Modern arty hotel, exceptionally clean and amazing staff. Short walk to the beach and huge choice of restaurants. Very comfortable bed and great breakfast.

The balcony was small with uncomfortable bench seating but didn’t bother us too much as we were at the beach all day and there is a lovely rooftop infinity pool.

Хороший просторный номер, особенно душевая, отличный напор и температура воды, было приятно мыться. Каждый день обновляли все в номере. В фойе чуть ли не до дыр чистят полы целыми днями. Завтраки отличные, порадовало разнообразие местных фруктов, их хранение в холодильнике, огромный выбор десертов, разные прохладные напитки, пару горячего, отдельная стойка - egg station, где по просьбе приготовляет и омлет и другое. Вокруг много лавок, но цены довольно высокие, пляж в 3-4 минутах, где куча мест для хорошего ужина, если вас внешняя эстетика не пугает, вдыхая морской бриз, правда, из-за отлива вид уже не тот, очень вкусно готовят и рубу и курицу. Часто ходила в маркет, где были фрукты и перед отъездом накопилась всяких соусов, местных шоколадок и прочего.

Все было супер, персонал очень старается угодить гостям. Немного расстроило состояние стен, как будто следы то ли сырости, то ли еще чего, хотя не чувствовалось вообще.

The location is fantastic, the hotel is really nice and not too big. Fantastic breakfast and amazing staff. It’s my favourite place to stay in Sanur 🥰

My only criticism would be the lack of sun loungers around the pool

Notre chambre donnait côté rue et malheureusement très bruyante le soir et le matin. Relativement calme la nuit ceci étant dit donc pas un problème majeur non plus lors de notre passage.

La struttura è moderna e dotata di ogni comfort. Ottima qualità prezzo! La posizione perfetta, accanto ai negozi e ai ristoranti e a due passi dalla spiaggia! Se c’è bassa marea o non si ha voglia del mare, la struttura ha una ottima piscina a sfioro all’ultimo piano ad accesso gratuito ed esclusivo dei clienti. Colazione a buffet abbastanza varia da godersi in uno spazio ampio e comodo. Personale sempre sorridente e attento alle esigenze dei clienti.

Unico appunto: per tutte e tre le notti in cui abbiamo alloggiato la sera da un tempio vicino suonavano melodie cerimoniali e si sentiva tutto! Sembrava di essere parte della cerimonia stessa! Se non si hanno grossi problemi con il sonno è anche divertente e caratteristico!

Good proximity to restaurants and beach

I really wish that the property had provided a proper chair for my husband to use in the shower. People in wheelchairs don’t shower in their wheelchair. The little rattan stool was inadequate and dangerous.

Das Hotel liegt etwa 5 Gehminuten zum Strand und ansonsten gleich an der Straße in der Nähe von vielen Einkaufsläden. Das Personal ist unglaublich freundlich und hilfreich. Die Zimmer sind schön und gut ausgestattet. Das Frühstücksbüffet ist sehr groß und hat alles was man braucht. Der Infinitypool ist groß und bietet einen tollen Weitblick, da er im 5 Stockwerk ist.

Dadurch, das wir direkt an der Straße waren, war es nachts oft sehr laut. In den beiden Nächte übte eine Trommelgruppe in der Nähe bis nachts um 1:00 was doch sehr laut war. Der Balkon war sehr klein und so an der Straße dass er nicht wirklich nutzbar war. Beim Pool gab es nur sehr wenige Liegen die sofort morgens belegt waren, wenn man nicht gleich um 9:00 dort war, bekam man keine mehr.

Breakfast is outstanding. The rooftop bar and pool are sensational areas that provide comfortable and sheltered lounge seating for small groups or the bar stools allow expansive views across Denpasar city especially pretty in the evenings.

Floor tiles in bedroom section of room were too loud and are now out of style. Bathroom basin unnecessarily large for vanity reducing the useful space around basin. Faucet too short for basin creating water to collect atop vanity when washing face. This problem creates extra cleaning for staff and constant water splashing will lead to the need for the vanity top to be replaced prematurely.

Great location, balance of being close to action but not too busy or loud. Good sized rooms, clean and comfortable. The rooftop pool is great. Staff were very kind and helpful. Spa/massage was great value too.

My room faced the street and there is alot of noise from scooters the whole day and I think there is a temple nearby who were celebrating until after midnight for 2 nights. Luckily I had earplugs and slept well. If I didn't I would have asked to change rooms .keep this in mind.

The room was nice and good value for money. The breakfast buffet was great and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. You can’t beat the location.

The noise travelled straight into our room and I had to sleep with earplugs each night. The rooftop pool is nice but it was windy and shady for the afternoon so not the best conditions.

Room size 55 - was huge and super comfortable. Breakfast was incredible. Plenty of options and unlimited espresso coffee included. The staff were so friendly and they couldn’t do enough for you. Location was fantastic. A great part of Sanur, steps to the beach and cafes, bars and warungs.

The pool area on the roof was breezy and wasn’t really big enough for everyone wanting to use it, it was a race for loungers at certain times of day. The middle of the hotel is artistically hollow up through all of the floors…this acts as a funnel for noise from the bar and our room was quite noisy on the weekend.

This place actually over exceeded my expectations location amazing staff great decor and art the design inside was great even the room was beautiful loved this I usually stay at the Prama but will be back to stay here again for sure❤️ oh and the food👌👌👌👌

Hotel location was great less than a 5 minuet walk to the beach. Good sized very clean room with small balcony, lovely rooftop pool and bar and great breakfast. Staff so helpful and friendly always some staff cleaning somewhere in the hotel. We have stayed here before and will certainly be back when we visit Sanur again

A funky vibe in a great location. The staff were all so friendly and went out of their way to make our stay just perfect. The breakfast was amazing and the made to order coffees were delicious.

