A lovely guest house staff were really happy and helpful couldn't do enough for you breakfast was excellent

If you were able bodied didnt dislike anything the problem was i dont walk very well and use crutches so i wouldnt say it was good if you are not very mobile its up quite a few steps

Perfect location. Very clean and everywhere lovely. Bed was very comfy. Staff were so lovely , very friendly. Loved the Honesty Bar. We really did have a brilliant time.

Very clean, centrally located, friendly guesthouse. Excellent breakfast and beautiful front garden to sit & people watch in.

Twin Room was a bit small and parking was difficult (the latter was not the Guesthouse's fault- parking in Llandudno is a nightmare peak season)

Room was lovely over looking the sea, nice size, lots of storage Decor was nice in the room and communal areas Vegetarian and normal breakfast was nice Bathroom was clean Nice to have a fan provided Pillows and duvet were lovely Nice size tv View was fantastic

Bed was a little soft for us but personal preference we prefer a firmer bed Room needed dusting. Especially the headboard and picture frames 3 of the towels provided were soaking wet in the sink Bit too regimented with rules, didn't like that in the welcome folder it said if you leave the "do not disturb" sign on all day and they know your not in, they have a right to enter your room to check if youve been eating hot food or are doing drugs! I also didn't like the fact they charge £8 if you drink your own alcohol, this charge is to cover their licence costs and to cover them having to empty the bin! We had cans of coke and they had to empty the bin anyway, so what's the difference, we werent charged and wouldn't have paid if we had been, i stripped the bed and emptied the bins when we left, should I charge you? I dont really understand the ban on hot food in rooms, hot food doesn't make the room smell any more than eating shellfish, which is what we did! Husband stays in approx 2 hotel's a week with work, hes never come across a hot food ban before. If someone orders toast, this should be brought out before the cooked breakfast, can't eat toast and jam with a cooked breakfast Had to ask for milk for tbe tea and one tiny thimble of butter isn't enough for 5 slices of toast, a little stingy I haven't mentioned these things im person as there's no point, you couldn't do anything about this while we were there.

The view from our room was awful , there was a lot of dead plants and ladders and buckets outside plus windows where dirty on the outside.

Enjoyed the breakfasts, served at the table. View beyond reproach. Room, absolutely fine. (Hint to owner; one light bulb out, proximity light on landing not working)

Lovely staff, v helpful and friendly. Lovely view, but nice and separated up from the ground level. Great terrace, loved resting there reading my book, among the flowers! Bedroom was spotless, very homely, lots of nice touches. Breakfast was brilliant. Liked having the lounge and honesty bar. Can't wait to come back in September!

Excellent breakfast and a perfect view!

Inevitably in old properties like these, the bathroom isn't always ideal, not that this spoiled our stay.

Theres a really relaxed, friendly atmosphere, the staff are attentive, but not intrusive. The garden terrace at the front is a particular highlight, as was the breakfast which is ordered the previous evening. Everything was piping hot and well prepared.

The shower cubicle is a little on the small side for me, but wasn’t something I couldn’t live with.

Everything about The View guest house is lovely...from Brian and his staff to the rooms with all the nice touches eg toiletries..hot drinks..the room etc. Breakfasts are by choice with everything on it. The honesty bar in the downstairs lounge is great. Location on the sea front promenade is lovely and the view especially at night is wonderful. We have stayed there 3 times in the year and look forward to staying there again soon.

The View Hotel was in a great location. Staff were lovely. Hotel was spotlessly clean and in a great location. Very happy with our stay.

Just that the parking was on street and sometimes very difficult to find a space as it was so busy all day long.

Unfortunately, though no fault of the property - Triathlon was on the day of departure. Due to roads being closed, we had to move the car and depart earlier than we would have liked Consequently, we left without having the lovely breakfast.

Great spacious room with a fabulous view, a lovely comfy bed and a great breakfast. Stunning terrace you can sit in with amazing flowers overlooking the bay and can enjoy a drink from the bar. Highly recommend

Absolute quality , from the breakfast to the beds to the decor the staff the facilities the well stocked honesty bar , unrivalled view across the bay , front of hotel sun patio for early morning coffee like sitting in a garden centre flowers everywhere , nothing is to much trouble although you would struggle to find anything extra to ask for.

