Good location near the beach. Pool on the roof was refreshing and beautiful view. Not to many beds but we always had a spot. Food in the restaurant was delicious (try the soto ayam) room very clean. People very kind and attentive.

We couldn't open our curtains as people from the dining area could look into our room. You could hear the shower running in the room behind our bedhead. I imagine it could be very noisy as the rooms aren't that well insulated so if people are noisy in the corridor or in their rooms it wouldn't be pleasant. We were lucky there was no wild antics happening. The pool area is very small but again fortunately each time we went there was only a couple of people there.

Pool area was a little smaller than expect and a slight lack of sunbeds. Design and location of the shower door. My room on G floor people from side street could see in so had to keep curtains closed, I usually like to be able to have everything open and as much natural light as possible. I was only there 2 nights otherwise I would have requested not on the G floor as it was also a little noisier as people walk through the lobby nearby. Could hear people either above or next door when they peed on the toilet. And the room next door was crazy loud like a kids party in there but not hotels fault

Beds weren't very comfortable, they were hard. But staff put a mattress topper on the bed when I asked after a couple of days- this helped a lot.

We loved the location as it was so close to the beach. The hotel was small, but this was perfect for us as it was nice and quiet. The staff was super friendly and couldn’t do enough for us. We felt very welcome there. The rooftop pool was nice and the buffet breakfast was excellent.

Les placards dans la salle de bain jamais encore je n’avais vu cela. Pour trois, chambre trop petite. Nous avons obtenu de changer de chambre car du second étage, aucune vue. Le personnel adorable nous a permis de changer au 4eme étape où nous avions une vue agreable.

The hotel is located in a small street leading directly to the boardwalk with small shops, cafes and main shopping area all within a short walking distance. The hotel is mid range but represents exceptional value for what it offers. The staff were outstanding in their delivery of cuatomer service and warm, friendly demeanour. The breakfast was excellent with a choice of buffet or a la carte and the pastries were delightful! Rooms are well appointed, light and very clean with accessible cable tv and room service. It was heart warming to return to the hotel each day and be met with such warm smiles and greeetings on every occasion. They made each guest feel so welcome and certainly enhanced the hoilday experience. Special mention and thanks to Dwi in the front office for assisting me so competently in trying to track down my misplaced credit card. Thanks also to Putri and Mei in the front office. I must mention Ririn the trainee also who was delightful in talking to my wife and I at breakfast. She has a lovely manner and would be an asset to any hotel as she was determined to succeed in the industry.

Reception staff were pleasant and helpful on most occasions

Rooms don't have a balcony or terrace or opening window, therefore when in the room, there is no fresh air availability. In my experience, it's unusual for a Bali hotel room not to have outdoor access. Unpleasant.

The walls are NOT soundproof. Paper thin walls and you will hear everything from the guests in the other rooms. Footsteps from upstair rooms will drive you crazy because the building structure is weak and it is so obvious that the builders used cheap materials to save money when they built this hotel. It is not the fault of the staff or the hotel management. It is just the building does not have solid structure. I recommend you avoid this hotel if you are looking for peace and quiet especially if you don't have kids unless you want to hear screaming kids and constant loud talking, noise, footsteps, etc. I am surprised IHG hotel chain does not have standards when it comes to soundproof walls and building structure quality.

almost no, maybe only once they knocked us at 10:30 to see if they can make cleaning, which disturbed our baby falling into sleep but that's not staff's fault as we sha switch on the non disturbing light.

Very clean and modern hotel. For those who enjoy A/C, it works extremely well. Breakfast had a great selection of food. Location is close to the beach and some very tasty warungs! Roof top pool has a wonderful view of the ocean.

I recently visited Holiday Inn Bali Sanur as a solo traveller, and it exceeded every expectation. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with a warm welcome drink, a small touch that immediately set the tone for the entire stay. The hospitality here is genuinely top-tier. The staff are friendly, attentive, and made me feel completely at ease throughout my visit. Whether it was a quick question or a simple request, nothing ever felt like an inconvenience to them. The in-house restaurant deserves a special mention — the food was absolutely delicious, and dishes arrived in under 20 minutes. Even room service was impressively prompt; I called for water and it was at my door within 10 minutes. That kind of efficiency and care really makes a difference. As a solo traveller, feeling comfortable and looked after matters a lot — and Holiday Inn Bali Sanur delivered on every front. I left genuinely contented and would not hesitate to return. Highly recommended! 🌴

Fenster kann nicht geöffnet werden und Aussicht ist nicht so toll. Zusatz bett ist nicht bequem.

В целом прекрасный отель: чистые, просторные и уютные номера, в которых есть все необходимое, бассейн, хороший ресторан, бар, открытое пространство во дворике со столиками, где можно провести время с охлаждающим напитком. До пляжа минуты 3 пешком (там же есть кафе и рестораны на любой вкус и бюджет), в 5-10 минутах пешком в другую сторону - аптеки, магазины, кафе/рестораны. Персонал в целом очень приветливый и отзывчивый. Отдельно хотелось бы отметить ресторан: великолепное обслуживание, очень внимательные, а кухня - выше всех похвал!!! На завтраке глаза разбегались от огромного выбора блюд, а вечером после утомительной экскурсии вы можете заказать ужин в номер блюда, которые точно не оставят вас равнодушными! А ещё очень понравилось, что в номере подушки разной жёсткости и вы можете выбрать ту, которая вам более удобна :) Мне лично не хватило балкона (чтобы можно было утром и вечером проводить время на свежем воздухе) и балийского колорита в оформлении номера, но скорее всего это концепция сетевого отеля:) Но несмотря на это, мне достался номер с чудесным видом на находящийся рядом парк или лес, на фоне которого закаты были сказочными, а утром и днем можно было наблюдать за огромным количеством птиц на деревьях:)

Единственный момент: если идти по набережной направо, местами чувствуется запах канализации. Но это, конечно, не вина отеля - видимо, в этой части Санура есть такая проблема, которая возникает периодически.