This hotel is within walking distance to the beach where you can find lots of restaurants and bars. It’s also near the Main Street with lots of nice shops. The breakfast is amazing with lots of local and international options. We also enjoyed the happy hour at the poolside on the 5th floor. There is also an arts exhibition at the lobby and the staff here is so attentive. Very fast and kind service! We would come back

At the poolside bar they also organise events. When we were there there was some networking event with someone talking through a microphone non stop. Not so peaceful when you want to enjoy the poolside. I would also not recommend this hotel to people with young children. Lots of open stair cases to climb on/ fall down from.

De ligging is fijn. Ontbijt is super goed.

Kamers aan de kleine kant tov andere hotels. Een heel groot nadeel: de kamers zijn mega gehorig. Scooterjes hoor je voorbij rijden alsof ze op het balkon zijn. Maar nog veel erger is dat het oefenen van de muziek bij de tempel door gaat tot bijna 02.00 uur 's nachts. Dit heeft echt onze nachtrust verpest.

Très confortable notamment le lit, bel hôtel, super petit déjeuner, proche de la plage et restaurants à proximité. Personnel très attentionné. Top!

The beds!! The mattresses were hard and the wood frame creaked every time one of us moved or turned in bed. A mattress topper was supplied when requested but it was still a bit hard.

2 adults, 4 kids (1, 4, 6, 8), stayed 10 days, absolutely loved artotel! Delish breakfast with lots of options including an egg bar. Beautiful pool overlooking the street below. Really comfy beds. Clean modern rooms. Super friendly attentive staff. Our interconnecting rooms suited us perfectly. Great location too. Easy walk to beach, shops, and plenty of really great restaurants.

Stylishes Hotel mit individuell gestalteten Zimmern. Der Strand ist nicht weit. Geschäfte, Restaurants und Bars befinden sich unmittelbarer Nähe. Schöner Rooftop-Pool und tolles Frühstück mit sehr viel Auswahl. Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Unser Zimmer roch etwas muffig (nicht ungewöhnlich für Bali).

We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is beautifully designed, with striking modern architecture that still feels Balinese. The rooms and shared spaces are stylish, comfortable, and thoughtfully created. The breakfast buffet was second to none. The only thing missing was a stronger connection to Bali’s spiritual traditions, including its daily rituals, and traditional approach to orientation and energy.

Because the rooms surround an open atrium, noise from early-morning cleaning in the shared spaces carries. Early risers may not notice, but night owls will likely want to use the earplugs provided.

The staff were impeccable to say the least. Always positive and always ready to help, especially because I was travelling solo with a toddler who was always running around and full of energy. Loved the big bath tub for my little one and the tv channels. Great range for breakfast too. Lexa, Krisna and Daya were so accommodating with the messages and facial. I didn't have to worry about my little one as Krisna entertained him. It truly it's the people that make a place extra special, even though the facilities were pretty great!

There isn't anything that I didn't like. I knew the hotel was artsy, and not the most suitable design for a toddler, but they made if work by keeping a look out for him and softening the extra sharp table (part of the decor) to make it toddler proof.

The large smoking area at the breakfast buffet. It’s unhealthy and there are limited non smoking areas.

We had the Double Studio 55 Room. It was fabulous! Large comfy bed, seperate dining area and lounge space with coffee table. Bathroom was huge and exceptionally clean.

The stairs throughout the hotel were quite slippery, so you needed to reach for the handrail often. Bu the width of the hand rail on the stairs was quite wide so it was awkward to hold comfortably.

Prachtig hotel op 300 meter van het strand. Op het dak een heerlijk zwembad en een smaakvol ingerichte bar/restaurantje. Het personeel was super attent, lief en behulpzaam. Elke ochtend een heerlijk uitgebreid ontbijt.

Excellent place. Pool, people, room. Tucked all the boxes and a great location. It only takes 3 minutes to walk to the beach.

For some reason you will get hand towels in your room or face cloths - but never both. It was funny though.

The air-conditioning was quite noisy and had a humid smell. Staff is overattentive; for example, we didn't even finish the first bite of our meal and were already asked if it tastes good. Also, if you take the order via an ipad, repeat every item for confirmation and then still forget 1 out of 4 things, it's just not a good look and makes interactions feel less genuine.

La posizione è ottima per raggiungere molti punti interessanti di Bali. Ottimo standard di pulizia e colazione di buon livello. Piscina nel roof top piacevole. Personale molto cordiale in puro stile Balinese.

E’ capitato un episodio spiacevole al nostro rientro in stanza era scomparsa una busta piena dí medicinali portati dall ‘ Italia . Dopo circa un ora ce l hanno restituita dicendo che era stato un errore. Ci abbiamo voluto credere.

The staff were exceptionally polite and welcoming, and the overall atmosphere was very pleasant. The breakfast was good..Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would happily stay here again. We also tried the spa and the Balinese massage, which was one of the highlights of our stay. My therapist, Dea, was excellent—professional, skilled, and very attentive. The massage was so relaxing that I actually fell asleep, and she gently woke me when the session was finished. It was a truly wonderful experience, and I would highly recommend it to anyone staying here. It is definitely a must-try.

The breakfast was enjoyable and offered a good selection. One area for improvement would be to include more vegetarian options, such as chia puddings, plant-based dishes, and other healthy breakfast choices. This would provide greater variety and make the breakfast experience even better for vegetarian guests like myself. Overall, however, the quality of the breakfast was very good.
