In a quiet part of Hoi An but still a quick Grab away from the lively centre. Run by a sweet older couple who made us feel like we were being looked after by our own grandparents. They were amazing and always had a smile walking past them.

Room was large and bed was comfortable. Nice to be in the less busy area of Hoi An.

Ended up in a different room to what we booked and the free bikes were largely unusable, quite unsafe or something wrong which made them difficult to ride, which was disappointing.

Très bonne auberge au global ! Les lits sont très confortables et l’auberge est complètement au calme, la famille est adorable et aux petits soins, tout est très propre !

Ce n’est pas que je n’a pas aimé mais il faut juste avoir en tête que c’est à 25 minutes à pied du centre d’Hoi An et que les 6 lits dans la chambre sont très proches sans rideaux. J’ai juste trouvé dommage de devoir payer les bouteilles d’eau en supplément.

Lieve familie. Het bed was comfortabel en schoon. Niet heel luxueus of speciaal, maar je betaald ook maar 3 euro dus dat is het waard. Goed voor 1 of 2 nachtjes

Geen privacy ten opzichte van andere gasten. Heel weinig ruimte voor je spullen.

Приятные хозяева, всё прошло великолепно. Пришёл рано утром, хозяйка вышла ночной рубашке и бигудях, налила чаю. В комнату не пустила, но разрешила оставить рюкзак до чекина. Разрешила воспользоваться душем, дала полотенце. Не понимаю почему предыдущие гости писали что всё было плохо. У меня всё было отлично. Прожил несколько дней, приборка каждый день, каждый день клали чистое полотенце. Сантехника рабочая вода горячая в душе есть. Кровать удобная. За свои деньги великолепно!

The room has a nice garden entrance and it’s in a quiet neighbourhood, less than 10 minutes driving to the old town.

Even if the area around its quiet the place is quite noisy, kids crying and fixing noises sometimes. The waters were provided everyday but didn’t say or read anything about their prices.

Non ci è piaciuto che ci hanno cambiato la stanza,nonostante ci abbiano dato una alloggio molto più grande. Avevamo scelto questa casa anche in base al fatto che la stanza selezionata avesse la doccia divisa dal resto del bagno mentre la stanza che ci è stata assegnata no . Ci piaceva anche il fatto che la stanza che avevamo selezionato avesse la vista sul cortile mentre invece l’altra dava sul patio interno che é stato causa di un problema perché comunicava con la stanza dove dormiva la loro bambina di pochi mesi . Ogni mattina alle sette la bambina cominciava a piangere e così seguiva per praticamente tutto il giorno,causandoci un forte stress. siamo coscienti del fatto che un bambino così piccolo pianga,ma abbiamo scelto questa casa perché è distante dal centro e dal rumore delle auto ma a questo punto era meglio il suono del traffico e non un pianto contino . Mi spiace scrivere questo perché ritengo che la stanza fosse davvero comoda e pulita ma credo sia necessario specificare che ci sia una bambina così piccola nella casa solo per esserne al corrente e poter scegliere se alloggiare lì o no .

tới nơi thì kêu đường nước hỏng bắt khách đổi phòng trong khi k thèm thông báo trước để khách chuẩn bị, lằng nhằng gớm. bắt đợi check in xong lấy lí do nhảm vậy để đuổi khách. chả hiểu làm ăn kiểu này mà vẫn có khách :))))))

Very polite hosts, happy to help, spacious room and bathroom, soap, toothpaste, shampoo provided, refrigerator in the room, air-conditioning works great, comfortable beds, It's not noisy at all.

The location is about 25-30 minutes from the old quarter and there is a smell of mold in the room.

Agréable, vélos disponibles gratuitement et location de scooter possible. Un peu « éloigné » du centre, mais accessible en 15min de vélo. Lit confortable, douche super. J’ai été conduite jusqu’à mon prochain logement à Da Nang, c’était super sympa ( pour un prix bien sûr, moins cher que sur Grab ).

