Plaza Hotel Alexandria

The view, staff so kind

The A/C needs to be clean

Sehr gut

Every thing outstanding

Awesome place

Location only.

Hotel furniture is very old and not clean Facilities are very poor House keeping are not clean Towels are not clean dirt in the room refrigerator Extra fees for car parking Extra fees for additional bed for a kid in a suite room with only 1 single bed. Elevator is a disaster with very high waiting time Breakfast options are very limited No way to be a 4* hotel

I had a bad experience with the hotel. The house keeping service was very poor.

The toilet ceiling got leakage and dripping at midnight. Although they offered change rooms they offered single room dépiste being in double suite originally. Moreover, the flusher of new room was not working correctly. I have reported to the reception but no help.

Nulla

Servizio pessimo

Location

Location

Unclean place. Unclean bed sheets and toilets. Very poor and outdated furniture. Bad smell across the room and the building. Uncomfortable bed matress

The location and views are amazing specially throught the balcony.

The hotel is really simple with limited facilities .

Marvelous Location ; Receptionist upgraded us to a suite ; clean

Room location was excellent however it was noisy as the windows were not sealed enough. The Air Conditioner was not working properly

The staff was very friendly

Everything was great

The view is wonderful, also the room was clean , comfort and good smell.

Nothing

Location and staff.

Parking is a little far from the hotel.

The room was overall clean, spacious, and the view is great. The staff was helpful and friendly.

The sheets on one of the beds had tiny hairs on it, that was the only issue with cleanliness, otherwise everything else was great.

Very good location a comfortable room with sea view A kindness staff and helpful even in crowded days This is my fourth time to stay I recommended for a short stay

Staff are very friendly and supportive

The AC in the room was not good at all, to the point that i had to buy my own fan just to be able to sleep properly

The location

It’s 4 starts , I thought it will be a real 4 stars hotel! The place is dirty , the beddings are over used , mold smell coming out from the moquette, the central ACs are not clean !

Location, sea view from the window, good and nice service

The location is really premium. Staff is very friendly. Rooms is clean.

Facility is very old. Furniture is old and damaged. Walls is not clean. Need serious renovation.

Amazing hotel with a beautiful atmosphere and super clean rooms. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional. Everything was perfect and the service exceeded my expectations. Definitely coming back again👏❤️
