Great location and double glazed windows meant it was super quiet. Great to have a wee fridge for some drinks etc but a pain as it was full with to purchase items.

Some water damage in the bathroom that needs work. That the fridge was full of to purchase items. Keep them clear for people house, especially when it’s hot.

Nos hospedamos duas vezes neste hotel e a experiência foi incrível. Ficamos em dois tipos de acomodação: um quarto padrão e outro um pouco maior com banheira; ambos eram excelentes, super limpos e com as instalações bem novas. O atendimento é um dos grandes pontos fortes, especialmente o Marco, que nos atendeu super bem, fala inglês, italiano, espanhol e consegue se comunicar e se virar muito bem no português. O processo de self check-in e check-out também é muito fácil e prático se você precisar. A localização é ótima e a sensação de segurança é total, já que o hotel fica bem em frente ao Ministério, onde há policiamento 24 horas. Fica super perto da estação de trem/metrô (dá para ir a pé arrastando malas por cerca de 1 km de forma razoavelmente fácil) e muito centralizado para os principais pontos turísticos: cerca de 15 minutos a pé da Fontana di Trevi e 20 minutos do Coliseu. A região ao redor é excelente, com mercados, farmácias e comércios próximos, inclusive lojas para comprar itens turísticos e malas novas, se precisar. O café da manhã é ótimo e custa apenas €5 por pessoa (um valor excelente para os padrões de Roma). Importante apenas lembrar que há a taxa turística da cidade de €4 por pessoa. Sobre o barulho, escuta-se um pouco do movimento da rua, mas nada que incomode. Como o hotel tem poucos quartos, o barulho interno é mínimo e apenas em momentos específicos. Valeu muito a pena e com certeza voltaríamos!

Breakfast is average

The AC made such a loud noise it kept me up all night. It also really didn’t keep the room cold at all and in a heatwave in August you need a functioning AC.

The staff - Massimillianus and Marco were great. We had trouble with our air conditioning but not only did they go out of their way to sort it out, but were fun and friendly and continued to check that everything was ok. The room was comfortable and clean.

The room was quite a bit smaller than I expected and the bathroom was very 'functional' - the basin and shower were behind a curtain (the toilet had a door to it). Although we didn't spend much time in the room, it felt cramped. In fact the whole hotel felt very cramped. I didn't realise it was so small and all on one floor - the reception, the 10 bedrooms in a row and the breakfast room.

Otelin konumu çok iyiydi. Temiz ve modern döşeliydi. Penceremizden bakanlık binası görünüyordu. Gündüz gece manzaramız ışıl ışıldı. ve güvende hissettiriyordu. Kahvaltısı da yeterliydi.

​Our stay at this hotel was absolutely incredible, largely thanks to its fantastic location. We didn’t have to use public transport or taxis even once! All the main attractions and must-see spots were within a scenic 1.5 to 2 km walk, making it the perfect base for exploring the area on foot. Termini railwaystation was only 0.7 km far. ​The view from the hotel was a massive highlight—absolutely beautiful to wake up to every morning. On top of that, the neighborhood is packed with excellent restaurants, cozy cafes, and local markets right at your doorstep. The hotel itself provided great comfort and convenience. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to experience the city from the ultimate vantage point!

We tried two different rooms: a standard one and a slightly larger one with a bathtub. Both were excellent, very clean, and featured brand-new furniture and facilities. The staff is a major highlight, especially Marco, who was extremely helpful and welcoming. He speaks English, Italian, Spanish, and can even get by and communicate quite well in Portuguese. The self check-in/out process is also very easy and convenient if needed.

The bed is really comfortable and we appreciated the slippers. Breakfast was great except there was no staff so we couldn't get any coffee. The reception staff were friendly and welcoming. Loved that there was a luggage platform and a desk so we could both have a place to put our suitcases that was off the floor. Also, appreciated the lift and not having to haul our bags up 3 floors!

The air conditioning is okay at best. With the 35 degree heat (Celsius) it took the edge off but didn't do a great job of cooling the room. We wished there was a staff member in the breakfast area because we both missed having a coffee with breakfast. The shower was adequate but the water pressure was weak. I'm nitpicking as the hotel was good overall.

Korzystaliśmy z tego hotelu podczas krótkiego pobytu w Rzymie w celach turystycznych. Dobra lokalizacja jeśli chodzi o odległość od dworca (Termini) i dobry punkt wyjściowy na piesze wycieczki po Rzymie. Śniadania bardzo przyzwoite (jajecznica i kiełbaski na ciepło) poza tym smaczne wędliny i ser oraz inne produkty do wyboru. Kawa parzona przez obsługę oraz ciasta bardzo smaczne. Obiekt warty uwagi.

Excellent location within walking distance of Roma Termini, the main train station, as well as many major tourist attractions. The staff was very friendly and professional, consistently going out of their way to help. The room was very comfortable. The area feels very safe, and the hotel faces the beautiful historic Palazzo del Viminale, which currently houses the Italian Ministry of the Interior.

No complaints, everything was great.

El personal de recepción es muy atento y servicial. El desayuno es suficiente para comenzar el día con energía. La zona es fantástica, muy bien ubicado, con muchos bares, restaurantes y heladería a un paso. Frente al Ministerio del Interior, por lo tanto muy seguro. A pocos metros de la Avenida Nazionale repleta de tiendas de moda. A 15 minutos de la Fontana de Trevi, Panteón y otras actividades. Buena relación calidad-precio. Recomendaremos.