Il me semble qu’il était noté quelque part qu’il était possible de commander un petit déjeuner, mais non. Et il y avait des cheveux sur le sol de la salle de bain quand je suis arrivée. Aussi, chambre avec vue : chambre au rez-de-chaussée avec « vue » sur le parking des scooters. Pas ce à quoi je m’attendais, mais ça ne pas m’a dérangée non plus.

The homestay is located at a 30 minutes walk from Hoi An old city center, in a very calm neighborhood. The bedroom and bathroom are large. The bed is large size.

There was so much humidity in the room that it smelled bad, and our clothes and bags were wet from the humidity.

Not too far from town center

I was very disappointed with the condition of the room provided. The bedsheets are not clean, the towels are stained, and we had to use our own clothes to cover the pillowcases. The tap is full of mould, and the kettle is extremely dirty.

The room looked very much alike to the pictures they have on Booking. It was spacious, clean and well-equipped with all of the facilities you might need. The host couple were 100% the best one that i ever met. They were friendly, caring and supportive to our stay and trip. We learnt valuable things from them through our talks. Staying there felt like living with your grandparents in the warmth and slow pace of the city.

It’s comfy and cozy, and the people who live there are very kind and helpful

The staff were super friendly and helpful, check in was so easy and the room and bed were so nice and comfortable. Also have bicycles you can rent! I'd definitely recommend here if you're looking for a chill, safe and comfortable place. Lots of restaurants around too.

Location is good in a quiet neighboorhood. A free bike is available so easy to move around

This property has a misleading description. It lusts a bar, breakfast available, and a restaurant. It has none of these. You also have to remove your shoes outside and learve them there. I didn't like this as they could be stolen or have something crawl in them. Also, we booked 2 private rooms with one bed. We got 2 rooms with 2 beds in each and werd told that we couldn't touch the other bed as we only paid for one bed. So, we didn't get what we paid for. And at the end of your stay, they count ip how many water bottles you drank and charge you for them. This wasn't told to us on arrival. Otherwise, it was walking distance, although a bit far, to Old Town. There were coffee shops and restaurants nearby. Wouldn't stay here again.

The homestay is amazing. The people there are super friendly, bicycles are free to use, perfect location between old Town and beach. The room, beds and bathroom are very clean. Highly recommend:)

Nice owners, not much English but they try.

A very nice hostel, but 'Homestay (staying in a family home) is a better way to describe the place. A very nice room, shared with 4 very comfortable beds, a nice balcony, very clean and dayly kept tidy with great care by the Homestay Mother, very helpfull & friendly staff, free use uf bicycles, and situated in quiet & green neighborhood at easy biking distance from the old town and cyty centre (south) and a nice beach (north). I could realy feel 'home' at this place with so much love and care and I met nice fellow travelers. All of it for a very low budget price. Great value for money!

Only disadventage I was the rather big distance from the old town & city centre; about half an hour walking. But that was compensated by the free use of bicycles.

The family was very nice to me. They were very polite from the beginning. We had the option of renting a motorbike and a bicycle, which was free. The room and location were excellent. The experience was very good.

Very clean and tidy, hosts were very welcoming. I stayed here for New Years and think it is a great spot for a really good price.

It is a bit further out than some options, but with Grab you can easily get to the centre so not really an issue!

The owner and her family were really nice. I arrived early and they kept my bags during the day. The room was huge and the bathroom was really great. There is a fridge in the room.

I only got cold water one day. But it was just once. The next day, it was ok!

Owners were lovely and they had free bikes we could use to ride around the neighbourhood, which was nice and quiet.

Our aircon was on a weird setting that we couldn’t change. Would turn off every 30 minutes, so was t ideal for sleeping as we would have to wake up and turn it back on every time

The owners were lovely and very accommodating and the room was very spacious. They also let me use a bicycle for free during my stay which was very helpful.

