Eine wunderschöne Unterkunft, sehr liebevoll mit vielen schönen Details ausgestattet.Adrian ist ein hervorragender Gastgeber, der morgens ein exzellentes Frühstück serviert, bei dem es an nichts fehlt. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen bestimmt noch einmal wieder!

A great little hotel in a fantastic location - a short walk (albeit a steep hill) down to a lovely beach and a short bus ride into town. The owner was fantastic, very helpful and knowledgeable. It was clean, comfortable, everything you need

Ah.. the only thing I can think of writing here is we like our full english breakfast when we are away but there was a good selection for breakfast

The location was fabulous. We usually take cab everywhere but we decided to take a bus despite the buggy, wheelchair and suitcases. The hotel is so close to the bus stops and the beach (walking distance) and so close to St Ives (bus or cab). The couple running the hotel are wonderful, the hotel itself is SO cute and instagrammable. And we loved our rooms! We had a double and the triple room with a garden view and honestly, no complaints. Breakfast was generous and tasty! We loved the teapots our teas were served in and the decor is just… it’s good vibes - you want to start your day with all these quaint, heartwarming visuals. There is nothing we didn’t like, we were catered to, the hosts were hospitable, the place lovely as well as convenient, we felt our money was spent well and wisely.

Location although it wasn’t where I expected it to be. Breakfast was good set me up for the day.

Colazione fantastica. Location perfetta, si può raggiungere St.Ives con il bus in circa 20 minuti, la fermata è a 150 metri dal B&B. Possibilità di parcheggio in strada senza problemi. Personale gentilissimo e disponibile. Stanze silenziose e letti davvero comodi. Bollitore e thè disponibile in stanza.

Suggerisco di avere un dispenser nel bagno per shampoo e bagnoschiuma.

El personal molt agradable, l'espai molt net i l'esmorzar era abundant i molt variat.

El matalàs no era gaire còmode, estava bastant fet servir i inclinat cap al costat.

Owners of the accommodation were very friendly and always in a good mood. Lots of options at breakfast. Close to St. Ives and the beautiful Carbis Bay Beach.

It was in an ideal location. Easy links to get to places. Was clean and had all facilities that were needed.

Adrian and his brother were very nice, friendly and helpful. The place is easy to find and parking is great.

Breakfast options seemed a bit limited. Maybe add some baked beans, sausage or bacon to the menu.

The rooms are comfortable. The staff there are friendly and my family enjoyed the time staying in this lovely B&B.

Prachtige locatie met voor ons uitzicht op de zee. Grote badkamer met lekkere douche. 3 parkeerplaatsen achter de B&B. Bushalte vlakbij voor een trip naar St. Ives. Goed ontbijt en Costcutter (supermarkt) om de hoek. Personeel supervriendelijk.

Nice a clean very welcoming cosy place

I want to describe an encredible place Green apple in Saint Ive. On the door of the green house, in the same colour, wellcomes you smiling cople. They docorated evirithing in colours accessories, good finking, standing on the walls. Place offers a good, and comfotlrtable furnitires bedroom with. Every morning guest found in the kitchen, plenti of breakfest foods, fruits, coffee and English tea of course. Flowers looking up behaind the windows, acompanyshed comfortable wood chairs in the little garden with. The vacation in the Green Apple is a dream, nere to the ocean, that I preffer everyone.

The location was perfect. Had an incredible view of the sea over Carbis Bay. We both really enjoyed the breakfast which was ready to go on time and filled us up for the day. Adrian was a brilliant host!

Struttura molto carina con la possibilità di parcheggiare comodamente e gratuitamente nei paraggi. Il centro di st ives è raggiungibile in 10 minuti di autobus e la fermata è vicinissima alla struttura. Il centro è anche raggiungibile a piedi con una piacevole passeggiata di circa mezz’ora/40 minuti. I gestori molto gentili e disponibili. La colazione soddisfacente.

Purtroppo il letto aveva un materasso particolarmente scomodo

The room we had right at the top of the house had amazing views but last set of stairs were tricky and could be a problem if not agile/ :mobile. Needed to take extra care particularly when coming down.

We had a wonderful stay! The owner was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The breakfast was delicious with a great selection of fresh food. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and had a beautiful view. The hotel is also just a short walk from the beach, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The whole place has a warm, homely atmosphere, and we would definitely love to come back. Highly recommended!

