الشاطئ والبحر والمسؤل عن أداره الشاطئ اولا الشاطئ ليس مقتصر على فندق جويل او الشقق الخاصه بى جويل ولكن للعامه وبالتالي ازدحام شديد نظرا لضيق المكان والأعداد الرهيبه المتوافده على الشاطئ والبحر كله كسر وصخور والمياه مش نظيفه ارجوا من أداره جويل أعاده النظر فى أداره الشاطئ

لايوجد انترنت كما كان متفق عليه ولايوجد عماله لتنظيف الغرف وتم الاكتفاء بوضع مستلزمات الغرفه ( مياه ومناديل وسكر وشاي ) على يدرالباب من الخارج علما بأنني متواجد داخل الشقه

النظافة سيئة ليست علي المستوى الفندقي المطلوب مستوى الأثاث قديم جدا ومحتاج تجديد مكيف هواء واحدة من الغرف كان معطل ثلاجة المطبخ قديمة جدا وغير نظيفة وتمئلها الصدأ من الصعب الوصول الي الواي فاي للشقة

Reviewed Jan 4, 2026The Apartment & rooms were in very poor condition: the doors had major issues and the locks didn’t work properly. The beds were extremely uncomfortable and in poor shape. The windows let in a lot of noise from the street, and the wind was loud. Cleanliness was almost nonexistent, which affected our comfort. The upholstery was dirty and needed replacement. The hotel management was contacted as soon as we arrived, but there were no towels, tissues, or soap in the room. When we requested them, it took many hours to get them, and they claimed the dryer was broken as an excuse. And i have contacted booking to refund me and find solution for a loyal customer like me.

The building is old. Needs renovation inside and outside. The beds were 4/10 for comfort. The bed covers had stains on them. Kitchen smelled bad. Bathrooms definitely needed a renovation.
