Reviewed Sep 6, 2026After having stays that went very well in 2024 and 2025, I am extremely disappointed with my stay in 2026. The room was not clean. Of the two air conditioners, one was not working at all, while the other was leaking water directly onto the bed. The hygiene standards were also not up to expectations. In the bathroom, the door was broken and there was a huge hole in it. After my positive experiences in previous years, it is very disappointing to see such a decline in the quality of the accommodation. I am leaving this review with great disappointment.

Reviewed Aug 25, 2026Ottima la posizione, vicinissima al centro con santa Sofia ed i principali musei. Molto cortese il personale ed attento alle richieste ed esigenze degli ospiti. Hotel piccolo, molto discreto e tranquillo. Molto bene la dotazione di un frigo nella stanza. Vicino a ristoranti, negozi e supermercati.
La camera era un po'piccola. Purtroppo il minareto proprio di fronte alla finestra ha dato piuttosto fastidio, con la prima preghiera del giorno, alle h 5 di mattina.

Struttura poco curata. La pulizia della stanza lascia un po’ desiderare non è pulita come dovrebbe essere. La doccia era rotta così come il coperchio del wc. In bagno non era presente né una ventola né una finestra.

Reviewed Jul 11, 2026Excellent location! Whatever we needed to sort out, the people there helped us. At the restaurant on the hotel’s ground floor, we met absolutely wonderful people, with whom we formed a lifelong friendship.
More work can be done on cleanliness.

Reviewed Jul 9, 2026The location is really good. You can walk to all the tourist attractions from the hotel. There are nice restaurants nearby. The staff at reception are extremely friendly and speak good English. For the little money we paid, the room offers good value for money. It’s suitable for couples and budget travellers. If you spend the whole day outside sightseeing and only return to the hotel to sleep, this place is really worth it.
The room we got, the washroom is not that great, to be honest. Night time smells little bad. But it’s okay given the price we paid compared to other hotel rooms in the same area.

Vérifier la chambre avant toute réservation parce qu’il des chambres dans cet hôtel, il n’y a pas de fenêtre ou de balcon et ils sont situés au sous-sol Vérifiez bien avant de réserver si la chambre dispose de balcon ou fenêtre pour pas être piégé parce que des fois avec le prix vous pouvez avoir des surprises

Reviewed Jun 14, 2026We enjoyed our stay and the room was bigger than expected. The staff was very friendly and helpful, they really did their best . We were really impressed on how kind and humanly they treated guest who felt unwell and stayed at the hotel . They were genuinely worried, called an ambulance, called the consulate , tried to locate a friend of that person , did whatever they could to help. When our taxi driver called them , they ran after us to let us know where to mee the driver - we went a few street further to meet the driver but were standing at the wrong place. I really appreciate the people working here . Thank you very much for being so kind and helpful!
The bathroom was a bit wet and perhaps had some mold. Not lift , had to carry my luggage up to the second floor. But the staff helped me when we left. Of course, the hotel is not very new , but it's clean and near to all sightseeing, so worth the money

Reviewed May 5, 2026“The only good thing was the location—it was in the center of Istanbul. However, all the shops and restaurants in the area were outrageously expensive.”
The room was dirty—we found hairs on the pillowcase and the floor was full of them. The toilet flush was broken, and there were no window screens, so flies kept coming in. The room didn’t even provide drinking water. There was no elevator, and we had to carry our luggage up four flights of stairs. Finally, the mattress had a dip in it, so we couldn’t sleep comfortably. Overall, apart from the location, it was unacceptable.

Reviewed Apr 27, 20264階の部屋に宿泊 テラス席があり眺めもまぁまぁ。 妻はそこが気に入っていた。 好みにもよるが、天井部屋を改装したような内装だったので木材の質感が伝わり趣はあった。 スタッフが常に１階カウンターにおられ、愛想もよく、会話もしてくれる。ほどんどの方が英語が堪能だった。 チェックアウト時には下のケバブ店でチャイをご馳走していただき、ホスピタリティを感じた。 目の前に小売店があるので、水やお菓子等すぐに買いに行ける。
・湯切れが起こりやすい給湯システムだった(これはほとんどの安宿だと付き物なのでここに限ったことでない) ・WiFiの速度が遅く途切れ途切れになる。

Il personale gentile e accogliente, la camera semplice ma pulita e dotata di tutto quello che serve....Inoltre ha una piccola terrazza da dove si può ammirare il ponte sul Bosforo che la sera si illumina e regala un bellissimo spettacolo
Mi è piaciuto tutto, se devo trovare un difetto (se così si può dire) è che i prezzi dei locali (ristoranti e bar)intorno alla struttura sono abbastanza alti rispetto alla media

Bunun dışında temizlik oldukça yüzeyseldi; odaya giriş yaptığımızda yeterince temiz değildi. Rezervasyon sırasında kahvaltı olduğu belirtilmişti ancak ne kahvaltı veriliyordu ne de sonradan satın alma imkânı vardı. Odada klima bulunmasına rağmen, odalar iki ayrı bölümden oluştuğu için diğer odayı ısıtmıyordu. Ayrıca pencerelerin izolasyonu çok zayıftı. Tuvalet kapısı düzgün kapanmıyordu ve bu nedenle tuvaletin havalandırmasından odaya sivrisinek ve çeşitli böcekler giriyordu. Duş almak istediğimizde ise su doğru şekilde akmıyordu. Balkonlu oda olarak verilen odada ise balkon bulunmasına rağmen camlar ve yerler oldukça kirliydi. Odadaki kettle’ın kapağı bile kırık durumdaydı; genel olarak bakım ve özen eksikliği açıkça hissediliyordu. Bu tamamen kendi düşüncelerim ailemle geldiğim için onları memnun olup olmalarını kapsamıyor.

Reviewed Apr 5, 2026L'emplacement par rapport à Hagia Sofia & la mosquée bleue. Le quartier est assez calme la nuit. Le personnel était plus que gentil. Les draps ont ete changé tous les jours.
Mobilier vieillot &fort abîmé. Pas de pression pour le jet de la douche &gros bémol : l'humidité. Nos vêtements étaient imbibés de l'odeur malgré les fenêtres ouvertes &la climatisation sur "dry". Le plafond s'effritait littéralement au dessus de nos têtes.

Reviewed Apr 1, 2026The location of the hotel was excellent—truly one of the best parts of the stay. The staff were incredibly helpful and kind, always ready to assist with anything i needed. The rooms were very clean, spacious, and comfortable. Overall, the location was outstanding and made everything so convenient. Highly recommended!

Tenké stěny, bylo slyšet vše z okolních pokojů. Výhled do vnitrobloku na střechu plnou odpadků a vývodů větrání.
