We loved our room at the top of the house. The beds were so comfortable, the shower was great and we had everything we needed. The breakfasts were delicious with a great choice and plenty of it. Grace was so welcoming and nothing was too much trouble.

The staff were wonderful and incredibly helpful. Grace was especially kind and welcoming. The place is absolutely charming — clean, cosy, and beautifully maintained. The breakfasts were delicious! My daughter and I had a lovely time and truly enjoyed our stay. We would highly recommend this place!

The property was beautiful with stunning original coloured stained glass windows and other beautiful period features . Our room was very comfortable with new en-suite furnishings. Bed was very comfortable . Lovely Elemis products in en-suite . The staff were friendly and helpful . Grace was a delight to meet ! The breakfast was amazing - the best bacon and sausage !! Definitely good value for money .Good variety of choices at breakfast. We enjoyed the location too which was convenient for town and to the promenade .

We loved the beautiful original Victorian elements of the house along with the updated furnishings. Being up the hill we had an amazing view of Llandudno. The staff were exceptional. Warm, friendly and very helpful, especially Grace. Amazing breakfast.

Grace was absolutely an amazing host and the break least was amazing too.

If I really was picky, I would say the bath was a hurt difficult to adjust to shower as the pressure was low.

We had a text to ask what time we would be arriving and our room was ready early. Lovely welcome from Grace. Very comfortable room with lovely view. Fantastic breakfast. All the staff were very polite and we will definitely be returning.

Escape boutique is a beautiful Victorian building retaining all the original exterior features. Also alot of the Victorian interior features remain in the guest areas. However the rooms are decorated to a very high modern standard featuring large comfortable beds, and walk in showers. The premises are in a nice quiet street but only a 5 minute walk to the town centre and promenade. Grace and her team are very welcoming, friendly , and knowledgeable of the local area. The breakfast was fantastic with a good selection of hot and cold food available. All in all Escape Boutique is a fabulous bed and breakfast, worth every penny and we can highly recommend. Shout out to a couple of Grace's staff, Abi and Frankie, all the best in your future careers.

Gardens needed a little care but apart from that….Perfect!

It was a lovely old building renovated to a high standard. It was about a 10 minute walk from the town centre. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly. The breakfast was probably the best I’ve ever had at a hotel/B&B

The car park is quite tight and I would have struggled parking had I not arrived a bit early. I certainly wouldn’t have been able to park on the road, it was really busy and it’s quite a narrow residential road. On our first night’s stay the person above us woke us up at about 3am(unintentionally I’m sure) by banging around, it sounded like they were in our room it was so loud. I’m guessing this is due to the age of the building. Otherwise thoroughly enjoyed our stay

Attractive decor downstairs. All areas clean. Delicious, generous breakfast on both mornings. Very convenient for walking into town centre. Room very quiet.

Just thought I'd let you know that if these following points are addressed before your next guest stays in room 3 it will be better... Bulb in Floor lamp Bulb in celling spot light Loose tile in shower cubicle Extractor fan doesn't work in bathroom The steem stays the room stays damp to long To make sure the spot light bulbs are dimmable compatible to the dimmer switch on wall because when we used the dimmer switch to lower the lights they wore flickering For 5 star expected air conditioning

Beautiful Victorian building with all mod cons. Check in very easy and staff lovely. Great breakfast. Fifteen minute walk to the theatre. Just up the road from the Great Orme tram and the cable cars which are worth a visit.

The small team at this B&B are exceptional. The location is just a short walk into the centre but also a short walk to the West Parade if you prefer a quieter area and a sandy beach. The attention to detail in the rooms great. Each room having a different theme. The breakfast was fantastic, with great choice with excellent quality produce. The attention to detail continues in the breakfast room: We will definitely be rebooking.

Perfect location! Beautiful Victorian house nestled between two beaches, just outside of town yet close to everything. The staff was super friendly and incredibly accommodating. Our room was perfect and cleaned thoroughly every day. The breakfast was absolutely outstanding.

