Good apartment, good location, friendly staff

Limited sea view

AC issue

Marvels on every thing clean and quite

Nothing

On booking, it does not mention that it is a side sea view (not a front sea view). If there are two options: 1) front sea view and 2) side sea view, I would choose the front.

Very big , clean and comfortable apartment

Everything was amazing

Location and the security also the apartment was clean and comfortable

Non

This apartment is located in the most famous and prestigious building in Alexandria. Excellent location where San Stefano mall is in the same building. Also, we had amazing sea view from both balconies.

Nothing important. Everything was fine.

Good location above the mall

It was a little tricky to find specially when booking Uber. There was only one tissue paper in the toilet and should have provided extra toiletries in case of need as there was no room service. The staff at check in and check out had weird expressions. Not friendly at all.

every thing amazing apartment

nothing

Fantastic location and very well appointed appointment with everything on the place. Great view and sunset from the balcony. Responsive management and always available. We will definitely be back on our next visit to Alexandria. Thank you Mohamed Mansour, it was a real pleasure to have you as a host. Francisco

Everything was great

Amazing

Very clean, safe, quiet, have access for everything, food, market, transportation,

Old furniture Especially bath towels and sofas

Communication was great . The host was in touch to check if everything ok all the time.

Nothing

Its filthy. It smells..its misleading cuz i thought its a fourseasons san stefano serviced apartment, where i stayed before! The reception wasnt professional, the curtains the floors the dried flowers everything seemed filthy and i was told i had to wait cuz the system was down to collect my key. The walls were all smudged around rhe door and inside was a catastrophe!! The design the furniture the props everything was shocking and the smell was bad and i just couldnt stay there at all. I left because i also had my son who would have been traumatized from staying there!

Everything was beautiful

The apartment needs a little renovation.

Everything I need is there, I didn’t have any inconvenience ♥️ the location is amazing, the apartment was clean, well furnished, hot water snd ac working fine, good WiFi connectivity. Thank you for well maintenaning it

None, all was good

A wonderful and upscale residential unit, carefully equipped and clean, and the hotel service is wonderful, and wheelchair service is available for the elderly. I advise anyone who wants to have a beautiful, quiet vacation to book this hotel apartment.

Disappointing Experience at Flat 1703 - 5th Tower I recently stayed at Flat 1703 in the 5th Tower, and unfortunately, it did not meet expectations. The apartment's interior was poorly furnished, with mismatched furniture and unattractive colors. For instance, there were seven different carpets, all in varying sizes and unattractive designs, which made the space feel disorganized. The furniture, except for the mattress, was outdated and clashed in both style and color. The main bedroom had only one bedside lamp, while the second bedroom had no bedside lamps at all. There was also just one small side table between the beds, which felt like it was pulled from a low-quality furniture catalog. The kitchen was another issue. The floor was incredibly sticky, and my shoes actually got stuck to it. The dishes were mismatched in colors and very cheap in quality. Additionally, the towels provided were not clean, and when we addressed this with the owner, they sent a cleaning lady to change the towels and do some cleaning. However, the kitchen floor was not attended to, which was disappointing. Every cupboard in the apartment seemed to have random items placed haphazardly, making the space feel cluttered and untidy. It wasn't dirty, but it wasn't the neat and organized space one would expect. Another major issue was the Wi-Fi, which only worked on the first evening of our stay. Despite reporting the issue, it was never fixed, and we were left without reliable internet for the remainder of our stay. It’s clear that other apartments in this building may be well-furnished and maintained, but unfortunately, this particular flat was far from it. The owner charges the same rent as the other units due to the building's name and location, but based on the condition of this apartment, I do not believe it is worth the price.

Thanks for the hospitality🌷

Every thing

Nothing

Location.

There was a strong flowery oder from perhaps the cleaning solution or maybe air freshener that was too much. Also there were no face clothes for washing.

Location.

It was such a creepy apartment even tho it was in a luxurious building, lock on main door was broken Balconies doors had no locks. Place was not clean. It was an outdated apartment. Staff was a nightmare. We arrived late and they stood there angry and very rude, the reception guy had no idea and kept passing me to other people, he had no idea what was going on. He looked like he just rolled out bed. Then 3 of them ganged up and they made us very uncomfortable. To the point we went upstairs and put some chairs behind the door. I they said my name was not there and it’s an apartment and it’s not his responsibility to help me or check me in if it’s rental because this is a residential building and the “bookings.com and other rental agencies is not their responsibility” then I threatened that I’ll cancel and call the owner” then he started to change directions. That front group if staff was sleazy and made us absolutely uncomfortable. We will never come back again.

Very clean and well kept

Nothing everything was good

I recently stayed at the Grand Plaza San Stefano in a luxury apartment, and overall, the experience was positive. Check-in was straightforward. The instructions provided were clear and helped make the process smoother. The apartment itself was well-equipped and comfortable. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly. The location is fantastic, with easy access to the mega mall and restaurants nearby, making it very convenient for dining and shopping. Overall, I had a comfortable stay and would recommend the place, especially for its prime location and helpful services.

Location, facilities and an amazing host.

Parking fees need to reconsidered

Good location

It wasn’t clean

Excellent stay

Nothing

The apartment was very clean and well furnished and equipped with high quality appliances, there is good attention to details and cleanliness Definitely would visit again, highly recommended

Nothing

Location and apartment room sizes

Kitchen is not well equipped. TV Remote control were not working. Reception staff was not welcoming. We found bed sheets used by the previous guest's hanging out to dry in the unit's balcony.

Clean spacious luxurious very convenient

Nothing

The location is great with access to the shopping center as well as the beach. Easy to reach and access. Everything was well described in the message we received before arrival.

The cleanliness of the apartment needs improvement. Also some devices such as remote control of the satellite in bed room and living room didn’t work well. When I called the service of the apartment a technician offered to fix on a personal basis (what he said) .. a way to provide him with extra money for fixing it! Many curtains were not in tact and need repair. No hair dryer available. In kitchen, seems there were left overs from previous guests with no cleaning or revision before our entrance. No enough pillows available. Finally we found in a closet but with no fitting covers.

Host and Staff are cooperative and location is amazing. Wifi is great for streaming.

It’s not a hotel , I checked hotels filter while booking as I believe it’s running by four seasons hotel. Balcony side sea view is from one bedroom only. The Bath tub drain is not functioning properly.

Everything was very fine

Nice room, spacious and good view. All facilities and amenities are in good condition. Room is quite and all staff are very helpful. Good location and easy access to shopping mall.

Only one towel provided for each bathroom. Supposedly to provide enough for 5 guests as per the booking done.
