Genel olarak iyi kahvaltı çok güzeldi resepsiyon karşılama güzel sadece odaların temizliğine biraz daha özen gösterilmeli ve klimadan çok faydalanamadık arızalı idi bir defa servis geldi devreye girdi kısa bi zaman sonra tekrar arızaya geçti

.

Yalova’nın termal bölgesinde, yüksek ücretli ve dört yıldızlı bir otel olduğu için burayı özellikle tercih ettik. Balayı süiti seçip daha fazla ödeme yaptık ancak verdiğimiz paraya kesinlikle değmedi. Odanın kliması çalışmıyordu, üç kez görevli çağırmamıza rağmen sorun çözülmedi. Gece yarısı tekrar aradığımızda çözüm olarak bizi standart odaya alabileceklerini söylediler fakat ödediğimiz farkı iade etmeyeceklerini belirttiler. Bu hiç adil değildi. Sonunda gece 2’de klimayı düzeltebildiler ama o saate kadar uykumuz defalarca bölündü, dinlenmek için geldiğimiz yerde rahat edemedik. Çalışanların güler yüzlü ve samimi olduklarını teslim etmek isterim; fakat sadece güler yüz yeterli olmuyor. Ne yazık ki çözüm çok geç geldi, masaj hizmeti de beklentimizin oldukça altındaydı. Ayrıca banyo ürünleri konusunda da büyük hayal kırıklığı yaşadık. “Kremli şampuan” adı altında verilen ürün, aslında duş jeliyle aynıydı; saçta hiç köpürmedi ve kullanımı saça zarar verdi. Aynı sıvıyı jakuzi köpüğü olarak da koymuşlar. Bu konuda herhangi bir açıklama veya bilgilendirme yapılmaması, dört yıldızlı bir otelden beklenmeyecek bir durumdu. Genel olarak, hem fiyat hem de hizmet açısından bu otel beklentimizin çok altında kaldı.

Otelin konumu yalova merkeze 10-15 dk. Uzaklıkta. Temiz, düzenli, çalışanları ilgili ve güleryüzlü. Kahvaltısı açık büfe, tatlar iyi, çeşitliliği yeterli. SPA kısmında bayanlara özel alan da mevcut. Tuz odası, saunası, sıcak havuzu çok temiz. Masaj yaptırmanızı tavsiye ederim, bali masajını süper yapıyorlar👍

17 mayıs tarihinde 1 gece kaldık. Odamız gayet bakımlı geniş ve temizdi. Spa yı kullandık. Sicak havuz biraz daha büyük olsaydı süper olurdu. Jakuziden faydalandık. Ağrılarımiza gayet iyi geldi. Hamamı, saunasi, tuz odası ve Hamamı iyiydi. Sabah kahvaltısı ve akşam yemeği güzeldi. Lezzetli ve bence yeterliydi. Otel çalışanları ilgiliydi özellikle rezervasyondaki Berfin Çelik hanım çok tatlı ve güler yüzluydü. Ayrıca oda konusunda yaptığı jestten ötürü Ayrıca tekrar teşekkür ederiz.

Otel sessiz sakin odası rahat havuzu sıcak. Ama bu güne kadar ki 4 yıldızlı kaldığım oteller arasında en kötü yemek servisi bu oteldeydi. Yemekleri standartın altında 2 gece konakladım, yemeklerinin lezzetini beğenmedim.

Konaklama çok güzeldi spa masaj bölümü temiz değil ve masaj kötü ve masaj odaları soğuktu

2 gece kaldık ve öğlen ve akşam yemekleri hep aynı çıktı ve bayram olmasına rağmen

Ailecek gidilebilecek bir otel,kapalı havuzları biraz küçük çok kalabalık olunca herkez birbirine çarpiyor. Çocuklar için yeterli.Temizlik iyiydi,yemekler orta seviyede.Sakin bir yer.

Bir gece konakladık . Spor salonu , havuz , sauna, tuz odaları güzeldi . Kahvaltı hoşumuza gitti . Masaj ekstra ücretliydi ve fiyatı biraz fazlaydı .