Clean and comfortable bed and breakfast hotel. Beautifully decorated large house. The room we had was spacious with a comfortable king sized bed, decoration was lovely. Spotlessly clean. Breakfast was perfect and plenty of it and the bonus was, it was served up to 10.00am. There are about 5 spaces to park on the property but we parked on the road in front of the hotel with no problems. There is an honesty bar, which was a nice touch as there wasn't a bar. Hotel is located within a few minutes walk of the bars, restaurants, shops and beach

I loved the room— it was a loft with a fabulous shower and an area to get ready. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful! The host was so kind, and the area is quiet.

Amazing, Grace was the perfect host, nothing was too much trouble for her and we're quite demanding. The room was perfect, clean, luxurious, nice selection of biscuits and drinks, towels were lovely and fluffy, bed and pillows were super comfortable. Choice of breakfast was perfect and as you do when you're on holiday we overindulged it would have been rude not too, everything was perfectly cooked and presented. I'm already looking forward to our next trip

Access to the property from the small car park was a little challenging for me as we had to go up a sloping path and several steps carrying luggage. Sam however helped to bring our luggage down to the car when we were leaving.

Maybe a bit on the pricey side. Water drum ran dry and wasn’t replenished, to be fair it was our last night when this happed and was a bank holiday Monday but it was also hottest weekend of the year so far🥵

The view is absolutely stunning, the location is quiet and peaceful and the staff were very helpful and friendly. It was our first time in a B&B and it was top level service! I absolutely would stay here again, I enjoyed the learning the history of this place as well.

It would have been nicer to have a bigger room and air con. Other than that, no faults at all!

Quaint and quirky! It’s elevated position with amazing views. Close to town centre and pier! Breakfast room very nice, food hot and plenty of choice.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast delicious and cooked to order. Room comfortable and spotlessly clean as was the rest of the premises. Loved the light up wallpaper I've never seen that before !! The property was in a good location, just a 5 - 10 minute walk to the promenade or town centre in one direction and beach/coast path/riverside walk to Conwy in the other.

We were very impressed with the friendly welcome where Grace knew who we were and gave a genuine smile and greeting. The room was airy, the bathroom had a lovely shower and the bed was comfy. Breakfast was excellent with an excellent choice, well cooked and nothing was too much trouble. Parking is available on site but there is street parking too so that was a bonus. All in all a thoroughly enjoyable stay looked after by lovely people.

Excellent all round. My only personal mini complaint was the bed. I found the mattress too hard. The pillows were far from comfortable. Just personal preference.

Excellent breakfast, lovely family run hotel, Grace in particular was absolutely lovely. When I just happened to mention an issue with the shower Grace offered to move us to another room (which was actually an upgrade for no extra). Very Comfortable.

The shower in the room we were in initially was over a bath but was very difficult to get the right temperature. They really need to replace it with a walk-in shower.

The location is perfect. More important however, was the incredible staff. Grace is one of the finest hostesses (and manager) we’ve encountered in many years of travel! The breakfast is outstanding and the room was well decorated and very comfortable! We’ll be back!

Room was shabby ceiling had brown stains on it , very poor quality for £205 we paid , not worth it we have stayed in much finer establishments for less money ! Save yours everyone and go to one of the others down the road. The description of the property is misleading stating a sea view however it is not near the seafront at all and you can see the sea slightly from the right of the window. The place feels generally like a bit of a work in progress.

The hotel is quirky, stylish and cosy. The team are so friendly and the breakfast is delicious.

The decor and original features were gorgeous. The room was super spacious and very comfy. The view was stunning. Grace as a host was amazing, super friendly and made us feel very welcome.

A small fridge in the room would have been useful for storing bottled water, we don't like tap water. Also, a filter coffee machine in the room would have elevated our stay - instant coffee is not good.

Staff were very friendly, and easy to contact if anything was needed. The breakfast was far better than I expected - with a plethora of choices in all departments. The wild goats in the area were spotted in the garden outside on 2 occasions which was magical!

The ceiling in my room was a little low at points, but I am rather tall and chose to have the attic room so I cant complain!
