Infested with Cockroaches and had to vacate property due to health risk.

COCKROACH INFESTATION un cooperative owners, booked 3 nights however due to infestation of insects did not stay and had to find alternative accommodation, owner not willing to refund or compensate.

The toilet bowl was broken, the entry codes were wrong... it was a total mess, and on top of that, there was no one to complain to because that lowlife was hiding like a rat.

It was easy to collect the keys. But the overall stay was one of the worst i have ever had.

The place was dirty, our feet were instantly black when we walked in the place. We don't wear shoes indoors and I had a child with me who played on the floor, but I couldn't allow it since the floors were dirty. There was a charger on the living room floor by the TV that was buzzing, we tried to unplug it and it gave me a shock. Luckily I caught it before my child touched it. In the kitchen there were no cleaning supplies to clean the utensils. Also there was just one cup. We were charged for 4 adults so shouldn't there be at least 4 cups for people to drink tea or coffee? There was just one pot so we couldn't really cook anything and had to spend money ordering food from outside There was construction happening outside the apartment. The noise started at 6 am in the morning and at night it did not stop till 9 pm. I understand that is not your fault, but at least if it was informed in advance I would have not booked this place, since I had a child and old parents with me who were extremely disturbed by this. I tried calling the number that was on the door of the apartment building, but no one picked up after calling 3 times.

Das Schlafzimmer war in Ordnung; das Bad basic

Wohnzimmer und Küche NICHT eingerichtet: kein Fernbedienung TV; Küche 1 Löffel, keine Teelöffel, 1 Kaffeetasse, kein Flaschenöffner, 3 Wassergläser, 1 tiefen Teller; Toaster, Wasserkocher, Bügeleisen, Microwave und Küchenstühle nicht vorhanden. Nicht geeignet zum Kochen oder wohnen. Für diesen Preis eine Schande für einen Aufenthalt von einigen Tagen. Auf Reklamationen wurde nur das 2. Mal reagiert: eine Dame des Reinigungspersonals, nur Spanisch sprechend, hat am vorletzten Tag geklingelt und konnte nichts sagen oder entscheiden.

Everything looked old, the sofa leather was falling into tiny bits that were into my every piece of clothing. However the location is perfect. And it's affordable

- WiFi was a bit limited, if you don’t have an active phone number…you may not be able to connect others. - simple amenities were missing, like sponge to wash dishes, only 1 dishwasher soap was provided.

Фото на сайті абсолютно не відповідають дійсності. Всі меблі поломані. На кухні не було нічого крім посуду (ні рідини для миття посуду , ні губки, ні солі..). В одній з кімнат навіть не передбачене освітлення( ні настільної лампи, ні світильника не існує) вилка від електрочайника не вставлялась в розетку, бо тип вилки не відповідав типу розетки) Ми обирали апартаменти через наявність парковки, на якій по факту не було місця. Спілкування з персоналом це вершина хамства і зневаги до клієнта- вони просто заблокували мій номер, коли перетелефонували з іншого номеру, його теж заблокували. Нікому не рекомендую це місце

Should not have booked here. Dirty apartment. The bathroom sink was clogged. The shower was leaking everywhere. The dishwasher was old and dirty. Not enough utensils to cook.

Bola špina a internet nefungoval, telka nemala ani kábel na 220v. A gauč bol špinavý že som sa bal aj sadnúť, o podlahe ani radšej nejdem rozprávať. Tak asi všetko. Ale vám ďakujem za starostlivosť.

Poor cleanliness, I found cigarette buds in property - we don’t smoke so can imaging how poor was cleaning. - kitchen even fridge had cockroaches - in this hot weather no fans provided

We had a terrible experience at this apartment. First, it was way too hot inside because there was no air conditioning and no fan. Second, the kitchen was very dirty with dust everywhere and some broken furniture. The floor was full of dust and the whole place was untidy. I have attached photos as proof. Third, the shower was leaking water. Due to all these problems, I cannot recommend this place and I will not return.

This was by far one of the most unpleasant accommodation experiences I have ever had. I have travelled to many countries around the world and throughout Europe, and this was easily one of the most painful stays I have experienced. The smell throughout the apartment was very unpleasant. The room was extremely hot, with no proper ventilation or fan, making it very difficult to sleep. On top of that, people were smoking weed around the building and on nearby balconies, and the smell repeatedly entered the apartment. This was especially difficult and unacceptable when travelling with a 2-year-old child and a senior family member. The lift also stopped working from time to time, which was another major inconvenience. The parking situation was equally disappointing. I paid €45 for two nights of parking, but when we arrived, someone else had parked in the designated parking space. The apartment owner had no control over the situation, and we ultimately had to park on the street despite having paid for parking. I honestly feel this accommodation deserves 0 point, but unfortunately, 1 point is the lowest rating available. I would not recommend this apartment to anyone. If you are visiting Zurich, I would strongly suggest choosing another place, as this stay can seriously affect your overall experience of the city.