Aşırılığı olmayan, çalışanlarının saygılı ve çok güler yüzlü olduğu, çocukla rahatlıkla gidilebilecek güzel bir aile oteli

Daha önce konaklayıp çok memnun ayrılmıştım.Tekrardan gelip annem ve kardeşlerimle toplam 5 kişi otele giriş yaptık.resepsiyondaki bayan annemlere 3 kişi oldukları halde 4 kişilik oda verdi.Eşimle bana çift olduğumuz halde 3 kişilik oda verdi. Eşimle gidip odayı beğenmediğimizi belirttip daha önceden kaldığımız oda(127)boşsa onu vermesini söyledik. Bu seferde boş olduğunu fakat daha güzel oda vericeğini söyleyip dalga geçer gibi en küçük balkonlu odayı verdi.Oda oda gezmek istemiyoruz lütfen ahşap balkonlu odaları rica ediyoruz,extra ücret gerekiyorsa farkını verelim dedik. Bakım ve tadilat bahanesiyle odaları vermeyip resmen bizi başından sağdı .Bu muamele sonrası gittiğimize pişman oldum moralimiz bozuldu birdaha asla gitmem çevremede tavsiye etmem.

Genel olarak güzel temiz otel personel kibar ve yardımcı oluyor. Sadece jakuzi bozuktu küvet gibi kullandık. Genel olarak güzel aile oteli olduğu için biraz çocuk gürültüsü fazlaydı.

Anuncian un spa que no está en funcionamiento, nada funciona. Saunas apagadas, hammans clausurados etc Gente chillando en la piscina del spa, niños saltando y comiendo... Otros huéspedes se iban quejando y nadie hacía nada. Habitaciones llenas de polvo, aires que no funcionan, literalmente nos quedanos con algún pomo de puerta en la mano. En fin, un hotel bonito con un mantenimiento muy pobre.

Nous avons séjournés 2 nuits dans cet hotel qui est joli et dispose d'un super espace spa. Malheureusement la propreté des linges de toilettes étaient moyennes (traces marrons), le balcon n'a pas été nettoyé et la restauration du room service est pas bien bonne. La climatisation ne fonctionnait pas. Le personnel est acceuillant.

Güzel ve temiz bir oteldi

Very clean, lovely, quiet hotel. Lovely staff, delicious food. We were lucky to dine in the Restaurant and experience not only great food, service, ambience but also a guitarist singing songs. So lovely. There is a lot to do in the hotel, there seems to be everything to have yourself a wonderful holiday. Great price also.

This hotel was highly rated so we booked it. However, at the current time it was not cleaned well. The floor of the restaurant at breakfast had broken glass (from the previous night perhaps) and all sorts of rubbish. The carpet in the corridors had not been cleaned; the windows were dirty. The reception area was dark and unwelcoming. Little touches could improve it significantly.

The hotel sel

Breakfast was not good at all. Little choice and served like a primary school canteen. Location not good there are better hotels in Yalova centre or Termal you can go to. You need to wear a swimming hat in the pool which is not advertised. Bed comfortable though and room a good size. Decor needs some tlc, the bathroom especially. It clearly hadn't been looked at since the hotel was built. Personally I would not stay here again.

Lova Hotel is my favorite in Yalova clean tidy comfortable customer service is amazing right when you check in you are greated by Aziza and the always smiling gentle men at front desk i cant complain about anything spa and swimming pool are awesome will be back soon

It was an amazing stay, the hotel is a new modern building with spacious rooms, great food, a wonderful spa as well as nicely equipped gym and have to point it out one of the most helpful and friendly staff i come across.

Lovely hotel but way out from Yalova

In the past was very good hotel if talking about cleaning or breakfast but now the breakfast too poooor and they only refull the shampoo and the teabags and kaffe without cleaning the room.

Hotel Lova is a very calm and quite hotel and the reception was very friendly in arranging my taxi back to airport and also to extend my stay for late checkout. The rooms were big and has a good balcony. Beds are comfy. Breakfast was good. Areas which require improvement from the hotels side are 1. Have someone to assist guests with their luggage from taxi and back to taxi. 2. WiFi was very weak even after informing 3 times and had to use cellular data after losing hope. 3. Carpet is a very wrong choice in the room and looks dirty especially during corona it feels uncomfortable.

It's a good place for someone who wants to stay out of the city for a while. There are outdoor and indoor pools, fitness and Turkish Suna.

Excellent! I stayed 8 nights. The facilities are great. The staff are nice. The food is very good. I had breakfast and dinner there each day. It is easy to get to the city center by public transportation, as well as Termal, and other places. Everything is excellent. I hope to return.

I was very happy with the hotel as usual. The only problem I could point out was the breakfast area. The safe distance was not observed and buffet cover was not proper. I did not eat there anyway, but I mention it for the attention of the manager. But the rest was excellent and the people were amazing.

Very hard working and helpful staff. Good value for the money paid. Acceptable breakfast and dinner buffet menu. Water, tea and coffee are complimentary during meals. Loud & amplified music during dinner which we did not like at all. Kids play room is too warm and not good for kids, they move around and keep sweating. They have spa but not thermal waters, only heated waters but quite decent. No alcohol is permitted at hotel.
