avais été accueilli avec un boisson, des fruits et un Ban Mi. Le personnel est très à l’écoute et disponible ! L’homestay est à 10 minutes de la vieille ville et 10 minutes de la plage en vélo. Les vélos sont mis à dispositions gratuitement (un gros + ). De nombreuses activités et services transports sont à dispositions dans un livret a l’Homestay. Je recommande ++

The hosts were very friendly and helpful. They make you comfortable to their best. They also give you options for packages to Memories show and Cham island. They also have bicycles you can borrow if you need to visit Hoi An. And the pool is also really nice for families. They also have a restaurant and a cafe so it's easier to get your morning coffee and meals.

Herbal Tea Homestay is a beautiful and well-maintained property with great breakfast options! Mr. Binh was so kind and helped us with laundry, transport, and luggage storage. The room was comfortable and spacious.