Es ist nahe am Bahnhof und man ist schnell am Flughafen. Man hat dort alles was man braucht

Alles! Um an den Schlüssel bzw. Code zu gelangen sollten wir ein Link bekommen, dass wir ausfüllen sollten. Leider haben wir diese nicht bekommen. Wir konnten telefonisch auch niemanden erreichen. Dank mit Hilfe der Gäste vor Ort haben wir es dennoch irgendwie geschafft den Schlüssel zu kriegen. Das ganze Appartement, vor allem die Küche hat gestunken und wir haben uns sehr geekelt. Abends wurde es schlimmer! Da kam noch das Gestank von den Kiffern in unserem Schlafzimmer. Die Matratzen waren sehr alt. Die Ganze Wohnung war alt! Es hieß, dass es renoviert wurde. Fehlanzeige. Außerdem gibt es dort keine Parkmöglichkeiten und wir konnten auch kein Parkplatz mehr buchen, da alles ausgebucht war Nie wieder!!!

Siehe Feedback "Was hat Ihnen nicht gefallen" Dadurch dass ich Zeit verloren habe, hat mir die Mitarbeiterin am Telefon als Lösung und als Entschuldigung für die technischen Fehler ein grösseres Zimmer gegeben für diese Nacht. Ich war sehr zufrieden ich habe 97.- für eine grosse Suite bezahlt, ich finde der Preis ist gerecht. Danke an die Mitarbeiterin dass sie mir geholfen hat und danke für diese Aktion!

Bei der Check-in Box habe ich den Zugangscode eingegeben, nur kam leider kein Schlüssel raus trotz mehrfacher Eingabe. Dadurch habe ich etwa 30 Min bis 1 Stunde an Zeit verloren bis sie mir eine Lösung gesucht haben und ich hatte abends noch einen dringenden Termin, den ich nicht verpassten durfte.

В кухне была очень плохо нету посуда нету нормальный сковородка нету вилка ложка и так далее если в кухне сделать как надо то будет очень хорошо просто там всё ужасном состоянии даже чайник нету чтобы чай сделать кухни можно оценить ноль там всё старое видимо сам хозяин давно там не было или не было ну как я вам говорил кухни ужасном состоянии

The hotel looked older than the photos, and the overall experience was just average. I was also woken up by someone ringing the doorbell at around 6:00 AM.

לא היה ניתן להכנס למקום.הקוד לא נתן את המפתח כפי ההסכם.לאחר מאמצים מרובים ועזרה של 2 מתארחים במקום הושג מפתח חילופי לדירה עם 2 מיטות בעוד שהזמנו 4 מיטות.האינטרנט בדירה לא עבד וכן התאורה באמבטיה היתה שבורה והדלת לא ננעלה.אנחנו כועסים ומאוכזבים מאד על ההמלצה שלכם ודורשים פיצוי הוגן ע"כ.גם לא יכולנו לישון וגם לא לעבוד.פשוט ברחנו מהמקום בבוקר מוקדם.

There was no parking available on site. The rooms were really warm. No soap or basic amenities were provided.

Líbilo se nám, že pozdní příjezd nebyl problém a personál přes e-mail ihned reagoval.

Nelíbil se nám pokoj. Celý dům strašně smrděl, apartmán také. Dalo by se vyvětrat, ale nebylo by tam žádné soukromí. Vše bylo špinavé, nefunkční. V obývacím pokoji byla strašně špinavá sedačka a štítili jsme se na ni sednout. Chyběl konferenční stolek a ovladač k TV. Skříňky nefunkční. V kuchyni chyběla část digestoře, všechno bylo zničené. V koupelně neodtékalo umyvadlo. V ložnici děsné závěsy, které byly špatně připevněné. Na zemi použitá náplast. Přijeli jsme velmi pozdě a proto jsme zůstali a hned ráno jsme urychleně byt opustili. Nelíbilo se nám nic.

Muy ruidoso por estar al frente de una estación de trenes y además un edificio en construcción en la esquina. Debe mejorar la limpieza. No funcionaba la pava eléctrica. Pésima distribución de habitaciones - cocina - baño. Cocina con pocas comodidades. Pocos enchufes.

Als Erstes gab es im Zimmer nicht genügend Steckdosen. Ein Handy mussten wir weit entfernt vom Bett im Zimmer laden, da sich keine Steckdose neben dem Nachttisch befand. Das andere Handy mussten wir entweder im Flur oder im Wohnzimmer aufladen. Außerdem gab es keine Klimaanlage. Nachts war es extrem warm, sodass wir kaum schlafen konnten. Der Kühlschrank in der Küche hat die ganze Zeit gepiepst. Das untere Gefrierfach war vereist, wodurch sich die Kühlschranktür nicht richtig schließen ließ. Auch der Fernseher war nicht nutzbar. Es waren keine Sender verfügbar, sodass man nichts anschauen konnte.

The size of the apartment

Es war alles sehr unkompliziert, vom Check-in bis zum Check-out. Die Wohnung ist sehr gross, verfügt über einen Balkon und bietet gerade Familien viel Platz. Für Kinder hat es wirklich Platz zum spielen. Insgesamt war es gut (wenn man keine allzu hohen Ansprüche hat ;-)). Wir würden vor allem wegen dem vielen Platz, der Lage mitten in Zürich und dem guten Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis wieder hier übernachten.

Die Einrichtung besteht wirklich nur aus dem Nötigsten und wirkt daher etwas kalt. Es hat aber Bad-/Handtücher und Shampoo. Ausserdem ist die Wohnung alt und nur teilweise erneuert, weshalb gerade die Küche, der Wohn- und der Essbereich unfreundlich wirken.