Le seul point positif de cet hôtel est clairement son emplacement. Pour le reste, l’expérience a été très décevante.

Déjà, l’immeuble est très vieux et l’hôtel se situe au 3ᵉ étage. Malheureusement, l’ascenseur ne fonctionnait pas et j’ai dû porter ma valise jusqu’à l’hôtel moi-même, alors que j’ai des problèmes de dos. Personne ne m’a proposé d’aide, ce qui a rendu l’arrivée très compliquée. Le personnel est sympathique, mais cela ne compense pas les nombreux points négatifs. Dès mon entrée dans la chambre, j’entendais tous les bruits du couloir, de la petite réception, mais aussi ceux de la rue : les voitures, les passants, etc. L’isolation sonore est vraiment mauvaise et il est difficile de se reposer dans ces conditions. Le lit n’était pas du tout confortable non plus, ce qui a rendu les nuits encore plus désagréables. Et dès le matin, il y avait des travaux à l’étage en dessous, avec beaucoup de bruit, impossible de dormir ou de se détendre correctement. Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel, sauf peut-être pour son emplacement pratique.

Vue face au ministère de l’intérieur

Hôtel situé dans un immeuble au troisième étage comme un appartement avec ascenseur en panne depuis quelques temps et comme il y a un mélange d’habitations : 2 hôtels et des particuliers, ce n’est là d’être réparé… donc 80 marches pour y accéder. Aucune information donnée avant ! Et si nous avions été handicapés ? Personnel réduit … et personne après 17:00…. Comme dans les administrations. Espace douche avec traces d’infiltrations et de moisissures. Mal isolé phoniquement : bruits des. Chambres contigus, bruits de chaises de l’étage supérieur,…

L'hôtel est très bien placé nous avons pu visiter la plupart des endroits à pied et au cas où le métro est a côté 😉

Comfortable and nice hotel, friendly and careful staff. The location is great 10 mins walk from Termini railway station and 15 mins to Scalinata di Trinità dei Monti. The room was clean, breakfast is pretty nice.

Terzo piano di un palazzo storico.Posizione comodissima, come anche la camera con affaccio su piazza Viminale, abbastanza ampia e recentemente rinnovata. Lo staff è stato accogliente e professionale, avevo la necessità di spostarmi e sono stati in grado di anticipare il mio check-in di un oretta senza problemi

Vero è che la struttura è davvero piccola, ma purtroppo gli spazi comuni sono inesistenti, in pratica un corridoio. Colazione sufficientemente varia, ma dato il ridotto numero di camere e ospiti avrei preferito qualche prodotto fresco in più... Consiglio alla proprietaria come prossimo intervento, di mettere mano all'isolamento acustico degli infissi!La comodità del letto viene inficiata dal rumore eccessivo che arriva dalla strada

Location was brilliant Room was great, modern, clean, bed and pillows very comfortable, tea and coffee making facility, lovely shower, (although the pressure wasn't enough for the rain head, but the smaller head worked fine), warm but with aircon too, slippers, fridge, safe and great view. Cleaned every day with new towels. Could leave luggage after check out. Great communication and easy instructions how to access out of hours.

The room was on a noisy and very well lit street, however the double glazing was very good and if you closed the heavy curtains it was fine. Breakfast was ok.... But more of a "well it's something to start your day", the breakfast room wasn't great..... I wouldn't bother again. Right next door was a wonderful cafe serving great food and really reasonable... If breakfast isn't thrown in don't bother paying extra for it... Plenty of places to eat and drink right outside.

Não considero adequado classificar este estabelecimento como hotel. A estrutura e os serviços oferecidos estão muito aquém do esperado. Não há serviço de quarto e sequer existe um espaço comum onde o hóspede possa sentar fora do quarto. A operação parece extremamente limitada, contando com apenas um funcionário por dia, que acumula funções — é a mesma pessoa responsável pelo café da manhã e pela recepção ao longo de todo o dia, o que compromete o atendimento. Após as 17h, não há qualquer funcionário disponível. A porta permanece fechada e o acesso ao local é feito por meio de chave e senha, o que reforça a ausência total de suporte ao hóspede. O “hotel”, na prática, se resume a um corredor com meia dúzia de quartos. O café da manhã, além de iniciar em um horário pouco conveniente (somente às 8h), é muito mal servido e insuficiente. A reposição é praticamente inexistente: havia apenas um croissant de cada sabor, um iogurte de cada tipo, uma fruta de cada, e a quantidade de ovos não era suficiente sequer para três pessoas. No geral, a experiência ficou muito abaixo do esperado, principalmente considerando o que se anuncia como “hotel”.

Lokalizacja! Bezpieczne miejsce Rzymu, 10/10, naprzeciwko Policja całą dobę, więc możecie czuć się full bezpiecznie w tym miejscu. Wspaniała obsługa, bardzo miły i pomocny personel. Blisko! Pieszo możecie dojść do koloseum w 10-15 min.

Widać pewne niedociągnięcia na fugach w łazience itd., natomiast na włoskie standardy uważam, że było wspaniale. Naprzeciwko w godzinach popołudniowych włączają odstraszacze na ptaki, które brzmią gorzej niż ptaki. W razie popołudniowej drzemki może się zdarzyć, że Was to wybudzi. Dźwięki są wyłączone wieczorem, wiec sen w nocy jest bardzo okej. Śniadania średnio przypadły nam do gustu oraz brak muzyki w jadalni.