The Room was Very Nice and very clean and well maintained. The location was Good and Quiet. The Guest House is about 1.5 km from the Old Town but it is Walkable or use the guest House bicycles. Grad Services are. Plentiful and the Transport fees are cheap. A Must Do Go to the Old Town and Float A Candle on the River with a Prayer. Hoi An. . . Quiet when you want Quiet and Vibrant when you want excitement. Enjoy HOI AN with its French Culture

Really lovely hosts, really good room with a balcony, AC, Shower and pretty good beds. I had some trouble with one of their scooters but they were really helpful and immediatly gave me a new one + fuel :)

The hotel is well located

I did not like the fact that you don’t have any privacy in the shared room. There is not any curtains to separate the beds, so you just sleep in front of other people. As a female traveler I was the only woman in a room full of men so a little privacy would have been great. Moreover, there is only 1 bathroom for 6 people.

Perfect for a few nights, comfortable bed, not far from the Old Town either. Easy to socialize!

The family is so warm and welcoming. They explained to me everything about the town. The rent out motorbike for a very cheap price and the let me check in before 13:00.

Good location. Lots of cafes around, and right in between the beach and old town. They had bikes free to use and motorbikes to rent. The room was cleaned every day. They were very welcoming, and helped us get everything we wanted out of our Hoi An trip.

We really enjoyed our stay, the dormitory was very clean and the family was lovely. We had a lot of fun with the mum! The free bicycles make it easy to go around the city, we only used those to go to the old town and to visit some villages. I definitely recommend to stay there!

Lovely property with a lovely family. Rooms cleaned and clean bedding everyday. The hosts were very helpful, arranging trips and onward travel. I would definitely stay here again if I visit you An.

Nothing, everything was great!

The place was clean people were very friendly only one could speak a little English but I never spoke any Vietnamese but we got by loved the mad granny she is as mad as a box of frogs always laughing and doing what ever she wanted

Nothing really to complain about

The property itself is beautiful and the room was very spacious and had an updated bathroom which was amazing. The family itself was very warm and welcoming and treated us with kindness. It’s around 20 min bicycle ride outside of town but it’s a great location to me central to both the beach and town. Bikes are free so it’s no problem to get around and there are restaurants in the area.

This homestay is really lovely, the facilities are clean and there's a lovely balcony off the dorm room where you can sit and relax. The location is great as it's a little further away from the old town so it's nice and peaceful but easy to get into town (20 mins walking or 5 mins by bike). The family are so welcoming and lovely, they were my favourite part of my stay at Blue Lake!

The staff are very attentive, the room is cleaned every day and they have bicycles at their disposal, which is very practical for visiting the city of Hoi An. I'd recommend it one hundred percent.

The family who owns this place is just lovely, very kind and hospitable! The beds were made everyday and you can use a bicycle for free! The location is also good as it is in a more quiet street and you can still walk to the old town!

The lady is so helpful even tho she is not good at English. we get along thanks to google translate:) Beds are super comfy. Nice garden. The room has a balcony and lots of windows . The place is clean. There are free bicycles you can take and go to the center. It is not that far away. Also, I enjoyed the neighborhood much more than the center .So the location was so good for me.

I wish there were curtains around beds 😕 I had no privacy. But I can understand since they don't use bunks. Also, room arrangement is a little weird . You need to pass some people to go to the bathroom. But if u booked for a room, it would be so great. Since I stayed there 2 nights . I chose dorm.

Perfect location , in a quiet and friendly square of Hoi An , not far by walk from old town . Very nice family , if like me you are afraid of driving à scooter you can use for free à bicycle , this is very kind , thank you so much ☺️

One girl in the dorm decided that the dorm should be a fridge, so we had to deal with a low temperature during 2 nights, however it could happen everywhere , staff is not guilty

The staff (I think it was the owner but I'm not sure) was really nice. She helped me to contact the Hotel I wanted to book for the night after my stay at the Blue Lake. There was enough space to park my bike.

It's literally just 6 beds in a room with no curtains or any sort of privacy, not even a little bit.

Clean, comfortable, good location (convenient for town but quiet), good wifi - and a lovely, kind, welcoming hostess.