Very nice house owner, Adrian. He always has smiles on his face. We met an English Christian couple there. They are also very nice and even prayed for us before we left. Love to stay there.

The area was close by restaurants. The staff was friendly and helpfull. I would definetely comeback here in the future!

I didn't like the smell in the room, it wasn't fresh. It is a shame as the room seemed cleaned,but I had to open the windows as soon as I entered the room.

Liked how close it is to the beach and the view from our room was stunning. I could see sun rise laying in my bed. Bus stops were right opposite to the property or literally 2 mins walk. Convenience store right down the road and easy to get essentials. Park opp the B&B was a bonus. My daughter loved the zip line there.

The room got a bit too hot and we needed to open the windows and the noise from the road kept me awake. A tower fan would have been helpful to get sound sleep.

House is very nice and arranged to be fully comfortable with the customers, Adrian is very professional kind and friendly. We used for short trip weekend and definitely will used again in the future. Definitely recommend to everyone.

Beautiful room with stunning views. The decor and furniture are all high quality, unique and interesting. The bathroom is modern, clean, in great condition and spacious. Beds were comfortable and clean. Breakfast was great and the host was a wonderful man. Thank you.

Clean and comfortable. The hosts were very welcoming and friendly. Spotlessly clean and a comfy bed. Breakfast was a continental style buffet, which had a very good selection and was very enjoyable. Parking available too! There is about a 1.5 mile walk into St Ives centre, we took the costal path, which was lovely and we seemed to be there in no time at all. There is also a train station a short walk away, which I believe also takes you into town, along the coast. A lovely visit to St Ives and the Green Apple

Wir hatten einen rundum wunderbaren Aufenthalt in diesem zauberhaften B&B. Das Haus ist wirklich sehr süß eingerichtet und war bei unserer Ankunft makellos sauber – man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Besonders begeistert hat uns der liebevoll gestaltete Frühstücksraum, der mit seinem Charme den perfekten Start in den Tag ermöglicht. Das Frühstück selbst war sehr gut und ließ keine Wünsche offen – es war alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Ein ganz großes Lob geht an den Gastgeber Adrian: so nett, herzlich und aufmerksam, wir haben uns sehr gerne mit ihm unterhalten. Auch die Lage des B&B ist ideal und eignet sich hervorragend als Ausgangspunkt für verschiedene Ausflüge in die Umgebung. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und können diese Unterkunft von Herzen weiterempfehlen!

Greg welcomed us very warmly. He was also very helpful to find a good restaurant for dinner. We went to the Gannet very close to the B&B. Certainly not cheap but it was excellent and worth the price! The breakfast was fantastic and very fresh. The breakfast room is lovely decorated. We felt at home and had nice talks. I can only recommend the place.

Our room was tiny, but we knew it by booking. But even if tiny, just cozy!

Not a thing, just right. Adrian and team spot on in hospitality and ensuring everyone comfortable.

Adrian was so welcoming, lovely and helpful. We only stayed one night but could’ve quite happily stayed longer if time permitted. Our bed was comfortable and the shower was good. The room had everything we needed and the breakfast was delicious. I especially appreciated the folder he had put together with information about the area and suggestions on places to eat.

Welcome was excellent. Host always friendly and amenable. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was clean and adequate and clean towels were there on arrival. Tea and coffee etc was provided in our room.

Room was very small. Bed clean however room cleanliness could be improved. There was a large cobweb on the ceiling above the left side of bed. In our opinion expensive for what we had.

Ein wundervoller Aufenthalt von Anfang bis Ende! Das Zimmer war makellos sauber, liebevoll eingerichtet und sehr gemütlich. Das Frühstück war vielfältig und mit Liebe zubereitet. Für den Langschläfer in der Familie gab es ein Extra ins Zimmer. (Vielen lieben Dank für diese Überraschung!) Der Gastgeber Adrian war herzlich, hilfsbereit und jederzeit ansprechbar. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Absolute Empfehlung!

Our room was right next to the breakfast room so a little noisy. But only minor niggle.

Die Zimmer und das ganze Haus sind liebevoll eingerichtet, es ist sehr sauber und man hat alles, was man braucht. Der Frühstücksraum ist klein aber fein und das Buffet bietet alles für ein ausreichendes und gutes Frühstück. In unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es einen kleinen Supermarkt und eine Apotheke, die Bushaltestelle befindet sich direkt gegenüber dem Haus. Man wird extrem herzlich empfangen und während des Aufenthaltes sehr aufmerksam behandelt.