Comfy, spacious, spotless with gorgeous breakfast and lovely staff. Great views and close to town. Parking close to hotel is left to chance as it's very sort-after and busy but there's plenty of street free parking only ten minutes walk. So planning ahead is recommended.

Das Hotel hat eine gute Lage, nah dran am Ortskern und den Bushaltestellen, aber sehr ruhig ! Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und gemütlich. Das Frühstück wird frisch zubereitet und serviert, sehr gut. Personal/ Inhaber sehr freundlich und wir durften am Abreisetag unser Gepäck noch dort lassen. Rundherum ein schöner Aufenthalt. Auch in Llandudno lässt sich einiges unternehmen, z.b Wanderung Great Orme und viele Orte mit dem Bus anfahren.

If Carlsberg did Guest House then ‘The View’ would be at no1 From start to finish the best break we have had in years.. Great host & location Breakfast excellent & we will be back Paul & Sylvia

The overall facade of the building is beautiful with flowers covering the whole building.The bedroom was lovely and the attention to detail was incredible they had literally thought of everything you might need for your stay.The breakfast options were great very well cooked, presented and served.

Breakfast: You order what you wish to eat. No waste! Properly cooked and presented fry was nice. The bed was comfy. As forewarned, the parking is public and unless one is lucky, is about 200m away, but it seemed quite safe to us.

Damp smell in the bedroom. We had to leave the window open all the time to try to air the place, which in itself wasn’t an issue as the room was kept very warm. Rear facing, with a cliff a couple of metres away is fine, but there was junk outside the window. The breakfast coffee was weak which was a pity as the food was well cooked. The shower tap control was dodgy. We didn’t mention it, but you had to like hot water!!

A wonderful stay here. The location was perfect, right by the bay, with beautiful sea views from the window and even a view of the Ferris wheel. The garden and interior were both warm, cosy, and thoughtfully decorated, which made the whole place feel very welcoming. Breakfast was excellent as well.

Situated on the hillside overlooking the pier, beach and promenade. Very comfortable accommodation within easy walking distance of several very good restaurants and Llandudno’s main shopping street.

The view and honesty bar was very comfortable.

Could do with plugs both sides of bed for charging mobile phone but it's a older building so might be difficult to sort but very minor point and didn't spoil our stay

The View lives up to it's name, as The View is amazing! Overlooking the bay, beach, pier & located in an elevated position to give you the extra panoramic sights, Llandudno has to offer. A warm friendly welcome awaits, and this family-run Bed & Breakfast offers good comfort, a cracking breakfast & ideally situated position within the town. Our room was facing the rear of the property, sadly, no seaviews, but the room was bright, comfortable and very clean. Street parking is the only option, however, we always managed to find a space & you can park & drop on arrival & departure. Staff are super friendly, and accommodating, very fun & helpful. Breakfast was very good, lots of choice & always freshly made.

Great location right next to the promenade & shops. Owner was very friendly & staff efficient. The room was easy to access and had everything we needed. Bed was comfy and there was plenty of tea/coffee etc. in the room. The view from the bar/reception was nice if you wanted to sit there. Breakfast was nice although because i hadnt known what i wanted the night before, when i saw the fruit & yogurt i wish i had ordered those… my cooked breakfast was good though. Parking was not a big issue even on Easter weekend, we just parked in the promenade bays and paid.

View from the room looked out onto ladders and reno equipment. There were a few stains on the chair covers and headboard but it’s not a huge deal. The breakfast slots could have been an issue as we arrived after other guests and were left with the latest slot which didn’t suit but the staff were accommodating.

I didn't like that u have to sever yourself in the bar when it say it as a bar also I didn't like the way it say there can go in to yiur room if u are in or our to look to see if u can got any bottles of wine that u bring in and there say they will coat u 8 pounds for then to get rid of then also it cost u 5 pounds to open a bottle of wine when I have to sever yourself at the bar also it say it as a mountin view if u call a wall a mountain then we had it lol 😆

The name says it all, we had front room so we had a view across the bay, amazing. You are offered style if pillow and duvet, bed very comfortable, full breakfast options, cooked to perfection.

A splendid view from our bedroom window, our room was comfortable and spacious, the cooked breakfast was very good.

Room had only been partially cleaned after previous guests. When we brought it to the managers attention and returned the bathroom had been cleaned but the bins in the room still had rubbish in them. Parking was a problem but that is not the fault of the hotel.
